After a whole day of looking for Hiro, Steve and Spike decided to head to Spike's house which was in the housing area. As they entered Spike's house Steve was thinking about where Hiro could be, he wanted to look for him, but he was too tired from all the walking he did to get to Yorknew. He decided the best course of action was to get some rest then look for Hiro the next day. As Steve and Dogmeat entered Spike's house they realized how clean it was almost like he barely lived there. "Why does your house look like you just moved in?' Steve asked, looking around. "Well, the thing is I did just move in, I used to live in Arkala." Spike said. Arkala was a city located on the outskirts of Craftia. It was the city that was farthest away from the Imperial city. "Woah, you traveled a long way to get here." Steve said, shocked. "And before I lived in Arkala I used to live in the Imperial city but then Baron became king, so I moved as far as possible." Spike said with a little bit of hate in his voice. "You're a part of the legendary eight, right? Along with Baron, what was he like?" Steve asked. Spike paused for a second, "hmmmmm Baron was a type of person who was not fit to become a king but here we are." Spike said, "enough about him, let's talk about your father." Spike said. Steve's eyes widened, "Where is he?" Steve asked. "About seven years ago he talked to me about the Nether portal opening back up. He said there were five crystals that once gathered the portal would return. I guess he was on a quest to collect all five of them. He already had one, it was a crimson red color. He said the next crystal was in a cold country called Windhelm. He asked me to go with him, but I refused, I still regret that decision to this day." Spike said somberly. Steve started to get mad, red aura formed around him, "So you knew where he was the whole time and didn't go after him!" Steve shouted; his aura spiked. "He has an aura just like Gotoh but it's red!" Spike thought in his head. "Woah calm down, to get to Windhelm you need a lot of money and I mean a lot honestly I don't know how your father did it, but I don't have that type of cash." Spike said. Steve started to calm down and the aura around slowly disappeared, "There has to be a way…." Steve said. Spike walked over to Steve to put his hand on Steve's shoulder, "Steve I'm sorry, let me help you find him." Spike said. Steve looked up at Spike, "Alright no matter what we're going to find him." Steve and Spike shook each other's hand.
—-meanwhile Hiro walked around Yorknew at night—-
"Damn it! Why'd you have to be in Yorknew Solstice!? I can't kill Steve, but I can't betray you either." Hiro said to himself as he walked. "Ah ha!" Hiro suddenly thought of an idea, "All I have to do is get Steve to leave Yorknew as soon as possible and hopefully Solstice forgets about Steve." Hiro said. Deep down He knew Solstice wouldn't forget about Steve, but he hoped Solstice could let him off the hook this one time since he and Solstice had been together for years.
