Hey all. This is an author note explaining what's been going on and why this story hasn't gotten any updates. I doubt that I actually have anyone who's read this, but I'll explain anyway. When I started writing this story I was in a but of a bad place, and used imagining a world as one of my favorite Pokémon as a coping mechanism. Naturally, not good for the long term. Now, while I may have completely stopped writing this story, it does not mean that I've stopped thinking about it. I've thought back on all of the decisions I made while writing and realize how bad they are in the story. I'll be rewriting this story from the ground up, but with an actual, thought out plot line this time. The main character will be starting their journey as a Scizor this time around, and I will be trying my absolute best to write in my now-abundant free time. I'm still deciding on making an isekai MC, but that's to be decided. I will also be getting tips from writers and also be writing in third person completely. I started very much disliking the first-person perspective, but didn't think I could change it midway through. I will be posting what I had written for chapter 4 without any formatting and begin working on the Prologue for my new story. Thanks for reading, and see you soon, I hope.
