A/N: This is it. We have come to the end. I can't believe that this little series of mine that came out of nowhere is actually finished.

It's not my playground just my slide.

I have no beta.

MPOV

The evening after my exodus from Hogwarts, Marvolo called Snape in for questioning. He didn't trust the potion master what-so-ever and wanted to get the truth once and for all. If Snape was his enemy, he wouldn't be allowed to live.

Marvolo and I were seated on our thrones in Marvolo's reception room which is where he always met with his death eaters. I hated having to sit on a throne of all things, but Marvolo insisted that his queen should only ever have the finest of things. Needless to say that I gave in. That man can be so convincing. What a charmer!

Snape arrived five minutes after he was called for. Once he entered the room, he dropped down to one knee and bowed his head, but not before both Marvolo and I saw the sneer he sent in my direction. I had every intention to wipe that sneer off of his face.

"Rise, Severus," Marvolo ordered. "It has been brought to my attention that you may not be as loyal to me as I once thought you were."

Snape looked up quickly, fear evident in his eyes. "I am not sure what you mean, my lord," he sputtered nervously.

"Tell me, Severus, have you read any of the articles in the daily prophet lately?" Marvolo asked eyeing him closely.

"Yes, my lord," he said quickly.

"Then you must have noticed what Dumbledore in all his infinite wisdom has done," Marvolo stated keeping his eyes on the potion master.

"I did, my lord," Snape replied.

"Then perhaps you can tell me why you still have so much animosity toward Mira," Marvolo said.

Snape looked over at me and was barely able to withhold a sneer. "She is just like her father."

I placed my hand on Marvolo's arm quietly letting him know that I wished to take over the questioning. "Tell me, Snape, how is it that I can be exactly like a man that I never knew?"

Snape's sneer grew showing some of his crooked teeth. "You act just like him."

"I act like him, you say. How the hell am I supposed to act like him if I have no memory of him? James Potter has had no direct influence on my life. In fact, I didn't even know my parents' names until the day Hagrid was sent to hand me my Hogwarts letter. Explain yourself," I ordered him. Marvolo reached over and took my hand in his in silent support. I gave it a quick squeeze letting him know that I was fine.

"I don't answer to you," he snapped.

With a casual wave of my hand, I had him under a very powerful crucio. He remained silent trying not to make a sound. I wasn't going to have that so I put more power behind the spell which caused him to writhe around on the floor. He eventually screamed which I admit to enjoying. I held on for a few more moments just to drive it into his head that I was not the weak little girl who lived like he thought I was.

"I get it, Snape. I really do. The Marauders led by James Potter bullied you tremendously in school. Their antics were never punished and in many cases, they were rewarded for their heinous behavior. Then we must take into consideration Lily Potter, who you were friends with before school. The very person who you were in love with goes and marries your enemy. You hated James Potter not only for the harassment you suffered through but because he took away your first love. What better way to get your vengeance than to mistreat his child? The problem with that is that you have become just like the very bullies you claim to despise so much," I sneered. I refused to coddle him because he was a victim of my father's bullying.

"Let me make this very clear to you, Severus. Mira is my intended which means you do in fact answer to her. If I ever hear you speak to her so disrespectfully again you will wish you were dead," Marvolo growled angrily.

"Yes, my lord," Snape said while struggling to get back up.

"Severus, you have been spoon fed many lies regarding Mira Potter. The old man played on your hatred for James Potter to get you to comply with his wishes, and what he wished was for you to hate her so you wouldn't be able to see what his plans for her were. You have read the articles, and you have seen the evidence for yourself. Now, I want to know whose side are you really on?" Marvolo said sitting back on his throne with his cerulean blue eyes glowing.

It took quite a while for Snape to dig out of the hole he dug himself into. Once he finally admitted that he swore an oath to protect me, Marvolo's anger subsided a bit. As long as Snape wasn't loyal to Dumbledore, he would be able to work with him.

Personally, I had my doubts. He swore that oath long before I entered Hogwarts. It didn't stop him from treating me like rubbage. It's for that reason that I will never trust the man.

Marvolo had already dealt with his other death eaters. There were several that disagreed with his decision to take a more political route and end the violence. There were even more that had an issue with me being his betrothed. Bellatrix was one of them.

Marvolo and I both knew that he was going to have to eliminate several of his followers, and we were quite certain that Bellatrix would be one of them. He was aware of her obsession with him and that she would never stand by and allow anyone else to be with him without causing trouble.

We were not disappointed. Once Marvolo declared his intent to cease all the raids and to go about matters politically, Bellatrix threw an enormous fit worthy of any toddler. She claimed that I somehow had him under the imperius curse and that she was going to free him from my clutches.

Unfortunately, Walden Macnair, the Carrow twins, and Thorfinn Rowle also agreed with her. It was Mulciber who specialized in the imperius curse that informed them that their lord was not showing any signs of being under that particular unforgivable. Of course, Bellatrix and her group refused to listen.

Bellatrix attempted to fling the killing curse at me which I just batted away with my hand. This angered Marvolo greatly. "You dared try to kill my soulmate, Bella," he roared angrily.

"Please, my lord, she has bewitched you somehow. Let me kill her," she pled while dropping to her knees and bowing.

"Spare me your useless dramatizing, Bellatrix. We all know the real reason why you tried to kill my soulmate. Let me make this very clear. There is no way, no time, no dimension where I would ever entertain romantic or sexual feelings for you. You are quite simply put too deranged and not at all the type of woman I am attracted to. I should also point out that you are a married woman. I would never enter into a relationship of any type with another man's woman," he replied with a sneer. The other death eaters who did not follow along with the frizzy-haired bitch took several steps backward as if they somehow knew what was going to happen next.

While Marvolo was dealing with Bellatrix, both Carrow twins simultaneously threw an Avada Kedavra in my direction. I quickly conjured a mirror reflecting the curses back at them. They didn't have time to get out of the way and were each hit square in the chest. They fell over dead making a loud thud when they hit the floor.

Rowle and Macnair both began throwing curses at me each one darker than the next. Marvolo roared and cast a quick killing curse at Bellatrix before turning to my attackers. "How dare you defy me. You will pay dearly for this," he said as he cast a highly overpowered crucio at both of them. The two fell to the floor screaming and clawing at themselves to try to make the pain stop.

Marvolo held the curse for nearly two minutes before he canceled it. With one final sneer in their direction, he hit them with the killing curse and grinned with satisfaction when the familiar green light struck them and they died. He then looked at the remainder of his death eaters. Not one of them wished to challenge him.

The final article that was published in the Daily Prophet was the nail in the coffin for both Albus Dumbledore and his order of the fried chicken. The entire wizarding community minus the headmaster's few remaining supporters were calling for them to be kissed. The knowledge that the "the girl-who-lived" was intentionally sent to magic-hating muggles to be abused had everyone up in arms.

Personally, I was disgusted with how fickle the magical community in Great Britain was. On one hand, I'm the highly praised defeater of the Dark Lord Voldemort. The very next day, I was nothing more than an attention-seeking brat. The British wizarding world as a whole changed their minds more than they change their knickers.

The morning after my escape from Hogwarts, the entire school was in a frenzy. I had seemingly disappeared overnight, and no one knew my whereabouts. According to Lucius Malfoy, who was appointed by the Hogwarts' board of governors to assume the position of headmaster after Dumbledore's removal, the majority of the student population was convinced that Dumbledore had kidnapped me again for some nefarious purposes. Apparently, most of the student population believed that the former headmaster was extracting some form of revenge.

.

In the meantime, the ICW removed Dumbledore from his position as Supreme Mugwump. The British Ministry of Magic not only stripped him of his Order of Merlin 1st Class but removed him as Chief Warlock as well as put a warrant out for his arrest. The old man's game was up.

His precious order didn't fair so well either. Once their misdeeds were aired publicly, the majority of them turned on Dumbledore. There were a few order members that were kept in the dark about Dumbledore's darker side and knew nothing of the crimes he committed.

Madame Bones herself issued the warrants for the arrest of several members of the Auror corps that were moonlighting as vigilante members of the Order of the Phoenix. The moment they were all tossed into the Ministry's holding cells to await trial, they began squawking about the evil deeds of the great Albus Dumbledore. It seemed that when faced with time in Azkaban, they were not as loyal as we were all meant to believe.

Alistair Moody, the now former head auror, fought against his arresters and even went so far as to use an unforgivable on Madame Bones claiming that her issuing the warrant for the arrest of such a great wizard as Albus Dumbledore proves that she had turned dark. Madame Bones' response to such a predictable claim was to laugh in his face. A short battle ensued and Moody ended up losing his other leg compliments of Madame Bones.

Both Weasley parents were taken in for questioning and were interrogated under veritaserum. The truth that they knew nothing of Dumbledore's evil deeds was discovered. In fact, Mrs. Weasley threatened to fillet Dumbledore alive if he ever crossed her path again. Madame Bones graciously chose to ignore the Weasley matriarch's threats.

When word of the know-it-all and the freckled-face freak's odd relationship with the former headmaster got out, thanks to several Hogwarts students, an even more intensive investigation started. The DMLE ransacked both the Weasley home, zeroing in on Ron's bedroom, as well as the Granger home. They were looking for evidence, and by the looks of things, they had found it.

When Granger's parents inquired about the charges levied against their daughter, they were horrified and grief-stricken. Since their daughter chose to become a thieving criminal and cast aside every value they taught her, they disowned her. When last I heard, they moved out of Britain not wanting to ever have to deal with the magical world of their former daughter ever again. Granger was now completely alone with no friends and no family.

The Weasleys, however, did not take what they learned lying down. Both Weasley parents angrily stormed into Hogwarts during lunch time. Mrs. Weasley's face was noted to be even redder than her hair.

She stomped over to the Gryffindor table, grabbed a hold of Ron's ear, and proceeded to drag him out from underneath the table where he was trying to hide. Mr. Weasley grabbed a tight hold of his arm and yanked him hard making sure that Ron could not run away. All the while Mrs. Weasley screamed at the top of her lungs what a disappointment he was, and how they were going to make sure he learns a lesson. It was also mentioned that Mrs. Weasley boxed his ears hard, and Ron was bawling so hard the snot was pouring out of his nose and down all over his uniform. It was also noted that both Weasley parents handed their wayward son over to the custody of the DMLE.

During this upheaval, the Prophet publicized one remaining article. This article explained what the Dark Lord's true goals were and not the ones that Dumbledore lied about. Witches and wizards of all ages were quickly realizing that Lord Voldemort really did have the desire to see the wizarding world flourish and become more powerful. Families that for generations were light aligned turned from their family's tradition and sided with the dark sect.

The initial Wizengamot meeting after Dumbledore was removed saw many firsts. The motion of no confidence in Minister Fudge passed unanimously if not a little too eagerly. It was I that had made that particular motion. The joy I felt as I looked directly at that crooked, fat pompous twat's face as the unanimous vote was called still thrills me. That thrill was only surpassed by his immediate arrest, and the list of charges was long. Minister Fudge has been taking bribes as well as being involved in line theft for several prominent pure-blood families for a long time before he became minister. It just so happens that my family was one of his biggest targets.

Dumbledore was still on the run and there were a few order members missing. Even with several hit wizards hired to hunt down the former headmaster and his cohorts, they all managed to elude each one of the wizard assassins. Everyone assumed that the missing order members were hiding with the old fool. However, justice was not going to be put on hold not even for a manhunt.

The Wizengamot decided to hold the trials for all the order members that were in custody as well as for Fudge, Ronald Weasley, and Hermione Granger all on the same day. The amount of evidence that was compiled against each one of the accused was monumental making the individual trials rather quick. There was no way any of them could defend themselves.

The order members that were sitting in the ministry's holding cells were all found guilty of murder, line theft, treason, and so on and sentenced to the Dementor's kiss to be carried out immediately. Fudge was sentenced to twenty years in maximum security in Azkaban with constant surveillance from the Dementors. Everyone wanted him to suffer greatly, to get an idea of what the innocents, whose lives he helped to destroy, felt like. Once his twenty years were up, he was to receive the kiss. All of his assets were now seized by the ministry and distributed amongst the remaining families he had targeted. The monies and magical artifacts that I had been given were going to be used for the magical primary school both Marvolo and I wished to build.

I was among those on the Wizengamot that were eager to watch Granger and Weasley be tried. Granger looked like a mess. Her already bushy hair was ten times worse. She was covered in filth and her clothing was stained with her own vomit. It was obvious that the Aurors were feeling a bit spiteful and refused to even cast a quick scourgify on her to make her somewhat presentable for her hearing.

She kept crying and begging the Wizengamot to be lenient. She claimed that she was young and easily misled by Dumbledore. Since no lawyer was willing to represent any of the accused, Granger had to do it herself. Her trial was over almost before it started. She was sentenced to life in Azkaban in the medium security level with minimum exposure to the Dementors. She screamed and cried as she was dragged out of the courtroom. I just watched her be dragged out of the courtroom with a grin plastered all over my face.

Ron's trial was the most disturbing of the two. During the investigation, the Aurors discovered that Ron was having a sexual relationship with Dumbledore that had been going on for a year. I recall my revulsion at the very idea of anyone seeing Dumbledore's wrinkly old arse. The DMLE ran scans to make sure Ron wasn't under any spell or potions that would make him want to be with the old coot. Weasley came up clean meaning he actually wanted Albus Dumbledore to touch him. It was utterly revolting.

His parents were so sickened when they heard their youngest son admit to having an intimate affair with his ex-headmaster, that his father turned an ugly shade of green while his mother actually vomited all over the bench she was sitting on and the unfortunate person who was seated directly in front of her.

Madame Bones, who was sitting in as Chief Warlock, called for a recess to give people a chance to get themselves together and to calm down. The majority of people in the courtroom were sporting a very distinctive color green on their faces. Plus, the courtroom had to be scourgified and aired out after all.

When the court adjourned, Ron was sentenced to life in Azkaban on the maximum security level with constant Dementor presence. He was forbidden to have any outside contact as well as any visitors. The only reason why he escaped getting the Dementor's kiss was due to his age and obvious indoctrination by Dumbledore.

His parents, who were feeling an intense amount of shame, decided to do what was best for the remainder of their family and disowned him. Ronald would forever be known as Ronald No Name. Even his former siblings wanted nothing to do with him. And Just like Granger, he was also completely alone now.

As the Aurors tried to walk him out, he struggled against them and had the audacity to scream at me. "You should have died. Your money was supposed to be mine and Dumbledore's. He's going to come for you, you stupid bint. Your days are numbered," he screamed, showering everyone near him with spittle. My only response was a wide grin and a jaunty wave. I certainly did hope the old fool comes after me.

Not too long after the initial trials were concluded, the ministry released information that it had discovered that the majority of the lives lost in the first war were not due to the dark lord's actions or that of his death eaters but of Dumbledore's. Dumbledore created a fake prophecy that had intentionally put a target on my parent's backs. The number of people he willingly sacrificed for his own greed was astronomical. Due to his greed, entire magical lines had been decimated.

In his journals, he wrote in great detail about his plans to gain access to the Potter's wealth. It would seem that Dumbledore was obsessed with money and since he grew up poor, he refused to live his adult life that way. The Potter's wealth far exceeded that of even the Malfoy's. It was too much of a temptation for him to resist.

He even acknowledged that he would need help to gain control of the Potter vaults. He described in depth of how he bribed Cornelius Fudge and paid the former minister to remain quiet. It was just a stroke of luck that Fudge had turned out to be just as greedy as he was.

The interesting turn of events was when the ministry pardoned Marvolo and his death eaters. The apology that was issued was shocking but welcome. It helped the few who still questioned the dark lord's sincerity in bettering magical Britain to make a decision to support him.

Little did we know that our final confrontation with Dumbledore would happen in two days time. Marvolo and I were at the Ministry having a meeting with Madame Bones when we felt the entire building shake. The three of us were immediately out the door to see what was going on.

Aurors were running around frantically. Visitors were screaming and there was pandemonium everywhere. The building gave another huge lurch causing many of the statues that lined the walls to topple over and smash on the floor.

Marvolo and I briefly paused as we felt anti-apparition wards go up. We looked at each other. "That probably means that the floos are blocked as well," I said.

"Agreed," he said while looking around at all the chaos surrounding us.

"The lifts are down," called out someone using a sonoros. "I repeat. The lifts are down."

"It looks like Dumbledore wants to trap us," I pointed out.

Madame Bones turned to us. "How can you be sure?"

"He is the one responsible for the shambles the British wizarding world is in. He has been removed from all of his places of power and has lost the Potter vaults. He is desperate and wants to make me and Marvolo pay for his humiliation," I said as I stretched out my magic to get a feel of how many wizards and witches with ill intent were in the ministry.

"You can sense the magical signatures of others?" Madame Bone asked with awe.

"Yes, and I can feel six order members. None of them are very powerful on their own," I answered.

"He wants our confrontation to be public. I say let's give it to him," Marvolo suggested.

"What do you have in mind?" Bones asked looking back and forth between me and Marvolo.

"He always did demand to be the center of attention," Marvolo smirked.

"You are bloody brilliant," I told him reaching up to plant a kiss on his cheek.

"Would either of you care to enlighten me?" Madame Bones asked, looking between the two of us.

"It's quite simple really. Mira can cast a spell that is like a hybrid of a Pensieve and the spells are used to create moving portraits. It will act like the Wizarding Wireless only show everyone what Dumbledore is doing," Marvolo said proudly.

"Like a muggle movie?" she asked. "Wait! There is no spell like that."

"Yes, there is. I created it," I admitted to her.

Madame Bones stared at me in awe. "So you will be able to show the battle to everyone everywhere?"

"Exactly! All of magical Britain will see Dumbledore for what he really is including those who still support him in secret," Marvolo said.

"Alright, but we need a plan. We need to head down to level eight. Dumbledore is in the Atrium. That's the perfect spot for a battle," Bones told us. We nodded in agreement.

"The floos are all down. Are there any other ways to get to level eight?" I asked.

"Yes, there are secret passages that were created for occasions such as this one. We need to head back to the DMLE to access the closest passageway," Amelia told us as she led us back to her office.

Bones walked behind her desk and where there was a large bookcase full of many books and magical artifacts. She pulled down a book while casting a quiet revelio. The bookcase slid away to reveal a dark tunnel. She quickly cast a lumos and stepped inside.

"Once we make it down to the Atrium, we need to each cast a Disillusionment Charm to stay hidden," Bones suggested.

"Agreed, and we should also split up and come in from different directions," said Marvolo.

"Yes, and the passageways branch off into different directions where each one comes out at a different point in the Atrium," Bones explained. "I'll show you where you need to go."

We followed behind her moving as quickly as the cramped space allowed. "We need to take out his supporters first," I said.

"Yes, we need to take them out as swiftly as possible. Once we get to the Atrium, cast the proiectura spell. We need to get that cast before anything else happens," Marvolo instructed me.

I nodded to him as I headed off to where the passageway veered off in several directions. I took the one indicated by Bones that was to the farthest right watching as Marvolo took the outermost path. Bones led the way as she continued on down the central pathway.

I finally came to a small obscured doorway. Before opening the door, I cast both the disillusionment charm in parseltongue on myself as well as casting the proiectura spell. Casting the disillusionment charm in parsel makes it so that it can only be canceled using parsel. Dumbledore will not be able to see me until either I or Marvolo cancel it. With a deep breath, I cast a quick muffilato and slowly opened the door. This access point was directly behind the Fountain of Magical Brethren. I stepped through and quickly closed the door.

I took a peak around the fountain and saw what appeared to be Dumbledore standing there with his last remaining sycophants. There were dead bodies scattered around. A few of the injured were struggling to crawl across the floor to make an escape. There was a thick trail of blood left behind as they crawled and dragged themselves as quickly as their injured bodies would allow.

I watched in horror as Dedalus Diggle shot an Avada Kedavra at each one of them. He laughed with maniacal glee and danced about as the bright green light hit each one right after the other. "That will teach you to doubt the great Albus Dumbledore," he spat as he walked over to one dead body and proceeded to kick it several times.

Dumbledore has spent years tarnishing Marvolo's reputation. He's whined and cried against the dark arts. But here he is, encouraging his followers to cast the unforgivables only because these people didn't agree with him. There is no way Dumbledore is a light wizard.

I shook my head of those thoughts. I had a job to do, so I walked out from behind the fountain and cast my own Avada Kedavra on Diggle and Elphias Doge. They dropped dead immediately just as two more green spells were cast against Sturgis Podmore and Emmeline Vance whose deaths soon followed.

Dumbledore turned around to face the direction where the last killing curse came from. "I know you are here, Tom. Show yourself," the old man demanded.

Dumbledore was spinning in circles and shooting off spells blindly. "Revelio!" he screamed just as Madame Bones' disillusionment charm was canceled. She threw an incarcerous at him which he brushed off. "You're still alive, Amelia. I should have known. How can you stand yourself as you defend the dark sect? They're evil," he spat out angrily.

"And what do you call what you are doing? You allowed your own followers to cast the unforgivables on innocent people," Bones replied.

"What I am doing is for the greater good," he replied as he threw an expelliarmus at her which she adeptly sidestepped.

"And who gets to decide what the greater good is? You?" Bones asked as she cast a bombarda at the same time Dumbledore did. Both spells hit simultaneously which caused a massive explosion throwing the two of them backward several dozen meters. Debris from the explosion showered down and covered both Dumbledore and Bones.

Madame Bones shook herself as she stood on somewhat shaky legs. Her nose as well as her right ear were bleeding pretty badly. Her robe was in tatters and she clearly had some very deep cuts and a broken left arm. She cast a quiet episkey and ferula on herself to stop the bleeding and bandage the deeper wounds but was still unable to stand fully upright.

Dumbledore wasn't in any better shape. He stood up too slowly and brushed the dirt and debris from his hideous lavender and orange robes. His already crooked nose was even more crooked due to it being broken. With a casual wave of his hand, his bleeding stopped.

I watched the battle closely. Something about Dumbledore didn't feel quite right to me. His mannerisms seemed to be slightly off, and the way he was holding his wand was different.

"That's not Dumbledore," I yelled out as I quickly threw an immobulus and an incarcerous in quick succession taking the fake Dumbledore by surprise. The impostor froze immediately as he was wrapped up tightly in ropes.

Marvolo canceled his disillusion charm and came over to where Bones and I were standing over the fake Dumbledore. We watched in morbid fascination as his face began to bubble and his body shook. The poly juice potion was wearing off and we were surprised by who was revealed.

There on the ground lay Igor Karkaroff. We had all thought he had died, but that was obviously another one of Dumbledore's ruses. "You're too late," he wheezed due to how tightly I had the ropes wrapped around him.

"Too late for what, Karkaroff," Bones asked as she dug he wand into his bruised cheek.

"You'll never be in time to save them all," he rasped with a cackle as he struggled to breath. He looked utterly deranged as he smiled big showing his disgustingly yellow teeth.

"Merlin, this was a distraction. Dumbledore is after Hogwarts," I said quickly looking over to Marvolo.

"She's right. We need to get as many people as we can that are still alive to go to the school. Mira, you need to go ahead of us. You are the only one with enough firepower to face him," Marvolo said as he put an emphasis on the word fire.

I immediately understood what he said and began to take apart the anti-apparition spell. I had it down in a few minutes. With one last look at Marvolo, I disapparated to the outskirts of Hogsmeade Village.

The village was under attack. Several stores were in flames while many of the residents were dead. I recognized a few people who were Dumbledore's followers throwing hexes and crucios everywhere. Plumes of smoke billowed into the air as loud roars could be heard coming from Hogwarts.

I took a step back and began to draw forth my dragon form. The transformation was immediate with no pain. I flapped my monstrous wings and took flight.

I was now an enraged creature on the pursuit of justice and revenge against Dumbledore. There was nothing that was going to get in my way. I flew directly overhead of Hogsmeade Village and concentrated my fire on the group of wizards that were attacking a small group of young children.

The heat from my fiery breath incinerated them immediately. The ashes that were left scattered in the wind. The children saw me and began to cheer.

There were three more wizards that were casting spells on the Weasley Wizarding Wheezes building. The wards were holding up so far but I could see spots where they had weakened. Once again, I repeated my fire attack and eliminated those attackers as well. I noticed Fred and George leave their shop and catch sight of me. They whooped and hollered in joy. "Go, Dragon!"

Now that the village was taken care of, I flew towards the school. There were five giants that were using large boulders to smash into the defensive shield charm that had been erected. Dumbledore stood by giving orders to his lackeys who were bowing and scraping at his feet like the sycophants that they were. There were several wizards I did not recognize as I realized that his precious order was a great deal larger than what we had all thought.

Several pops of apparition could be heard and I looked over to see Marvolo and Madame Bones arrive with several wizards I wasn't familiar with. Spells began to fly while Dumbledore just stood by acting like he was royalty.

Marvolo engaged in a deathly duel with five of the old man's followers. They stood no chance against my soulmate as I watched with glee. Marvolo struck them down almost immediately.

Madame Bones quickly eliminated the two wizards she was battling which left Dumbledore with only four. They each positioned themselves around him to shield him from any spells that were sent his way.

Knowing that Marvolo would be able to handle Dumbledore, I turned my attention to the giants. One of the ugly creatures caught sight of me flying above and whipped the boulder it was holding at me. I darted to the side in order to avoid it. Without even thinking about it, I blew my fiery breath at it and watched in morbid curiosity as the giant's body began to turn bright red and its tough skin began to bubble. I continued to shoot my dragon's fire as the giant began to melt into a rather grotesque puddle of goo until it finally evaporated.

By this time, I had attracted the attention of the other four giants who also began to throw large boulders at me. I dodged each boulder easily and turned my fire on all four of them. Once again, I watched in morbid facination as they all became a puddle of greenish goo that evaporated.

I flapped my massive wings and turned mid-air to see Marvolo and Madame Bones fighting Dumbledore who was doing a pretty decent job defending himself.

"You're outnumbered, old man. Your order is dead," Marvolo taunted him.

"I don't need those bloody fools. You will not win this day, Tom," he said haughtily. Dumbledore cast a crucio which my mate managed to block with a flick of his wrist. The old man began to throw the unforgiveables without really paying much attention. Bones and Marvolo managed to avoid each spell that was cast their way. Dumbledore was angry and becoming very reckless.

Dumbledore cast a bombarda maxima at the tree that was directly behind Madame Bones. She quickly turned from him in order to cast a powerful shield charm that could take the brunt of the tree falling on it. The old man took the opportunity of her being distracted and cast a sectumsempra at her. It hit her in the chest and she fell to the ground with an ear-piercing shriek. The curse split her from the top of her right should, across her chest, and ended at her left hip. Blood was gushing out of the gaping wound as she lost consciousness.

There were a few more pops of apparition and I noticed several of the Death Eaters arrived. Snape immediately ran to Bones to give her aid while Lucius and Nott Sr took a spot on either side of Marvolo. They began casting multiple spells at Dumbledore. He easily blocked them and began to cast even more dark spells.

"For someone who claims to be a light wizard, you sure have no issues with using the dark arts," Lucius pointed out.

"It's for the greater good," Dumbledore explained with a snarl as one of Marvolo's spells hit him. He doubled over in pain and began to pant pretty heavily.

"Oh, give it up, old man. No one believes you. You're a greedy warmonger and your excuse of the greater good doesn't cut it anymore," Nott Sr said.

"Look around you, old man. You've been shoved off your pillars of power. The wizarding world now knows what a fraud you are, and they are calling for your head," Marvolo taunted him as he threw another curse at him.

Wizards and witches from the village as well as many students began to slowly appear, and all of them were demanding Dumbledore's death. They chanted and yelled, cussing at him and calling him all manner of vile names.

"Take him out," Fred Weasley demanded. "He's a murderer."

"He's evil. Eliminate him," George Weasley piped in.

"AK the slimy bastard," came from someone in the crowd.

I slowly flew downward and changed back into my human form just as my feet touched the ground. Everyone gasped and some of them cheered. The look of shock on the old bastard's face was one I will never forget.

"You! You're a Pendragon?" Dumbledore said in disbelief. "That's not possible. I killed the last heir," he admitted without even a bit of shame.

"I think the fact that I was just a dragon says otherwise," I sneered. "I'm not surprised that you are the cause behind Augustus Ambrosius Pendragon's untimely death. As you take your last breath, old man, I will take great pleasure in the fact that the Pendragon line helped to defeat you."

"You shall not win against me. I am the all-powerful Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore," he shouted, raising his wand and casting a fiendfyre at me. Everyone screamed in terror and began to run into different directions hoping to get as far away as possible. Fiendfyres were deadly and difficult to control.

A big smile spread across my face and I giggled. The fool was obviously not thinking clearly. If he had been, he would have known to not use any spell that uses fire against me. I am immune to all of them.

"Take him out, Mira," my beloved said as he stood behind me in support.

There's a little-known fact about the Pendragon family. We have fully joined with our dragons and have become one with them. This allows me to use our fiery breath even in human form.

I opened my mouth wide and allowed my Dragonfire to come forth. My fiery breath was stronger and more powerful than any fiendfyre and quickly took over Dumbledore's spell. As the old man's spell was defeated, his eyes grew wide in shock. "No! It cannot be," he yelled backing away as quickly as possible.

I stood by and eagerly watched as a split second later, Albus Dumbledore's body was engulfed in flames and disintegrated. Soon, he was nothing more than ash in the wind. The only thing that remained was his wand which had fallen to the ground.

There was a deathly silence for a few moments and then everyone was either clapping, laughing, or cheering. It was loud but joyful. Marvolo came up behind me and wrapped his muscular arms around my waist. We stood like that as we watched everyone celebrate the end of a tyrant.

After the battle, magical Britain began to heal. Once the ban on dark magic was lifted, witches and wizards with a dark affinity were finally able to practice their magic freely without fear of persecution or being arrested. People were no longer forced to hide who they really were.

Werewolves, vampires, goblins, and so on were being treated fairly. After several centuries, the goblins were finally allowed to get their own wands. The goblin race had become accustomed to using their magic without a focai for so long, that they chose to forgo the wands altogether. If in the future they wanted to get one, they would be allowed to do so.

Werewolves were no longer being hunted and their cubs were finally able to receive the schooling they desperately needed. The wolves were able to get jobs to support themselves and their families. They no longer had to hide in forests and scrounge around for scraps of food. Werewolves were finally beginning to thrive.

Mine and Morvolo's bonding took place two months after the battle. We hadn't anticipated the amount of destruction that the ministry building went through. It took nearly that time to repairs all the damage done.

We chose to have our handfasting on Litha, the Summer Solstice. We opted for a traditional hand-fasting which was very important to both of us. We strongly desired to honor wizarding transitions that have almost been forgotten. We are, after all, pagans by nature and a Christian wedding did not suit us.

There was going to be a very large crowd in attendance. Marvolo and I both agreed that the wizarding society in Britain needed to see how powerful and beautiful a traditional handfasting was. Over the past fifty years, Christian ceremonies have been replacing the pagan ceremonies.

It was our greatest desire for magical Britain to return to the ways of Lady Magic. The healing process had already begun, but we felt that our hand fasting would give it a good push forward. It would be a great way to reintroduce wizarding traditions in a positive light.

Our ceremony was to be held in the garden at Slytherin Keep where our closest friends would attend. I would be casting my proiectura spell that would broadcast our ceremony throughout magical Britain. We both felt that it was safer to only allow physical access to the keep to our closest friends in case Dumbledore still had some followers lurking about.

Our robes were of the purest white which indicated the purity of our relationship. There was a silver trim that ran along the edges and the fabric was made of the purest silk. My robe in particular was soft and sumptuous, and I found myself stroking it often.

There would be no bridesmaids or groomsmen as in a Christian wedding. Instead, we would both walk into the garden from opposite sides to meet in the middle where we would both walk up the aisle together.

The garden was decorated beautifully. A gorgeous rose arbor stood at the front of the aisle. It was decorated with several different kinds of flowers each of them being white. There were white chairs that had been set up in rows on either side of the aisle. On the back of each chair, there were large silver bows with a white rose at the center of each.

As we walked toward one another, I was struck by how gorgeous Marvolo looked. His eye were bright and shining as he gazed at me with all the love he had. His smile was real and he was genuinely happy.

We stopped before the officiant, Madame Bones, who began with a blessing.

"We call upon Lady Magic to give her blessing to these two magicals. They have remained pure in both intention and in the heart. Their love has sustained them and fulfilled them. May they always find favor in Lady Magic's eyes. Blessed Be.

Dear family and friends

We've come together to show this couple our love and support. We celebrate them as the join together in marriage.

Marriage should not be entered into lightly. We should always embark upon it with honesty and thoughtfulness. Marriage helps us to realize our responsibility and commitment to our partner. It helps us to understand that love, compassion, and loyalty are the very foundations of a long-lasting relationship.

Marvolo Slytherin and Mira Potter have chosen to partake in a traditional hand-fasting ceremony to honor our wizarding past as well as Lady Magic herself.

Marvolo Slytherin and Mira Potter, this cord is a symbol of the connection that is shared between you both. As your hands are bound by the cord so will your lives be bound together in marriage.

We watched as our officiant picked up a gold cord, and showing it to our guests. We joined our hands as he wrapped the cord around them and then tied it loosely.

These are the hands that will forever love you.

These are the hands that shall forever support you.

These are the hands that shall forever comfort you.

These are the hands you will work with in order to build your lives together.

The knots of this binding are formed by your vows and the promises you make in your hearts to one another and are not made by the cord which has bound your hands.

May these hands be blessed today. May they always hold one another. May they build a relationship founded in love. May these hands be protector, shelter, and guide for one another.

I am now going to ask that Lady Magic affix your vows to one another by producing a magical seal that signifies your promise to one another. These seals symbolize your connection to each other. They will be a constant reminder of the bond that is shared between you as soulmates.

We watched a Lady Magic's seal appeared on our right ring fingers in the shape of actual wedding rings.

Marvolo, have you come here today to marry Mira and to join your path with hers?"

"I have," he said.

"Mira, have you come here today to marry Marvolo and to join your path with his?"

"I have," I said.

"By the authority given to me by Lady Magic, I now pronounce you to be bonded for life.

Marvolo pulled me closer to him as his lips came crashing down onto mine. Our friends were clapping and cheering for us as our kiss lasted for quite a while.

"I love you," he whispered.

"I love you too," I said.

"Magic is healing. If it wasn't for you, I never would have been able to accomplish it."

"Just think. All of this came about because Griphook and Ragnok were desperate to alter my perceptions."

We turned to our friends ready to celebrate our future. We did what we set out to do, and now our futures were bright. I couldn't wait to see what was in store for us.
