WOo-Bin P.O.V
I crossed my arms looking at Jun-Pyo as he tossed back another drink. Tossing a look at Yi-Jung I nodded knowing we both had the same mind.
"Jun-Pyo!"
"Leave me alone."
"Jun-Pyo you need to.." We ducked as he turned and chunked the glass across the room.
"Leave me alone." With that he turned and left.
I turned to Yi-Jung. "We need to do something."
"I know but I can't think of what." He looked at the door before looking back at me. "What about Kenzie."
"She called me a couple of hours ago. She is finishing something then she will be coming back,"
"It is weird that she took off so suddenly after Jan-Di went missing. I would thought she'd be the first to go after her."
I leaned against the wall smirking. "I know my fiance. I think she has something planned. I trust her."
"As do i but I am scared at what she is planning against Jun-Pyo's mother."
I nodded my head in agreement,
Kenzie P.O.V
I popped my neck as the car pulled up to the mansion. I felt my fury rising and gearing myself for this argument.
"Ready for this."
I smirked at my brother before something crossed my mind. "Why did you insist on coming?"
"Not only did I want to meet my new niece I had a bone to pick with Chairwoman Kang."
I didn't push it because I knew my brother would tell me when he was ready. I got out of the car gripping the folder in my hand.
"Lets do this."
Going to the door I banged on the door and when the butler answered he smiled. "Miss Wolfe?"
"Where is Jun-Pyo?"
"In the office with his mother and sister." I walked passed him Alex and Beck following. "Where."
"Ma'am."
"Please... This will help Jun-Pyo and Jan-Di."
"They are over here." I looked at the older woman. "You must be Ksenia. Jan-Di spoke very highly of you."
"Thank you." Going to the door she indicated I could hear the heated argument from inside. When Jun-Pyo's mother yelled at Jun-Pyo I lifted my leg kicking the door opened.
"Well hello witch!"
"Why you little."
"What your mouth when talking to my sister." Alex and Beck came up flanking me...
"Kenzie." I turned to see Jun-Pyo.
"Hiya Curley." He moved forward giving me a tight up... "How you holding up."
He gave me a look, I cupped his cheek. "Don't worry things will get better I promise." I turned my attention to his mother.. "Now for you... I had warned you what would happen if you didn't back off."
"How dare..."
"Alex!" I turned to see Jun-Hee staring at Alex."
"Jun-Hee?" I was stunned as Alex moved closer to Jun-Hee. "How are you here?"
"Me. What about you? I thought you were killed."
"What?"
Jun-Hee looked toward her mother with a glare. "You said Alex and his fiance were killed in a crossfire."
Alex moved forward. "So you not only lied to me about Jun-Hee being married but you lied to her about me being dead."
I could see a tear fall own Jun-Hee's cheek. "You lied mother... Why? You knew how i felt."
The witch scoffed. "Of course I knew. But no daughter of mine would be with such scum."
I moved forward. "Oh the lengths you wouldn't go to get your way. First it appears you did all you could to make sure your daughter marries someone of your choosing and then you do the same with Jun-Pyo. Not to mention the fraud you committed making the world believe you husband was dead when in face he is only in a coma."
The witch glared. "How dare you?"
Jun-Pyo stood beside me. "No how dare you. You lied about my father an then you did everything to make Jan-Di leave..."
I slammed the folder onto the desk."Not to mention the proof here to show that you fired Ga-Eul's father and went for Ji-Hoo's grandfather because you knew that would get to Jan-Di more then anything. Not to mention hiring Haje to kidnap Jan-di. The same person who nearly killed me." I glared at her. "And believe me the authorities will have a field day with this."
The witch rounded the desk looking at her children. "How dare you show such disrespect."
Jun-Pyo moved to my side. "How dare you... You have no heart... You are no mother of mine..."
"You little insolent..."
I saw her raise her hand.. I'll be damned if she laid a finger on my brother... So before she could lift her arm fully I lashed out smacking her hard across the face. "You witch will get everything that is coming for you."With that we all left the room leaving her to stew in her possible future...
As we reached the door I was suddenly pulled into a bone crushing hug. "thank you..."
I smiled up at Jun-Pyo. "Just make Jan-Di happy that is all I ask."
He looked down. "I am her son and because of me she has had to face such hardship. I don't deserve her."
I sighed knowing he would have to get through this himself there was nothing I could do to force him to make a decision.
"Alex." I turned to see Jun-Hee embracing Alex tightly her cheeks wet from tears... "I'm sorry."
Alex shook his head. "It's okay you didn't know."
"But I should have. I knew the kind of women my mother was. I just never thought she would do something like that to get what she wanted."
Alex looked down at her hand. "What about your husband?"
"Ex-Husband... When he started to go bad I left him."
"Bad?" I could see my brothers muscles tense. "Did he ever hurt you?"
Jun-Hee must have known my brother well because she cupped his cheek and sighed. "It's all in the past... I now know mother won't be in the way anymore."
Alex looked over at me. "Kenz Beck will take you to Woo-Bin's." He turned to Jun-Hee. "There is a lot we need to talk about."
I smirked knowing now why my brother had the core heart those years ago. Jun-Hee was the first love he lost... I knew by how she looked at him time didn't change their feeling. "Why don't you take her back to the manor and spend some time catching up." I looked at Jun-Hee before giving her a hug. "Please make my brother smile again."
She nodded before being lead out by my brother. I turned to Jun-Pyo hugging him. "Why don't you get out of this house for a little bit..." I handed him a key and a piece of paper. "This is a key to a studio apartment. It's furnished so and stay there get out of this house and clear your head."
He kissed my forehead. "Good idea. I'll pack a bag and head over. "
As he walked away I turned to BEck. "Beck i'm ready to head home to my family."
He smiled before leading me outside...
~Time Skip~
"Mama!" I hopped out of the car catching So-Young as she flew into my arms.
"Hello sweetie." I looked up to see Woo-Bin walking up. "Hi."
HE leaned down kissing me. "hello yourself. How did everything go."
"Crazy but I will tell you tonight after So-young goes to bed...I may need a message."
Woo-Bin smirked. "Don't worry by time I'm done with you you'll be jelly."
I covered So-Young's ears. "Woo-BIn!"
He chuckled before ushering us into the house.
