Halloween in Zahramay Falls, Part 2:
Everyone walked carefully and steadily through the woods, and got to the haunted house, where the Halloween party was held...
Marlin: Oh, good, we made it.
William: So, who will knock on the door?
Shine: I'll do it!
Shine walked up the steps of the house. She could smell the creamed candy scent, which was so tempting to her. She knocked on the door, and someone answered it. It was a figure, big and tall, all in black with a mask pulled over its face. The figure took off its face, revealing its identity...
Everyone: Empress Caliana?!
Caliana: Hello there, welcome to the Halloween party!
Shimmer: (amazed) Wow, that was a cool costume?!
Caliana: (chuckles) Thank you. It makes me a little taller does it?
Leah: Yes, we might have had to get a sketch artist it if was a new troublemaker here.
Samira: (in an angel costume) Well, there certainly aren't any troublemakers at this party!
Marlin: We're certainly glad to hear that.
At that moment, the door that lead to the party opened to a 'eeeeeek' sound, and everyone went inside. They saw many of their friends there in cool costumes, (Shaya, Nila, Rubi, Dalia, etc.) and trays filled with many snacks and punch. Unfortunately, the joke was on them, because there's was another obstacle. They had to make it throug a path of tricks to get to the path. However, Caliana and Samira gave them advice to how to get past those tricks, as they have with every genie that attended the party. The song that everyone were dancing to Bobby Pickett's Monster Mash. With the song playing, the gang danced through the haunted house. (thanks to the advice of the empress and princess of Zahramay Falls) When they got through, they saw their friends Zac, (with a cast on and holding crutches) Kaz, and Zain...
Shine: Guys, you're here!
Zac: Of course we're here! Even with my leg broken, I wouldn't miss the Halloween party.
Zeta: How were you able to get through the haunted house with your broken leg, Zac?
Zac: Well, Empress Caliana and Princess Samira allowed us to past through the house because my leg was broken.
Kaz: Good thing, too, because it would have been much harder for us to get past that.
Shimmer: It seems like our father took care of you pretty well.
Mary: (excited) Okay, let's have some fun now!
The team enjoyed the treats, which included cotton candy, popcorn balls, candied apples, taffy, cookies, cupcakes, and ice cream. They had punch to drink afterwards. They got to dance with other genies, (even Zac who had to dance slowly on one leg because he was on crutches, and Marlin was showing Morain was Halloween parties are about) and Shimmer, Shine, and Leah even got to go on stage with the house band and sing. Later, they all signed up for the costume contest with their pumpkin costumes. The orange costumes (Shimmer, Shine, and Leah) won a golden paper for first prize! When the party was over, every genie who was at the party got goody bags with many treats to take home with them by
Empress Caliana and Princess Samira.
Zac: (groans) I certainly ate a bit too much.
Shine: (groans) So did I. (then excited) But we sure had a good time tonight! I told Empress Caliana and Princess Samira about that grave, and the empress told me there was another genie also named Shine many years ago.
Leah: I feel tired from all that dancing.
Zeta: Yeah, I'm exhausted.
Shimmer: Well, we sure had a fun Halloween, didn't we?
Everyone all agreed, and knew they had a fun night on Halloween. Then all went to Shimmer and Shine's palace that night to take showers, and went to sleep there. It was a Happy Halloween for the gang in Zahramay Falls.
