Chapter 12
Haley looked up at him. "I'm not this anymore."
"Lying. Covering. I'm miserable and heartbroken."
"And I'm not the only one."
"I'm telling Nathan everything."
"I don't care about you're threats or anything else you try to throw at me. I'm done." Haley proclaimed.
"Are you out of you're mind. I'm not losing my son over you!" Dan exclaimed.
"You know how this town is. Once a secret is out everyone knows." Haley said.
Dan grabbed her wrists.
Haley broke free pushing against him
"Don't touch me! Do not come near me again!" Haley shouted before running off.

Nathan thought returning to his old ways would be freeing.
But instead. It made him feel guilty simply because he was very much still in love with Haley.
So he made the final decision wait for Haley. When she was ready.
He would be there.
Waiting outside on the porch was Haley.
The expression on his face softened as he invited her inside.
"I need to talk to you."
"I did leave town but before that. I had another encounter with Dan."
"But this time he was alone."
"I want to say it was a blur. But i could remember it all." Haley said.
"Haley are you trying to say here.?" Nathan asked.
