Chapter 146: Despicable backstory
Gossamer then appears and told the hero council that he tries to fight the villains, but Gigantomachia keep swatting him away, causing Izuku to tell him that it's ok before telling him to help take the Devil Brats to Tartarus, which also caused everyone to rally up the Devil Brats (except for Randall, Agnes, Felonious, Ashley, and Nelson) before setting off for Tartarus. Soon, the remaining members of the Devil Brats woke up to find everyone gone, causing Randall to become determined to save them from the heroes, which also caused Agnes to tell him that the rest of their comrades are probably at Tartarus, so the perfect way to save them is to have her in her giant form and destroy Tartarus and everything in Japan. Randall then thinks for a moment before agreeing to let Agnes take the lead.
Meanwhile, inside Tartarus itself, the hero council walk with the warden as he explains how the Tartarus prison facility will be similar to Dungeon Fortress at Harmony before assuring them that as long as they have their strategy, the remaining Devil Brats will not succeed. Back with the remaining group of the Devil Brats, Randall asks Mini Supercomputer for the directions to Tartarus, causing the computer to show everyone a map that leads to the prison facility, which also caused Agnes to take the map and assure everyone that her plan to save the rest of the Devil Brats will prevail. After Randall made Agnes promise, a montage begins as the group began walking to Tartarus. The montage then ends as Agnes revealed to everyone that during the fight with the heroes, she saw Gossamer again, which caused Felonious to suggest putting himself on the frontlines so he can help overwhelm Gossamer. After Agnes say ok, Randall patted her on the head and let her continue leading the way.
Agnes then recalled a flashback when she was just a quirkless little girl with Edith and Margo by her side. The girls used to live in an orphanage at Eusha City, with Mrs. Hannigan as their caretaker until Fritz came to adopt them. Prior to this, Fritz saw them selling cookies to his archrival and got an idea to adopt them to get rid of him. Fritz then lied to Mrs. Hannigan about being a dentist as he explains the pros and cons of being a doctor, which caused Mrs. Hannigan to believe him before letting him adopt Agnes and her sisters. Soon, Fritz took the girls to his home, where they found out about him being a villain along with Nefario. Soon, the girls got inspired to be like Fritz before starting their training. However, Fritz's rival Larry kidnapped the girls after Fritz himself escaped from heroes trying to capture him for attempting to steal the moon, and took them to his lair, causing Fritz to go save them just in time as the heroes arrive to arrest him. The next day, Fritz took a walk until he meet Piper (AKA Queen Bee) and fell in love at first sight.
