The episode begins with an activated gate pointed by several men. Miss May checks on the activity. Later at the briefing room, Ferrel and his men are gathered to discuss the new mission.
"We know that Gammamon, Angoramon and Jellymon are sent by Crusadermon to prevent us from rescuing Meicoomon." said Hammond.
"I know…" said Ferrel.
"This makes no sense." said Alex. "Meicoomon is working for Crusadermon as a result of the kidnapping."
They are shocked. At the lab, Rick and Alex are talking.
"The mission starts soon." said Alex. "When we rescue Meicoomon, I will return to the purger a hero."
At the embarkation room, three executives enter the headquarters.
"We have a lot to discuss." said the executive.
"Sure, come on in." said Hammond. "Let's talk."
At the briefing room, the discussion between Ferrel's men and the three executives with Hagurumon as their partner begins.
"So, this is Hagurumon." said Ferrel.
"Yes, he will join the cause in rescuing Meicoomon." said Hammond.
"My digivice will fit only five people at the time." said Ferrel.
"I understand, since Hagurumon will be with Palmon and Terriermon, he will help them rescue Meicoomon." said Hammond.
"He can digivolve?" asked Ferrel.
"Yes, but not Terriermon, since Meicoomon is working with these bad guys." said Hammond.
At the lab, Ferrel's men are talking about Hagurumon, Palmon and Terriermon's new ally. At the office, Ferrel and Sam speak to Hammond. They hear sirens.
"Suit up, guys." said Hammond.
The gate opens. It was the executive.
"Ferrel, false alarm." said Hammond.
"I would like to speak to Rick." said the executive.
At the lab, the executive speaks to Rick.
"Rick? This is Jonah." said Jonah.
They talk about the mission. Jonah urges Rick to join the mission. At the briefing room, Ferrel's men are gathered to talk about Jonah.
"The president approves the mission to save Meicoomon. Make sure you don't get spotted by these henchmen." said Hammond. "In the meantime, suit up."
At the embarkation room, Ferrel's men take Jonah to the city of Kobe, Japan. Inside Kobe, Ferrel's men are gathered for a conference meeting. Hagurumon greets Palmon and Terriermon.
"Nice to meet you." said Hagurumon. "I'm Hagurumon and you are…"
"Palmon and this is my famous ally Terriermon." said Palmon.
"Hi…" said Terriermon.
"Okay." said Jonah. "We need to find a way to rescue Meicoomon so that Terriermon can digivolve again."
"With the help of Hagurumon, we need to find a way to stop these henchmen." said Rick.
"From what?" asked Shoutmon. "From murderers?"
"Yes!" cried Alex. "Continue, please."
The conference continues. At the corridor, several tourists are shocked with the appearance of Crusadermon with the henchmen. Later at the same building, Ferrel and his men suit up for a mission.
"Can you summon Herissmon, Ferrel?" asked Rick.
"I can. He can digivolve just fine." said Ferrel.
Herissmon appears. At the conference room, Rick is sent to see Jonah.
"Rick, please come in." said Jonah.
"So, Jonah, so far, SGC is doing everything to find the activity from Crusadermon." said Rick.
"I know. We face consequences." said Jonah.
In the morning, Rick sees Jonah studying the plan.
"I can't concentrate anymore." said Jonah.
"Gaomon will know. Gaomon." said Rick, summoning Gaomon to help improve the concentration.
Later, Ferrel's men are gathered for the second conference meeting. A man shows up, interrupting the meeting.
"It's Ruki, Rika's sister. She wants to talk to you." said Jonah.
Ruki speaks to Ferrel.
"It's about Renamon…" said Ruki.
"You must be her sister." said Ferrel.
At the lab, Jonah opens the door. It was Ferrel's men.
"It's Ruki. She is going to kill Takuya and Koji along with their partners Agumon and Gabumon." said Jonah. "I want you to arrest her and interrogate her, Ferrel."
"No, that ain't happening!" cried Ferrel.
"I'm outta here." said Hagurumon. "Come on, Palmon, Terriermon. We must stop Ruki."
Outside the factory, Jonah is leading the way.
"How much time?" asked Terriermon.
"I don't know." said Palmon. "Miss May, come with me."
Miss May goes inside the factory with Ferrel. Jonah is then cornered by Ruki, who is about to kill Takuya, Koji, Agumon and Gabumon. Before she could kill them.
"Fight and they die." said Ruki, taking them hostage.
"Don't listen to her, Palmon." said Hagurumon.
Ferrel summons Renamon and performs Diamond Storm. This resulted in the death of Ruki, but did not affect the hostages.
"Who's this?" asked Renamon.
"This is Hagurumon, Renamon." said Terriermon. "He will join the cause in rescuing Mei-mei."
"Nice to meet you, Lady Renamon." said Hagurumon.
Jonah is hospitalized inside the headquarters. Later, Ferrel's men are ordered to get Takuya, Koji and their partners to safety.
"We need to get to Mei-mei without being spotted by these henchmen." said Renamon. "Who's with me?!"
"I am!" cried Terriermon.
"Same here!" cried Hagurumon.
"I'm always here for you." said Palmon.
Inside the warehouse, they found weapons.
"They must be where Mei-mei is hiding." whispered Terriermon. "Sensei, Miss May, please split up and find him individually."
At the conference room, Rick speaks to Sam only to discover Jellymon's presence.
"Welcome…" said Rick.
"We are with Crusadermon." said Jellymon.
"Sh*t! You must be one of the three henchmen!" cried Rick. "Attack!"
Rick summons Gaomon and Falcomon to fight against Jellymon. The plan failed as she strangulates Gaomon from behind. Falcomon punches her from behind, freeing Gaomon. The fight ends. Later at the briefing room, Dr. Laura speaks to Ferrel's men.
"We need to have these henchmen arrested." said Hammond.
"It's no use." said Ferrel. "They got away."
"And we were unable to rescue Mei-mei." said Renamon. "At least Palmon and Terriermon made a new friend."
The briefing continues. Jonah recovered from an attempted suicide, which is the result of Jellymon's charm.
