"I have evidence they're being intentionally scared about being expelled if their grades slipped, explain how Tori's grades can be in the toilet because of her memory recovery journey and not be threatened but four teens who were extorted for thousands of naked pictures are being threatened with expulsion in order to keep their grades up, Nicole has a panic disorder severe enough that she's contemplated to get away from the extreme pressure, Lola is my niece and she has extreme anxiety, teachers threatening students can NOT be tolerated" says David
"I personally spoke to each of their teachers, this is concerning, I will call a meeting at lunch and there will be consequences, thank you for bringing this to my attention, to think there are teachers that assume that I'll expel any student for falling grades is absurd on its own but to think I'd punish exploited PCA students is completely insane, we're there any teachers in particular that you were informed about, is Tori at risk as well" says Principal Eichner

"let's just hope it's not as bad as last time or she will be transferred to PCA immediately" says David
"I doubt Jade would let Tori hit the ground that hard twice in a row, at least this time she probably saw it coming" says Principal Eichner
"I think you underestimate Jades reflexes Eichner" says David
"I think you underestimate the strength of the loving bond between them, Jade had zero warning the first time, she's saved Tori seven times since then when Tori's fainted because of noise, that's why I made the exception for hearing accommodations, I got chewed out by my boss for it, I will tell you what you what I find out, if I can't fire them I'd recommend talking to Rivers about transferring them to PCA" says Principal Eichner
"I'd like to keep her here if at all possible but I will transfer her, Jade and Robbie if she feels uncomfortable" says David
"is Robbie trans, I've noticed he's been wearing dresses lately" asks Principal Eichner

"my daughter came out to me as trans last year, she still goes by her boy name in public, she's a PCA student, she won't let me even think about buying her dresses if I tell anyone the real reason I'm buying them, she's afraid people will kill her, she needs someone she can look up to that's going through the same emotions she is" says Principal Eichner

"Sofie Brown, Brown was the last name she went under when she applied, Lucy was her dorm roommate, barely anyone knew she existed until logan's trial shook up the entire campus, once the majority of the guys were expelled and it essentially became a girl only campus besides staff she's been a little more open about being trans, she's been on hormone replacement for the past six months thanks to her doctor convincing my wife that it's better for Sofie's mental health, she hasn't been happier" says Principal Eichner

"it's possible, you should accompany Tori to the hospital" says Principal Eichner
At the hospital 2 hours later
"well doc, how is she" asks Jade very worried
"She'll be fine, though that teacher should be arrested, that teacher absolutely knew about her noise sensitivity" says Doctor Theodore Brown
"I can't just go arrest a teacher Doc, I need a reason" says David
"based on the injuries from the ER scans she was standing when she fell, she was probably trying to leave after having her hearing protection confiscated so she doesn't get hurt, any well placed noise would have caused her to drop, by the extent of the injuries I'd say the noise was deafening, she would have jumped before she fainted, both ankles were dislocated, her left shoulder joint is damaged, the muscle tore, the pain alone would have caused her to blackout David, had she hit her head any harder the chances she would have died go up substantially depending on what the floor was made of, David I'd charge them with attempted murder" says Doctor Brown
"he was just trying to stop her from leaving doc, the floor was made of tile, I caught her before impact, the goosebump would have been larger if I hadn't been ready, can you really charge that teacher" says Jade
"I've spoken to that history teacher specifically, I told him that Tori is to be allowed to leave class if she is not comfortable or feels a fainting spell coming on, that she has issues with loud noises, he absolutely knew what he was doing Jade, at this point trying to stop her from leaving and attempting to kill her are basically one in the same, Jade are you willing to press charges" says David
"absolutely, especially if he did it on purpose to hurt her" says Jade
"ok you ask her if she wants to transfer to PCA as for the next few years it's a majority girl campus, I'll transfer her immediately if she wants to, I'm going to talk to that teacher" says David as he leaves
"Jade follow me" says Doctor Brown as Jade nods and follows him to Tori's room
"is she awake" asks Jade
"only just but she is aware of her surroundings and there appears to be no regression of her memory" says Doctor Brown as they arrive at Tori's room and Jade enters
"Tori, your dad is giving you the option to transfer away from Hollywood arts and move to PCA, it's a majority girl campus now, meaning it's safe" says Jade
"yes but I don't want to go alone, Zoey doesn't want to stay at Hollywood arts either, not after those verbal attacks by the history teacher, none of them feel safe" says Tori
"talks about how to move forward have been going on since last week, it would seem Alexander is in favor of moving them back to PCA on the condition that they get their own floor for safety reasons, I'd assume we'd all be allowed to be on that same floor, they're being transferred remotely right now and will join the campus during Christmas, I'll let David know to transfer you, Rosie and I to PCA starting next week" says Jade
"doc am I cleared to go home" asks Tori
"we need a CT and MRI scan first, we need to find the extent of the damage, Jade agreed to press charges against the teacher so we will need to document the damage caused by the teachers actions" says Doctor Brown
"I won't be walking out of here will I, my ankles really hurt" asks Tori
"a wheelchair for a few weeks, the first thing the ER did was reseat your ankles so physically you could walk out of here but because of how it happened doing so would cause a ton of pain, even out cold the nurse that performed the operation said you winced in pain, having a permanent wheelchair available would be a good idea" says Doctor Brown
"will insurance cover it" asks Tori
"not with all the medication you're on, you're lucky they agreed to cover pain meds, the anti-inflammatory meds will have to be paid for out of pocket" says Doctor Brown
"which is more expensive, I don't want my Jadey to have to pay an arm and a leg" asks Tori as Rosie walks in
"Rose, you're supposed to be at school" says Jade
"the police accidentally evacuated it, said a few teachers needed to be taken in for questioning, without four teachers almost half the school might as well not be there so Principal Eichner declared the school day over" says Rosie
"well then Doc get Tori's scans done, I'm certain dad will need the evidence asap" says Jade as Tori's transferred to a wheelchair and carted off to be scanned
"I'm not sure I'll ever get used to calling Mr. Vega dad, though it does seem to make Tori happy" says Rosie
"we do it BECAUSE it makes her happy, to her it means we accept her as family, you've been taking your girl hormones right" says Jade
"yes, I need a refill though, do you think Doctor Brown will refill, he is the doctor that prescribed it" says Rosie
"and you're still committed to the surgery" asks Jade
"you ask me this every morning, the answer isn't going to change, yes, Becca found out this morning and is so happy for me, she said 'yay, sis can finally be sis', I've never had her hug me that tightly before, they moved the appointment up, the day Christmas vacation starts is the day I go for the surgery" says Rosie
"we're being transferred to PCA, torbear no longer feels safe at Hollywood arts" says Jade
"Zoey and them are too" says Rosie
"yeah during Christmas break" says Jade
"no, plans changed, with the history teacher being investigated they're switching as of Monday, Dean Rivers said ok to giving them a floor to themselves, that we'd be welcome on that same floor too" says Rosie
"Tori was seriously hurt by that teacher, the doctor and Dad say what he did was equal to attempted murder, that had I not put myself between her and the floor that she could have been killed" says Jade
"would Andre transfer to PCA as well, I don't see Cat or Paige doing very well without him" asks Rosie changing the subject
"that's up to him Rosie, you seem nervous, are you worried about Torbear" asks Jade
"I've never felt more loved than I have with you and Tori, if something happened to Tori I'm afraid the dynamic would be too different and you'd push me away or blame me, you were with Torbear first, your happiness is a priority over mine" says Rosie
"if that were true Rosie I'd have never agreed to her request to add you to the relationship, at first I was scared, my happiness is malleable, how Torbear feels is more important Rosie, if she were to suddenly die I'd need you more than ever, as long as Tori is content with you being in this relationship she won't let you leave, I know you don't see it but you're actually really cute, you're developing perfectly, you look so beautiful" says Jade
"but my past actions, I was snobby, I was angry, I was rude, that has to count towards something bad" says Rosie
"you're not Robbie anymore, self denial is as bad for us as it is for your emotions, the moment dad accepted you as you Rosie, your entire attitude changed, your mistakes don't make you evil, believe me if they did I'd have never felt comfortable when Tori asked me out I'd have asked dad to arrest me, it took me six months to realize Tori wasn't pranking me or trying to make me look like an idiot, Tori isn't like any other girl I've ever met Rosie, sure she holds people accountable but she's also willing to forgive past transgressions, sure she has trust issues with Robbie but you're not Robbie anymore, she can tell the difference" says Jade
"did you see how happy she was this morning, I haven't seen her smile that big ever" says Rosie
"I've seen that smile exactly twice before, the first time was after I'd pinned her to her locker thinking I'd intimidate her, after she playfully bit my nose she had the biggest smile as my jaw dropped, it was as if she could see the thoughts running through my head, as if she was examining if it created a romantic response, it did but it took me fourteen days to understand that, it took fourteen days to ask to sleep over, I was uncomfortable that she saw right through my 'play straight' playbook, it was a hard façade to put up and she saw right through it, I was embarrassed and ashamed that I was unable to fool her, when I did finally ask for the sleepover I arrived in pajamas, my dad had dropped me off in disgust, the moment she opened the door shed bit her lip, she was bottomless for some reason, or mostly bottomless, I was trying not to stare so I don't entirely know if she had underwear on or not, anyway we quickly went to her room, the moment I snuggled into her in her bed she had the same smile, as if she knew my life was being changed forever" says Jade

"she certainly tried to, it seemed way out of character for her, I had to tell her I wasn't comfortable doing that at the time, dad and Trina said she wasn't the type to do that on the first date either" says Jade
"what was Tori's response when you told her 'not on the first date', I assume she didn't take it well" asks Rosie
"she said 'this isn't a date but how else am I supposed to find out if it IS love', as it turns out every ex she's had, mind you it hasn't been that many, they've told her having sex is the only way to find out if someone loves you, four guys have essentially raped her and told her that response to sex showed just how much she loves them, that would explain why she throws up when seeing a guys part in a video, she went for therapy and learned that sex and her response was indeed not how you judged someone's intense feelings for someone, she only went for therapy after hearing my response, that's why she's so attached to me, it's not that I come first, it's because I freed her from the vicious cycle of lies she'd been told by her exes" says Jade
"Can we cuddle while we wait" asks Rosie
"of course" says Jade as Rosie cuddles up to Jade

"how bad is it doc" asks Tori now smuggling into both Jade and Rosie
"bad enough, you shouldn't stand on your ankles till at least January, your insurance paid for the wheelchair for a week, mainly to give you enough time to consider or purchase other mobility options" says Doctor Brown
"in your opinion doc, how long should she not walk for to give her the best chance" asks Rosie
"mid-January, now you girls have some packing to do, Rosie here's your next prescription, get it filled as soon as you can, lagging on doses can be bad, come back in as soon as you can for bottom surgery, there's an opening" says Doctor Brown handing Rosie her prescription
"can you give me a pamphlet detailing what I'd have to do post surgery… wait what do you mean there's an opening, you can't possibly know when I'll have time" says Rosie
"December is generally when Jewish girls, both transitioning away or to fem presentation, at least at this hospital schedule their bottom or top surgery, there was a mass cancellation by their parents, all who happen to be anti trans rights, there's a legal battle going on to restore their rights and remove them from said families but until then they can't have their surgeries, we were completely booked up now we have no surgery to perform in all of December" says Doctor Brown
"why limit Jews to December" asks Rosie
"we don't but that's the month they're given priority, every religion group gets a priority month but they're not limited to that month, we've never had mass cancellation before, not this much, if you're still wanting the surgery and want to come in earlier than your official appointment you can, Doctor Addison is THE best bottom surgery doctor we have, we've been exceptionally careful since surgeon Travis abused patients and was arrested, we've told every boy transitioning to a girl that if she ever does something she will be held accountable, we've had no complaints so far, you've said you're comfortable with her, the nurse at the counter here knows, just ask for a pamphlet" says Doctor Brown
"doc, don't make her do that, she looks the part but her voice, it makes her feel like a fraud" says Tori
"has she not been voice training" asks Doctor Brown
"it doesn't really seem to help for normal conversations, she gets too anxious and her voice deepens as a result, isn't there some sort of surgery you can do, she's been looking into it and she says there is" says Tori
"Doctor Addison doesn't particularly like that surgery, mind you she will oversee it if Rosie insists but she won't readily make it an option, she feels like if she presents it as an option that trans girls will opt for it thinking they can only be a girl if they get that as well" says Doctor Brown
"I want that surgery as well, I hate my deeper voice, people laugh at me, they tell me that with a voice like mine I'll never be a girl" says Rosie
"ok then I'll tell Doctor Addison that you asked for the surgery, that you brought it up, now you girls have some packing to do, you start a new school on Monday, Rosie you push Tori's wheelchair, Jade you get the pamphlet for Rosie, I'll have a nurse visit PCA once a week to test pain response, her name is Wendy" says Doctor as a frown begins to appear on Tori's face
"the frown you're seeing is her interpreting the 'staying off her feet till mid-January' as meaning she can't put any pressure on her ankles, meaning as she understands it she's restricted to bottom fun only in bed and she decidedly prefers to switch between the two" says Jade
"let me clarify then, if she can switch positions without putting too much pressure on her ankles then the use of soft memory foam pillows to cushion her ankles will suffice to prevent any pain, but that's up to her, she seems to have a higher than normal tolerance for pain, at least when she's conscious, now go" says Doctor
