I thought this is the only story I'll ever write but yes i have two other ideas making me dazed most of the day imagening their events. I wrote some chapters, but i won't publish them until they are almost complete. So it will take a while. Follow me to get notification when i publish.

Zisaidwut Sakura is not overprotective in this fiction only. They said it many times in the anime too. And that is also understandable but she forgot that her daughter is a grown-up and can make her own decisions and Sasuke has the right to be with her and train her uninterepted too. And about Sasuke Rutsuden I'm not the one to decide for you as I don't read manga, though it's really popular and is about Sasuke saving ofcourse his friend Naruto from a disease so it's not much about him and Sakura. Of course if you felt any doubts you could always read some SasuHina fiction and you're good to go.

E175 After a few days team 7 returned triumphed. Sarada had her second tomoe awoken from all the stress and emotions that rose at saving herself and her teammates from the steel Deepa.
Sarada and her parents got out to celebrate. Sasuke was happy that she developed her sharingan without losses. Her love for her teammates and determination to save them helped her emotions rise up and awaken the second tomoe. They couldn't bring up the news of the divorce yet. Maybe another time.
Hinata was happy that Boruto was back safe. She made the kids a big dinner to celebrate too. Naruto didn't come though he was invited. After dinner Himawari went to her room to sleep. Boruto and his mother stayed at the dining table. Hinata started.
"Boruto, your father and I have something to tell you. I wish he was here to tell you this together, but he must be occupied with work. "
"ka-chan, that is nothing new"
"He moved out of the house, when you weren't here. W...we are getting a d… divorce."
"a… divorce, what does that mean? "
"We are not married anymore, he may marry someone else. "
"and you too, right? "
"I will never do anything that you and your sister won't accept. You are my priority always, never forget that. " and she approached him to hug him. He stepped back refusing her hug and left the house.
He went to the training grounds, he must have some time alone. He loves his father with all his mistakes and neglect toward them. He can never imagine another man in his place. He didn't care about his father much, if he remarried or not. Not like he would suddenly have time for his new family. He shouldn't marry anyone. His job is his wife and he'll never change.
But his mother! What kind of man will she marry? What if he hates them and treats them badly? What if he hurt Himawari? He'll kill him.
Boruto was throwing kunais at a target on a tree, deep in thought, as he heard slow steps coming his way. He turned.
"Sasuke-San, happy to see you. "
"Congratulations on the accomplishment of the mission. Sarada told me everything. You have a new Rasengan. "
"Haii" he grins and scratches his nape. Sasuke smiled 'he is exactly like Naruto'. Then his face changed and turned sad.
Sasuke narrowed his eyes.
"What is wrong? "
"Nothing, personal stuff at home". Boruto answered.
"Naruto left? " Sasuke looked away.
"Yes, they are getting a divorce. Not like they were all the time together, that stupid old man was never there. But I worry about my mother and Himawari. If she remarries, what kind of man will she have? " Boruto felt his eyes water, which frustrated him more.
Sasuke made a fire and they sat down on a stam.
"Boruto, you are a grown-up and the man of the house now… I have a request for you… I want to marry your mother. " There is no better chance than this.
"Sasuke-san..! " Boruto was shocked, all this information in one day is too much.
"Think about it." He stood up to leave.
"You are married to Aunt Sakura!" Boruto managed to speak.
"We got a divorce." Sasuke answered coldly.
"Did Sarada know? " He was worried about his teammate's feelings too.
"Not yet, we'll tell her soon. " He doesn't know how to bring it up to his daughter with her unstable emotional state and high temper. She'll probably shatter the house like her mother.
Boruto didn't know how to feel about all of this. He loves Sasuke, adores him even. But to replace his father with him! He never knew his sensei had something for his mother! Sasuke was maybe the best stepfather he could get. He loves him, loves his sister and he is always there for him. But…
He trained his mother and that helped her get better. He noticed the change in her health.
Are they in love? Is this why they're getting a divorce?
The next day, Sasuke took Sarada with him to his Uchiha residence.
"Papa, it's beautiful. Look at the garden and the trees. The pond. Wow a training ground! When did you buy it?" Sarada was checking everything so excitedly.
"Sarada, me and your mama, we got a divorce."
"whaat?" Sarada 's face changed.
"We love someone else."
"What… we.. You and mama? Don't love each other? you love someone else?" Sarada's eyes couldn't get bigger.
Sasuke was silent for a moment. He sat down on the porch like he always does.
"Before 15 years, Hinata built this house for me. I requested it and I went on a trip. When I came back she already had this garden and bought chickens and was always visiting to take care of them. Me and your mother didn't live together. I lived here. But Sakura liked the centre of the village better, close to the hospital. So I became friends with Hinata and after many years we … I want to marry her. She is getting a divorce too. "
"She is divorcing the Seventh? Boruto! " she said, looking nowhere." and mama?"

"I don't want to take you from Sakura but this is your house too. This is the Uchiha's main residence for many years and generations to come. This is our ground and yours in the future. You have to know that." he said in a serious tone.
"Will you marry her… and live here? " She doesn't know what to ask, thousands of questions in her head.
"She loves this house so much. She built it like she would her own house. We need more rooms for you all. Maybe we will upgrade it. " he said with a hint of happiness.
Sarada looked touched at his soft eyes. She loves seeing her father happy. But the sadness in her heart ached her. She needs to know her mother's side of the story too.
Sakura told Sarada about Kakashi. That he was always there for her when her father wasn't there. That she will always be friends with Sasuke and nothing will change for Sarada. She can visit or even stay with Sasuke if she wants, she is the Uchiha heiress after all. But she must never forget her mother.
As a kid Sarada was so happy to be surrounded by Hokages, the Fifth as her mother's shishou, the Sixth as her mother's sensei and the Seventh as her mother's teammate. She was always looking up to them, the strongest people in the village. She asked herself many times why her mother didn't marry Naruto instead of her father. He was always there for her. He is a very nice person like the sun itself, and she is sure he loved her mother so much. She never understood what Boruto was complaining about. How could this amazing person be called 'stupid old man'.
Uncle Kakashi was always there for her and her mother too. He is so calm and gentle, but cool and mysterious. She loved his calming atmosphere that does good to her overactive mother. They complete each other in a way. She wants to be happy for her mother, she has suffered enough all those years alone. Maybe she deserves to move on. They both do.
Boruto met Sarada in the training grounds to practice on shurikens throwing.
"You know tou-chan and ka-chan are getting a divorce." Boruto started.
"Yes I've heard from papa. He and mama divorced too. Mama loves uncle Kakashi, she wants to marry him soon." Sarada answered, throwing shurikens to a water target.
"Did you also… uhm… know… Sasuke-San and…"
"He loves your mother and wants to marry her? Yes he told me."
"and… what do you think?" Boruto asked.
"If they are happy, I don't mind. I only wish to see them both happy. Mama and papa were alone for a long time. Aunt Hinata is clearly making papa happy, and he stays in the village longer."
Boruto thought about everything she said. " Ka-chan suffered for a long time of neglect and loneliness too. Then Sasuke-San helped her train and get better. Now she is happier than ever before. Thinking of it this way, I don't mind them getting married too."
After a few days, Hinata was a little annoyed with Naruto. It has been more than two months since they agreed to have a divorce and he hasn't done anything since. He didn't even make time to have a conversation with his kids about it. She softly explained everything to Himawari who was sad, but the kid didn't trouble her much since she doesn't have an idea what that meant, or what marriage meant in that sense. Boruto told her he talked with Sasuke, and told her about his request.
"Boruto, I told you I will not do anything if you or your sister are not ok with it. "
"I thought long about it. He is Tou-chan's best friend. What did my father say about it? "
"I don't know. But I'll ask him soon. " she said embarrassed about discussing something like that with her son.
"What is your opinion of marriage? And you Himawari?" Hinata asked, tomato-red.
"What do you think, Hima?" asked Boruto, he already made up his mind.
"I don't mind, Sasuke-San is the coolest step-father there is." Himawari answered innocently.
"I don't mind either, if you are happy, I'm happy." Boruto answered his mother, grinning.
Boruto met Sasuke in the training grounds to practice and gave him his answer to his request. He must talk to Naruto as soon as they officially divorce. He has no idea how to bring it up to his friend but he has to do it.
Hinata had all the papers prepared and signed and went to the hokage tower.
"Sorry Hinata, I had so much work that I totally forgot about the papers. Are you sure… you want to do this! " he said with puppy eyes.
"Naruto-kun we talked about this!" she said looking down. A little angry, a little annoyed. " I also talked to the kids about it."
"Good, I couldn't come to the dinner. I hope Boruto understands. " she rolled her eyes mentally.
"You must see him and talk to both of them too. You are their father. " she said firmly. She has no reason to sweet talk to him anymore. He is a stranger to her now.
She left the tower to go shopping, her figure changed and she needs new clothes.
She had waited for this moment for so long. Finally, it's official, they signed the papers, they are divorced. And nothing can disturb her freedom now.
She didn't have the cage bird seal, but she felt she had it all her life until now.
She is totally free; she can do as she pleases and go where she wants. She can go back to being a kunoichi or teach or work at the hospital.
Her kids are big enough and don't need her. She loved this freedom. She can even open the bakery she dreamed of but Naruto declined the idea. The wife of the Hokage doesn't work in a bakery, he said.
He changed and considered what people thought of him. It's all about the villagers anyway. Even his chase after Sasuke because the people won't respect a Hokage who can't bring his friend back. His dream of becoming a Hokage is for the people to accept him and acknowledge him. Not like she thought that he didn't care what they said about him. He cares, a lot too.
She hates that. She wants to be free of judgement. She had enough of it from her father and Neji and the rest of the clan growing up.
Finally, Neji changed and accepted her as someone he cared for and must protect. She is not an idiot. She knew he always loved her like a man loves a woman. She never gave him a chance and always tried to remind him that he was to her dear brother.
She never thought as a kid there would be someone other than Naruto possessing her heart and only he will teach her what love is. That whatever she felt to anyone else never compared to this. Only he made her feel butterflies at the thought of him. Only he made her core drip every time he got closer to her. Only he made her dream of their love making over and over.
He has waited enough, they both did. They suffered more than they deserved. And now it's their turn to be with each other to complete each other and melt in one another.
They are both free to do as they please. No one can judge them. And they'll use that.
