Franklin pov:

He sat in his office in his new base of operations. He stared at the screens set up along the walls, watching news channels and video recording of his drones. One was following a bus full of the new 1-A students heading out to a dome like building. He watched as they were about to start training, but then a dark cloud filled the entire building. He immediately knew something was up, so he decided to intervene, he sprinted to the hanger room, a few dozen soldier already waiting. He ordered them to follow him into a transport ship, they all saluted and marched in, him following them inside. It lifted off the ground and the engines started and the roof opened up. It then blasted off and flew towards the usj building.

Midoriya pov:

He was scared. Scared for his friends lives and his own. He thought he would be the victim of a villain attack. Here he stood standing in front of a ton of villains, a couple from an infamous villain society, the league of villains, or LUV for short. But he wasn't going to give up, he wouldn't go out without a fight. He raised his fists ready to fight, but then the roof to his left collapsed. He looked over and saw a strange object, it looked like it should fly, but it was like a box shape. The Villains he was up against were just as confused. But then a door opened and a couple dozen of what looks like soldiers poured out. They raised their guns towards the villains.

"Hahah, you think we'll-" the villain was cut off when the soldiers opened fire without warning.

This scared Midoriya, police weren't supposed to just outright kill villains upon sight. He knew that these new comers weren't part of the law like heroes or police. He watched as they shot each and every villain when sighted, but they too suffered some injuries and casualties. He looked back at the vehicle the soldiers came out of and saw what looked like a robot of some sorts. It had four arms, two with Gatling guns and the others unarmed. But he knew that this thing was of high authority as it seemed to talk to its companions, who nodded in response. But the side the new comers seemed to dwindle as they faced more powerful villains. He looked to his classmates who too shared the various faces of fear.

"Leave no villain alive!" He finally heard the robot yell.

At this point, he knew it wasn't a robot, but instead someone wearing it as like a power armor. After a few minutes, many villains were gunned down, but all the new comers except one was left. The villains that were left alive started to laugh.

"You thought you could come and face us without quirks?" A villain asked.

"No, but who said I didn't have one..." the now deemed, vigilante, said.

As he said that, thrusters on the things back ignited on its back as if flew towards a group of villains, plowing any unlucky one over and turning them into red paintings on the walls. This made the young green haired kid sick as he looked away. Then he heard the Gatling guns start up and fire at some more villains probably.

Franklin pov:

He gunned down a group of villains that were still with shock from when he plowed right through some other villains.

"You cheater!!" He heard one call.

He looked over at the one who yelled and saw a man, messy grayish hair and the ugliest face he ever saw.

"Cheater? Your just crap at the game" he replied, insulting the villain.

"Nomu, kill him!" The villain yelled in anger.

On command, a very buff looking abomination lunged at him. It had a bird like head, but it's brain was exposed. Franklin used his thrusters and charged back at it, and landed a punch through the abdomen of the creature. He hopped away and saw the thing rapidly healing itself.

"Damn, of course it has rapid regeneration." Franklin cursed.

"Haha, you gonna give up you cheat?" The villain said.

"I'd rather get arrested by a hero than lose to a chicken and its ugly ass master" he said.

The villain huffed and yelled in rage and commanded the chicken some more. Franklin Continued his battle against it, until he heard a booming voice say.

"Don't worry, for I have-"the voice stopped for a moment.

His and the chicken looked over at the origin of the voice and saw none other than all might himself. Currently, the symbol of peace was looking at the catastrophe that had taken place, namely the remains of the villains that he plowed over and gunned down. But then taking advantage of the distraction, he placed one of his gun arms against the chicken and opened fire. He then grabbed it by its head and shoved his hand in it, making it spin around, turning it into a blender. He blended the things brain for a few moments before stopping. He let go of the now limp body and switched one of his arms for a flamer and covered the creature in fire. He turned to all might who in turn stared at him in shock at his brutality.

"You...why would you kill so many people..." he heard the green haired boy say.

He turned towards the kid and stared at him.

"To cleanse Japan. You think that by only putting these monsters in jail would work. You're wrong, there is always a way for them to escape, and they almost always never learn. Only by killing them may they no longer be of any threat to the innocent." Franklin responded.

"Well, you're still under arrest you monster" said all might.

"Try if you might, but I won't go out without a fight. I don't want to hurt anyone who doesn't deserve it unless absolutely need be" Franklin said.

"Then what if we want to fight?" He heard someone say.

He turned around and saw Mirko standing there. She looked like her normal self, but Franklin saw through the fake smile. He knew that she was upset with him, mainly by the fact he ran away.

"I thought I told you to stay out of this Rumi" he said.

"You know this man Mirko?" All might asked.

"I thought I did, but I was proven wrong. I brought him in, to help him start a new life. But then he turned around and because a vigilante" Rumi responded.

"I'm only-" he was interrupted when all might lended a punch on his helmet, only using enough force to crack it.

He flew into a wall, stunned a bit. He was about to get out of the wall but then the hero midnight came in and used her quirk on him. He tried to resist it, but soon his eyelids grew heavy and he closed them.

Rumi pov:

She stared at the now unconscious form of her adopted son. She felt a bit bad for him, especially since he got a punch to the face by all might, but he had it coming. Especially as she looked at the carnage around her.

"Quickly, get him out of that suit and use the quirk eraser cuffs on him" Rumi said.

The two other heroes complied, all might using his strength to take the suit off him and midnight getting out the cuffs and putting it on him.

"He's...he's only a kid" all might commented.

"And why do we have to put these on him again?" Midnight asked.

"Because his quirk is he can create anything only using his thoughts and a snap of his finger" Mirko said.

"I see...wait...what's up with the insignia on the chest plate of his armor?" All might ask.

But as he looked around, he saw other people in black and helmets covering their heads having the same insignia.

"I'm not sure...but I doubt it was anything good" Rumi said as she looked away from Franklin.

"You ok Rumi? You seem a bit down, and that's not normal for you" midnight asked, worried for her.

"It's nothing" Rumi said.

She sighed As she picked up the little vigilante and carried him out to the police vehicles.

"You don't have to do this. Let me go, and the villains won't be something that anyone has to fear" Franklin quietly said.

Rumi set him in the police car.

"I'm afraid I can't. You committed some of the worse crimes" she said as a tear fell down her face.

"Why do you act like I'm your real son..." he asked.

Rumi ignored it and closed the door to the vehicle. She looked away, disappointed in him. She saw greatness in him, but it was thrown away when she saw what he did in the usj building. She walked away from the police car as tears started to form in her eyes. 'He was like a real son to me' she thought.

Franklin pov:

He felt bad for Rumi, but he had to do what must be done. And this wasn't going to be his end either, he had already called for an escape. Currently, more of his men were on their way. Reason being why he didn't just create more was because of the cuffs he was in that didn't let him create more. He looked up at the sky and saw another transport ship he flew here in the distance. He smirked as he looked back at Rumi, who caught the smirk when she looked over. By then the ship was already upon them shot down a hook on the police car Franklin was in and started to fly off with it. The heroes tried to stop it but some guns on the ship started to fire at them.

"Damn it, he's getting away!" Rumi yelled.

She was about to chase after him but that's when the turrets on the ship pointed towards her fellow heroes. She glared in anger as the ship flew off with the police car, Franklin still inside. He watched as the shapes of heroes started to get smaller and blurrier, but he was mainly staring at Rumi, sad that she didn't share his ideas. He commanded the pilots of the ship to fly the long way to base just in case some heroes were following him. He would later set up some anti air and ground turrets around his base, but he'll do it later. For now, he was going to hunt down more villains and criminals, until it is done... he then switched his focus onto getting out of these uncomfortable cuffs, he pulled his hands apart, then finally snapped them apart. He was somewhat surprised he did it, but earlier he replaced his normal skeletal structure with metal parts with added strength from hydraulic stuff and motors. He was going to find and kill the people who killed his parents and burned down his home. And he swore he'd kill every villain he faced so they would no longer be a threat to the innocent. Plus he was going to find answers when he caught the arsonists to see why his family was a victim.

Once he was finally flown to base, some soldiers came up with blow torches and took the door off its hinges. Franklin crawled out of the cramped seat of the car and looked at his surroundings, what he saw pleased him, criminals captured and being gunned down by gun squads and workers building great machines of war. He grinned as he watched it all happen.

"Good work men" Franklin said as the others nodded.

Rumi pov:

Rumi was currently in a private meeting with other pro heroes of Japan.

"So, you're saying while I was out some vigilante organization murdered almost half the villains in that building?" Aizawa asked.

"Indeed, they were all quirk less except for their leader, whom we believe is the founder of this unnamed organization. There is very little info about this quirk user except for what we saw in the battle field-" detective naomasa said before being interrupted by another hero.

"Battle field?! It was more like a slaughter to me! Many villains had a thousand bullet holes in them and some looked like they were run over by a fighter jet!" A hero yelled.

Naomasa sighed as he pinched the bridge of his nose, Rumi sharing the same annoyance as him.

"Ok, whatever you want to call it, all we know is this quirk user started the organization and has the power to create anything he want with his imagination." He finally finished after the other hero interrupted him. "We have both name and photographs of the vigilante, his name if Franklin, he had moved here from the United States with his parents who were caught in an arson attack. We believe this is his motive for killing all those villains. And right now I'll show you the pictures of the vigilante, if anyone sees him, please apprehend him." Naomasa said as he clicked a button on his computer, an image on the video board popped up, showing the face of the suspect they are wanting to arrest.

"You mean to tell me it's just a kid..." the dragon hero ryuko mumbled to herself out loud.

"Yeah...I can't believe it either..." Rumi said.

Hawks saw her and knew something was up, even though he already knew she was going to feel down when he found out it was her adopted kid. He Felt bad for her, he understands her pain, even if it wasn't her own kid, he knew that she thought of him as one. Rumi sighed as the meeting went on, she hated the fact that she had to track down and arrest a kid, one she knew very well, and probably beat him up a bit if he resisted. After the meeting went by, hawks came over and tried to comfort her, he said that the next time she sees Franklin, was to try and talk him down and persuade him to stop being a vigilante and to turn himself in. Rumi wasn't so sure Franklin would do such a thing, but the thought did help her a bit. She wished that he didn't take the path down to vigilante, she saw him growing up to be a great hero, and after finding out about his quirk, probably even better than all might, especially endeavor. She smirked about that though, but it went away as flashes of images in her mind of all the blood and chaos Franklin would bring if he was not caught and put away or turned into an actual hero soon.

And the bloodshed will continue... and Rumi was losing hope in getting him back into the light side, the side of true good. To be continued...
