Complicit and Liable
Several weeks have passed April is living in her apartment with a good friend that is helping her overcome her trauma. Detective Wilson has informed her that Dan Fallon is claiming that it wasn't rape but rather conceptual sex and that he has a video that can prove it.

Marty: If they are found innocent and we terminated them can they come back and sue us?
