Chapter Eight

In the tower looking at the globe, a smile spread across his lips as he looked upon the demonic possessed Henry. spinning around in his chair, Jeffery punched the sky with glee. It took so long for him to capture Vivian and all it took was a bit of mist to grab Henry.

"Yes, he is mines," Jeffery said, still smiling.

Spinning around in his chair once more, he sighed. While he wasn't sure how long Henry would be under his control but he would do this best to keep him that way for as long as he could.

Jeffery eyes widen his eyes glowing purple as dozens upon dozens of staff and warriors walked into counselors' room, their eyes glowing purple as well bowed to Jeffery.

"Protect this tower at all costs." Jeffery commanded.

"Yes, master," Everyone said, bowing and leaving the room

Leaning back in his chair, Jefferey smiled as he continued looking at the globe.

"Lets see how they will get out of this."

With Henry's eyes glowing purple, Victoria and Tina stood ready as Percy, Grover and Annabeth joined them along with Vincent. While Nadine stayed with Thomas and Samantha.

"Didn't expect I would have to fight him." Victoria said.

"We didn't expect you to take away your gift." Tina said bluntly.

Victoria bit her lip. "I deserved that,"

"Ah, these are friends of Nadine and Henry." Tina said, pointing to Percy, Annabeth and Grover.

Glancing at the white boards Percy wrote on him and showed it to her. "Nice to meet you, be we have a pressing matter."

Taking off his white board, Annabeth and Grover did the same. Pulling out a pen with one click, it transformed into a sword with Poseidon's crest glowing. Annabeth pulled out her cobalt daggers while Grover pulled out his sword.

Henry roared as he looked at them. The moment he locked eyes with Victoria, he charged at her. Victoria stepped a side only for Henry to get a right hook in the jaw followed by a kick in the face. Stumbling back, he stared at Tina, who pushed Victoria behind her. Grover followed up with a kick in the chest, knocking Henry back a bit more.

Tina looked at Grover. They both. Nodded, the two charged forward, with Percy and Annabeth joining them.

Victoria backed away, joining Vincent and Nadine, who were by Thomas and Samantha. She looked at the two of the sleeping Sensory's, whose face held, seeing their the pain as they squirmed. A pink light formed in Victoria's hand for a moment, but it quickly disappeared.

Seeing this, Vincent looked to Nadine, who took a deep breath and stood behind the woman she called mentor.

I know you have used your power since you took your gift away from the world, but we really need you to use it now to save it.

Victoria looked at Nadine and Vincent with glassy eyes. This was no time for tears, no guilt. She caused this all of this to happen and she needed to fix it.

Tilting her head from left to right, Victoria shakes her hands as pink light appeared in her hands again.

"Vincent…"

"Yes, my lady?"

"Lets go."

Smiling, Vincent nodded as the two of them took off running beside Victoria, joining the fight. Nadine smiled.

"I don't know how they will fix this, I hope."

Henry roared again, which caused a burst of energy to explode from him, knocking everyone backwards. Grover and Tina recovered, first charging at him again. Henry hit Grover, sending him flying, but he never hit the ground as Vincent caught him. Victoria jumped out from behind Vincent as a staff materialized in her hand. Landing, she smacked Henry in the face kicked him hard in the stomach.

Doubling over in pain, some mist escaped out of Henry's lips.

Victoria spun around, aiming her staff at Grover, Percy and Annabeth, and within moments, a pink light lined their bodies.

"Looks like stomach is the spot to hit," Victoria said, looking over shoulder at Tina.

"You got this?"

"Yup," Tina replied. "Welcome back."

"We need to split up."Vincent said.

When the light disappeared from Grover, he opened his mouth.

"I'll stay here,"

"Same," Annabeth said,

Tina nodded. "Okay, we're good.

Vincent, you're with me," Victoria said, looking at her Percy."How about you?

"I'm coming too," Percy said.

Nodding, Percy followed Vincent. Victoria was right behind them. She stopped and looked at Nadine, whose face held a smile. She could even see a faint pink light emulating from her.

I'll stay here and look after Thomas and Samantha.

A smile spread across Victoria's lips she was so proud of Nadine to find help in such troubling times and bring the Sensory's back together she has indeed grown and for that she hopes she could see her true potential and how important she is to her. Nodding, she ran off with some warriors that came with her.

"Your time has come, Jeffery, for your reign to end."

Back at the town, Jeffery leaned back in his chair, smiling as Vincent, Percy and Victoria, along with some warriors, were heading toward the tower.

"So the time has come. The last battle is upon me and I can't wait, but I will not hold back this time, Victoria." Jeffery said as he rose to his feet. His eyes went from brown to black as his skin as a smirk spread across his lips.

"Bring it on."
