Welcome back and enjoy

Luz slowly crept down the stairs at night reaching for the fridge and pouring milk and drinking it before sitting near the fireplace and looking at the portrait that hung above it. "Some family you had," Luz stated as she closed went back to her room and closed the door slowly drifting to sleep when she heard an odd noise and woke up and saw something terrifying starting right at her with its bright yellow eyes as she let out a scream which shocked the creature which then flew out the open window from which it came from just as the door was opened with Bruce bursting through the room.

"What happened?" Bruce asked as Luz simply pointed to the window as bruce looked out of it before finding a large orange feather on the window still which he tucked into his pocket. "Odd there's nothing out there."

"It was huge, long claws, wings, and those glowing yellow eyes... those eyes," Luz stated as she was clary shaken but what she had seen Bruce comforted her while outside a pair of eyes were watching from afar.

The Owl house was packed with jazz music everywhere as people danced Steve was tendering to the bar and cleaning glasses and pouring drinks while Boshca and the Banshees stood outside the back alley with the latter smoking a cigarette.

"You sure that's good for you?" One of the Banshees asked as Boscha simply flipped them off and continued smoking before tossing it to the floor and stamping it out as she received a text.

"Come on, the boss is waiting for us inside." The group then entered the V.I.P lounge area which was full of rich guests smoking cigars, drinking expensive alcohol, and inhaling some Palisman, before finding Lilith, with two bodyguards, on a sofa seated twirling her umbrella before slamming it down causing the Banshees to jump in fright.

"Sit," Lilith said to which the group obliged she clapped her hands as a server walked in and poured a bottle of champagne for her which she drank. "Now to business, I don't know where you got your hands on this?" She then pulled out a vial of palisman. "But I want more of it, enough for my suppliers."

"Don't you mean Falcone's?" Boshca questioned as Lilith held back her anger.

"Yes, I meant that, now go on hurry up before I decide to impale one of you with this," Lilith said unveiling the blade in her umbrella which caused the banshees to quickly leave the club with Lilith chuckling to herself before continuing to drink the champagne as her phone rang with the contact reading Wittebane which she grudgingly answered. "What do you want?"

"I just want to talk, Hotel penthouse top floor," Philip stated before hanging up as Lilith stood up before heading out.

"Steve get the car!" She ordered as he ran to the parking area.

Soon the car stopped as the tow then got onto an elevator which reached the top floor as they exited but steve was stopped from going with her. "I'm afraid that he'll only see your employer only," Kiki said as she lead him to a waiting room while Lilith met with Philip who had just finished inhaling more Palisman.

"There you are, Lilith." He said with his calm tone as he began to talk with her. "It seems that a few of your old comrades are falling out of line with my promises." Lilith went cold.

"Yes, but I can't do anything otherwise I'll be dead in a matter of days." She stated but Philip smiled.

"Perhaps I can help you with that." Philip then handed Lilith a purple gift box wrapped in a green bow. "If you heard about that maniac then you know what's inside." Lilith carefully held the box as she exited the room with Steve. Philip chuckled before opening a drawer and pulling out a golden mask with horns on it which he placed on his face and put on his best suit closing the shutters and doors and turning on the TVs which showed several people in masks on separate screens he quickly inhaled a palisman before speaking in a deep tone.

"Sorry for the sudden meeting, I believe that all of you have done your part in this?" He questioned.

"Most of my charities have been sent directly to the asylum as funding for the experiments and the mayoral campaign, Grandmaster." A woman in an owl mask stated as Philip smiled under his mask.

"Excellent, such a shame that to this day the clawthone's have not claimed their rightful place in our court nor will their final blood child witness the Day of Unity!" He exclaimed as the people nodded in agreement as he turned off the TVs before removing the mask and placing it back in the drawer while looking taking out a birth certificate as he gave it to kikimora. "You know what to do."

Kiki nodded as she left the building as Philip took a shot of whiskey.

It was chaos at a warehouse as gunfire and laughter rang out as Lilith and her men who were wearing gas masks waited outside with an officer tied up and gagged she tried to speak but only a muffled sound came out.

"Please be quiet unless you want to laugh out your lungs," Lilith told the officer as the final sound of gunfire stopped, Lilith then snapped her fingers as her men and Steve opened the doors to find several officers and gangsters dead on the floor, most of them from gunfire but what disturbed the officer were the faces. Large forced smiling grins on most of the bodies with an open jack in the box on the floor.

"Now go on," Lilith said untying the officer and placing a stack of hundreds in her pocket which the officer quickly took and limped as Lilith took out a revolver and pulled the trigger as a BANG! flag popped out of it.

"Stupid thing I swear it could..." She then pulled the trigger again as the flag fired and impaled the officer in the throat squirting blood out as she struggled to apply pressure to her wound but eventually fell, blood spilling onto the ground.

"Nevermind, take everything from inside and put it in the van." She ordered before walking to the fallen officer and taking back the money she had given her and unloading the bullets from the gun before dumping it into a flaming barrel and setting the building ablaze as they drove off leaving a spraypainted message on the floor for the police which read HA HA HA!
