Chapter two
Author's note: so, here is the second chapter, please enjoy it
The trainig had started, he showd the book to his parents when they arrived and took it home still not saying a sigle word, once at home the took a pice of paper and started writing everything he knew about the series, with the pourpuse of knowing for what he should be prepared, the invasion to konohagakure by Orochimaru, the jinchuriki, some of the misions that naruto had, the akatsuki, and the fourth great nija war, he needed to be ready for everything, he was already going to be entering the academy, there wasn't much time to waste.
He took out the book on chakra that he got and a leaf from a nearby tree, laying the boook next to the leaf, concentrating as hard as he could on the leaf... as expected, no result, we tried again, calmed, concentrated, try to spin it in place, no result, he kept on trying failure after failure. This continued untill Nagato came alogn and noticed him.
"oh, hey there budy, what are you doing?"
Tanaka simply stared at him, leting a silence set in, then Nagato noticed the leaf and the title of the book.
"Oh, you're precticing chakra control!"
He noded atempitng once again resulting in another failure, Nagato aproached him and made the leaf spin quite fast, even if he had seen in incredible jutsu performed in the series, seeing it for the first time in real life it was incredible, looking at the leaf spining in the table was mesmerizing, he looked at his dad in awe.
"i can see that you are impresed, would you like for dad to teach you how to do it?"
He exitedly noded and streched his arm having his palm over the leaf
"a litlle trick to use your chakra is to imagine as if there was a fire, a power in your belly, concentrate on it and slowly drive it from there to your palm them your fingertips then it should start to come out from there"
Folowing carefully his fathers instructions he felt the chakra leave his body,slowly but surely the leaf was slightly pushed seting it nearly flat against the table.
"and now try to make it spin, it can be hard to do, but concentrate and prectice and you will be able to do it with no truble at all"
he imagined his own chakra as a mist that ascted lke an extension of himself, and tried to spin it, the leaf moved very sliglty to the right, he was sort of disapointed
"oh, don't worry i,m sure you'll get the hang of it in no time, just keep on practicing"
he noded to continue training, every atempt the leaf moved a little bit more, this keept going for quite a while with Nagato looking from the side or several diferent rooms of the house, eventual he felt exasted and fell asleep onto the floor, Ito came in and looked at him.
"what hapened?"
"he took an interest in training his chakra contol and seems like he got low on it"
"he's already training his chakra?, why?, they are going to teach him that in the academia"
"i mean, the sooner he learns the better, right?"
"you're right, he'll be in the same year as most if not all of the kids from clans, like Uchiha or Hyūga"
"should i teach him some jutsu?"
"Maybe not that yet, for now maybe walking on water and walls"
Ito lifted Tanaka up and started taking him to his bedroom being followed by Nagato
"yeah, it's a good idea"
they set Tanaka in bed and let him sleep for tonight, tomorow they would train him, even if he didn't talk to them, the comunication was pretty clar he had an interest in training hes use of chakra and ninja skils, they had dome some training before with shurikens but he never showed much interest or skill in those, maybe jutsu and chakra based training would be his forte.
The next day he woke up early again a habit he picked up very early in this new life, he got up and started his morning rutine, five sit-ups, push-ups, squats, streching changing into his clothes and got out of his room, to find instead of the calm and silent dining room, his parents in full ninja gear ready for some kind of mission and a brackfast.
"Hey there buddy, your mom and i decided it was a good ifea if we got you started with some ninja training for you, since we noticed you have interest in chakra we will teach you me new things to do with it, so you can controle it better"
saied Nagato extending a hand for his son to grab onto, instead he was hit with an unexpected
"thank you"
the first time his son had talked to them in any kind of way since his first words, they stood there confused while he just sat down at the tabe and started eating brackfast, after eating, they left the house on their way to one of the training grounds that they had asked to use that day, on the way Ito and Nagato really wanted to make him talk again, with no result.
at the training grounds his father took him next to a tree
"to start i'll teach you how to walk on walls"
Nagato proceded to wallk onto the tree, he was oviusly exited to learn this, as basic as it was it would still be reallly usefull, he wanted to give it a try even if he hadn't been able to perfecly spin the leaf, it was worth a try
"what you have to do for this one is to move chacra to your feet and use that to climb the tree without using you hands"
with little to no wait he started moving chakra to his feet and steped onto it, he held in place for a second before the wood borke and he fell to the ground
"if you use too much chakra the wood will just break, but if you put too litlle you'll just fall"
He tried once again with less chakra this time, he stuck to the tree easily, he started to walk on it, back and fourth
"Ito!, look he's doing it!"
"he has good chakra control"
he started to runa and walk on the tree geting to a branch and hanging upside down
" yeah, to think i learn this when i was like thirteen "
"at this rate you could start to teach him the basics of medical ninjustu in a few months"
"you're right lets hope it'll give him an edge over the clan heirs"
"come down Tanaka, next i'll teach you how to walk on water"
he jumped down from the tree and was caught by Nangato and taken to a small pond in the training area
"to walk on water, even if it migh sound really hard it's just a variation of the tree walking you just achived"
Nagato proceded to stand on the water himself
"what you have to do is not only release your chakra at a stedy rate to your feetand in the right amounts, you also have to change the amount on each one depending on the movement of the water, go on, try it"
he noded and followed the instructions, he managed to stay over the water for a second before falling into it, he got up and tried again, immediate failure, he tried once again, and failed just the same, realising a constant and steady amount of chakra was easy but having to change it depending on the water was complicated, keeping track of that would be alot harder that anything he had done before, he continued trying, only to keep on failing.
it didnt take long for his parents to decide it was time to go home, he decidet that he would practice at home untill he was capable of doing it.
