Amazon Lily, Calm Belt
"Empress!" A shout rang throughout the chamber as everyone turned towards the room's entrance, "We have a problem!"
Running inside was one of the many patrols stationed around the outskirts of the island.
"What is it?" Hancock queried, confused as to why they were here.
It's not every day that a guard bursts in frantically.
"An intruder is on the island!" They exclaimed, causing everyone in the room to freeze.
"An intruder?!" The pirate empress rose to her feet, snarling at the same time. Her sisters seemed shocked as well, considering they've fully turned forward. "How did they bypass the Calm Belt?"
Is someone invading her territory?
"We don't know how they arrived specifically, but they've stated it's by flying."
A Devil Fruit user.
No matter. They're just wishing to die and she'll ensure they turn to dust.
"But, it's strange...they don't seem to be resisting against us," The Kuja guard noted, looking something confused. "In fact, they seem to be happy about knowing you three are here."
"What?" Marigold stated, raising an eyebrow. "That doesn't make sense."
Indeed, it didn't.
However...perhaps they are like those pathetic Celestial Dragons trying to get their hands on them. If that's the case, then they must be dealt with.
Despicable.
"Where are they right now?" Hancock asked as she put her cloak down, clearly preparing for combat.
"They are currently being restrained in the arena, Empress!" The Kuja guard replied with a salute.
"Good..."
If they thought walking into a snake's den would be a good idea, well...that's on them.
Hancock will destroy them with her beauty.
...
...
"Don't move an inch, intruder!"
"When the empress comes she'll rip you to shreds!"
"You don't stand a chance against her!"
Hancock smirked as she heard the shouts from the area, even from her current position. The Kuja pirates were all proficient users of haki. At a young age, they were trained in both archery and hand-to-hand combat.
Even so, what sort of pathetic person allows them to be caught like this?
A weakling. One she'll stomp out of existence after turning them into stone.
In the most flamboyant way possible, she revealed herself to the masses, watching them swooning over her visage.
It's only natural. Being the personification of beauty itself does that to others.
Granted, that's not why she's here.
Hancock raised her hand, silencing the gathering outside the castle.
"Move aside, everyone. I wish to see this intruder myself."
They listened to her call, quickly walking towards the outer rim of the arena.
That's when she saw the man.
The person possessed a round face is framed by a short mess of fluffy dark-green hair, which sticks up at odd angles around his head, casting noticeably dark shadows onto itself. Their eyes are large and somewhat circular irises the same green color, giving him an innocent, and yet energized appearance.
The man was quite muscular, and was roughly around 200 centimeters in height, with well-defined arms and legs being visible through his clothes. On the subject of their attire, he wore strange costumes of sorts. The most noteworthy part is the damaged yellow cape.
He seemed familiar...
Through her Observation Haki, she could sense that this man was dangerously powerful.
Absurdly so.
And yet, he's allowing himself to be cuffed by the snakes.
Why?
The strangest part...he was smiling.
"He didn't resist?" She asked, already knowing the answer.
"No, empress."
Hancock frowned at that.
This entire situation was fishy, but considering all the years of her being a pirate, she didn't think much of it.
The world was always such an odd place.
"Is that really you?" The green-haired man spoke, somewhat surprised. "I know Shakky said you were the new ruler, but seeing it is something else."
This man knew one of the former empresses?
"Who are you, invader?" Sandersonia hissed at him, though he didn't care about the antagonistic gesture.
"You've all grown up! I'm glad to see that everyone's okay."
Hancock felt something shoot through her as he spoke. It's as if the world itself was trying to tell the empress something, primarily because of the man's wide smile.
No...he's beaming.
She's only seen something like that once before...
"Who are you?" Her sister repeated, even as her voice indicated that she caught on as well.
The man's smile subsided a bit, but the glow is still there.
Then, he spoke.
"It's me, Izuku."
Complete and utter silence followed afterward.
Impossible...
The empress's hands trembled and her knees started to quiver.
She remembered.
She always remembered.
'Don't worry Hancock, I'll save you and your sisters no matter what!'
And he did.
She'll never forget those words, even if it's been over a decade.
The Empress always read the news religiously if her hero is on there. It's the only thing that allowed her heart to unwind, even for just a bit. From being called 'The Green Demon' to 'The Green Saviour' - The latter title being given to him, courtesy of Big News Morgans.
She couldn't get enough.
"Izuku...Izuku..." Hancock's heart pounded like the beating of a drum as she began to heat up.
He's here...
Her hero...
She was ready to kill this man...WHAT WAS SHE THINKING?!
"It can't be..." Marigold looked at their saviour as if he grew two heads. "It can't be..."
Sandersonia simply stared in awe, her mouth agape at the revelation.
"I'm sorry I couldn't come sooner," He seemed genuinely remorseful, which seemed to baffle them. "I knew you were in the Calm Belt, but I didn't know where. Rayleigh and Shakky were kinda enough to give me the information.
Hancock didn't know what to say to her hero.
However, to her fellow pirates, she was furious.
"RELEASE HIM IMMEDIATELY!" The Pirate Empress yelled out an order as the onlookers seemed bewildered.
Even so, they did as she asked, taking off the binds from his legs and wrists.
Izuku slowly stood up from the ground, stretching his limbs in the process.
"Sorry for causing so much trouble," He said, smiling once more. "I didn't know how to call you over..."
He was so kind and considerate!
She felt as if the world was on fire with how hot her body became.
It's obvious that they had a lot of catching up to do.
...
...
Within the interiors of the castle, Gloriosa was quickly moving towards a certain room.
Her movements were those of someone wishing to seek answers.
Ever since she learned of an intruder entering
"Where is Hancock?" She asked and is quickly escorted to the throne room.
Inside she saw the empress speaking with who she suspected to be the man.
Izuku Midoriya.
He's grown considerably.
What amused her the most is the empress looking like a lost puppy.
She would've feared Izuku taking advantage of the empress, but considering how she met him at Sabaody all those years ago, Gloriosa doubted he'd do anything.
He's a hero at heart.
"Elder Nyon," One of the guards addressed her as she entered the room.
"I heard there was an intruder," The former leader stated.
"That would be my fault, Gloriosa." The green-haired man sighed. "I didn't exactly want to cause any problems."
Hancock jumped at the opportunity.
"And you didn't. You never have and you never will."
Oh, it's worse than Gloriosa thought...
"Is there anything you need, Izuku~~?"
She's got the sickness...
"Well, I'm kinda thirsty from flying for so long." He said, rubbing his neck.
"GET HIM SOME WATER IMMEDIATELY!" Hancock shouted as the guards were on the move again.
"Goodness gracious..." Elder Nyon had to blink twice at what she's witnessing, "Where are your sisters?"
"They are currently out on a hunting trip."
The black-haired woman narrowed her eyes.
"Why do you care?"
Stubborn as always, it seems.
"I was just curious," She replied, but Hancock just brushed her off. "I didn't think he of all people was the intruder."
"If you're only her to cause trouble, then I suggest you leave."
Her Izuku?
An intruder?
What blasphemy!
She would never think to hurt him!
"Like I said earlier, I'm sorry for causing trouble," The hero sighed in embarrassment. "I've been a bit off recently."
"What happened?" Hancock's whipped her head around to him, "Are you alright?"
She needed to know!
"Well...I was recently at a place in the New World called 'Punk Hazard' where they..." He gritted his teeth, but carried on with the explanation. "...experiment on kids. It was horrible."
Helping others without anything in return...he's a true hero!
"I quickly put a stop to it and had baited the Marines into getting the kids to safety."
"You did the right thing." Gloriosa stated with a nod.
At least she agreed with Hancock on something.
"That's kinda why I'm here..." He glanced over at the Pirate Empress and then whispered. "It reminded me of your situation."
She winced at recollection of the Celestial Dragons. Izuku's memory was the only good thing to come out of it.
"I felt bad for not visiting you all in so long."
Ah, Hancock understood now.
She began to imagine how the scenario came to be.
Her eyes drifted into a dream-like state.
...
...
Hancock's Mindscape
Like an angel flying down, Izuku moved with grace as he touched the floor below.
"Darling, Hancock~~" He caressed her hands with the most gentlest of touch. "I've returned to you after my voyage of saving the world once more."
She nearly fell unconscious...in her own head, but held on as she ran towards him.
"Oh, Izuku~ I've waited for so long and now we can be together for eternity." Hancock buried herself into his chest.
It's a dream come true.
"I wish to ask of something, my love~" The green-haired man stated.
"Anything~" She said, looking up at him.
"During my travels, I've come across an evil wicked being who enslaved children."
He saddened at the thought.
"He was strong, but I defeated him by thinking of...you."
The thought of defeating a monster with the power of love...
How romantic!
They held each other closer.
"I've come to realize the value of having a family," Izuku stared directly into her eyes, "My love~ I would like to start one with you~"
"Ohhhhh Izukuuuuu~~!" Hancock cried tears of joy, like it was the best day of her life.
In fact, that might just be the case.
How many children did he want?
One? Two? Three? Ten? One million?
It didn't matter...because they'd have each other.
It's her happily ever after.
...
...
Reality
"As many as you want~" The Kuja Leader stated, not realizing what's actually going on.
The former empress watched as Hancock swooned in her near unconscious state. All the while Izuku scambled to help her in anyway he could.
Gloriosa sighed, recalling when she had been in that very state.
There was a single phrase that both Shakky and herself described this feeling.
"Love truly is...a hurricane."
