MUSHROOM KINGDOM'S LAST HOPE
SUPER MARIO / DRAGONBALL CROSSOVER
Saluting and bidding farewell to the boos and Lady Bow, Ty charged up and took off flying back towards Toad Town.
'Sure are a bunch of strange folks, if you can call ghosts folks.' Ty thought, thinking to this experience.
Instead of flying through the forest, Ty flew straight up hovering over the large tree tops, covering the already dark and creepy setting. Only three more dragon balls remained, knowing with the interference of Kamek in his fight with Tubba Blubba; the warrior now knew what he was up against, with the aid of the magikoopas on Bowser's side.
A loud explosion erupted, over and over, making Ty stop nearly to Toad Town. Black smoke and fire from the explosions filled the already devastated town.
"What the hell?" Ty asked, stunned, hovering back to the flat surface.
Citizens that were taking shelter in the sewers were being attacked and harassed by three small koopa-looking kids. All three fired fire balls that exploded upon impact; knocking down poor toads and destroying buildings.
'Damn, this creep doesn't quit!' Ty angered, from what he was seeing, quickly powering up.
The Toad family ran as fast as they could, being chased by a pair of koopas, one with a red head and the other with a green head, shooting small fireballs and trying to claw at them. Sights and sounds of the children crying and screaming, was enough to break your heart; however not to these sick-fun loving koopas. Making a wrong turn leading to a dead end, the family looked in horror, shaking and terrorized.
"Now we have fun Green!" the red koopa remarked.
"Yes Red, let's get them." The green one added.
The elder male toad shielded his family, just as the koopas launched towards the family as the two koopas were sent back crashing into one of the demolished buildings with a boom.
"Isn't this how I meant you guys before?" smiling the family, turned to see Ty landing in front of them.
"Ty, thank goodness you are here." The male Toad said, happy to see their warrior.
"What happened?" he turned to look at them.
"We have no idea, somehow, the Koopa Troop figured out where the remaining survivors were hiding." The wife explained, keeping her children close.
'Those damn boos must have been careless and gave them away.' Ty thought it was the ghosts fault. "Is Merlon ok?"
"He might, they kidnapped his son, before they got here. He said either give up the dragon ball or we kill your son." Ty's hands formed into fists, as electrical energy volts charged around them.
"He, as in, Bowser?" Ty's tone grew more intense, as the parents shook their heads.
"No, his brother. He and those chaos causing koopas are chasing us." Toad answered.
"You guys, better try to hide, or get out of town. Please be careful." Ty looked back at them, telling them to get to safety.
"Right, kick some butt Ty." One of the sons said, getting a smile and thumbs up from the half-saiyan warrior.
Just as the family started off, the two koopas recovered enough stare down at the warrior. Smirking, Ty took off his jacket, ready for a fight.
"Alright brats, come on!"
**BOWSER's CASTLE**
Kammy and Kamek has the princess tied up and sitting in a chair next to Bowser, as their leader watched the chaos going on in Toad Town from Kammy's crystal ball.
"Isn't this wonderful princess, now you will see all your people bow before me." Bowser said, turning to his future bride.
"Bowser stop this meaningless violence, you big bully." The princess shouted.
"Bwa ha ha ha, you crack me up my dear." The beast remarked, as something caught his attention.
"Well it looks like we have a preview here." The ball showed, Ty fighting the two koopas.
**TOAD TOWN**
Although out matched two on one, Ty kept up with the two koopa kids, but only managing to block and strike back. Getting hit in the back by Red, allowed Green getting punches and slashes doing some damage to the warrior. Ty smirked as the Koopa Kids got too confident, as the two went for double slashes; only to have their claws caught and their expressions changed.
"Not so cocky now, little men. AGHHHHHHHH!" Ty charged up, firing ki blasts at the two, sending them back in opposite directions.
Vanishing at high speed, Ty connected an onslaught of attacks, knocking both Koopa Kids to the ground, seemingly knocking them out. Looking down at the two, Ty then sensed more power levels towards where the princess's castle was, and flew in that direction.
Closer to the location, Ty could see Merlon using his magic, fending off another koopa kid, this time with a blue head, and a blue and darker brown skin colored large koopa watching all this, with who looks like Merlon's son. Exhausted from using a lot of his energy, Merlon fell to one knee, as the koopa kid struck him and held his head up.
"Now what will it be Shaman, hand over the dragon ball, or the brat is history?" the koopa demanded.
Just as Merlon would speak, a kid to the face sent the koopa flying and a strong elbow to the side of the koopa kid's head releasing Merlon, looking up and over his shoulder.
"Ty, thank the heavens you are here." Merlon said, relieved to see the warrior. Ty looked down, a small smile came across his face, then changing to serious seeing the koopa and koopa kid recovering.
"Grrr… you brat, so you are the one Bowser is having issues with." The koopa remarked, seeing his teeth grit hearing "Bowser".
"And you are a mindless follower of that clown." Ty remarked back.
"Bwa ha ha ha, I wouldn't say follower, let's say, we are brothers." Ty's eyes went wide for a second hearing the word brothers.
"Merlon what is this goof talking about?" Ty asked the wizard shaman.
"His name is Blue, Bowser's younger brother; he has the same personality as Bowser." Merlon answered.
"Not only the same, we are twins, and with a similar thoughts. As long as big brother keeps the Star Rod and the princess; this kingdom is as good as ours." Blue retorted, confident with what he is saying.
"Not on my watch punk! AGHHHH!" Ty charged up ready to fight.
Leaping forward, Ty punched Blue in the side of the head, following fury of punches to the gut, finishing with a side kick; sending Blue back a ways. Shaking the cobwebs, the koopa, caught Ty's arm, slamming the warrior to the ground, breathing in charging a blue ball of flame in his mouth; however, lost it from a surprise kick in the side.
Leaping up, Ty crossed his arms, at the last minute, as a fireball hit him on point. Not letting up, Blue fired more blue flames, over and over; while Ty shielded himself. Lowering his arms, suddenly the warrior was knocked back from Blue ramming his giant shell full force, and made rounds, slamming the warrior repeatedly.
"RRRRRAGHHH!"
Using his ki energy, Ty deflected the blue koopa back, only for the cocky koopa to again firing fireballs; this time Ty blocked using his ki blasts. Vanishing and giving back his receipt to Blue, unleashing a combination of kicks and punches, sending Blue crashing into a demolished building. Expending and pulling his arms back forming a light blue ki.
"Buster Cannon!"
The loud kaboom echoed, as the fire and smoke cleared, Blue stood on one knee with an irritated look on his face.
"Grrrr, you little punk!" Blue said; mad, staring at the warrior.
"If this is your best, you better give up now." Ty said, staring back, showing the wounds of war.
"Shut up boy!" Blue screamed, firing a blue fire breath, at Ty who vanished as the flame exploded hitting the ground.
Ty reappeared, ready for another attack, but felt something strike him in the back. Blue laughed to see his three Koopa Kids triple kick Ty's back.
"Bwa ha ha ha! That's my boys, now beat this brat senseless!" Blue proud, giving his twisted order, as his kids triple teamed a beat down on Ty.
"TY!" Merlon yelled out, channeling his energy to help his hope, only to be lifted up off the ground, and punched for his troubles.
"You stay out of this shaman, this is your doing, that caused this!" Blue sickly remarked.
"Merlon, no" Ty said, weakly powerless, as the Koopa Kids finished their beat down, holding him.
"Papa, we got him!" the smaller blue one said, as the two siblings held Ty in place.
"Good boys, now it's time for this weakling to, DIE!" Blue charged up, a powerful fire blast.
"Bwa ha ha ha! Yes brother, finish him off." Bowser cheered, loving the punishment he was watching, while the princess turned her face.
'No, please, help him.' She pleaded, feeling her eyes water again, thinking this it.
Finishing charging up, Blue looked at his target, then spotted something in the background, smirking in his mind.
"Well it looks like we have some unwanted guests." Turning, horror filled Ty's eyes spotting the Toad family, seeing this whole thing, shaking in fear.
"No… not them, leave them out of this.." Ty said, looking back at his opponent.
"Oh they are friends of yours, well say goodbye!" Blue fired, as Ty tried shaking off the koopa kids.
Heart breaking screams were heard until the loud explosion erupted, as the smoke cleared, the family, even the kids, laid face down on the ground. Ty's eyes teared up, hearing Blue's evil laughing at what he did.
"BWA HA HA HA! Pop goes the fungus." The koopa remarked, enjoying what he did.
Princess Peach's eyes shed tears, watching a family she knew, being murdered in cold blood, as Bowser laughed, along with the magikoopas.
"This is perfect, I hope he does an encore!" the Koopa King said, looking over at his servants.
"Eek heh heh I'm sure we… will... huh?" Kammy started to say, before stopping.
"How… How dare you! You… you won't get away… with this!" Ty vowed, feeling his anger and sadness boiling over.
Blue and the koopa kids' laugher stopped, as the sky grew darker and lightening flashed, while the ground under Ty cracked and debris flew up in the air slowly. Ty's eyes became more intense than sad, and his long black hair spiked up yellow moment to moment. Coming to Merlon could feel this warrior's power rapidly rising.
"You… you animals… YOU WILL PAY FOR THAT, RRRAGHHHH!"
Everyone shielded their eyes, as the yellow flash subsided, Blue and the Koopa Kids, mouths dropped and eyes widened; the once beaten warrior, now standing tall with his haired now a bright yellow, spiked, a strong yellow aura flaring around him, and his eyes changed from blue to a bright green.
"Wha… what's going on, he was beat, done!?" Blue questioned, confused, while Merlon looked with a smile.
"My word, he has done it, the legend is true, and this kid has unlocked his inner power."
Bowser and the magikoopas, looked on confused at what they just saw. On the other hand, Peach is in awe at the transformation her "knight" has become.
'Oh my goodness!' the princess said to herself, seeing her knight's transformation.
"You better wipe that smile off your face, guardian, or do you want your son to die, Bwa ha ha ha!" Blue taunted, seeing the smile on Merlon's face, turning to see the Koopa Kids, having a younger shaman held up.
"Huh" In a flash, all three Koopa Kids went down from heavy blows from this now super warrior.
"My… My kids, you punk, you will regret that!" Blue fired a fireball, only to have it connect and exploded at him, within seconds the warrior stood in front of him, with an intense and disgusted look on his face.
A loud boom echoed, following a loud scream of pain from the koopa; Bowser and magikoopa's watched on; not believing what they were seeing.
"You just don't know when to stop you bastard! You destroyed hundreds, thousands of lives, including the Mario Brothers, and now murdering innocent people and families!" Ty raged, kicked Blue in the stomach, feeling the pain and grief he and his family have caused the Mushroom Kingdom.
"You don't give a crap, I can see that, you and that ugly bastard freak only care about destroying and conquering for your own amusement!" the warrior stated, as Blue struggled to get to his feet.
"Grrraghhhhaaaa! SHUT THE HELL UP!" Blue screamed, taking a swing, punching Ty in the face.
Disbelief on his face would be the understatement, as his strike did nothing, as Ty just stood in place. Slowly backing up, Blue shook in terror, not knowing what to do.
"N N Nooo, this can't be, how did you get this insane power?" Blue stuttered, looking at the young man's eyes.
Saying nothing, Ty powered up and stuck his hand out, landing a strong blow to Blue's face without moving, showing the same intense and raged stare. Regaining his focus, glancing over seeing his three kids collecting themselves as well; nodding slightly, as an order to finish this guy off now. Surrounding the warrior, the three koopa kids; charging blue, red, and green fireballs, while Blue gathered up energy as well.
"You maybe more powerful than us, but we have the numbers punk! Bwa ha ha ha!" Blue remarked, powering up, as the warrior just stood there. "So you won't move then, well then that's fine, HAVE A NICE AFTERLIFE, TRI FIRE BLAST FIRE!"
Launching their fire blasts in sink, an explosion of red, blue and green flames shot off, while the shaman's used their remaining energy to shield themselves from the aftershock of the blast.
"YESSS" Bowser exclaimed watching the attack hit, as Peach's blue eyes soaked in water. "Yes, Yes, take that loser!"
"Bwa ha ha ha!" Blue laughed out in victory, with a smirk, but only for a moment; until the smoke cleared.
Merlon looked in amazement and stunned shock, as the black smoke vanished, the yellow aura flaring stronger, there stood Ty staring down with the same intense facial expression, with hardly a scratch on him.
"N…No, H HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE, THAT WAS ENOUGH POWER TO REDUCE A FUGUS TO DUST!?" the terrified Koopa screamed, as the koopa kids shaking in fear as well.
"W.. What… What is happening here?" Bowser watched in shock, as well as the magikoopas.
'Ty, my knight, amazing ~' Peach smiled in adornment, at the strength this warrior possessed with this transformation.
"No more! It's time to you suffer, FOR ALL THE PAIN AND GREIVENESS YOU CAUSED!" Ty announced, powering up, his aura growing stronger.
"You should be dead! What the hell are you?" Blue asked frozen.
"I am the answer to all that cry for a hero! I am the fear to all that is evil, the protector of the peace! I AM THE SUPER SAIYAN!" powering up his level, blowing the koopas back from the gust of wind.
"D..Dad; this this kid the, legend?" Merlon's son asked, recovering from the beat down, looking at the young warrior, then to his father.
"Indeed Merle." Was all the older shaman could say.
Vanishing and reappearing, the super saiyan unleashed his fury of punishing strikes and kicks to the three koopa kids, as they cried out in pain, unable to keep up with this warrior's unleashed transformation.
"AGGGGHHHHHHH!" blasting all three koopa kids with one ki blast, Ty turned his attention to his main adversary.
"That is for all the citizens you tortured and killed! Now this is for the Toad Family!"
Unloading a strong axe handle strike to the side of Blue's skull, knocking the koopa out, sliding across the ground, Ty leaped up, pulling his arm back charging up a emerald green blast.
"BLUE! BLUE, WAKE UP BROTHER, DAMN IT!" Bowser screamed into the crystal ball, panicking, as Kamek and Kammy watched along, knowing they couldn't talk any sense into their master.
The ko'd koopa came to, only for his eyes to widen in fear as his pupils shrunk, seeing the warrior charging up. Not losing his focus on his ki, Ty made a series of arm and hand movements, finally pressing his thumbs and index fingers together; with the green emerald ki in the center, as his aura and blast flared stronger. In place of the warrior charging up, Blue's eyes shock seeing an image of the hero plumber Mario in his place.
"YOU'RE FINISHHHHED! BURNING FINAL SHINNNNEEEE!" The sky turned light emerald green, as Ty unleashed his combination, Final Shine and Burning Attack.
Frozen in fear from the image and the oncoming emerald green and yellow ki blast heading towards him, Blue could only scream in agony as the attack connected and created a massive explosion covering the surrounding areas of the ruined Toad Town in a white cloud of mushroom smoke.
As the smoke cleared, Merlon and Merle looked up to see, Ty descend down still in his super saiyan form, but returning to his base form as he then quickly fell and slammed onto the ground.
"TY!" Merlon yelled picking up his son up and running towards the young warrior.
Where Ty landed, all the remaining survivors hurried to his side, to their relief he was panting, with tears streaming down his eyes, but with a smile.
"T.. Toad, I won your revenge.." was all Ty could muster to say, tried out.
"You did amazing my boy." Merlon smiled, knowing now this kingdom is in good hands.
Looking over to his right, he saw a familiar toad, looking with interest. Glancing back to his son, noticing the five star crystal dragon ball in his arms, looking back down to his hero.
'Please stars of the heavens, if you can hear my words, please keep my family safe and watch over this special warrior, our last remaining… hope.'
**AFTER LOSING THE FRIENDS HE FIRST MADE ON THIS WORLD, TY HAS FINALLY UNLEASHED THE POWER OF THE SUPER SAIYAN, BUT WHAT PRICE HAD TO BE PAID TO GAIN THIS INCREDIBLE POWER. NOW WITH ONLY TWO CRYSTAL DRAGON BALLS LEFT, IT LOOKS LIKE BOWSER AND HIS KOOPA TROOP WILL STOP AT NOTHING TO KEEP CONTROL OF THEIR SLOWLY DETERIORATING GRASP ON THE MUSHROOM WORLD. HOW WILL BOWSER RESPOND TO LOSING HIS BROTHER AND WHAT DANGERS LAY AHEAD OF THIS WORLD'S LAST HOPE?**
