Last time
The progress of making the slave seal is going well,but sadly the politics of being the hokage can really slowdowns one's ability to do research.
The next day
I woke up with a headache ,cause by the amount of shadow clones I made and the information they gave me.
"I really need to get the next Hokage candidate ready ,but sadly all other candidates are busy doing their own thing or too moral to support the dark side.
The reason for doing this is simple, too much time is being consume by being a kage, doing paperwork instead of trying to perfect the almost fool proof plan of turning everyone into a possible slave via seals,but I do need to make sure this type of thing doesn't get out or else people will try and kill me.
Step 1 make more clones then usual
Step 2 spend more time perfecting the seal
Step 3 begin testing said seal with people who have no one in their lives (ie. clanless orphans and so on)
Step 4 after more successful outcomes begin to make more personalized version of the seal so I can keep everyone with power under me
After memorizing the plan in my head.
I began walking around and started making my army of clones to do stuff like putting more of my seals around the borders of Konoha and the land of fire to make travel faster for me,and to get a place where I can actually start doing my research on slave seals back on track, instead of me doing things like I used to do with my fanfictions, where I only update when I feel like it ,cause this is the most important thing I need to do as this will make or break my chances at surviving in this world.
Hokage residence
Aki woke up and began cooking breakfast for everyone.
Aki and Pakura are just there not saying anything,but then again one of them is being use to test an experimental seal and the other is my weird slave/baby watcher person thing.
I ate my food told them to watch Naruto,Karin and then I made even more clones so I can just focus more and more on my training since my clones are the ones doing all the supplemental works ,like finding resources, training and instructing my so called students who are only learning two things from me which are the rasengan and the flying thunder god seal.
The clones went and disperse. I went to my training grounds to begin my journey if flight.
I began gathering chakra while in a lotus position so I can at least make ball of chakra similar enough to ki to fly since I'm basing most of my techniques from Dragon Ball.
Gathering chakra is easy but pushing it out is extremely difficult as most ways chakra is sent is via nature release or using said chakra to enhance one's body.
time passes and I felt it and looked at my hand and saw flickering spark ,but the moment I saw it,it died out.
Now I'm feel pretty drained from doing this form of training. I should rest for now, so I can get back to training, while that I should try and meditate more so my body and mind can handle the strain of the clones better.
At the Namekaze residence
Aki and Pakura are busy trying to keep their minds busy doing chores,until Aki starts asking questions.
"um, what food do you like when master Namikaze returns "Aki

"Ah okay ,I better check the children "Aki
Aki looked at the children and smiled.
Pakura on the otherhand is contemplating on what to do since she is considered KIA(killed in action) in Suna, cause her current situation is nothing more then being a slave to the current Hokage.
The training grounds
The majority of trainees are having a hard time mastering the rasengan and the flying thunder God seal as both require huge chakra reserves and good chakra control ,but mostly the clan ninjas are able to do the rasengan ,since it's all about chakra reverses and control which they have plenty of, but the seal is quite a different point ,that not even the geniuses of the Uchiha clan are able to figure it out.
The clone currently teaching the group sighs.
'why did boss wanted to make this group again, when it would be better to just train from the ground up, but nevermind that thought ,since we've been doing this for months now. we will see the results or remove this thing entirely 'Teaching Clone complained
Back with the main body
'I still need to figure out how to fly ,onoki from Iwa can fly, with his plasma style, and we are shown in the anime that ninjas in naruto can fly, meaning there is a justu for that, meaning if i keep mimicking the dragon ball z scene ,ill be able to fly, but manipulating chakra without hand signs is harder, when one is trying to reverse engineer a technique, since the basic hand signs is nothing more then focus to help a people manipulate chakra, I can do a rasegan which is another signless justu but it took og minato 3 years to get the base form of the rasegan, meaning i just need to flow chakra around my body similar to how dragon ball characters flow ki around their bodies to enhance it, normal ninjas dont do this except when trying to move fast, since it drains too much chakra, but I dont have that problem, I'll try and do the basic body strengthening with chakra , then go back to flying while the clones handle the seal works'
Minato readied himself and and summon a clone to help test his theory, him and the clone sparred while the clone is able to use kunais and shurikens, the original is only allowed to use only taijustu and no protective armor or clothing, just a basic gi and nothing else
days and weeks go bye with minato simply repeating this process, until he hovered a bit
"yes, but damn its hard to maintain this level of hovering,since the chakra drain is way too high,its higher then simply doing constant chakra flow to strengthen the body,so how does onoki fly,since he is shown to constantly float around, I'll figure it out or simply keep doing what im doing recreating dragon ball moves ,by using chakra, but still he does have a powerful release called dust release which is similar if not identical to destruction energy or destruction energy is similar to it, since if i recall Dragon ball battle of gods came after onoki showed the release, anyways i need to get better chakra control if i want to actually use this in a fight, alongside body strengthening " Minato
