Chapter Four

(The next day)

Draco was so excited when he got the call that their baby brother had arrived, happy and healthy. He rushed and got all the girls and Hermione together and showed them the picture Pops had sent him. He was so cute, sleeping, and looking contently.

"Awe, he's so tiny." Morgan said, Madalynn and Marsha agreed with her.

"When do we get to go see Papa and Daddy?" Madalynn asked.

Hermione looked at Draco, she figured this would happen, the girls would be so excited to meet their baby brother that they would not be able to do much else after the knew he was here. She had a small smile on her face at the thought.

"Lets all go to the store and pick out gifts for him!" Marsha said.

Draco nodded, "Yes that sounds like a good idea."

Draco and his siblings plus Hermione went to one of the local baby supply stores, Draco was feeling a little embarrassed to be in the store, he felt a little out of his element, thankfully he had Hermione with him to help ease him a little bit.

Morgan ran ahead, spotting a baby lion onesie, he grabbed it off the shelve and showed it to Draco, "How about this one Draco?" he said, smiling wide.

Hermione smiled and looked at Draco it was clear to see how excited the kids were about the new baby, "I think you each should get something" she spoke.

The girls both got excited and started to jump up and down with glee. "Hermione will you come with us to look, Morgan and Draco can go look too!" Madalynn said.

Hermione nodded, "Yes let go girls"

They headed over to the baby toy section. Marsha wanted to buy her new brother a stuffed animal, but she was not sure what kind of animal she wanted to get. As Marsha was looking at the stuffed animals, Madalynn and Hermione were browsing the books, Madalynn wanted to get a book to read to her baby brother.

"Hermione, what type of books do you think the new baby will like me to read to him?" Madalynn asked, shyly looking up at Hermione.

Hermione looked puzzled for a moment, glancing at the books in front of them, she pulled out a soft squishy book.

"Perhaps a book like this? Then he could play with it as well and it wont be able to hurt him or get ruined" Hermione said.

Madalynn nodded her head, that book was exactly what she was thinking of. Her friends baby brother had the same type of book as well.

Hermione and the girls continued their shopping and then went to find Draco and Morgan, they found the boys carrying an armload of clothes, Hermione rolled her eyes. She knew Draco would become this way.

"What happened to only buying one item each Draco?" Hermione asked, smirking a bit.

Draco glanced at Morgan with his eyes wide with a 'were in trouble' look on his face.

"I couldn't NOT buy it Hermione!" Draco said excitedly. Hermione smiled and nodded.

They continued to browse the window displays at various shops before deciding to stop for ice cream before heading home.

Harry and Lucius were in awe of their new precious bundle of joy. They were so excited that they couldn't help but video call everyone they knew. They were currently on the phone with Severus.

"Isn't he just so precious?!" Lucius said pointing the phone at the baby in his arm.

Severus nodded, and smiled. "He looks like he got Harry's hair, lord help him"

Harry smirked, "well it might become more manageable than mine was Severus, with Lucius' genes too."

"We can hope my love." Lucius said, smiling and kissing Harry's cheek.

They ended the video call because Severus had an important phone call on the other line.

Harry looked at Lucius and was suddenly so overwhelmed with the feeling of love and happiness that he stood up and decided that he was going to go to the gift shop downstairs and get a present for his husband and new son.

"I'll be right back love," he said.

Downstairs he was walking in the hallway and spotted an eatery that sold ice cream. He knew Lucius would appreciate some and so he walked up to join the line. He browsed the list of flavors before settling on when when his turn in line came.

"Hello. I'd like two scoops of blue moon with crushed Oreos on top and two scoops of vanilla please." Harry said smiling.

The girl nodded her head and wrote out a ticket, " May I have a name for the order please."

"Potter-Malfoy." Harry said.

The girl nodded. "Okay sir it will be a couple minutes."

Harry nodded back and went to go sit down at a table and wait. He pulled out his phone and scrolled Facebook. It didn't take too long for his name to be called, he grabbed his order and then continued his search for the gift shop. He was hoping that they would have stuffies for both Lucius and the baby.

Ahead of him a young lady was carrying a bag that appeared to have the logo on it. He stopped and asked her how much further the gift shop was. She directed him about three doors up ahead. Harry smiled and thanked her for her directions.

He walked into the shop and began to look around. He found the section with the stuffed animals and grabbed one that looked like a lion and had a matching baby lion. He then looked at the baby blankets and decided to get one with baby elephants on it. He smiled and began his way to the check out.
