Becoming Tony Stark's Little Sister and Working for S.H.I.E.L.D.

Harriet Jasmine Selene Potter had traveled the world after the Battle of Hogwarts and graduating Hogwarts. She had traveled at least two years before finally coming to New York where she met Tony Stark, Pepper Potts, Happy Hogan, and Captain Rhodes.

She was happy that she made some new friends, but Tony felt like a big brother to her more than anything and she enjoyed it because she could talk to him; since they were somewhat similar in a way. However, it bothered some that she was keeping her past from him, Pepper, Happy, and Rhodey.

Then when Halloween rolled around, Tony, Pepper, Happy, and Rhodey as well as Jarvis noticed that Harriet seemed to be in damper of a mood for some reason. It concerned them very much and for an AI like Jarvis it was something that was unusual.

Tony knew that he had to get to the bottom of this right away because he wasn't used to Harriet being sad and neither were the others. So, he decided that it was time to talk with Harriet about why she was down on Halloween.

"Harriet?" Tony said.

"Hm?" Harriet said.

"I think we need to talk because I hate seeing down in the dumps on Halloween." Tony said.

"Okay, but keep an open mind." Harriet said.

"Sure, let's go to the parlor and you tell me, Pepper, Happy, and Rhodey everything." Tony said.

Harriet just nodded.

"Tony, what's going on?" Pepper questioned as Tony and Harriet entered the parlor.

"Harriet's going to tell us why she seems down on Halloween." Tony said.

"Halloween is supposed to be a fun holiday for everyone." Rhodey said.

Harriet sighed and said, "It probably would've been for me except I was year old and my parents were killed front of me by mad man who even tried to kill me and failed."

Tony, Pepper, Happy, and Rhodey all paled at hearing that. They continued to listen to Harriet as she continued her story; when she finished telling them her life story, they were all in tears and hugging her.

Then Tony spoke, "I'm scientist with technology, so it is kind of hard to believe that there's magic. However, let's I believe this and said something like, 'I, Anthony Edward Stark, do decree that from this moment on that Harriet Jasmine Selene Potter, will be known as Phoenix Jasmine Stark and we'll call Nix short because you're my little sister now and the only people in this room will know who you really are and everything that you that you've inherited from your parents and your godfather will still be yours no matter what; so smote it be !"

Suddenly there was a flash of light or something that surrounded Tony and Harriet.

Pepper, Happy, and Rhodey had covered their eyes because it was bright.

When the light died down, there was a young woman exactly identical to Tony but female with the exception of her eyes because they were still green but with a hint of the coloring of Tony's eyes.

"What just happened?" Tony questioned.

Harriet now Phoenix looked at Tony and said, "You just invoked magic to literally make us actual siblings."

Tony blinked; while the others were stunned to hear this.

Moments later, an owl flew in through a window with a letter and dropped it in Phoenix's lap. Phoenix opened the letter and read it out loud so the others could hear:

Dear Ms. Potter now Ms. Stark,

It has come to the attention of Gringotts that you are no longer Harriet Jasmine Selene Potter but are now known as Phoenix Jasmine Stark and little sister to Lord Anthony Edward Stark better known as Tony Stark aka Iron Man.

We admit that something like this has never been done before with magic; however, we will not question it because there must have been a reason behind it. So, we created you a new Wizarding Vault under your new name and only you and brother may with drawl from unless your brother wishes to open his own vault.

Also, your inheritance from your parents and godfather have been moved to this vault. We also would like wish you well in your new life as a Stark and as such here is the Stark Family crest which was immediately created by Magic herself.

Gringhook

Tony was confused by this Gringhook guy calling him Lord Tony Stark and looked at Phoenix for an explanation.

"It seems that because that you invoked magic, Tony. Magic recognizes the Stark Family as an Ancient and Noble house in the Magical World; which means that no in the Magical World will cross you." Nix said.

Pepper, Happy, and Rhodey were shocked to hear this and Tony was as well.

"I could be wrong, but it also means the British Magical Community will know as well about this." Nix said.

"Let'em know because you're now my little sister and I be damn if I'm going to let anyone hurt you, Nix. And nobody messes with a Stark not even S.H.I.E.L.D.; however, I think that they'll be here to investigate that power surge regardless." Tony said.

Nix smiled at Tony and hugged him. Tony wasn't exactly expecting a hug but returned it just the same since they were now considered siblings by magic and blood somehow; but Tony figured not to question it because he had really wanted a sibling when he was younger and now he did. So, he could only imagine what his parents would think because he did something completely out of the blue.

Pepper, Happy, and Rhodey as well as the AI, Jarvis watched as the new siblings hugged each other.

"One question though?" Rhodey said.

"What?" Tony said letting go of his new little sister.

"How are we going to explain this to the Press?" Rhodey questioned.

"That's a good point." Pepper said.

"As much as I hate lying to people, we'll have to fabricate a story that sounds believable to both the Muggle and Magical Worlds because most muggle-borns will know about Tony Stark aka Iron Man." Nix said.

"Good point, sis." Tony said.

So, they began going over possible believable senerios for a believable story to tell the Press because this was a completely new situation for Tony Stark as well as Stark Industries.

A few weeks later...

A Press Conference was being held at Stark Tower and every news reporter wondered what was going on now with Tony Stark that he would call for a Press Conference after the major one announcing that he was Iron Man.

It just so happened that Phil was there along with Natasha Romanov and they were curious as well of what was going on.

"As you know, I am Iron Man and Tony Stark. However, something came to light that was very shocking to me which makes me wonder a lot about my parents' deaths." Tony said.

"And what was that, Mr. Stark?" Ms. Everhart asked curiously.

"Is that I have a little sister named Phoenix Jasmine Stark or Nix for short. I recently found her here in New York when she recently moved here from wherever she had been." Tony said.

The reporters were shocked as well as Phil and Natasha at what Tony Stark had just said. Which Phil and Natasha both knew that they had to tell Fury about this development.

"Where is Ms. Stark?" A reporter asked.

"I'm right here." A feminine voice said.

Every reporter turned towards the voice as did both Phil and Natasha. They all were completely stunned by Ms. Stark's beauty and they knew her brother was handsome but it was strange that Howard and his wife had two children that uniquely beautiful and handsome in their own right.

They watched Ms. Stark walk upto the podium to join her brother to answer questions from the Press about her.

The Press Conference lasted for at least two hours at most because there were so many questions that needed to be answered.

When the Press Conference was over finally; Tony, Pepper, and Nix headed to the penthouse in the Tower.

Moments later, they were joined by Phil and Natasha along with Nick Fury.

"Stark?!" Fury said.

"Yes?" Nix and Tony said in unison.

"Apparently, I walked into that one. However, Tony,I would your sister like to be a representative for S.H.I.E.L.D. in the Magical World considering what has happened to her." Fury said.

"Why?" Nix suddenly asked.

"We need to know about this Magical World that kidnapped you, Ms. Stark." Fury stated.

"The only thing that I tell you is that there was an evil wizard that mistook me for this Harriet Potter who was the Chosen One." Nix said that was somewhat true.

They continued talking about Nix joining S.H.I.E.L.D. for a test trial to see how she would do amongst the rest of the S.H.I.E.L.D. Agents.

Two months later...

Phoenix Stark was now Agent Nix and she had done what Fury had asked of her. So, she had just returned from the assignment and decided to go to the S.H.I.E.L.D. gym and workout; because she had ran into Ron Weaseley and his so called wife, Hermione.

Clint Barton aka Hawkeye had heard that there was a new member of S.H.I.E.L.D. and that she was the unexpected sister of Tony Stark. He was curious about her but headed to the gym just to work out for a bit.

He entered the gym and was surprised to see that it was a woman and two male agents were on the floor.

"Who are you?" The woman asked him.

"I'm Hawkeye also known by Agent Clint Barton. And may ask who you are, Miss?" Clint said.

The woman looked at Clint for a moment and noticed at handsome he was and then answered, "I'm Phoenix Stark but I'm known as Agent Nix."

Clint was actually shocked because he didn't think that he would meet Agent Nix at the gym but said, "It's nice to meet you, Agent Nix."

"Likewise, Hawk considering you didn't come here to grope me like these two did." Nix stated.

"Well, there's no doubt that you can defend yourself, Agent Nix. And by looks of it, these two are fresh out the Academy or something and are not aware exactly who are? Although, I would hate to see what your brother would do to them if he found out that his little sister was being groped at work." Clint said.

"Do you know something that we don't, Agent Barton?" The young Agent said.

"I do. Also, haven't you two noticed that most of male population besides Director Fury and Agent Coulson is able to approach her?" Clint said.

"It's because they're afraid of her." The other young Agent said.

"No, it's because of who her brother is and trust me, I wouldn't want him angry with me. I was informed by Agent Coulson who Agent Nix was and wanted to see if she has liked working for S.H.I.E.L.D. I was also curious to what weapons that she used because I would like to see them in action." Clint said.

Nix was surprised that Hawkeye had been informed about her before hand and apparently he had respect for her.

"And who is he?" The young Agent asked.

"I'm sure you've heard his name?" Clint said.

"Hawk?" Agent Nix said.

"Hm?" Clint said.

"Jarvis, just contacted my brother." Nix said.

Clint's eyes went wide with shock knowing full well what this could mean and Fury wasn't going to like this. Then he looked at Nix and asked, "How mad would he be?"

"Try a blast from the arch reactor mad considering he's very protective of me since he learned of my existence." Nix stated

The young Agents were confused at first until they heard the word, 'Arch reactor ' and there was only person that knew of that had an arch reactor and became terrified suddenly.

"Shit! And he would that mad because of?" Clint questioned.

"Because of how I was put under tremendous torture from the time I was a year old up until seventeen; so, he's overprotective even if I work with S.H.I.E.L.D. Also, he has to approve of the guy that wishes to date me." Nix stated.

Clint was shocked to hear that and asked, "So, he'll interrogate the guy?"

Nix nodded.

The two young agents ran off but they didn't get far because Iron Man caught them and brought them back then dropped them in front of his sister.

Clint moved because he didn't want to be in this mess.

"Nix?" Tony questioned.

Nix sighed and said, "They did grope me but after they did; they landed on their backside because I didn't like it. Also, you can't always protect me but I do appreciate it, brother."

Tony was thinking for a moment and then he saw the man dressed in black and purple standing to the side and said, "You'll watch out for my sister since I can't be with her constantly."

Clint looked around then pointed to himself.

"Yes, you." Tony said looking at Clint.

"And if I have a mission, sir?" Clint questioned curiously.

"Then keep in contact with her." Tony said.

Nix's eyes widen as she realized what her brother was doing and said, "Jarvis?!"

"Yes, Ms. Stark?"

"Contact Pepper for me and Jarvis next time don't assume things until you have all the details."

"Yes, Ms. Stark, I shall remember that. Calling Ms. Potts now."

Tony heard what Jarvis said and began to pale then looked at Nix.

"Brother, I love you and you helped through my dramatic experience. I'll always appreciate that and also, I think you just have Hawkeye permission to date me by the way you were talking to him. So, go spend with Pepper." Nix said.

Clint blinked in confusion and shock.

Tony huffed.

"Tony?!"

"I'm on my way back, Pepper." Tony said with a smile.

"Good because we have a few things to do, Tony."

"Okay." Tony said then looked at Clint and said, "Take care of my sister, Birdbrain."

"Yes, sir." Clint said still in shock at what just happened.

Then they watched as Tony left and then Clint looked at Nix and asked, "What just happened?"

"Apparently, you have my brother's approval to date me should our friendship becomes more later down the road, Hawk." Nix said.

"Oh! Shit!" The two young agents said.

Suddenly, Natasha Romanov walked and said, "Clint, do you know why Tony was here?"

Clint just pointed to the two young agents; who suddenly got up and took off running immediately.

"What was that all about?" Natasha questioned as she watched the two new agents run off.

Nix and Clint laughed.

Natasha was stunned to see Clint and Nix laughing with each other. Then Natasha said, "Did I miss something?"

"No, not really, Nat." Clint said.

"So, Hawk, I take you were coming into train a bit when you witnessed what had happened?" Nix said.

"Yeah and I really hadn't expected to run into you today because you're usually busy." Clint said.

"Well, I am glad that I got to finally meet you, Hawk because I hear that you're pretty good with a bow and quiver." Nix stated.

"Yeah and I wondered what kind of weapons that you use, Agent Nix." Clint said.

"Believe or not, Hawk, I'm pretty good with several different weapons and I have even designed a few of my own with the help of my brother." Nix said.

Just then, Fury and Phil walked in trying to figure out what was taking Natasha so long. They were surprised to see Hawkeye talking with Nix when the other male agents were terrified because of who was her brother was.

"Am I missing something, Agent Romanov?" Fury questioned.

"I have no clue as to what is going on but seems Clint has become friends with Nix." Natasha answered.

"Did you find out why Tony was here?" Fury asked.

"It basically had something to do with the two newbies." Natasha said.

~ Time Skip to 2012 ~

Clint was sitting rafters of the S.H.I.E.L.D. Base where they were messing with the tesseract and he was wearing a necklace that Nix had given him on one of their dates because they had been dating for a year now.

He knew Nix had the day off today and she was probably visiting with her brother because it was sometimes rare when they both had a day off together. When they did have a day off together; they usually visit with Tony and Pepper or they would go somewhere in the Magical World that Nix would show him.

After a few minutes, Fury called him down and the two of were talking when all he'll broke loose. When this happened, Fury gave the order for immediate evacuation of the base and he knew Barton was compromised; he wondered how Nix would take the news.

Meanwhile, at Stark Tower...

Nix felt that something was wrong and it wasn't a good feeling.

Pepper noticed that something was up with Nix as did Jarvis. At the moment, Tony came waltzing in from the balcony of the Tower and noticed that Nix wasn't moving which had him worried.

Before Tony could approach her, he noticed that she seemed to be looking towards the elevator and he knew that she was aware that someone was coming.

Moments later, the elevator doors opened and out stepped Phil Coulson holding a file in his hand. Immediately, Nix looked at him and Tony said, "Security Breach!"

Phil noticed that Agent Nix was looking at him bit and she seemed a little pale and he wondered if she was sick.

Phil explained that it was of utter importance that Tony look at the information.

Suddenly, Nix said, "Hawk is under a form of the the Imperious Curse."

Tony froze hearing that; while Phil stared at Agent Nix in shock and said, "What exactly do you mean, Agent Nix?"

"This signature of the Imperious Curse is done by Asgardian magic which is a little bit different from the magic here. However, a blow may knock Clint out of it depending if he fights back against his will. I'm the only one who has ever withstood that curse meaning that it will not work on me." Nix stated.

"I'm guessing you're going to be in on this even if it's your day off, Agent Nix?" Phil questioned.

"You're damn straight, I am, Phil. No one hurts those to me and that includes the Norse God of Mischief and Lies, Loki of Asgard! But whatever, Loki is truly upto, it won't just affect us but also the Magical World; because the Magical World has laws that the Magicals follow." Nix stated.

Tony could tell that Nix was dead set on this and said, "Nix, I know that you're going to gear up for this; so, I see you there."

"Right and I stand with my family and friends no matter what. So, Fury can go screw himself for not doing proper research on the tesseract." Nix stated.

Pepper heard what Nix said and looked at Tony concerned.

"Pep, when Nix gets serious; she will let you know in her own way that it means war especially when it concerns friends and family." Tony said, "Although, I do suggest that Fury not do anything to Nix or make her pissed off than she already is."

Phil blinked and said, "That's Nix pissed off?"

"Nix knows what the Imperious curse is capable of because she had been kidnapped by some Magicals and she knows what to look for. After all, Fury wanted to know the Magical World. " Tony said.

Meanwhile on the Helicraft carrier...

Captain Steve Rogers and Dr. Bruce Banner arrived and they were greeted by Natasha. When they entered the briefing room; they saw a woman yelling at Fury and calling him a complete idiot.

"Um...is she allowed to do that?" Bruce questioned.

Natasha sighed as she realized that it was Nix and said, "Agent Nix is an agent that knowledge about things that we don't and I'm guessing she found out what happened."

Steve couldn't believe a woman could use such foul language.

At that moment, Nix turned and looked directly at him; which made him feel uncomfortable and she seemed like she wanted to take him or that was the feeling that he was getting.

The woman's sighed and then looked at Dr. Banner and nodded.

"Nix, today was your day off." Natasha said.

"WELL, THE STUPID PIRATE WAS MESSING WITH SOMETHING THAT HE SHOULDN'T AND HE'S PUT THE ENTIRE UNIVERSE AT RISK BECAUSE OF HIS STUPIDITY AND HE'S HAS PUT MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS AT RISK AS WELL. SO, DON'T GO DEFENDING HIM, NAT! AND THAT GOES DOUBLE FOR YOU, CAPSICLE!" Nix snarled in anger.

Phil and Tony had just walked in. Tony could see that Nix was fuming that he walked over to talk to her.

Steve was going warn Stark, but saw that the woman wasn't angry at him; which confused him completely.

Natasha sighed.

"Do I even know what Tony and I walked in on, Nat?" Phil asked curiously.

"Well, Agent Nix just blessed out Fury as well as myself and Captain Rogers; but other than that that's about it." Natasha said.

Phil sighed and said, "I guess, Tony wasn't exactly joking when Nix feels that her family and friends feel threatened that she'll lose her cool."

"If I may ask out of curiosity, why is Tony Stark talking to Agent Nix?" Bruce questioned.

"Agent Nix is Tony Stark's little sister." Phil stated.

Steve was shocked to hear this because he only knew that Howard and his wife only of having a son which was Tony.

Phil noticed Captain Rogers reaction and said, "Tony had been unaware that he had a little sister until after what happened in Monaco and now he's very protective of her. So, he's aware of when she's literally upset or any emotion really."

Suddenly, Nix was looking around immediately on alert.

"What is it, Nix?" Tony said.

"Their here on the Helicraft carrier." Nix stated.
