Donald Russo is a tall, muscular man with olive skin and short dyed white hair, black facial hair, and glowing blue eyes. He wears a blue shirt underneath a green padded hoodie with blue jeans and black boots.

Powers/Abilities

Russo's powers enable him to manipulate the electrical charge in molecules for a variety of effects, such as accelerating the heat in objects and levitation by repelling a person from the ground. In battle situations, he can shoot blasts of electromagnetic energy, capable of stunning or killing others. He is also able to channel this energy through any metallic objects for diversions or to disrupt electronics. He can project electromagnetic energy into spheres, beams, or blasts, and also absorb electricity. He could knock down a plane or take out an entire city's power.

Weaknesses

Russo's powers won't work through plastic, rubber, or wood.

History

Russo is a Hispanic American who grew up in a poor neighborhood, his parents died when he was a boy and he was raised by his aunt since he was 6 years old. But he had a thing for robotics and electronics, he loved drawing and painting art pieces in school which gave him many scholarships to various robotics or art colleges and universities. The night of the Gardenia explosion, he was with his friends at a party when he decided to climb an electrical tower, much to his friend's protest when the explosion happened he was still on the tower when it channeled the electricity from the explosion, electrocuting him. Russo fell from the tower and his heart stopped, his friends tried to help him but the electricity he was emitting sent them flying back and rendered them unconscious, when Russo awoke he ran in fear of hurting anyone ever again.
