Chapter Twenty-Two: Explanations and Finally headed Home...
Kai wrapped his arms around his girlfriend, relieved to have her with him once more. Out of the corner of his eye, he noticed Zane doing the same with Pixal. "How did you guys even get here? For that matter, how did you even know we were missing?" Kai questioned their girlfriends, all the while refusing to let go of Skylor.
"Father received a proximity alert to the fact that an unidentified flying object had entered our atmosphere close to the Old Spinjitzu Monastery." Pixal offered up in some form of explanation.
Skylor picked up from, her voice sounding almost exhausted. "Mr. Borg warned the rest of us, so we quickly left the New Spinjitzu Monastery to see what was going on. Jay arrived just in time to see you guys to get abducted by alien robots."
"From there it was simply a case of Father and Karlof working together to build a space ship to take a couple of us to track you two down." Pixal placed her head on Zane's shoulder.
Obi-wan felt his head ache as he looked between the group of four. Of all the things that could explain why they were there, that wasn't what he was expecting. Also, how powerful was their one friend's father if he could monitor their home planet's atmosphere for foreign objects? Also what was the difference between these two monasteries? More importantly... "What is spinjitzu?"
A loud thud rented the air as Skylor took that to mean permission to smack her boyfriend, while Pixal merely stepped back, shooting Zane a perplexed look. "You mean to tell us that these forgot to mention that they're both masters of the difficult fighting style known as spinjitzu?"
Zane pulled her back to him, not being done hugging her. "It might have slipped our minds... has as the fact we know airjitzu."
"Airjitzu?" Cody blinked, glancing sideways at his general as if hoping that he might know what their talking about.
Kai groaned as he rubbed his currently bruised cheek. "Yeah... airjitzu is another fighting style that is even more complicated than spinjitzu. Sensei Wu is the best ninja in the history of Ninjago but he doesn't even know how to use airjitzu."
Obi-Wan shook his head at how simple they could make the complexity of their culture seem. "Since the ladies here have a ship, and know the way back, perhaps you should leave for your home."
"Now that I can get behind." Kai grinned as he moved to cuddle Skylor again.
Hums of agreement rippled through the group. "Where is Anakin? I believe that he can truly benefit from meeting Lloyd." Zane piped up, seemingly not being worried about the whole Pixal moved away from him thing. Then again, he was less touchy-feely than Kai.
"I just showed up and am currently wondering what it is that I missed." Anakin popped up behind Obi-wan, Ahsoka right behind him.
After updating Anakin, and the rest of the Jedi Council since they kind of need to know where their two best fighters disappeared to, they were flying through space towards the planet Ninjago. Anakin rubbed his forehead, anxiety creasing his brows. During the talk, the usual argument between Anakin and the Council about how friendly Palpatine was came up... which lead to the four Ninjagoians to point out that there was quite similarity to how this guy acts, and some criminal that they've defeated on their home planet acts. Well, acted.
"What if Mace gets killed?! Maybe we should turn back..."
"Master... we all agreed that with his interest in you, it might be counterproductive for you to approach him." Ahsoka rubbed her forehead as she felt a migraine come on.
Anakin paced in the small area in the back of the shuttle for storage, nibbling the bottom of his lip. "What if Master Fisto doesn't find any kind of evidence to illegal activities?"
"Anakin...please. Be reasonable." Obi-Wan glanced up from the book that Skylor had loaned him. To say the least, while he was glad it was written in Basic, he really hoped that it was just a story and not historical facts.
Anakin shot him a withering look before asking one more worry-filled question. "Are we sure that sending Master Billaba's new padawan to keep Palpatine distracted during the search in such a good thing?"
"I rather like how enthusiastic to help Caleb was." Kai appeared in the doorway, a smile on his face.
"This is way too dangerous. I should be there... what if they fail to jam his signal?" Skylor had suggested that, in case he figured out they were onto him and had a backup plan that involved others.
"Sit down before I tie you down." Skylor appeared behind her boyfriend, shooting the young Jedi a withering look.
Anakin plopped down on the floor, quickly crossing his arms. It wasn't until the others started snickering that he realized that he now looked like a pouting child. "Are we there yet?"
"Pixal and Zane are landing the ship in the spot that Mr. Borg built for it as we speak." Skylor shrugged.
Now curious on what the planet felt like, the three Jedi stretched out their senses to the planet that they were currently entering... and promptly yanked back behind their shields. "How!? I've never felt a planet that strong in the Force before!"
Confused, Kai turned his head to the side a little bit, his force presence flaring as he reached out to check what their talking about. "Feels normal to me."
Obi-Wan rubbed his forehead in an attempt to get rid of the headache that the brightness from the Force here gave him. "With how strong the Force is here, your people as a whole must be strong with the Force."
"Okay... still no idea what you mean by that. Honestly I think what your picking up on is everyone's fighting spirit. Not sure why, but those feel close to Ryū."
To say that the Jedi eyes were twitching would have been an understatement.

8GoKey40th: Yeah...sorry I kinda skipped over that scene. However Anakin is going to meet Lloyd! (Zane senses that Anakin is over stressed by a similar prophesy that Lloyd had to deal with.) Next chapter most likely will be the last one, since it'll be more of an Epilogue... Star Wars POV Epilogue. I am sure that lots of people will like it.
