{ Preparations to War (Part 2) }
[ BGM: Preparation Phase or Strategy Phase (Rance X) ]
A strategic map of Eikoln Empire's territories and some of Dracorell's territories were displayed on the center of the table, several wooden figurines were placed on where the villages and towns were located.
It was noticable that some of the settlements had figurines of dragons atop them, meaning that these settlements were fully captured by the dragons in Avel's army.
There were several settlements that had t-shaped figurines pointed towards each other, meaning that battles were happening at those same locations, and currently, none of them were fully close to both Empire and Kingdom's central cities. Which was a good sign.
"Lord Kayblis, what should we do now? Should we take back a few settlements, and maybe attack the fortress stationed between this empire and our kingdom?"
Stella requested, pointing towards the few towns that were either being defended, or were taken over, though only in the range of Eikoln's Zone of Responsibility.
"Any objections?"
Kayblis asked, in which some of the people inside raised their hands. He nodded,
"Taking over the fortress would need the Double Suppression and Blitzkrieg tactics, that's why we might need to take back the settlements stations around the said fortress and weaken the enemy's forces. Subjugate the dragons until they surrender. Lessen their numbers first before subjugating them afterwards."
Kayblis said almost absentmindedly, before returning his focus.
"First, we would send reinforcements to our fellow Eikolnian Soldiers, then we send reinforcements to Dracorell while convincing them to assist us into advancing the Double Suppression Tactic. We also have to expect Dracorell to be attacked, as it is the closest to the Draconic Kingdom ruled over by Avel, probably."
He paused, letting the people and the guests digest the information, noticing a shocked face from the First Princess of Dracorell for probably embarrassing herself.
Her brother calmly patted her back to comfort her.
"Forgive my sister, she's not that good at tactics."
Meteo sighed.
"A troublesome thing that persists is; I couldn't personally assist you on those upcoming battles and give you an even higher chance of winning, maybe a complete 100% win rate. I'm currently just a unique spirit, though if I do get away at a certain range, let's say 10 kilometers away from by actual body, I'll vanish and this spirit will immediately be summoned back into my actual body."
When Kayblis said this, they all understood before several transparent figures appeared above the tactical map.
Continuing from their preparation, Lock XXXI will bring 6,500 Soldiers with him to the northwest to reinforce the troops stationed there. Sifrit will go to the West, with 3,000 soldiers supporting him. The Prince and Princess of Dracorell will be supported by their own troops and 5,000 Eikolnian Soldiers in taking over a settlement that is stationed far enough from the main fortress, then they would be escorted to the central city of Dracorell.
Eventually, the soldiers are required to resupply and rest before proceeding with retaking over the settlements until the fortress is left, before the Blitzkrieg Double Suppression Operation is then launched.
All of them agreed with the plans and tactics Kayblis made, and took a moment to fully prepare.

The Spirit of Kayblis looked at the distance above the walls, where his soldiers marched while their war machinery moved behind manually with their flags raised proudly. It wasn't surprising that the blue flag that one of his nations carried vaguely had his Lis form's image with holy engravings in it.
"Should we send in reinforcements?"
Suu asked, staring towards his back.
"Fifteen thousand strong. Three weeks. Prepare them after the second week."
He replied, before his ghostly figure started to flicker.
"Lucia, lead them to victory. I'll be back after three months, and Suu."
"Yes?"
"... Tell the Pope and the higher ranking members of the church, that I am about to be reborn like a butterfly coming out of it's cocoon."
His voice was already becoming distorted, and once again, his spirit faded and was summoned back to his unconscious body for the very last time.
Suu and Lucia nodded in understanding.
Without hesitation, Suu left her sister alone to do what she needed to do.
"..."
Lucia stared at the church with nonchalance present on her, before proceeding to do what she was really tasked to do.
(Search for the traitors amongst Eikolnian and Dracorellian Ranks, after you do, do not engage them on combat, not because you're too weak, but because there is no need to.)
