"I was prepared for another fight."
"That's all i ever really did with him or Deb."
"But this was different."
"He insisted we got back to my hotel room."
"He wanted to keep whatever he was bringing up private."
"All he cares about is image and status so i agreed plus i didn't want strangers involving themselves in the family dynamic."
"Once we got to my room."
"He pulled out a knive."
"He started taking off his clothes and mine."
"The more i fought him the harder his gripe was."
"I was unable to process what was happening."
"At some point i just stared at the ceiling."
"Wanting it to be over." Haley said. Her voice cracking with emotion.
"He said he understood now why you couldn't get over me."
"I can't be with you. Its too much Nathan."
"I love you." Haley proclaimed.
Nathan engulfed her into his arms.
As she finally let herself feel what was taken from her.
