(Music playing) The elements of the Phantomrangers dance around the screen while the Phantom Medals fall to the ground.

(1, 2, 1, 2, 3, go) The Phantom Medals hit the ground and revealed the words Spirit Sentai Phantomranger written in the elements and colors of each Phantomranger.

(How does it feel at the bottom of the barrel) Casey is in the library of her college with many papers scattered on the table in front of her. She then sighs and leans back in annoyance.

(All your friends don't care, no your friends don't care at all) Jason is at a skatepark failing to perform a trick and hurting himself. A group of people laughed at Jason and he hit the ground in frustration.

(How does it feel at the bottom of the barrel) Axis and Kizu are at their job finishing up cleaning when someone makes a big mess. Axis pinched the bridge of his nose while Kizu frowned.

(All your friends don't care, no your friends don't care at all) Paul B walked alone on the sidewalk, no one taking notice of him or acknowledging he was there.

(Rejected, rejected. You're never gonna be the one respected) Kou and Daggon walked together then they stopped as images of Corvus and Xiya loomed over her.

(Infected, infected. This is the way that every life has ended) Each Phantomranger and Kou looked up to see Ben standing in front of them with a smirk.

(No, no! This life will swallow you whole!) Each Phantomranger gained determined looks before they all appeared side by side looking forward at three people.

(No, no! This life will swallow you whole!) The three people were revealed to be PhantomRogue, Corvus, and Xiya. The Phantomrangers readied themselves then put their Phantom medals into their Spirit Changers. Daggon put his Beast medal into his BeastCycler. Kou had cosmic energy engulf her hands.

(If I could set the clocks back, I wouldn't be heading for a body bag) BluePhantom kicked two Husks then she shot three that were charging towards her. GreenPhantom flew around on his hoverboard, hitting several husks along the way. PhantomChimera punched several Husks then headbutted one and chuckled.

(One life and one decision, make sure it ends with you still living) RedPhantom slashes two husks then shoots energy arrows at three husks that were about to attack both GreenPhantom and BluePhantom.

(Feel like I'm on the fast track to laying face down from a heart attack) YellowPhantom cut down several Husks then he punched one across the face. PinkPhantom kicked two Husks then he fell down and was about to be hit by a Husks. YellowPhantom moved to help PinkPhantom but couldn't due to having to fight another Husks. Kou fought some Husks then she had to dodge several attacks before firing a blast of cosmic energy.

(One life and one decision, make sure it ends with you still living) RedPhantom slashed the Husks then helped PinkPhantom stand up. Yellow, Green, and BluePhantom regrouped with the two then the group looked forward.

(Make sure it ends with you still living) PhantomRogue, Corvus, and Xiya stood in front of the group with an army of Husks behind them.

(Music plays) The Phantomrangers readied their weapons then charged at the army. The trio of villains charged at the Phantomrangers. RedPhantom then slashed at the trio.

(Make sure it ends with you still living!) The screen then shows the title Spirit Sentai Phantomranger in the Phantomrangers elements and colors.

At Ben's house, Ben was standing with the other Phantomrangers while Daggon and Kou were looking around his living room. Ben looked at the duo then he looked at the Phantomrangers and said,"So, Daggon got back here in his own mech with this Kou woman who's a Daemon."

"Yeah that's the basic gist of what he said. Though he hasn't gone into detail about it."Jason said while crossing his arms.

Ben nodded then he turned to Kou and Daggon and said,"Daggon,"

Daggon and Kou turned to Ben and Ben continued,"How exactly did you and Kou get back here and where were you both?"

"Oh, we were in the Spirit Realm and we got back here because I was able to get King Chimera,''Daggon said proudly.

"Daggon-san,"Kou said, causing Daggon to look at her. "Kare wa anata ga dono yō ni shite kimera-ō o teniireta no ka shirita gatte imasu." (Translation: He wants to know how you got King Chimera.)

"Oh.",Daggon said bluntly. He then looked at Ben,"I got King Chimera by learning how to use the entirety of my spirit and my power will only grow from here. Ha ha ha ha ha!"

"Daggon-san,"Kou interjected, causing Daggon to look at her. "Yamete."

"How in the heck have you managed to tame him?"Casey questioned.

"Oi, I am not tamed! I am still the king of the beast!",Daggon proclaimed. Kou chuckled then she said,"Kare to watashi ga watashitachi no seishin ni taisho suru koto o manandanode, watashitachi wa chōdo chikadzukimashita." (Translation: We just became closer as he and I learned to deal with our spirits.)

"It took only two weeks for you two to become this close?"Paul B asked.

"Nishūkan?"Kou asked. (Translation: Two weeks?)

"We were gone for… what's that word for a long time?",Daggon said.

"Tsuki.",Kou replied. (Translation: Month.)

Daggon nodded,"We were gone for two months."

Everyone looked confused except Ben who said,"Oh I see, so time must've flowed differently in that realm. Making it so you both were gone for two weeks our time but two months in your time."

"Hai, watashi wa kōdesu. Hajimemashite kurēn-san",Kou said while holding her hand out to Ben. (Translation: Yes, I am Kou. It's nice to meet you Mr Crane.)

Ben shook Kou's hand saying,"It's nice to meet you as well Kou. Glad to see that a Daemon can be reformed."

Kou nodded hesitantly. Daggon moved Ben away from Kou then he said,"Oi, don't try anything with her. She is my mate!"

Kou turned Daggon to her and she said,"Daggon-san, yamete."

Daggon nodded, then Kou took him by the hand saying,"Iko."

Kou and Daggon then left Ben's house, saying goodbye to everyone as they did so. Paul B and the others said goodbye to Daggon and Kou then Kizu said,"I think they're cute together."

"Eh, they're not as cute as you and me though."Axis said somewhat defensively while putting an arm around Kizu's shoulders. Kizu blushed then said in a cutesy tone,"Axey-chan."

"I don't trust her. She's a Daemon after all",Jason said.

"That is true, however we should show her the same courtesy we gave to Daggon. Until proven otherwise, Kou is our ally.",Ben said.

At the cocktail lounge, Corvus and Xiya entered and kneeled before Xykor, who stood in the shadows. Xykor looked down at Corvus and Xiya before saying,"Kou has returned along with the sixth Phantomranger."

Xiya gained a shocked expression while Corvus did nothing. Xiya kept her head low while asking,"My lord, may I please deal with that traitorous wretch?"

"No.",Xykor said.

"But my lord. She chose to protect the enemy and is undeserving of living.",Xiya said while lifting her head. Xykor's eye glowed and Xiya stopped talking.

"Unlike you, I see no harm in losing one Daemon. Especially one that knew nothing of our true goal and is insignificant in the grand scheme of my plans.",Xykor said in a threatening tone. "Speak to me like that again and you shall be the first Daemon to meet your end."

Xiya put her head back down and she fearfully said,"Yes my lord. I apologize for my outburst, I won't do it again."

"I'll keep you to that. Now leave.",Xykor said. Xiya did as she was told, getting to her feet and leaving the lounge. Xykor looked at Corvus and said,"Corvus, how goes the task I gave you?"

"It is going well my lord. I have tragically hit a small hurdle in finding the crystal you require but I can assure you I shall get it.",Corvus said with no fear. Xykor nodded, saying,"Good, continue as you were."

Corvus stood up and bowed to Xykor before leaving the lounge. Xykor sat on a chair then he said,"Damon, keep an eye on Xiya."

At a bus stop, Casey and Paul B were walking towards one staying in relative silence for the most part. It was Paul B who broke the silence by asking,"My dad told you about my older brother didn't he?"

"Yeah, he did. He thinks that I'm the one who's best suited to talk to you about this."Casey replied. Paul B smirked, then he said,"I think he's right, but I don't want to talk about it. Not right now anyway."

"I understand. I'm here when you're ready."Casey replied with a caring smile. Paul B smiled back at Casey and the two came up to the bus stop and saw Daggon and Kou there. Kou was in Daggon's lap and Daggon had his mask up as the two were making out. Casey cleared her throat and Kou looked at her and Paul B before saying,"Oh, gomenei."

Daggon looked at the two and he waved while Kou put his mask down for him.

"You two seem to be enjoying your time back.",Casey said while crossing her arms and smirking. Kou got out of Daggon's lap while Daggon said,"Of course we are. We are mates and we shall do whatever we please to each other!"

"Daggon-san,"Kou said. "Kōnoba de subete o okonau koto wa dekimasen. Watashitachi mo shitaidesu." (Translation: We can't do everything in public. Even if we want to.)

"Why not?"Daggon asked. Kou looked at Daggon and couldn't help but chuckle before saying,"Anata wa ningen no soba to sesshoku shita to shite mo, anata wa mada dōbutsudesu."

(Translation: Even though you got in touch with your human side, you're still an animal.)

Daggon chuckled with pride at this. Paul B chuckled as well then he asked,"So, where are you guys going anyway?"

"To Kou's cave. I shall live there with her.",Daggon said.

"Kare wa watashi no apāto o imi shimasu.",Kou said, while putting a hand on Daggon's shoulder. (Translation: He means my apartment.)

Paul B and Casey nodded, then Paul B asked,"So Kou, is there anything you can tell us about the Daemons?"

Kou gained a slightly fearful face then she said,"Hai, arimasuga, dēmon ni naru no wa hajimetedattanode, yoku wakarimasen." (Translation: Yes there is but, I do not much as I was very new to being a Daemon.)

"Anything you can tell us will do, Kou.",Paul B said with a reassuring grin. Kou smiled nervously and Daggon looked at Paul B and said,"Oi, you already have a mate. Don't try taking mine."

Paul B put his hands up and said,"I'm trying not to do anything dude. Kou isn't even my type."

"Oi, what did you say about Kou?!",Daggon said while standing up. He then began chasing Paul B around while shouting,"Get back here, Vault Key!"

Casey and Kou laughed at the sight then Kou said,"Gomenei."

"I assume you said sorry and if so it's cool.",Casey said with a smile. Paul B and Daggon passed by Kou and Casey. Kou used a wall of cosmic energy to stop Daggon and he stumbled back while shaking his head in pain. Kou walked up to Daggon and hugged him from the side while saying,"Daggon-san yamete. Watashi wa anata dake ga sukide, hoka no dare mo sukide wa arimasen." (Translation: Daggon, stop it. I like you and no one else.)

Daggon looked away, then he laid his head on Kou's and said,"Okay, I'm sorry."

Kou smiled, patting Daggon on the head. Casey and Paul B looked at the couple and they smiled at the sight. Unbeknownst to Paul B, Casey looked at him with caring eyes.

Later on that night, Ben was exiting a corner store with a grocery bag in his hand. He walked down the street looking around and casually greeting people he passed by. Ben stopped at a crosswalk and waited for the light to turn when Damon stepped up next to him. Ben looked at Damon and gasped in surprise. Damon looked at Ben then said,"Hey Dad."

"Damon, you're the one that the others told me about.",Ben said in complete shock.

"Yeah I am, not necessarily because I want to be by the way.",Damon said, sounding uninterested as usual. Damon then grabbed his head and grunted in pain while saying,"Alright, don't rush me."

Damon then motioned for Ben to follow him and the two walked into a nearby alley. Damon came to a stop in the middle of the alley and he turned to Ben who said,"Damon, what have you gotten yourself into?"

"You're about to meet him, Dad.",Damon said before closing his eye. Damon's right eye opened and it was violet. He also stretched and gained a completely different posture as he said in Xykor's voice,"Greetings, Benjamin Crane."

Ben scowled at Damon then he said,"Xykor."

"Oh so you know of me.",Damon said rather smugly.

"Why wouldn't I know of you? The most evil Specter to ever exist."

"Heh heh, I forgot they gave me that title. Though it has been a century or so since I've been able to move freely."

Ben clenched his hands into fists and said,"Get out of my son."

"I refuse, this boy of yours is far too good of a host body for me to just leave. Not to mention, he and I have an agreement with each other.",Damon said while revealing his claw weapon. Ben moved to charge but stopped when Damon put his claw to his own neck. Damon then laughed evilly before saying,"One wrong move and your son shall cease to exist. It is only because I allow it that his spirit is within this body."

Ben gritted his teeth in anger then he said,"What do you want from me?"

Damon pointed his claw towards Ben then said,"I want you to help me get a body, by way of those Phantomrangers."

Ben stayed silent.

"It should be a simple task for you, I mean you are the strongest user of spirit at least that's what I've observed. Though I can make it simpler by having some miscellaneous Specters appear to help you not look suspicious.",Damon said while moving towards Ben. Damon then stopped and put his claw to his neck once more and said,"If not, then I could use the RogueClaw to execute your child's soul and take his body as my own."

Damon put his RogueClaw down at his side before putting out his hand saying,"Do we have a deal?"

Ben hesitated then shook Damon's hand, a look of regret and sorrow on his face. Damon chuckled then he said,"Pleasure doing business with you. Now, your son wishes to tell you something. Farewell."

Damon's right eye closed and his eye opened and he said in his own voice,"So, you just met my 'boss'."

"How did this happen to you Damon? When did it happen?"Ben asked, saddened by what he just witnessed. Damon sighed sorrowfully then he said,"Go to Ryo and he'll explain it to you Dad."

Damon then had his RogueClaw disappear and he walked out of the alley. Ben ran after Damon, looking around once he was out of the alley. Damon was nowhere to be found and Ben gained a worried expression as he thought about Damon.
