Left off in the anime/manga as Takashi and his gang looks for their family and find a safe haven to survive. JSDF and US military on Okinawa moves to contain the country best they can with a rag tag group Operators to search for clues a possible source or cure for the pandemic. Group contains some old friends they did not anticipate to encounter in the apocalypse.

Operation Scalpel will be redone after much thought and change it will be discontinued and will be continued and reworked as "Home of the Dead" any feedback or comment would be great thanks.
