Hope opens her bright light blue glowing eyes to see an ocean before her. It was night and Looking down she could see that her bare feet were standing on a sandy beach filled with various massive sea shells and driftwood which looked bigger than even a Bullhead or a bus. Looking back to the ocean she watched as a massive bright blue beam shot into the sky peircing the cloudy sky. She watched in awe at its sight reaching a hand forward as if to grasp it. Then the beam of light flickers away fading from existence.

"Beautiful isn't it?" A feminine voice says from behind Hope. Turning quickly to her right she saw a woman with a long ornate blue dress with white accents which hugged the woman's figure. She looked to be about five feet tall. Hope felt her wings start to curl around herself like a blanket. The woman giggles. "You don't remember me." She states matter of factly. Hope shakes her head. "I suppose I shouldn't expect you too."

"Of course she doesn't remember us." A second woman's voice says. Looking over to her left. The second woman looked identical to the first aside from three differences. The first was the second woman's dress which was orange. The second was her figure which seemed to have a slightly slimmer figure. The last difference was that the one in orange had a white bag strapped to her back. The one in orange crouch's down to Hope's level with a bright smile on her face. "My name is Moll. And my sister..." She gestures to the woman in blue. "Is Lora." The woman in orange offers a hand.

Hope hesitantly lowers her wings and shakes Moll's hand. "I'm Hope Schnee." She greets. She then frowns. "Auntie Winter says I shouldn't talk to strangers."

Moll and Lora giggle at those words. "Your auntie is right." Lora says.

Hope looks to Lora. "You said I don't remember you. Did I know you before?"

"In a way." Lora says. "But those memories are gone."

"They were destroyed nearly a month ago." Moll adds. "At least in Earth time."

"Earth time?" Hope questions.

"It's not important." Lora says. "What is important is for you to have a way to understand yourself."

Moll nods. "A way to learn your abilities and powers."

Hope's mind was swimming with many questions and no answers. Lora took note of Hope's expression. "I wish we could tell you everything Hope I truly do, but for now all we can do is give you a gift."

Moll pulls the white bag off her back before offering it to Hope. Hope hesitates slightly before taking it and opening it. Inside was an old book with a large circular symbol on the cover. The book almost seemed to be made from the petals of a flower. Next to the book however we're two silk scarves one red and one blue.

She looked to Moll with a bemused expression. "What are the scarves for?" She asked.

Moll looked to Lora and Hope followed her gaze. Lora held a small smile which seemed to be getting harder for the women in blue to hold. "They are for my daughters." She says. "Mei and Sayó. Im certain you know them."

Hope's eyes widened. "Your their mother's?"

Moll snorts at the question while Lora giggles lightly despite the small trail of tears falling from her eyes. She wipes them away quickly. "Lora is their mother." Moll says. "I'm simply their aunt."

"Like my auntie Winter?" Hope asks.

Moll nods. "Exactly."

Hope then turns back to Lora. "I'll give them the scarves." She says with a smile. Lora pulls Hope in close hugging the small girl.

"Thank you Mosura." Lora says before they part. "Take care now Hope."

Moll pats Hope on the shoulder lightly. "Remember we have our faith in you Hope." She says. Hope could sense the honesty in those words. Then Moll and Lora look back to the ocean and Hope follows their gaze. Far out she could see a large figure glowing a bright blue before a bright flash blinded Hope.

The next thing Hope knew she was waking in up on her mothers bed as Ruby, Yang, and Blake got dressed and ready for class. She could see the bathroom door open where her mother Weiss stood facing a mirror trying to fix her hair up in its usual off center ponytail. She sat up feeling something clenched in her fist. Opening it she saw a white bag about the size of a coin.

Blake was the first to notice Hope and she grins approaching. "Good morning Hope." She says kindly. Then she notices the extremely small bag in her hand and frowns. "What's that Hope?"

Hope looks over with a smile. "It's for Mei and Sayó."

Outside The Kingdom Limits, Atlas

Opening the door to the snow filled landscape before them Coco noticed that they were actually right next to the mountain. Not even forty feet away was a near 90 degree incline filled with jagged rocks covered by snow and ice. Yatsuhashi whistles behind her in awe at the sight. The mountain had to be at least 50-100 meters tall. The 90 degree angle seemed to curve around the halfway point though it was still fascinating to Coco. She shakes the thoughts away as she looks to Fox.

"Fox." She sends.

"I see them." He responds. Quickly Fox leads them around the mountain. That's when a thought came to Coco's mind. This entire time they hadn't seen a single Grimm. By now she had expected to have killed some of Atlas's famous Sabyr's or even Common Beowolves. She felt like whatever the reason was, it was involved with what happened to the village.

After nearly an hour of walking Coco spots the cave from which Fox was leading them. Though to her it didn't look like a cave at all. To her it looked more like a massive Crater. On the side of the large mountain was a cave with a radius of about fifty meters. As they approached Velvet grimaced plugging up her nose with her fingers.

"That smell is horrible." Velvet sends.

Coco narrows her eyes. She steps forward a bit and sniffs. She regret it almost immediately as what she could only describe as a musty, vinegary, and foul smell sent her backing up coughing. Yatsuhashi grimaced as well though Fox simply frowned.

"What do you think is causing that?" Yatsuhashi sends. Before he got an answer however they all got knocked down as the ground shook as if struck by a massive impact. Coco sat up and looked up at the cave before freezing in fear as the cave began to light up with thousands of large and small blue orbs.

Rooftop, Mantle

Adam Taurus frowns as his scroll rings. On the Scroll was the swirly W. "So that's who." He mutters to himself. He answers and lifts it up to his ear. "What is it."

"A complication has arisen."

Adam growls in frustration. "What kind of Complication?" He asks.

"I'm not sure myself. All I know is that the Grimm were supposed to attack a village near Atlas." The man explains. "That however didn't happen. I have been informed that the Grimm are not approaching that area for some unforeseen reason. This could benefit us. However until we have more information I suggest keeping that in mind."

Adam frowns. "I see. Is that all?" He asks.

"Almost." The man says. "The date of the heist as Roman puts it."

"When?"

"Sunday afternoon. Most of the students should be away or in their dorms unprepared." The man explains. "Good luck." The call ends.

Outside The Kingdom Limits, Atlas

Coco Adel runs down the mountain with her team close behind as the ground shakes and rumbles she looks back to see nothing but a black and yellow wave of horrifying creatures make chase. They were massive with the smallest being twice Coco's hight with eight long legs and round glowing blue orbs for eyes. She looks back quickly only to see something brown for a split second before getting cloths lined by a tree branch. With a grunt of pain she gets up as her now broken aviators fall from her face. Her beret was quick to fall after as Coco got to her feet and ran while her teammates shouted out to her.

Fear was etched onto her face. She could feel the rotten breath of one of the arachnid's on her neck like her the harsh wind of a fan. She quickly bashes the monster with her weapon still in its handbag form before continuing her run. Coco grabs her scroll out of her pocket and connects to the frequency she had specified to the pilot the day before. A moment later a voice responds.

"Team CFVY we read your signal."

"WE NEED EXTRACTION!!!" Coco yells into the scroll. "We are being chased down the mountain by some unknown spider monster things!"

There was a pause on the other end before the voice responds again. "Roger that Team CFVY. A bullhead is on its way."

Coco pockets her scroll as she catches back up with her teammates. "Extractions on it way." She says.

"Good!" Velvet shouts.

"I think we know what happened to the village now." Yatsuhashi says.

"Agreed." Coco states. Before she could say more Coco felt a sticky substance latch onto her head before tugging her back.

"Coco!" Her teammates shout out.

Coco could feel herself being dragged back by one of the creatures. She was swarmed vary quickly as she screams in terror. The vary large arachnid creatures began covering her in silky webbing. She then began ripping them off as best as she could which wasn't much.

Up ahead Yatsuhashi looks back to Coco in fear. Then he saw blue particles flow from her lower stomach before a massive white, amber, and blue light show emits from her as if a hundred spotlights flashed on from her. Then a massive pulse of gold goes off sending out a shockwave. To Yatsuhashi's astonishment the creatures around her had vaporized into ash and she was free.

She looked dazed, confused, and ready to hurl. Yatsuhashi rushed over grabbing her before she could collapse and tossed Coco's weapon over to Velvet. Velvet hit a button on the handle and the handbag transformed into a minigun. All of the metal pieces concealed inside flipping around and extending. While Yatsuhashi carrying Coco followed Fox down the mountain Velvet began raining fire upon the next wave of creatures.

Velvet's eyes widened as she watched the bullets bounce off of the creatures who didn't even seem fazed. Realizing her efforts were futile she transformed the weapon back into a handbag and ran to catch up with the others. Her bunny ears twitched as Velvet looked up to the source. The bullhead had arrived. It descended twenty feet ahead of Yatsuhashi, Coco, and Fox while Velvet was about twenty more feet away. She could hear the creatures behind her getting closer as they made cracking and snapping noises with the arachnid creatures jaws.

Fox managed to jump on board the Bullhead first followed quickly by Yatsuhashi carrying Coco. Yatsuhashi set Coco into a seat before turning around and extending his hand. "Come on Velvet! Hurry!"

Velvet could see the fear in Yatsuhashi's eyes and tears started to form in Velvet eyes as she hears jaws snap inches away from her head. She jumps and Yatsuhashi catches her. Then something sticky has latched onto her leg. Looking down she saw yellow silky webbing which had come from one of the arachnid creatures. The bullhead started to lift as Yatsuhashi held Velvets hand with a death grip. Down below the spider creature responsible for the webbing lifted into the air as well before scrambling for a moment. Then it latched four of its legs onto the webbing and flipped itself around.

Velvet could only watch in horror as the massive spider the size of a motorcycle began climbing. Yatsuhashi had also began lifting her up. Once she was close enough she tossed the handbag into the bullhead before looking down to her leg. The webbing was latched onto her foot all the way up to the lower calf of her left over knee boots. Yatsuhashi pulled her up into the bullhead where she sat on the ledge.

She pulled her right leg up and grasped Yatsuhashi's arm with her hand as she dangled her other strait down out of the Bullhead. She saw the spider was about half up it's web and she cringed at the sight. Quickly she grasped the top of her left legs over knee boot and began shoving it off as best as she could. Much to her panic the boot kept folding in on itself making it tighter around her leg.

She saw the spider latch one leg onto her foot and she began to cry in fear. With one final desperate attempt the boot loosened and she started wiggling her leg while the boot slid off the spider sped up at this though narrowly missed Grabbing onto Velvets now bare foot. Velvet pulled her leg up into the bullhead and began hugging onto it as she sobbed. Yatsuhashi was quick to sit at her side and hug her from the side. She turned to look for a moment before positioning herself so that she was leaning against him with her head against his chest while he held her tightly.

After roughly twenty minutes Velvets sobs had ceased, and Atlas was in view again. Fox sat down in his seat next to Coco who was unconscious while Yatsuhashi and Velvet remained where they were holding onto one another. It was at this point that Yatsuhashi finally spoke to Velvet with an attempt to lighten the mood a tad.

"So why aren't you wearing socks?" Yatsuhashi asks.

Velvet looks up to him with a pout on her face. "Our mission was vary quickly thrown together." She starts. "I couldn't find any of my socks before we had to leave and talk to JNPR so I thought I wouldn't worry about it. I wasn't expecting to loose my boot you know."

Yatsuhashi put up his hand in surrender. "Sorry I didn't mean to offend you." He says

Velvet rolls her eyes before snuggling against Yatsuhashi again. "You didn't offend me." She says softly. "It's just a bit embarrassing."

"Well I think you still look great Velvet." Fox says.

Velvet frowns and goes to speak before sighing and looking over to Fox's grinning face. "Fox..." Velvet starts. "Why do you do this?"

Fox shrugs. "What? I like making blind jokes sometimes. Besides every team needs comic relief." He explains.

Yatsuhashi looks to Fox with a downcast expression. "Were the survivors down there? In the cave I mean." Yatsuhashi asks.

Fox nods. "I don't know what's happening to them and I don't want to know, but I don't think they are going to live much longer either way." Fox explains. He then looks to Coco's general direction. "What honestly surprises me more is Coco."

"What do you mean?" Yatsuhashi asks.

"Her aura. It's different." Fox says. "It's like she has two aura's."

Cafeteria, Atlas Academy

Weiss sits in the cafeteria across from Penny. Ruby and the others had spotted Team JNPR and went to say hello but Weiss wanted to speak with the synthetic girl. Earlier that morning Hope had woke up with a strange small coin sized bag saying it was for Sayó and Mei. Team RWBY hadn't gotten anything more. At the moment though Weiss had only exchanged a greeting to Penny and Penny's teammate Ciel Soleil. Said teammate was currently glaring at her own food. Weiss didn't want to speak about what she wanted while Ciel was at the table.

"Ciel right?" Weiss asks. The girl in question looks up her glare fading into a monotone. "Could Penny and I… speak alone please? I have to talk to her about… personal things." Ciel raised a brow before frowning and nodding. The girl grabbed her food and walked away.

Penny waves before looking back to Weiss with a smile. "So what can I do for you friend Weiss?" Penny asks.

"I was just wondering if you could help me." Weiss starts. " I mean, I trust my teammates but I want and outside view."

"Oh absolutely I'm all ears." Penny declares with a smile.

"Well you see I've heard that there is a dance coming and I want to go with this boy I like…" Weiss explains as Penny nods along holding onto Weiss' every word. "But I don't want to make Hope feel like I don't care about her because I do. I just…" Weiss sighs in frustration before laying her head against the table. "I don't know what to do."

Penny pats Weiss' head sympathetically as she ponders Weiss' troubles. Then Penny's eyes widened as an idea sparked. "What about a play date?" Penny says causing Weiss to lift her head. "My dad has been primarily taking care of Jet for me because of School so why not have Hope and Jet 'hang out' while we attend the party? I would have to ask my father of course but I'm sure he would be fine with it."

Weiss' eyes widened as she sat up with a smile coming to her face. "Penny your a genius!" She says. "That way we get to attend the dance and the girls won't feel abandoned."

Penny nods. "Now that we have that sorted, who are you going to the dance with?"

Weiss blushes to the question. "Well that's the next step I guess. I want to go with… well… I want to go with Neptune." Weiss explains.

"You mean the blue haired boy?" Penny asks.

"Yeah." Weiss admits. "I don't know if I should ask him or wait for him to ask me."

Penny frowns. "Why can't you ask him?"

Weiss sighs. "Well it's a bit unorthodox." Weiss says. "Usually the guy is the one to ask the girl to the dance."

Penny holds her chin with her hand in thought. After a moment she looks to Weiss with a decisive look on her face. "Don't worry Weiss my friend I won't rest until we've figured this out."

"Thank you Penny." Weiss says.

"It's no problem, but I do suggest we get help from your teammates." Penny says. "That way we have more minds to help with making a plan."
