Jays pov; it's been a crazy three years and half but it's also been so good the kids have grown so much Porter is now 9 years old Camryn is 7 , ember is 5 and 1/2 and the twins are 4 and half years old, me and Erin have now been married for 8 wonderful years all of our friends are doing well all of them are now married and a couple of them had a few more kids but also some are expecting to have some more here soon, now we are waiting on the new babies to be born right now and we are doing our paperwork.
AD= so guess since we have three ladies that are due very soon do you think gunk will go into labor
AR= I don't know maybe we should make a betting pool on who will go into labor first
J= I don't know Adam

E= that is just mean to do guys I expected that from Adam , Kevin and Dante but not from Antonio and my husband
AR= oh man jay is sleeping in the dog house he'll be sleeping on the couch tonight
HU= Adam you better shut up or else you are sleeping on the floor in the living room tonight

I go home and hang out with the kids for a few before Erin gets home about an hour later I hear Erik pulling into the driveway

E= sorry I'm late the pizza place was super busy today and the roads were icy and nobody can drive on the road for some reason

We all sit down to eat our pizza that Erin brought home about a couple hours later the kids help us clean up form dinner and head off to bed
J= the kids are all asleep

J= well can I ask what Hank wanted to talk to you about when I was leaving or is it a conversation between you too only
E= oh not it's fine jay and beside what we talked about hank says I could talk to you about it

E= well I guess the higher up talk to hank about retirement

E= yeah and he said he has been thinking about retiring for a while now

E= yeah ever since Alvin retired about three years ado but he wasn't sure he wanted to until now to do it
J= well I'm glad he did because then we would be loosing two members at once and it might effect the unit if that happened
E= oh yeah well I guess before Hank retires the higher ups need someone to take over the unit and they are letting hank chose his replacement
J= wow that's shocking
E= oh yeah and are you ready for next shocking thing

E= well Hank says he wants me to take over the unit form him
J= wait really babe are you kidding me
E= no I am not
J= that's so amazing babe so what do you tell him are you going to take the job or not
E= well I didn't answer him right away so he told me to talk to you about the job option and get back to him with me answer as soon as possible
J= well that's good. I might be biased because I'm your husband but I think you are amazing cop babe and you will do great being in charge of the unit besides, it will be fun to get bossed around by my wife at work and get home and then boss you around

E= and second of all I think our kids know who the real boss is in this household, which is me

Without answering Erin I picked her up and carry her to her room and we played around a scrabble and then we fell asleep the next morning we get up and get the kids ready for school make them breakfast once everybody eats and it's just we all load up in the car and we drop the kids off at the school now we are on our way to work
J= so are you still deciding if you want to take over the unit?
E= I'm still not sure I should yet I'm still thinking about it. I'll think about it for the next couple days.
J= all right ( phone rings ) mouse is calling me
E= we might need to meet the unit somewhere to solve a case so pick it up

We drove straight to med. Once we get there Maggie tells a square mouse and Taylor are in we had straight in

TJ= she looks just like Teagan when she was a baby
E= oh yeah, so would you say waiting until she was born to find out the gender was worth the wait
GM= oh yeah
TJ= it's totally was worth the wait. I wish I did this with Teagan. It felt more special to find out when she was born
J= I bet it was
E= maybe when and if we have another child, we could wait until they are born to find out what they are
J= yeah, I will be fine with that

We stay with Taylor mouse in their new little princess Gemma for about an hour, then we leave them alone we start heading out when we see our friends in the waiting room

J= did mouse call you and tell you they had their baby
KR= wait mouse, and Taylor had their baby also
E= what do you mean? Also, Kenny who else had their baby
AR= well Kevin called and said him and Vanessa we're getting ready to have the twins

KA= hey babe I bought some visitors to meet our babies

E= oh, yes, she did. It was a little girl in the names of Gemma Grace.

J= they have two nicknames for her which is Gigi and triple G

VR= well we had two names picked out for a while, but maybe a month ago we decided we didn't like those names anymore
KA= so we started to look, and we fell upon these names, and we love them more than the first ones babe go ahead and tell them
VR= well baby a is a baby girl who weighed in 7 lbs. 4 oz. and her name is aspen Kate Atwater
ZT= little Aspen, so cute it's unique, but not to uncommon
VR= which means baby b is our baby boy who weighed in 7 pounds even in his name is Jensen, James Atwater
E= Jensen that name is so cool, especially since you have a Jensen and aspen those names work really well together
KA= why thanks Erin
HU= so can you please hold this sweet baby yet?
VR= of course you can
KA= you guys are lucky there is too baby so you guys aren't fighting over just one
J= that's a very good point
We all take turns holding Jensen in Aspen for about two hours then after that, we all decided to head home and give them alone time with the twins on the way out, we see somebody

E= hey Blair, what are you doing here wait don't tell me Kim is in labor
BW= well she's not only in labor, but she already had the baby about an hour ago
J= wow really , congrats man
BW= why things I just called my parents who are watching Dakota in Amelia right now at our house to let them know that they have a new grand baby
E= wow that's cool, so are you guys ready to have some visitors or do you guys want to wait until tomorrow for anyone to come see you guys?
J= we will completely understand if so
BW= you know what one visitor won't hurt so come on she'll be happy to see you guys

J= and then after we met there, baby, we were getting ready to leave and saw the clue, and they said that Kevin called them and told them that Vanessa went into labor with the twins
E= so we met the twins. Then we ran into Blair while we were trying to leave.
KB= wait they both have their babies
J= oh yes they did

We stay with Kim and Blair for an hour Kim ends up FaceTime in all the other ladies, so they can meet their babies, and then we head out

E= yes I did, but come to find out all of our other friends have their babies to today so that's what we're still here. We just visited Kim and Blair.

NM= okay so during this whole pregnancy, we started on one baby name, and one girl name since we weren't finding out the gender until we had the baby

NM= well the boy name we had picked out we loved it, but about a month ago, we saw a name and realize that name was more honorable, and we fell in love with it immediately so Erin and jay I would love for you guys to meet your newest nephew, Mr. Liam Anthony halstead

Once Natalie passes Liam over to Erin we just hang out with them for a couple hours, then head home to finally see our kids after this long day once we get home we think our nanny Miss Molly for taking care of the kids and then we eat our dinner while we also tell the kids all about all the new cousins that were born today about two hours later the kids I'll get the showers and head off to bed soon after

E= everyone had their baby today which was so crazy
J= oh yeah, but I can say I miss seeing you hold a little baby in your arms you know that

E= oh yeah, seen all these babies give me a little baby fever
J= oh yeah, I bet maybe with us seeing all these babies today maybe in the future we can have another baby

E= well for the last couple months pretty much since all the pregnant ladies told us they were having a baby I started to think maybe I'm ready for another baby and then today made it more clear that I would love to have another one here soon
J= oh wow
E= so what do you say would you be fined of another kid or not right now
J= of course I would, babe I wanted to have all the kids with you. I was just waiting for you since you would be carrying our child for nine months so whenever you are ready to give me another girl that is wrapped around my fingers. I'll be so ready for her
E= so you think when I get pregnant again I'll have a little girl why not a little boy
J= I don't know I just have a feeling that I really only produce girls. I got super lucky when we had the boys so I just figured I only made girls minus at one time.
E= oh yeah, you got super lucky well since we both agreed to have another baby, I have to make an appointment with my doctor so I can get my birth control out
J= oh yeah, but maybe we can practice so we can have a baby sooner than later
E= yeah why not practice makes perfect
Before we say anything else to each other, we go for too long rounds of Scrabble, then fall asleep, we can't wait to see what the new babies will be like that were born and also can't wait to see when and if we have another kid
Authors note : to be clear, yes, all the babies were born on the same day which is January 28 and two week we have Gemma Aspen, Jensen, Remington and Liam I hope you like the names I chose for all the babies that were born.
