35. Update Notice- October 23rd

Hello everyone.

I have returned recently and after a couple of days to get things back in order I am prepared to start writing once more. At the moment I am going to shoot for posting a chapter a week from now and then depending on workflow and organization of notes, I will decide if it is a chapter every week or every two weeks.
