Back in October 1st, Rook already sent the intel about Ukraine to UKSF, specifically two operators he trusts before TF 141 got disavowed and its salvageable assets reclaimed.

Guys, I know trust and reliability are going through a shortage right now. But I need you to trust me on this one. In return, you'll get some answers about what the fuck's going on. It will be worth it. The place I'm pointing to may have a rebooting Russian Navy warship, but once you deal with it, you'll only have a small army with a close connection to reinforcements to deal with. Expect hostile Russian Ultranationalists. You'll know who's responsible when you get there. You guys are the only ones we (Price and Soap) trust with this. Run it up with Baseplate. He'll know.

Send no reply. You know. Interpol. Good hunting.

At 04:45:25 on the same day, Ridley and Red Coat reported to Major General MacMillan, codename: Baseplate, almost immediately.
Baseplate: When did you receive this?
Ridley: 02:00, sir. I was still sleeping at that time.
Red Coat: So was I, sir.
Baseplate: These coordinates, I'm familiar with them. We ran drones last year tracking Russian Ultranationalists movement there. But they haven't attracted enough attention for us to intervene. If Price is behind this, I trust him. But this 'Leo', I don't know.
Ridley: We do, sir.
Baseplate: Explain.
Red Coat: Staff Sergeant Leonard 'Rook' Hansen, Australian S.A.S.R. 'Leo' is his personal nickname. Rook's his official codename. Roach, Ridley and I met him during our time in Task Force 141. Good operator. Better friend. He would never betray us or do anything wrong. I trust him, sir.
Ridley: Me too, sir.
Baseplate: Are you sure about this, leftenants?
Ridley and Red Coat: Absolutely, sir.
Seeing no doubt in any of them, MacMillan is convinced.
Baseplate: Alright then. I'll get a drone up and see what are the new developments there. And if it's actionable, you two are going in there. No one knows this Rook's handiwork better than you. Dismissed.
Ridley and Red Coat: Thank you, General.
October 4th - 03:00, after some recon, the Slava Class Cruiser 'Kuvalda' has moved, current location is unknown. But the Ultranationalists' HQ is still working and filled with hostiles.
Baseplate assumes that they're protecting something big, and they will need to go in without attracting Ukrainian authorities who may be on the pocket of the Ultranationalists. So he tasks only Ridley and Red Coat to Ukraine in black combat uniforms and gear without unit and flag patches, with an MQ-9 Reaper Drone for air support, and an EMP Bomb to put the base out of commission.
Ridley will be on the ground gathering the intel and preparing the EMP Bomb once it airdrops in its cleared LZ. Armed with a Colt Canada L119A2 Assault Rifle with an EOTech EXPS34 Holographic Sight with a G33 Magnifier behind it, an EOTech PEQ-15 IR Aiming Laser on its top rail, a Hi-Point 995 Tactical LED Flashlight on the right rail, a Magpul Foregrip attached to the bottom rail, and a SOCOM Rifle Suppressor.
Red Coat will be on top of the base's shipping crane providing sniper support and controlling the Reaper Drone. Armed with an HK G28 DMR with its built-in sniper scope, with night/thermal vision and a backup Micro T-1 Red Dot Sight on top, its built-in vertical foregrip and bipod on the bottom rail, an EOTech PEQ-15 IR Aiming Laser on the right rail, and armor piercing rounds.
Baseplate: Dekko 1, clear the LZ on the command center's helipad. Once the EMP arrives, charge it and move to secure all the intel inside. Bravo 3, provide cover fire. How copy, over?
Ridley: Good copy. Dekko 1 moving in.
Red Coat: Bravo 3 copies all.
Once all the foot patrols, snipers and juggernauts outside the command center have been quietly killed, Ridley moves in to clear the interior and go to the helipad.
Red Coat: Exterior's clear, Ridley. Go on. I'll maintain eyes.
Ridley: Solid work. Breaching now.
Ridley clears the entire building and signals Baseplate to drop the EMP Bomb.
Red Coat: No movement detected so far. You're cleared to proceed.
Ridley: Baseplate, Dekko 1 has control of the EMP. Charging, stand by. EMP charge successful. Ready for detonation.
Baseplate: Roger that, Dekko 1. You're cleared to seize all enemy intel.
Ridley: Roger, moving now
Inside, Ridley finds the same set of intel that TF 141 had found the last time they were here. Quick analysis shows that the task force was indeed set up to fail by Makarov, aided by Shepherd.
Ridley: Dekko 1 is gathering physical intel and sending digital ones to Baseplate now. I knew Rook wouldn't lead us here for no good reason.
Red Coat: Never had a doubt.
Ridley: Bullshit.
Red Coat: *chuckles*
Ridley: Be advised, the hack tripped a mainframe alarm.
Baseplate: It also triggered the base's high alert. Heavy enemy reinforcements coming in. MQ-9 Reaper Drone standing by. Bravo 3, keep them out of the command center.
Red Coat: Roger, I have control of the Reaper. Shots out.
After seven minutes of killing Ultranationalists, laying down fire support, and sending digital intel, everything is set and the entire base has been cleaned out.
Ridley: All intel sent and gathered. Tracks have been erased. Dekko 1 ready and waiting.
Red Coat: Enemy reinforcements obliterated. No more movement detected.
Baseplate: Baseplate copies all. Great work. Secure your tech and detonate that EMP.
Red Coat: Roger. Bravo 3 is securing in EMP-proof bags. Going dark for 60 seconds.
Ridley: Same for Dekko 1.
30 seconds later*
Red Coat: Ready when you are, Ridley.
Ridley: Got it. Detonating.
EMP explodes*
Another 30 seconds has passed after the pulse and the two operators have re-equipped.
Red Coat: Bravo 3 to Dekko 1, how copy, over?
Ridley: Solid copy, Bravo 3. Baseplate, this is Dekko 1, EMP detonation successful. Ultranationalists' HQ is out of commission. Heading to the docks now. Do you copy, over?
Baseplate: Copy that, Dekko 1. Well done, team. Now destroy the EMP, load the intel into the RHIBs at the docks and rally up for exfil.
Ridley: Dekko 1 copies all. I'm moving.
Red Coat: Bravo 3 copies. Moving to destroy the EMP.
While still looking out for hostiles, Ridley brings all the EMP-proof bags full of intel to the two RHIBs waiting at the docks. Red Coat destroys the EMP with a charge and helps his partner move the cargo.
Once loaded, the two sail away to the open sea for aerial extraction with zero resistance and no tails.
