Hello all Storm here with a new chapter! Here we'll be continuing the Takumi Village Arc as Naruto begins the process of creating Zangetsu, along with him and Yūgao getting a surprising history lesson. So, without further ado.

After being told that he was ready to begin working on creating Zangetsu, Tōtōsai had told Naruto to go and prepare himself. Given once he started working on the sword, he wouldn't have many chances to stop and rest, as it'll take a lot of time and energy to ensure it turns out the way he wants it. Leading to the whiskered ravenette to go for a walk to clear his head and relax.
'I'm going to have to give this my complete focus, I can't afford to get distracted and make any mistakes.' Thought Naruto, looking up at the night sky before sighing and shaking his head, pushing aside any doubts and worries he had, instead focusing on making Zangetsu the best he can make it.
Though unknown to Naruto, a fragment of the moon had just broke off and is being pulled into by the planet's gravity. Hurtling faster and faster as it entered the atmosphere, before heating up and beginning to break apart. Until eventually the fragment shot across the sky and crashed down, not far from where Naruto was.
With the Uzumaki's eyes widening in shock as he felt the ground start shaking, before noticing the streak of smoke going through the sky and down to the ground.
'Did something crash into the ground?' Naruto wondered, before going towards where the trail went to check out what had caused the shaking.
It didn't take long before Naruto arrived at a large, smoking crater, looking down in the center in surprise to see a red hot, glowing and steaming meteorite.
"Woah, a meteorite." Naruto muttered while jumping down into the crater to get a closer look, amazed at the sight of it.
Along with sensing the Chakra radiating off it, along with feeling the power Zen-Aku passed onto him seemed to be reacting to the meteorite as well.
'I'm definitely using this.' Thought Naruto, smiling as he pulled out a Storage Scroll and sealed the meteorite away, given it's likely still incredibly hot.
With the Chakra that's contained within it and his power from Zen-Aku reacting to it, not to mention the fact of how rare such a thing would be. The whiskered ravenette planned to use the meteorite in forging Zangetsu, knowing it'd be an invaluable forging material.
Once he had the meteorite sealed away, Naruto made his way back to Tōtōsai's house to show him and Yūgao what he's found.
*Later*
It didn't take long for Naruto to arrive back at Tōtōsai's house, being greeted by both Yūgao and the older Uzumaki.
"Tōtōsai, Yūgao-sensei, I think I found something that can be used in forging Zangetsu." Naruto stated, making the two look at him curiously.
"What did you find, Naruto?" Questioned Yūgao, wondering what he could've managed to find to think it'd be good in using to make his sword.
Rather than respond, Naruto unsealed the meteorite he'd found, much to their amazement at the sight of it and feeling the Chakra radiating off of it.
"Well I'll be damned, you've managed to get your hands on a moon rock." Tōtōsai said, looking over the meteorite, with Naruto and Yūgao looking at him now.
"Moon rock? Isn't it just a regular meteorite?" Naruto said, not expecting to learn it actually broke off from the moon.
"It's a meteorite, yes. But this came from the moon, I'm sure of it. You can tell just from the amount of Chakra coming off it, it's only possible to have come from the moon." Replied Tōtōsai, which only confused them further.
"How can you tell it's from the moon just because of the Chakra coming from it?" Yūgao asked looking at the meteorite, still amazed at the power she sensed coming from it.
"It was discovered a long time ago by an Uzumaki astrologist, learning that there are times when pieces of the moon break off before being pulled in by the planet's gravity, crashing down as meteorites. They saw it for themselves one time through a telescope, before going off with a research team to where it first crash landed, they took the fragments back to Uzushiogakure to study them. Learning that the energy and Chakra levels coming from them was off the charts. Far surpassing that "star" the Ninja of Hoshigakure take so much pride in." Tōtōsai explained, with Naruto frowning slightly at the mention of his clans village.
Having learned more about the Uzumaki Clan while training under Tōtōsai, and the more he heard the more bitter and angry he got. Learning that he didn't just have a clan, but that they had their own village, one that had been allied with Konoha. With even the Shodai Hokage having married an Uzumaki, only for them to be wiped out during the Second Shinobi World War by an alliance made up of several Hidden Villages. Including Kirigakure, Iwagakure, Sunagakure, and numerous smaller villages and nations that had allied with them to destroy the Uzumaki Clan.
Yet not once has he ever heard anything about the Uzumaki Clan or Uzushio in Konoha.
What made him even angrier is the fact that the red swirl on Konoha's flak jackets belongs to his clan, along with the swirl in the lead on the forehead protectors. But somehow everyone seems to either not know or chose to forget the existence of the Uzumaki Clan.
The only reason he hasn't gotten more upset is because he wanted to focus on his training and creating Zangetsu. Though once he's back in Konoha, the whiskered ravenette fully intended to get answers one way or another.
As for what he was going to do once he has those answers…Naruto was still deciding on if Konoha deserved his loyalty or not.
"Hoshigakure?" Said Naruto, pushing aside those thoughts for the time being, instead wondering about this other Hidden Village.
"It's a Minor Hidden Village located in the Land of Bears, it was founded two hundreds years ago by the Shodai Hoshikage after discovering a fallen star that landed there, building Hoshigakure near the crater where it landed. With them developing a training regimen to enhance their Ninja's Chakra Reserves from the power within the star." Replied Yūgao, with Naruto raising a brow at hearing Hoshigakure had a Kage.
"I didn't know there was a sixth Kage." Naruto stated, only for Yūgao and Tōtōsai to shake their heads.
"Just because they call themselves Kage, doesn't make them an official one. They didn't even originally call their leaders the Hoshikage, only claiming the title after the other Hidden Villages were founded and named their own leaders as Kage. With Hoshigakure also using the title as well, but no one acknowledges it as official and none of the Hoshikage could hope to stand on the same level or have come close." Tōtōsai said, before turning back to the meteor.
"Anyway, this is certainly a lucky find and a very valuable material to use in creating weapons. Even better that if this just landed, then it's only freshly broken off from the moon. Making the Chakra and energy within much more potent. If you use this to create Zangetsu, you'll truly have a sword unlike any other…well almost unlike any other. I actually discovered a moon rock myself, long ago, it was one of the materials I used in forging Tessaiga years ago. Now here you are, creating your own sword using the fragments of Tessaiga, after that stupid brat Inuyasha broke it, and a moon rock of your own to forge a new sword… You aren't planning to follow the stupid brat in breaking Zangetsu, will you?" Tōtōsai said, looking at Naruto with an evil look in his beady eyes, with the younger Uzumaki slowly shaking his head.
"N-no…no, I won't." Replied Naruto, making Tōtōsai chuckle.
"Good, if you did I'd have to take over in seeing that it's repaired. But then I'd also need some extra material, and thankfully your fangs seem to be about as long as Inuyasha's." Said Tōtōsai as he began snickering at remembering having to reforge his prized creation after Inuyasha broke it, with one of the materials he needed being one of Inuyasha's fangs.
With Naruto and Yūgao slowly edging away from the vindictive blacksmith, the former also covering his mouth at the idea of having one of his fangs ripped out.
The two having heard about Tessaiga, the sword the fragments came from, how it was created from the fang of the Great Dog Demon General, Tōga. Before it was passed on to his son Hanyō Inuyasha after his death, as well as the circumstances behind how it was broken and reforged. The latter of which involved Tōtōsai yanking out one of Inuyasha's fangs with a pair of pliers. A rather painful experience that made both Ninja shudder at the phantom pain.
Now it made them wonder how much of the pain Inuyasha went through to have Tessaiga reforged was on purpose. Given that Tōtōsai seemed to still hold a grudge and shown to be incredibly vindictive whenever it's brought up on how the Hanyō broke his creation.
"Okay…what about the Chakra in the meteorite? If it came from the moon, why would there be such powerful Chakra in the moon to begin with?" Naruto asked to change the subject, with Yūgao also being curious at this, while Tōtōsai stopped his snickering.
"Hmm, oh right, I sometimes forget that hardly anyone knows the truth of things, anymore." Said Tōtōsai, which only increased their curiosity.
"The truth of things?" Questioned Yūgao.
"Yes, that the moon had been created centuries ago by the Sage of Six Paths, Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki, after his battle with the Jūbi." Revealed Tōtōsai, much to Naruto's and Yūgao's shock, with even the Kyūbi's eyes snapping open from its slumber that anyone still knew about the Sage and Jūbi.
"The Jūbi is the first Bijū, one that dwarfed the other nine combined in both size in power, even the tallest of mountains would be nothing but stepping stones to it, while possessing so much Chakra it could trigger natural disasters that covered the entire continent, if not beyond. And Hagoromo was the only one capable of defeating it, battling for days in a fight that scarred the land until he was able to seal the Jūbi within himself, becoming the first Jinchūriki. It wasn't until he was at the end of his life, did Hagoromo split the Jūbi into the nine Bijū we know today while sealing the depowered husk into what's now the moon. That's why the moon contains such raw and powerful Chakra, because even as just an empty husk, the Jūbi's body is still quite powerful." Tōtōsai explained, with Naruto's and Yūgao's shock only growing further at hearing this.
"That's…honestly unreal." Muttered Yūgao not believing the Sage of Six Paths actually existed, but their was once another Bijū that the other nine came from.
The purplette couldn't help but shudder that such a beast could've existed and even as a powerless husk, its Chakra could still be as powerful as what she sensed in the meteor, if not stronger. Not wanting to even imagine what it must've been like at full power.
"Indeed, I suppose it's a good thing such knowledge has been lost to all, but a few individuals." Tōtōsai stated, something the two agreed with, as there'd be no telling what some people would do with the knowledge of the Jūbi's existence.
What some would do to try and possess a power that could make them into a god.
"But here's an interesting fact, did you know that even if they aren't Yōkai themselves, some species of Yōkai are actually descended from the Bijū. The most noticeable examples being Kitsune, Tanuki, and Nekomata." Revealed Tōtōsai, causing the ravenette and purplette to look at him in confusion.
"But…the Bijū are just sentient masses of Chakra, without actual genders. How could Yōkai be descended from them?" Naruto asked.
"It's because of that, that it's child's play for them to change their form anyway they want, including into that of a human. They can easily make themselves either male or female, depending on their preference for whichever gender." Tōtōsai replied, much to their surprise.
"Haven't I suffered enough?!" Kyūbi groaned, not believing that knowledge was also still known and now was being shared with its container, making Naruto smirk at the chance to get some dirt on the fox.
"Out of curiosity, what form did the Kyūbi usually take?" Questioned Naruto, making Yūgao glance at him before turning to Tōtōsai, unable to help her own curiosity at what the feared Kyūbi used as a human form.
"Female." Said Tōtōsai without skipping a beat, with this definitely catching Naruto and Yūgao off-guard.
"The Kyūbi…has a female form?" Yūgao asked slowly, having not expected to hear that of all things.
With Naruto sharing her disbelief, having thought the Kyūbi would have a male form, given how masculine it acted.
"It's actually a fairy tale, so who knows if it's true. But it goes that when the Kyūbi was young it ended up stumbling onto some women bathing in a stream, resulting in it modeling its human form after them as this had also been its first experience with the female form at the time. After all, foxes are naturally curious creatures, so it wanted to learn more about their bodies. While taking on the name of Tamamo no Mae. By the time it decided to take on a male form, it had been so used to being female that the feeling of a male body was too foreign. And apparently even as a male, it still looked rather feminine." Explained Tōtōsai, the Ninja looked at him with wide eyes before smiling in amusement.
"I didn't think the Kyūbi was such a little pervert." Yūgao stated in amusement, knowing if this got out then the Kyūbi's reputation would be utterly destroyed.
'I'm sure you must like my Sexy Jutsu then, huh fox? Do you prefer being sealed in a girl, instead?' Thought Naruto, reveling in this new information, while the now embarrassed and flustered fox growled warningly towards him.
"Sh-shut up! That was hundreds of years ago and I've never bothered taken a human form again, since then! And don't ever compare that pathetic Jutsu to my glory, you aren't even a shadow to how I looked! I was the most dangerous and beautiful creature to walk this planet! People, men and women alike, threw themselves at my feet just to be in my presence and hope I'd give them so much as a glance!" Retorted Kyūbi, refusing to let Naruto even think his Sexy Jutsu could compare to its female form.
Only for the fox to instantly slap a hand over its mouth in mortification at what it just revealed, while Naruto mentally cackled.
'So you like people bowing at your feet and worshipping you?! I guess that makes you a princess, Kyu-hime!' Thought Naruto, loving that the Kyūbi just gave him even more material to use.
"Of course this is all just a fairy tale, so who knows what really happened. The opposite could've happened for all we know." Tōtōsai stated, with Naruto simply smiling viciously since the Kyūbi had just confirmed everything he said was true.
'What do you think, Kyu-chan, want to show everyone the most "beautiful and dangerous" creature in the world?' Naruto thought, with the Kyūbi growling in rage.
"I will devour your heart, Naruto! You will beg and scream for mercy!" Kyūbi roared.
'What a naughty vixen, already wanting to get me begging for mercy, Kyu-chan. At least I know you like being in charge.' Thought Naruto, his mental laughter growing louder as he started hearing a banging within his mindscape.
"I think that's enough of a history lesson. I want to get started on Zangetsu with this new material." Naruto said, deciding to give the flustered Bijū some mercy, along with being eager to get started on Zangetsu.
"Then let's get started, shall we." Stated Tōtōsai, as the whiskered ravenette nodded in agreement before they got to work on the sword.
*Timeskip-Five Weeks*
A month and a week had passed since Naruto and Yūgao arrived in Takumi Village, with Naruto working almost non-stop on Zangetsu. Only ever taking a break when he needed to eat or his exhaustion started catching up to him. And even then, half the time he needed to be reminded to rest and eat by Yūgao and Tōtōsai. Otherwise the younger Uzumaki would constantly be at work in the forge.
Having melted down the fragments of the Tessaiga and the meteorite separately, before mixing them together and molding them into the shape of Zangetsu. Constantly heating and shaping the metal, along with repeatedly folding and overlapping it dozens of times, ensuring the blade would be incredibly strong. Naruto would also work on applying seals to the sword while forging it, letting them become part of Zangetsu.
All the while Tōtōsai would observe him work from the side, giving advice and instructions when he needed to. Reminding the whiskered ravenette to make sure the fire is hot enough or to focus more on the blades edge, to avoid letting any part of it be dull or blunt. But for the most part he remained silent, letting Naruto work on his own.
It actually made Naruto smirk a few times at the irony, that he'd come to Takumi Village to have Zangetsu made. But instead ended up meeting another Uzumaki, who not only taught him blacksmithing and Fūinjutsu, but is now making his own sword rather than having someone else make it.
Now though, after over a month of work, Naruto held the now completed Zangetsu in his hand, with him, Yūgao and Tōtōsai looking over it.
Though rather than taking the form of the sword he'd drawn and designed, Zangetsu had the appearance of a katana. At first glance, one wouldn't think it's anything special, but on closer inspection and feeling it would reveal its true nature. With how it seemed to radiate Chakra coming off of it and having a blade that was as dark as the night sky.
"If I didn't know what was used to make this, I wouldn't think it was any different from a regular katana, besides being a black blade. But I can tell it'll definitely be a powerful sword. You did a great job Naruto." Yūgao said, smiling at her student for making such a beautiful sword.
"Thanks, Yūgao-sensei. Though I was hoping it'd turn out like the design I made for it." Said Naruto, frowning a little since while he's proud of how Zangetsu turned out, he'd hoped for it to be the large blade he designed.
"Don't forget what you used to create this blade. Like the Tessaiga, you'll need to work to unlock Zangetsu's true power, and once you gain access it's true form it will only grow more powerful. But that doesn't mean you'll be able to unlock its true power the same way Tessaiga's power was released, that will be something you need to discover on your own." Tōtōsai said, with Naruto nodding in response.
"Now before you go, you should take a few days to rest and meditate, so you can better synchronize the sword with your Chakra, otherwise it won't do you any good if it's fighting against you." Added Tōtōsai, knowing he'll need to be perfect in sync with Zangetsu to properly use it.
"I will and thank you for everything you've done Tōtōsai, it really means a lot to me." Naruto said while bowing to the elderly Uzumaki, which he waved off.
"I merely did what I could to ensure you weren't given some subpar piece of metal. What you have is something worthy of one such as yourself, and I know you'll put it to good use." Said Tōtōsai, making the whiskered ravenette smile and nod in response.
*Timeskip-Four Days*
Naruto spent the next four days resting and meditating to better synchronize with Zangetsu, feeling himself becoming more connected to the sword as he did so. Before he and Yūgao exchanged farewells with Tōtōsai, knowing that their business was done and needed to get back to the village.
"So, are you looking forward to getting started on training with Zangetsu?" Yūgao asked, looking at the whiskered ravenette as they jumped through the trees.
"Definitely. It'll be nice to really work on Kenjutsu with the perfect blade." Replied Naruto, eager to start training with Zangetsu as soon as possible.
"That's good. Though now that you have a sword suited for you, we'll be-" Said Yūgao with a smirk, knowing that his Kenjutsu training will be a lot harder so he can master Zangetsu's power and reach its true form.
Before the purplette's eyes widened as she sensed something coming at them, Naruto tensed beside her sensing something as well. With the two quickly jumping out of the way just in time as three, serpentine, blue dragons made Chakra shot out of the trees towards them. Tearing through the branches they'd been on, before the Chakra faded revealing metal wires with blue sword fragments going along them, before they retracted back towards their attacker.
"Seems the Ninja can actually move fast." Stated Ryūgan with a smirk as he revealed himself with his Garian Sword in hand.
"But not fast enough! Great Vacuum Cannon!" Kujaku yelled wickedly while aiming her Weaknessless Soaring Shortswords at Naruto and Yūgao, before firing small, powerful, and near-invisible blasts of wind.
With Naruto and Yūgao moving out of the way, gritting their teeth when the blasts of winds still slammed into them both, cutting into their bodies and launching them back. Before six more Takumi Ninja jumped out carrying various weapons, and charged at the Ninja.
"Time for you Ninja to see who's superior!" One of them shouted as three charged at Yūgao, bringing their weapons down on her, only for the Anbu to vanish in a puff of smoke, being replaced by a log.
"Secret Sword: Moonlight!" Said Yūgao rushing towards the Takumi Ninja fast enough to leave behind afterimages, delivering quick lateral sword strikes to each of them.
"You weren't wrong, we are seeing who's superior! Beast Wave Palm!" Naruto said, flipping through the air swinging his hand through the air like a claw, releasing waves of Wind Chakra at the remaining Takumi Ninja.
Only to be surprised when Suiko appeared, jumping in front of the attack, even more shocking when the Wave waves were absorbed into his Infinite Armor. Before the Uzumaki grunted in pain when Suiko slammed the head of his flail into his side, sending Naruto crashing into a tree.
"Yeah, we are you arrogant runt." Stated Suiko, before rushing Naruto and grabbing him when he tried getting, with Naruto gritting his teeth as he felt his Chakra being drained away into the Infinite Armor.
Before grunting when Suiko then slammed his head into the tree, knocking the whiskered ravenette unconscious.
"Naruto!" Yūgao said in worry at seeing her student being knocked out and then grabbed.
"You should be less worried about the brat and more worried about yourself!" Said Hōki, appearing behind Yūgao with his Fire Sword engulfed in flames, swinging it at the purplette unleashing a massive wave of flames at her.
Sensing and feeling the heat, Yūgao instantly jumped back as the fire rushed towards her, before using a quick Substitution to escape being incinerated by the flames. With the purplette reappearing behind Hōki before creating two Shadow Clones that jumped to his sides.
"Dance of the Crescent Moon!" Said Yūgao as she and her clones sped towards Hōki to take him out.
"I take it back, you're pathetically slow!" Ryūgan said as his smirk grew, swinging the Garian Sword at Yūgao, launching the three prongs at her and her clones, while channeling Chakra into it transforming the prongs into dragons.
Mentally cursing the attack coming at her, Yūgao jumped into the air, while her clones were destroyed by the dragons. Before her eyes widened when she saw Kujaku actually flying in the air above her while riding on a whirlwind.
"AHAHAHAHAHAHA! You can't run Ninja! Peacock Formation!" Said Kujaku, swinging one of her swords at Yūgao, releasing a powerful gust of wind that sent her crashing back towards the ground.
With Yūgao gasping in complete pain when Suiko charged at her, slammed his mace into side just before she hit the ground, sending the Anbu smashing right through a tree. The purplette grit her teeth as she tried standing up, feeling that attack cracked, and possibly, fractured a few ribs. Along with feeling that part of her Chakra seems to have been drained from the strike.
Though before she could react, Ryūgan launched his swords wires at her again, turning them into dragons with his Chakra. Yūgao couldn't stop herself from crying out when the dragons bit into her arms and her side.
"Now see what real weapon masters are capable of!" Said Hōki, spinning his sword above his head, creating a vortex of flames he directed towards Yūgao.
"And be reduced to nothing but ashes! Rotating Ferocious Wind!" Kujaku said swinging her swords at the fire vortex, releasing a large gust of wind that further empowered the flames, allowing them to reduce anything they touched to ash.
Yūgao's eyes widened at the sight of the fiery twister coming at her, before she quickly managed to use a Substitution to escape. Only to cry out when Suiko appeared smashing his mace into her back, knocking the purplette through the air, draining more of her Chakra from the attack.
"You Ninja think you're so powerful with your Ninjutsu, but against me your attacks are useless!" Suiko stated swinging the flail head at Yūgao, wrapped the chain around her neck, making her gasp in pain.
"Not that it'd do you any good against us to begin with!" Said Ryūgan swinging his sword again, though just launching the wires at Yūgao, manipulating them with his Chakra to slice through her body.
"So why don't you just die, already! Great Vacuum Cannon!" Kujaku said, aiming her swords at Yūgao, shooting several small, powerful, and near-invisible blasts of wind at her.
The Anbu grit her teeth at the constant attacks, with the blasts of wind slamming her into the ground, not helped from the chain still wrapped her throat. Before she saw Hōki jumping into the air above her with fire-encased sword brought down towards her.
'D-damnit!' Yūgao thought, cursing what's happened and that she failed to save Naruto.
But just before Hōki could finish the purplette off, seals lit up all around the ground around them, with Yūgao being covered in a glowing barrier that severed the chain. Allowing her to gasp and breath in deeply, along with being saved from Hōki's attempt to stab her with his sword. With the Takumi Ninja then being forced to jump back when dozens of large blades started shooting up from the ground around them, much to their anger.
"Where are you hiding, you old bastard?!" Ryūgan shouted, knowing that this was Tōtōsai's doing.
"Are you actually stupid enough to try fighting or will you just hide like a coward?!" Kujaku said mockingly, hoping he'd come out so they could kill him too and wipe away the stain he's left on their village by living near it.
Though rather than come out, the blades retreated back into the ground, revealing Yūgao was now gone, much to their annoyance and anger.
"Forget the old man! We have the brat, now we can proceed with reviving Seimei-sama! Then we'll deal with them!" Said Hōki, the others nodded in agreement before jumping away, having what they need to revive their leader.
*Later-With Yūgao*
Groaning, Yūgao's eyes slowly began opening, letting her see Tōtōsai standing over her.
"Easy there, you've been out for a while. You're lucky I showed up when I did, otherwise you'd be dead right now." Said Tōtōsai, having sensed the fighting and went to help, arriving in time to save Yūgao from being killed.
Yūgao merely grunted as she tried sitting up, only for her injuries to flare up, but she tried ignoring the pain.
"Thank you…for the help Tōtōsai…but I need to go, those people…took Naruto." Said Yūgao through gritted teeth as she tried getting up, only to be pushed back down into bed by the elderly Uzumaki.
"If you try going after them as you are now, you'd only be walking to your death and then no one would be able to save Naruto." Totosaid stated, making Yūgao scowl but knew he's right, she wouldn't be able to fight those people again like this.
They already had the advantage against them from launching a surprise attack and those weapons they had, if she tried fighting them while injured then she'll definitely die.
"Who even were those people? And what were those weapons they had?" Yūgao asked, wondering if he knew anything about them.
"Those were Hōki, Kujaku, Ryūgan, and Suiko, they call themselves the Four Celestial Symbols Men. Hōki wields a Fire Sword that lets him manipulate and create large amounts of fire. Kujaku uses the Weaknessless Soaring Shortswords, think of them as wind versions of the Kiba Blades from Kirigakure as she can manipulate and control wind with them and use high-level Wind Ninjutsu with only minimal Chakra. Ryūgan has the Garian Sword that can extend out on metal wires and be freely manipulated with his Chakra, and if he channels more into the sword it transforms into three dragon heads. Finally Suiko has the Infinite Armor, which lets him absorb the Chakra of anyone that touches it as well as absorb the Chakra from any Jutsu, along with even being able to use his mace flail to absorb Chakra from anyone he hits." Tōtōsai explained, with the Anbu frowning at hearing how powerful those weapons are.
"And what exactly do they want with Naruto?" Questioned Yūgao, with Tōtōsai shaking his head.
"My best guess is they plan to use him to somehow revive Takumi Village's founder, Seimei. Hōki and his allies resent the Hidden Villages more than anyone else in Takumi Village and desire to get revenge on them, leading to them training harder than anyone else. With their ultimate goal being to revive Seimei, who everyone in Takumi worships as the so-called "Ultimate Weapon" and believe he'll help them destroy the Ninja Villages in revenge. But to do that, they need someone with a lot of Chakra." Revealed Tōtōsai, much to Yūgao's shock and disbelief before she tried getting up again.
"Then I need to go and save him!" Yūgao said, knowing with his heritage and the Kyūbi, Naruto had more Chakra than anyone would believe, and there's no telling what will happen if they take too much of his own and force him to use the Kyūbi's Chakra.
"Didn't I just say it'd be suicide for you to do that! You can't go! Don't you have anyway to contact anyone from Konoha to send a team to save him?" Tōtōsai said, causing Yūgao to stop before quickly pulling out a Summoning Scroll and a vial of blood.
"Yes, I do. Something that'll ensure another team gets here as soon as possible." Said Yūgao, having been given a Summoning Scroll and some blood by Kakashi to send a message in case anything happened while she and Naruto were gone.
Opening the Summoning Scroll, Yūgao poured the blood on it, causing it to light before in a puff of smoke Kakashi's Ninken Pakkun appeared.
"Hmm, oh Yūgao, you summoned me. You need a message delivered then?" Pakkun asked, seeing who summoned him, with the purplette nodding in response before quickly writing down a message.
"Yes, I need you to take this to the Hokage and Kakashi as soon as possible, it's an emergency! Tell them that Naruto and I were attacked by Takumi Ninja and they've taken Naruto! Go!" Said Yūgao giving Pakkun the message, the Ninken taking it in his mouth and nodded before vanishing in a puff of smoke.
*Hokage's Office*
Meanwhile within his office, the Sandaime was doing his paperwork, though his mind was still focused on the report Teams Seven and Ten brought back from the Fire Temple. Not believing that Orochimaru is responsible for its destruction, along with having a former Twelve Guardian Ninja working with him. Even worse, he now had a Pseudo-Jinchūriki as well, one that now clearly held a grudge against him and his son for the lies he'd been told.
'What are you planning, Orochimaru?' Hiruzen thought with a frown, worried what his wayward student is planning that he'd launch such a brazen attack, once again cursing his inability to have finish him off years ago.
Before the Hokage's attention went to a cloud of smoke as Pakkun appeared on his desk, with a message in his mouth.
"Pakkun?" Sarutobi said with a concerned frown, wondering why Kakashi's Ninken was here, before Pakkun dropped the message on his desk.
"Yūgao sent me, she said it was an emergency! She and Naruto were attacked by Takumi Ninja and that Naruto was taken by them. Now I need to go tell, Kakashi." Said Pakkun before vanishing in a puff of smoke again to inform his summoner.
While Sarutobi's eyes widened at hearing this, before he quickly opened the message and read what it said.
"Anbu! Get me Kakashi, Yamato, Asuma, Kurenai, Anko and Gai, now!" Hiruzen ordered, knowing he needed to assemble a team to go and retrieve Naruto as soon as possible, and he had no intentions of taking any chances on this.
*With Naruto*
Meanwhile, the Four Celestial Symbols Men stood around Seimei's coffin and a large metal dome, the latter being where Naruto was placed ensuring he couldn't try running while they performed the ritual.
"It's time, we shall revive Seimei-sama and together we will have our revenge on the Hidden Villages! They will know why they should fear us and our weapons still! Let the ritual begin!" Said Hōki before the four began going through handsigns to begin transferring Naruto's Chakra into Seimei's body.
While inside the dome, Naruto's eyes shot open as he roared in pain at feeling his Chakra being forcibly extracted and transferred into Seimei's body. The Uzumaki thrashed around before slamming into the metal dome to try and breakout. Growling as he slammed his fist into the dome repeatedly to break it open.
"Let me out! Let me out! Let me out! Let me out! Let me out!" Naruto yelled, unaware as his pupils began dilating and glowing, his nails extended into claws, his canines into fangs, and his ears became pointed.
Not even noticing as he switched from punching the dome to slashing at it with his claws, growling and snarling as he tried ripping the metal apart. Only for his attacks to grow weaker as more of his Chakra was drained away, until he fell to his knees panting.
"Give it up you stupid brat! You'll never get out, just accept your fate!" Said Ryūgan tauntingly, making Naruto growl as his eyes flicked between gold and blood red, before throwing his head up and roaring loudly in rage.
No one in Takumi Village aware of what they're now in for, or what they're helping to unleash.
So, what did you think, good. Yep we see Naruto taking a walk to clear his head and prepare to forge Zangetsu, only to soon discover a meteorite that had just crash landed nearby, leading him to bring it back to Tōtōsai and Yūgao, where they learn it's actually a moon rock, one that possesses powerful Chakra within it, Chakra they learn comes from the Jūbi, much to their shock. With Tōtōsai telling them the truth of Hagoromo, the Jūbi, and the Bijū, shocking Naruto and Yūgao that the Sage of Six Paths is real and the Bijū were once one being.
Before we then see Tōtōsai also revealing that some species of Yōkai are descended from the Bijū, specifically Kitsune, Nekomata, and Tanuki. With the Bijū being able to easily take on human forms whether male or female depending on their preference, with the Kyūbi having taken a female form, much to their amusement at learning why. Even more so when the Kyūbi unintentionally confirms it's true, with Naruto taking a moment to enjoy teasing the vixen.
Then we see Naruto getting to work on forging Zangetsu, taking a month and a week to finish the blade, which takes the form of a regular katana, with Naruto needing to train and unlock Zangetsu's true power and change its form. Taking another two days to rest and synchronize with his sword, before he and Yūgao take their leave.
Unfortunately they're then ambushed by Takumi Ninja lead by the Four Celestial Symbols Men, with the surprise ambush and the power of their weapons being enough to incapacitate and knock out Naruto, while almost killing Yūgao. Luckily Tōtōsai manages to save her and tend to Yūgao's wounds, telling her what he knows of the Takumi Ninja and what they plan to use Naruto for. Leading to Yūgao sending a message to the Hokage requesting a team be sent to save him.
Finally we see the Hokage retrieving the message and organizing a task force to rescue Naruto, one that'll really make the blacksmiths playing dress up regret their actions. Even more so as Hōki and the others begin the ritual to revive Seimei, making Naruto wake up roaring in pain and begins taking on a partial transformation and trying to break free. So, for those that like the story, thanks for your support. For those that don't or at least don't like the direction taken, you're more than welcomed to drop the story.
