"Well, I guess the best place to start is at the beginning," Mako stated.
"Yes, my name is Luna and this is my partner Artemis. We are the attendants of the Moon Queen and Moon Princess- well, eldest Moon Princesses. A thousand years ago, there existed a kingdom on the Moon that was the guardian kingdom of the Earth. We protected the Earth from outer space attacks that came from the inner solar system or made it past the outer solar system Guardians."
"Wait, inner solar system and outer? Can you explain that?" Loke spoke up having arrived to listen for Lucy.
"I would think you would know, being a celestial spirit and all, but I can elaborate for you. The inner solar system consists of Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, and Jupiter. The outer solar system is Saturn, Neptune, Uranus, and Pluto. Each planet- except Earth has their own Sailor Guardian Princess. I say this because each Sailor Guardian is also the Princess of their respective planets. Ami is the Guardian Princess of Mercury, Mina is Venus, Rei is Mars, and Mako is Jupiter."
"And I am Princess Serenity of the Moon Kingdom, Silver Millenium, and Sailor Moon," Usagi said cheerfully.
"Okay, so what happened to the kingdom?"
"We will get there. So, each Planetary Guardian was assigned a princess to protect."
"How many princesses were there?"
"When we were first awakened, we believed only one. But, now, we know there were four- Selina, Serenity, Stella, and Astrid. Selina and Serenity were to be the next ruling twins of Silver Millenium, but shortly after their birth, agents of the Dark Kingdom kidnapped Selina to be raised under their queen, Beryl. Beryl was jealous of the Lunarians because of our longevity and beauty. She also wanted to rule both the Earth and Silver Millenium. When Selina returned to Silver Millenium, she went by the name Amite and claimed she was betrothed to Serenity's beloved-Endymion, Prince of the Earth." I gasped as Luna finished. Everyone looked at me.
"That's where my nightmares would start- me attacking Endymion and Serenity."
"So, you know how the kingdom fell?"
"Yes. After Astrid was able to calm me down, I saw the truth of what happened to me and became the Moon Princess Selina again. We all went to the fighting but our way was blocked by the Four Kings of Heaven- Beryl's four most trusted generals. Kunzite attacked and killed me."
"Then I became mad and transformed into Sailor Terra. I attacked Kunzite, but he blocked it and the guy with the long ponytail stabbed me from behind."
"Zoisite," Mina interjected.
"He grabbed Selina's body and all four of them ran away. Endymion picked up Astrid's body and we followed them, trying to get to Mother as fast as we could in order to tell her the truth." Annabelle spoke up for the first time since I woke up from being injured. "They beat us and we heard Beryl cry in sorrow -'How dare you kill my daughter?! Now I will take yours!' Then everything went black."
"Jadeite teleported behind and killed you too. Endymion was able to block the attack on me. After a few minutes, Endymion won the battle with Jadeite and then took out the rest of the Kings before Beryl killed him. Because I was a princess in love, I took Endymion's sword and took my life. I didn't want to live without him."
"Queen Serenity was able to seal away everyone in the Dark Kingdom in the center of the Earth. Using the last of the Silver Crystal's power and her life, she sealed Artemis and I into hypersleep and granted new lives for the Guardians and her daughters. She also wiped our memories of Selina, Stella, and Astrid."
"Actually, that was a side effect of two of them being reborn into another world." An ethereal voice spoke throughout the room before a beautiful woman with platinum blonde hair pulled back into twin bun ponytails. Upon her brow sat a crescent moon with the top and bottom points both pointed upward toward her hairline. She wore a long flowing sleeveless dress as white as snow and golden moon drop earrings. Her tiara was a simple golden band that resembled a headband. "That was never supposed to happen. I had hoped you all would be born together and be sisters in your new lives."
"Mother!" Usagi jumped to her feet and hugged the newcomer.
"Serenity, darling. I see you have found your sisters and are once again reunited. Hello Selina, Stella, Astrid. I have missed you all. Luna, Artemis- good job protecting them and reuniting them. For this new enemy, I am afraid you will have to stand together and use the power of your respective crystals."
"New enemy? Who's coming for my children?" Makarov looked directly at Queen Serenity when he asked this.
"A celestial darkness worse than when the Zodiac was eclipsed. Each of my daughters were bestowed a crystal upon their births. Selina was given the blue diamond of the north; Serenity was the next holder of the silver crystal of the south; Stella was given the golden topaz of the east; Astrid was given the pink heart of the west. Like Serenity, they are born with their power crystals within them, but must bring them forth themselves. Only then will you be strong enough to beat this evil."
"What about the others? Will they help us?"
"The others?" Wendy asked, a bit confused. Rei answered.
"The outer Guardians of Saturn, Neptune, Uranus, and Pluto."
"I'm afraid they can't cross over here. Whoever cast the spell trained for years to perfect it for it to take the six of you from your world to here. Also, the enemy knew the four of you were separated. Leo the Lion, have you heard anything in your spirit world? The enemy is from this world's celestial spirit world or the space surrounding it."
"Your Majesty, I have not heard of anything in the spirit world, but I can ask Crux the Cross to look into it so we might have an idea of who or what we are up against." Leo said with a bow. (A/N:: I'm using 'Leo' when Queen Serenity addresses him since that is his given name and both being nobility. All other will use Loke)
"Thank you Leo, and thank the Celestial Spirit King for any assistance he can offer my daughters should they need it. I'm afraid my time is up in this world. My daughters, stay together because your strength lies in your hearts. I love you." Queen Serenity faded out of vision back to her place of peace to continue to watch over her daughters. Loke also excused himself to return to the spirit word to inform the other spirits and the Celestial Spirit King. Everyone in Makarov's office was so quiet that a pin could be heard if one was dropped on the floor. Natsu smacked Makarov's desk and made everybody jump.
"We have to protect the girls! What was that lady talking about anyway?"
"We have a new enemy coming after us and the enemy is not terra in nature." Mako said, looking at Natsu like he's stupid.
"Terra? Earth? Who isn't?" Lucy, Levy, and Ami returned as Mako spoke.
"Did you find anything on the circle?" Erza asked the ladies as they entered the office.
"It's a form of the Lost Magic: Arc of Time. The caster had modified it ever so slightly to include space. The spell is known as 'Arc of TIme and Space: Transport.'"
"Like 'Teleport?'"
"Exactly, Usagi."
"So, our new enemy wants the Moon Princesses and can use space and time to teleport to different places."
"Pluto? No she wouldn't!" Usagi was almost in tears saying this.
"One of the outer planetary guardians? Why do you think it could be her?" I rested my hand on her shoulder for comfort.
"Because she protects the space time continuum. It's her job to punish those who disrupt it. Only us Sailor guardians can use it." Ami looked at Rei. "Can you sense anything from her?"
"Unfortunately, no. I can't even sense Phobos or Deimos. If I can't sense them, then we won't be able to send word to Mamaro to tell him that we are okay and ask him for help."
"I'm sure he is already trying to figure out what happened to us so he can bring us back," Minako said while rubbing Usagi's back comfortingly.
"Um, Master, there was something else we found regarding the spell," Levy said, solemnly. "The spell can only be done by someone who has a connection to the stars."
"Like Lucy?" I asked. Levy nodded.
"Yes, and no. This spell is similar to Eclipse because of the time magic in it, so yes Lucy could do it, but she does not have a secondary magic."
"What kind of secondary magic?"
"Celestial magic is more like spatial magic, so she would need to study the lost magic Ark of Time or perform this spell with someone who uses the magic."
"Ultear. Erza, have you heard from Jellal?"
"Not since the 27th Grand Magic Games a few months ago, and he had not seen nor heard from Ultear since the Eclipse Magic Games." (25th Grand Magic Games)
"Okay."
"Is there anyone else that could help?"
"Not that I have heard of. Not even any other similar time magic."
"So, there is no way back?" Usagi sobbed.
"Not necessarily. If the one who sent you here was from here, they would have to have a connection to the stars and learn Ark of Time magic."
"Wait, she does have a connection to the stars!"
"What do you mean, Ami?" Mako asked, walking to the bluette, who had a small square compact in her hand. Ami turned it to Mako.
"Who else do we know that has the three crescent moon birthmark on her forehead?"
"She is related to Nehelenia!?" Mako all but screeched out, hurting the dragon slayers' ears.
"Hey, keep the voices down. Dragon slayers have heightened senses, including hearing." Before anymore can be discussed, there was a sonic boom resounding throughout the guild. Then, an ethereal voice spoke.
"Princesses Selina, Serenity, Stella, and Astrid….Show yourselves." The Voice was male and gave the girls a cold shiver running down their spines. When They reached the balcony, they saw a black cloud that resembled a nebula- stars shining and dying so quickly that if we blinked, they were no longer there.
"Who are you? And why do you want the princesses?" Lucy yelled out, surprising us all that know her.
"That is my business that I need to discuss with them." Suddenly, a bright whit light glowed, and Usagi had become Princess Serenity.
"I am the second born princess of Silver Millenium, Princess Serenity. What do you want to speak to us about?"
"I need you to Die!" Just then, a golden orange star beam shot from the cloud straight at Serenity.
'No, I will not fail my sisters again!' Then, I started to glow purple with my magic, but the color slowly changed to pale blue. A blue crystal rose from my chest, and I pushed my power out more; and as I did, my lavender sundress grew longer and turned silver white with a light blue sash around the waist, the sleeves grew and looked like I was wearing balls around my shoulders. My forehead grew warm as the crescent moon birthmark appeared, and i felt myself get a little taller as heeled shoes appeared on my feet. I opened my eyes and shot a blast of blue and purple colored magic at the nebula shepherd cloud, who screamed and faded away to nothing.
"I am the firstborn princess of Silver Millenium, Princess Selina. Serenity, i have missed you so much" Serenity ran to my arms for a hug as we both transformed back to normal.
