Rachel found herself sitting alone on a picnic table near the school. She was alone, sure there were students who were around but they ignored her. They were all just awakened from a sleeping curse by a classmate, they were a bit on edge on what happened while they were sleeping to give any attention to the sad princess.
"Rach,"
She doesn't even try to hide the fact that she's crying. She turns around to see Jay standing there.
A sad laugh escaped her lips.
"I thought I told you guys I wanted to be alone," She said sadly.
Jay frowns.
He just walks over and sits down on the seating of the picnic table. He scoots over to sit next to her. He wraps an arm around her to pull her in for a hug.
And just like that, she melted into his embrace and cried.
Jay just held onto her as she cried.
"It's okay," He whispers.
Jay kisses the top of her head.
"It's okay," He says.

A looming black SUV pulled into the Auardon Prep circular drive. Four commanding officers of the Auardon Royal Guard stepped out. One opened the rear door while flanked by the other three, who stood ready to surround the obviously dangerous passenger.
Hades's feet, which were locked together in chains, hit the pavement with a clank.
Hades looks up at the school, he gets a brief look before he was ushered by the guards to move.

In Audrey's room, the princess lay stiff and motionless. She looked nothing like the villain she had been recently, instead she looked the part of the helpless princess waiting for some sort of help to release the curse.
Queen Leah sat next to her granddaughter's bedside. Standing behind her and holding her hand was Rachel. Also in the room was both Belle and Beast, Fairy Godmother, and as well as the royal couple; Ben and Mal.
Queen Leah looked filled with grief as she looked at her granddaughter. Fairy Godmother stood on the other side of the bed looking down at Audrey with concern.
Beast was pacing back and forth, despite being told to stop by Belle at least three times by now.
Ben and Mal were by the door. Mal kept glancing over towards the door and Audrey, a little anxious. Meanwhile, Ben kept looking from his soon to be wife and then his childhood best friend. Both girls he cared about were feeling awful but for different reasons.
A knock at the door gained everyone's attention.
All eyes on Hades as he walked through the room. The only noise at first was the sounds of the chains that were attached to the blue flamed villain.
Queen Leah found herself squeezing a hold of Rachel's hand a little tighter.
Mal stepped forward.
"Thank you for coming," Mal said to Hades.
Hades looks at his daughter and then down at the chains he was in.
"Didn't have much of a choice," Hades said to his daughter.
Hades then looks away from his daughter to everyone in the room. He notes the former king and his wife, his eyes linger on Beast for a bit before turning elsewhere. He spots Fairy Godmother and then Queen Leah. His eyes moved to the teen behind Queen Leah, before his eyes go directly to the unconscious teen on the bed.
Ben steps forward to Hades.
"Can you wake her?" Ben asks him.
Hades kept his eyes on Audrey, "Since when do heroes care about villains?" He asks.
Hades then turns to meet the eyes on the king.
"She- She's-," Ben starts.
Hades had a sad smirk.
"One of your own. Right." Hades said with a nod, "When you guys try to destroy the world, it's an error in judgment, but when it's one of us, lock 'em up and throw away the key."
Hades's eyes then turn directly to the former king. There was bad blood between them. Beast didn't like Hades period, to Beast, Hades is the worst maybe even worse than Maleficent. To Hades, Beast was just as bad maybe worse. To Hades, Beast had made the judgment to send everyone to the Isle even the children who didn't deserve it.
"Right, Beast." Hades said.
Mal stepped in the middle.
"Dad," Mal says quietly.
Hades moves his eyes to Rachel.
To him, she looked familiar. At first, he thought maybe it was just because he may have seen her on the television in the past, which might be, but that wasn't it.
"Or, unless you beg the king to spare the sentence of a former thief because a princess fell in love." Hades said looking at Rachel, "Am I right, Rider?"
Rachel looks at him and exhales deeply.
Ben looks at Rachel.
Rachel has felt a bit guilty about the fact her mother went to Beast to let her father stay here, despite his past as a thief. While Flynn Rider was able to avoid the Isle and Eugene Fitzherbert got to live a life with his wife and daughter, there were others much like him who didn't get so lucky.
Rachel didn't say anything.
Hades turns away to look away from Rachel and then to Beast. Hades tugs his arms in a jerky manner motion.
"I'm going to need my hands." Hades said.
Queen Leah was met with Fairy Godmother now standing next to her and Rachel, as Hades was getting his chains removed.
Hades rubbed his wrists, then held his hand, ready to reclaim his unrivaled object of power. His eyes on Mal. He watched as his daughter placed the ember in his palm. Hades hair burst into blue flames, and the ember burned even brighter.
A smirk appeared on Hades's face.
"I haven't lost my touch," He remarked.
Beast moves over to stand by his wife.
Hades moseyed his way over to Beast, stared into his eyes and growled. With his peerless powers restored, the villain could easily defeat Beast right here, but Beast didn't flinch at Hades attempts.
Mal looks at her dad.
"Dad," Male says quietly.
Hades pulled his face out of Beast's fact to study the pleading look on his daughter's face. He then nods. Hades pulled himself away from Beast and moved over to Audrey's bedside.
Queen Leah, clearly terror-stricken in Hades's presence, stayed by Audrey's side and clutched her granddaughter's hand after letting go of Rachel's hand.
Hades held the ember above Audrey and swirled it through the air. Under Hades's command, the ember emitted a dark whirlpool of colors, which grew progressively lighter and brighter. As Hades's magic worked, pulsating shafts of colored lights moved through the room.
With a flash of brilliant blue light, Audrey awakened with a stretch, as if she'd just woken from the most peaceful nap.
Hades tossed the ember into the air like it was no big deal.
Queen Leah sobbed and threw herself at her granddaughter in an embrace.
"Audrey, oh my sweet Audrey." Leah said.
Hades gives a side eye look at the queen before looking at the kid on the bed. She was a kid after all, sure a teenager but she was a kid.
Queen Leah pulls back.
"Are you okay?" Leah asks.
Audrey looks at her grandmother and nods.
"Yeah, granny." Audrey said softly.
Audrey's eyes turn to see Mal, Ben, and Rachel in her room. A wave of memories flood Audrey's head and embarrassment followed.
"Tell me it was all a bad dream," Audrey said.
Ben frowns, "I wish I could," He said, "But it's over now."
Audrey kept her eyes on Mal and Ben.
"I want to say sorry. I- I wanted to hurt you- both. I wanted to hurt you all." Audrey admitted.
Audrey looked modified when she revealed her ugly truth, but it was the truth after all. Audrey moved to the edge of the bed towards Mal, who took her hand and looked at her solemnly. Audrey wasn't the only one who was sorry.
"I have owed you an apology for a very long time now," Mal said heartfelt.
"So have I," Ben said.
Audrey's face filled with light.
Queen Leah stepped to Mal.
"And perhaps I owed you one as well," Queen Leah said and gave a small bow.
Mal returned the curtsy.
Queen Leah turned to Hades and also showed the same respect in bowing at Hades as a thank you for saving her granddaughter.
Hades, meanwhile, just nodded.
As everyone fawned over Audrey, Mal watched as her dad was being hauled out of the room by the guards. So, Mal followed.
Ben stayed behind to let her have some privacy.
Ben moved close to Rachel, who had since moved away from the bed to allow the others to check on her well-being.
Ben looks at her.
"Rach," Ben said.
Rachel crosses her arms on her chest and then looks at Ben.
"By the law, my dad should be there. He was a thief. He stole." Rachel said, "He- He was sentenced to death in Corona at one point, Ben."
Ben nods sadly.
"Not to mention, if Mal or the other VK's did what Audrey did, they'd be sent back in a heart beat." Rachel said, "We live in a double standard. An unfair and unequal standard."
Ben frowns.
"And you're still going through with it?" Rachel asks.
Ben sighs sadly and nods.
Rachel had tears in her eyes.
"Of course," She said, "Why did I think you'd change your mind?"
Rachel just turned and walked out of the room. She closed the door to find Mal in the hallway. She was alone in the hallway as Hades was gone.
Instead of saying something to Mal like she did with Ben, Rachel just turned around and walked off a different direction.

Rachel was sitting on the steps in the castle. She was on the phone with her mom, she was letting her mom know what had been going on. Rapunzel and Eugene had gotten news about what happened, much like the other parents from Fairy Godmother.
So, naturally, Rapunzel was worried about her daughter.
"I- I'm fine, mom." Rachel said, "Not even a scratch."
Rachel played with her hair as she talked to her mom.
"Do you need your father and I to come check on you?" Rapunzel asks through the phone.
Rachel smiles sadly.
"So dad is really worried, huh?" Rachel asks, "I'm fine. I promise."
"Is she okay, Punzie?" Eugene's voice was faint through the phone.
"Yes, Eugene!" Rapunzel yells at her husband.
Rachel's smile fade.
"Mom-," Rachel said.
"Yes, Yellow Flower." Rapunzel said.
That nickname, she'd been called that since she was born. It was always assumed that Rachel would inherit the power of the sun drop like her mother, and they were right, which made the nickname a bit ironic.
"I- I-," Rachel almost choked out a sob but paused, "Never mind."
"Sweetie," Rapunzel sounded worried.
Rachel finds herself shaking her head, despite her parents unable to see her.
"I'm just tired. We've been on this adventure for probably twenty-four hours, and I was running in the forest at one point so I'm kinda exhausted." Rachel tries to lie her way out.
"Rachel Bear, it's just dad." Eugene had taken over the phone, "Lay it on me. What's going on?"
Rachel knew that her parents would switch. Rachel was more forthcoming to her father, than her mother. Eugene knows who she thinks.
Rachel had a sad sob.
"I- I think I found my happily ever after but-," Rachel stops.
Eugene could piece together.
"He's on the Isle," Eugene finishes.
Rachel nods, "Yeah."
"And they still plan to-," Eugene was cut off.
"Yeah," Rachel said.
"Oh baby girl," Eugene said.
