After being proposed to, Regina took to planning their wedding immediately, despite constantly having to go to the gynaecologist, for routine checkups, since she had to be monitored from her trauma prior to getting pregnant. They just wanted to be completely sure that there wasn't any problems going on in her body. Regina was planning everything for their wedding, and one day, she was settled on the couch with her laptop in her lap, looking for venues and catering options for their special day. She couldn't wait to be married to the love of her life, apart from her current pregnancy and the birth of their daughter Bela, this was the third most important thing in her mind, and one of the three things that kept her happy and as distracted as possible away from the traumatic event that happened seven months ago, nearly eight. As she was looking through things, she didn't hear the door opening, and when she felt hands on her shoulders, she instantly panicked, out of pure habit and fear, until Emma bent down and whispered in her ear. "I'm sorry, baby, it's just me. I didn't mean to scare you or startle you." She murmured softly and kissed the top of Regina's head, nestling her nose into her hair. "So, where's Bela, baby?" She asked softly, before moving around to settle down next to Regina, as she moved to lay her head on her future wife's shoulder, to overlook upon what she was doing on the laptop. Regina slowly calmed down and closed her eyes once she had been given awareness that it was in fact Emma and not Robin that had touched her. At Emma's question, she smiled softly once Emma settled down next to her and laid her head against her shoulder, before responding. "She's upstairs napping, she just went down maybe twenty minutes ago." She murmured softly before leaning over to kiss Emma's forehead softly. Emma smiled and closed her eyes as she felt her forehead being kissed. "We don't have to disturb her, what have you been up to?" She asked softly. Regina gestured to the laptop and she smiled, looking down at the laptop herself. "Trying to find the perfect place to have our wedding." She murmured softly, humming. Emma reached over and rubbed her hand over Regina's tummy carefully. "Whatever you pick will be perfect, babe." She murmured softly, kissing Regina's cheek softly.

A few weeks later, their wedding had been planned and they had slowly begun getting ready the day of the wedding. They'd decided to do away with the tradition of not being able to see one another until the time of the wedding, since Regina couldn't be alone for more than five minutes at times, unless Emma went to work. As the wedding began, Regina was the one that was walking down the aisle, while Emma was waiting for her, wearing a beautiful, yet handsome suit. Regina was in a gorgeous wedding dress, one that they'd both fallen in love with. It was white with gold accents along the train, the front of the dress and the veil, with it mainly being covered in lace. The whole wedding was perfect, it was an amazing ceremony and Emma made her feel like the most beautiful woman in the entire universe. It was perfect. Once the wedding and the reception was over, they'd gone home and they cuddled up that night together. They often enjoyed being together, without needing to be sexual, which Regina was thankful for. Since they had Bela, they hadn't been able to go on an actual honeymoon, but Regina hadn't minded that, they were just as happy right where they were.

A few months went by, and with Regina being almost at the end of her pregnancy, she had been quite moody and whiny, yet when she hit 9 months, she thought the baby may never come. She felt absolutely like a whale, although, one day while Emma was at work, Regina's water broke almost instantly and she immediately called Emma's phone, biting her lip, hoping that Emma would answer soon. The pain was immense and hard to handle, although when Emma answered, she basically jumped to the conclusion and told her she needed to come home instantly, to which she did as soon as they'd hung up. Once Emma had arrived home, they went straight to the hospital, and after 53 hours of labor, and lots of drugs, Regina gave birth to their second little girl, Emerson Marie. Regina had fallen in love with her, almost instantly as soon as she'd seen her. Emma was just as in love with her as well, Regina couldn't believe after everything that happened, that this was her life now. She was married to the love of her life, with two beautiful little girls. She never thought she would've been able to have this, to have happiness, especially with how traumatic of an event it was.

Three days later, they'd gone home, with a healthy baby and Regina was put on bed rest due to everything her body has gone through. It was for her safety, and for the sake of wanting more kids, she needed to be good and rest up. With Emma being home, since she'd taken leave from her job as well, it was much easier for her to be able to rest, since Emma was taking care of the babies, thankfully. Regina was so thankful for her wife. A few days later, Regina was sleeping and Emma had been caring for the babies, and once they both were down, she made her way over to the bed and she curled up with Regina, nestling her neck softly. Regina moved to curl into Emma's arms as much as she could as she kept her eyes closed. "Babyyy.." she murmured out softly, and Emma kissed her forehead softly. "Keep sleeping, baby, I'm here.. they're asleep.." she whispered to Regina and nosed against Regina's nose as well. Regina settled back down and fell right back to sleep in Emma's arms, and Emma fell right to sleep along with her as well. They were sound asleep, and the babies as well. Everyone was quiet and content, life was good, and nothing else bad had happened again, yet.
