Ah the world of pokemon let's see what our protagonist is back up seems like everyone is just sleeping wistfully.
That is until Pizookie jumps upwards and chucks out both his pokeballs. Magikarp and Beldum looking around and hanging out.
"ALRIGHT"! "Everyone, it's time to battle Lincoln, let's move".
This sudden burst of energy automatically enrages Magikarp from her beauty sleep, and she slams straight into Pizookie; only causing him to get loud from his shriek.
An hour or two later everyone is up eating breakfast; consisting mainly of poke food and sandwiches.
"Sorry for waking you guys up so early". Everyone, including Nurse Joy, glared at Pizookie.
"I just got so excited for the gym battle I feel if we give it our all we'll definitely win this time".
"Bzzzt with all your training I'm sure we'll all do just fine".
"Ok let's get a move on the bus is here".
After a quick bus trip the gang arrives in front of one of the Barstow gyms. A library where pokemon trainers and people alike can read; up on anytype of book for their needs.
Pizookie instantly rushes up to Lincoln, the gym leader who reads peacefully.
"Good morning Lincoln I Pizookie of Victorville challenge you to a battle".
Lincoln closes his book as he states up at the kid. He sees a boy with tan skin wearing jogger pants and a green shirt, alongside a bright purple cap.
"Alright then let's go". Lincoln then gets up walking over to a huge assortment of books shelves. He walks to the very back and pulls on a book. Automatically opening a secret compartment.
As everyone steps through Roto looks scans the area.
"Wow"; "Scanning scanning scanning indeed this room is just another room with more books".
Walking closer Pizookie sees the stadium within the book shelves; it seems to be that the stadium is made of vinyl with of course a painted pokeball symbol in the middle.
Roto smiles as they then say "I've noticed you have no referee Lincoln no need to postpone the fight I'll be a referee and record all of it"!
"Thanks the battle is a 2 vs how many you have since I can tell your a beginner I hope your ready".
"We were born ready Lincoln you're going down"!
"ZZ go".
Moving quick both throw out pokeballs.
"Magikarp lets get groovin"; " Aipom stand by for battle"!
Both pokemon come out Magikarp flops around happily; while Aipom stares directly at her.
"Magikarp don't hold back use tackle", "Aipom use scratch".
Not expecting much from his opponent Aipom moves casually until magikarp slams right into him sending right back; next to his trainer recoiling from the blow. Aipom then slowly gets back up.
Lincoln then pulls out a pack of gum from his pocket and starts chewing it.
"Alright color me impressed"
"Eevoi E…That's right we've been training hard; now no more games keep it up magikarp".
"Aipom use swift"!
As magikarp dashes at Aipom with tackle her proceeds to start dodging the stars; getting thrown at her until they start following her back.
She dashes into Aipom again but then gets hit hard by the swift as well.
Both pokemon stand up from the strong attack blows.
"Darn, our only option is to tackle here until Magikarp evolves, ok time for a switch out" Pizookie thinks.
"Okay magikarp return you did great"; A red energy beam catches magikarp back into her pokeball .
Pizookie stares at it fondly before he takes out another pokemon.
" I hope you're ready for this beldum, show em your skills".
Pizookie's beldum comes out spinning around happily before they stare at the aipom.
"You're more prepared than I thought alright then let's go".
"AIPOM"!
"Beldum use take down"; " Aipom go for a swift".
As both attacks are called out, beldum glows with a white light then goes straight at aipom.
Aipom attempts to shoot stars at beldum but gets ultimately slammed into harder making him hit a bookshelves; thus causing that bookshelf to be knocked over onto him.
As Aipom pokes his head out it's revealed that he's knocked out.
Lincoln returns aipom maneuvering his pokeball back into his pocket.
"Alright I admit that I wasn't taking the fight seriously; I thought when you sent out your magikarp this would be over quickly; I commend your ability".
"Hey, no need to worry, just be ready to give up that badge"!
"Hmph alright then munchlax stand up and battle"!
With that a munchlax lazily comes out before she glares at her opponent; causing beldum to get scared and hide behind Pizookie.
"Hey hey don't worry beldum we'll win this take a rest for a bit ok"; "Beldum bel".
As Pizookie returns his pokemon he then sends out his magikarp. She greets Pizookie with a tackle knocking him on his butt, but Pizookie grins.
"Roto check out how cool magikarp is about to get".
"I'm recording it alright zzzzz".
"Let's take the offense magikarp go for tackle again and again"; "Munchlax use body slam and then thunder".
Magikarp dashes into muchlax which lets munchlax perform a perfect body slam.
"Magikarp come on, get out of there".
As she struggles Magikarp then gets blasted by a storm cloud of lighting creating a huge explosion.
Magikarp goes flying back into Pizookie who catches her with his hand.
"Magikarp is unable to battle".
Pizookie breathes in heavily before starring happily at his magikarp, she looks up and sees a immensely happy face of approval at her.
"Karp"!
"No worries buddy we're gonna win this just you watch". Pizookie then sits magikarp down and smiles.
"Okay beldum its up to you"; "don't think we're not prepared for beldum this time".
"Beldum go for a take down"; " Munchlax counter it with a brick break".
Beldum once again shines with the white light and goes flying at munchlax; meanwhile her hands turn a bright red.
Munchlax blocks the charge with brick break. As both go back to their opposing trainers waiting for a command. Pizookie thinks about what exactly he can do here before he chuckles.
Pizookie notices the bookshelves around the battlefield.
"Okay munchlax finish this off with a fire punch".
"Beldum wait next to one of the bookshelves and dodge it".
Both pokemon respond to the call of their trainers; munchlax runs straight into beldum who procceeds to dodge the fire punch.
This fire punch lights the old wooden shelf a blaze before sprinklers kick in.
"HA I knew it now you're fire punches will be weaker ha ha".
"You still have to deal with brick break kid".
"Fine beldum slam her into a bookshelf with take down"; "Block it with brick break"!
Beldum dashes into munchlax who procceeds to do the same thing again but this time beldum starts pushing munchlax against a bookshelf. Before beldum ends up succumbing to its recoil damage and falls to the floor defeated.
With a heavy breathing munchlax glaring onwards.
Pizookie smiles alongside Eon before Roto and the two run over to hold Beldum.
Beldum makes mechanical noises as they're picked up.
"Hey you did a great job"; "Eevee vee"; "Wonderful work beldum"; "Magikarp magi"!
"Ok I see your point Lincoln but me and Eon know how to roll as well".
Eevee jumps onto the battlefield shaking violently in anticipation.
"Eevee draw em in and go for a double kick"; "Munchlax finish this with a brick break"!
Eevee waits as munchlax approaches; the munchlax then starts picking up speed. Finally Eevee jumps over munchlax and then slams her with both double kicks propelling himself into the air.
"Finish it use swift"; "come on munchlax use thunder ".
Stars appear from eevees Maine as he then shoots out swift. The stars go barraging into munchlax. As a dark cloud appears behind eevee.
A lighting bolt then appears and misses eevee as munchlax is then knocked out.
Pizookie breathes in before he plasters a huge smile across his face.
"Zzzzt Munchlax is unable to battle Eevee which means the winner of the match goes to Pizookie"!
Lincoln sighs as he returns his Pokémon complimenting their skills. Before he walks over to Pizookie.
"Good match kid you did a mighty fine job".
"T t thank you we all worked hard"
"Well then you're worthy of the Perfected badge", Lincoln slowly gives Pizookie a circle badge with an X on it.
"Check it out, we got a perfect badge". His Pokémon shout cheerful cries of Victory as Roto takes a picture.
"The days just started and we already won a gym badge guys let's get you back home".
"Let's go have fun and enjoy out victory then we'll have a battle with Shepherd".
With his first gym badge in hand Pizookie and his team will Pizookie keep it coming
with the other badges.
