Chapter 147: Tartarus
Fritz then introduced himself and decided to help Piper with her mission to steal a legendary jewel of Japan. After Piper meets the girls and Nefario, she and Fritz set off to the museum to steal the jewel, which caused Agnes to hug them both. When they got to the museum, Piper reviewed the plan with Fritz before putting it into action. After a montage of Fritz and Piper working together to steal the jewel and fought the guards, the duo went on their first date. Three months later, Fritz and Piper joined an organization to make drugs that will turn people into instant villains. However, the organization was dissembled by the heroes and police. After escaping prison, Fritz and Piper got married and they, Margo, Edith, Agnes, Nefario, and the minions moved away to somewhere private until eight years later, where they joined Overhaul's new organization to destroy peace and harmony just because they're despicable.
While Fritz and Piper were working in the drug organization, Agnes went out with her sisters because she loves being spoiled by her family until they reached an area filled with toxic waste. When the three girls try to get a closer look, they accidentally slipped into the waste, and got new powers. Margo's newfound quirk is money, Edith's newfound quirk is magnet, and Agnes' quirk is tantrum. Agnes then monologued that ever since she was four years, she's always said that every day is her birthday, so she can get whatever she wanted, when she says it. While she was monologuing, she and her sisters try their quirks out on each other. They then caused mayhem in the city, which caused a trio of heroes to go after them until Agnes use her quirk to get away faster. Agnes then laughs with her sisters that they officially made it clear that they will become villains just like Felix and Piper, which ends the flashback.
Soon, Agnes, Randall, Nelson, Ashley, and Felonious reached Tartarus and begin their mission. Unlike Dungeon Fortress on Harmony Island, Tartarus is a prison facility that is extremely distant from civilization. It is where extremely dangerous villains are imprisoned and interrogated under the highest security standards possible. The high-security prison appears to be located on an island about five kilometers from the mainland, surrounded by giant walls. The only access to the prison is a long bridge connected to a city with the entrance guarded by two or more guards that check every vehicle going in. The gate that stands in front of the mainland side of the bridge is known as "The Bronze Gate". Tartarus' interior is heavily armored with blast doors lining narrow, steel-plated hallways. Prisoners incarcerated inside Tartarus are heavily restrained, sitting down restrained on a large, high-tech chair with a full-body straitjacket. Though nominally a prison, the facility effectively serves as a dumping ground for individuals who threaten or have threatened public safety to a drastic extent. Regardless of sentencing status, these individuals are incarcerated and heavily monitored in Tartarus. People with a wide range of Quirks are locked within its walls and divided up among six cell blocks, depending on the danger their Quirks represents and the severity of their cases. The more dangerous the individual, the deeper they're kept within the prison. The deepest level of the prison is B10, located 500 meters below sea level. Thanks to Agnes' clever thinking, the villains managed to sneak into the facility without anyone seeing them, which caused Agnes herself to tell her comrades that they are going to have some fun, which Randall and Felonious agrees with.
