Chapter 4
You've Sprouted a Fish Tail!
Sora's friends are trying to wake Sora up after he was struck by what seemed to be a potion by Morgana. He finally comes round after Riku slaps him in the face. Sora is not too pleased about being slapped in the face until Riku explains that Donald was threatening to use his staff and summon a thunder spell on him. Sora says he is fine and not too worry although Goofy has a strange feeling that they are not out of the woods yet. As everyone goes back to enjoy the rest of the party, Kairi decides to escape with Sora take a walk along the beach to watch the sunset. As they happily chatter to one and another, Sora starts to feel strange. He starts to feel pains in his legs and starts to lose his balance.
Goofy: Oh Sora, please wake up! Please? I have a strange feeling about this.
Kairi: Don't worry Goofy, Riku & I always use to have a hard time waking him up when i would find him snoozing on the beach. Lazy bum! I'm sure Sora's going to make a recovery.
Donald: What! He's not sleeping, he's not even breathing!
Kairi: Just have faith guys.
Riku: Yeah he's always snoozing, he can even be in the deepest of sleeps and even we cannot wake him up.
Donald: I know! I'll use a little Thunder Magic that will wake him!
Kairi & Riku: NO! Dont do that!
Donald: Well what else to you suggest?
Goofy: CPR? Mouth to Mouth?
Goofy looks to Kairi, as he good sense that Kairi had a crush on Sora.
Kairi (while looking at Goofy blushing): Riku, SLAP HIM!
Riku: Yes ma'am!
Riku keels beside the unconscious Sora and prepares to slap him across the face.
Riku: What if whatever Morgana threw at Sora is some sort of potion and it will affect anyone who touches him?
Goofy: Guess your right!
Donald: Just do it or i summon out my staff!
With a glup Riku slaps Sora across the face hard and Sora starts to react.
Riku, Kairi, Donald and Goofy: SORA?
Sora starts to breath and wake up. He slowly opened his eyes but felt the world was spinning around him.
Kairi: Sora, are you ok? How are you feeling?
Sora (groggy): Dizzy...worlds spinning...
Riku: Hey Sora, thought we lost you.
Sora: What happened...did someone just slap me in the face?
Riku: Ahhhh noooooo...well yes it was a better option, Donald was threatening to use Thunder on you.
Donald (with his arms crossed): Hey! I'm sure it would've worked!
Sora starts to open his eyes and sit up with the aid of Kairi and Goofy.
Sora: I feel like i have been hit by a bus! All remember is fighting Morgana then i think i was hit by something like..like a potion or something?
Goofy: You were Sora then you fell unconscious to the ground. I have a bad feeling about this!
Sora: Apart from still feeling a little dizzy i feel fine. Just give me a few minutes.
Riku: Then we can finish off your party!
Sora: YEAH! RIGHT!
Riku and Kairi took out a hand to help Sora up to help him, then the 3 followed Donald and Goofy back to enjoy the rest of the party. The group partied right through to sunset as Sora was starting to feel like his old self again. Sunset was falling and Sora couldn't stop thinking about what happened today, he felt he was ok but just felt that something had changed within in him. Kairi decides to steal Sora away from the party and go for a walk along the beach.
Kairi: Hey Sora, having fun?
Sora: (looks to the ground) Yeah great party but just...
Kairi: Are you ok?
Sora: Ha? Oh yeah i'm sure its nothing.
Kairi: Hey, what say we sneak away and go for a walk, just the 2 of us? I'm sure no one will notice!
Sora: (smiles and meets his eyes with Kairi's) Yeah, ok that would be nice.
The pair head towards the beach and walk along the shore taking their shoes off in the process.
Sora: What a beautiful sunset.
Kairi: Kinda romanic don't you think?
Sora: (ignoring Kairi's for a moment) Lets put our feet in the water!
Kairi: Yeah lets!
The water felt cool as it gentley waved along their feet.
Sora: Destiny Islands always have the best beaches and ocean.
Kairi: and Sunsets!
Sora: Yeah and Sunsets!
Sora was looking towards the Sunset not noticing that Kairi who was beside him was looking at him very romantically! She wanted to kiss him so badly now that they were alone. She just wanted him to turn towards her so she could make her move. The sunset was almost over. Kairi took a deep breath and started to make a scrunched up face with her lips, either now or never!
Sora: AHHHHHHH OUCH!
Kairi: Sora? SORA?
Sora: AHHHHH my body! My legs! My legs are feeling like they are fusing together, my body feels like its on fire! I cannot keep my balance!
Then there was a burst of light which blinded Kairi. She heard a splash in the shallow water which didn't sound like the waves of the ocean. She started to get her eye sight back within a few seconds. Kairi started to rub her eyes, only to see that Sora was no longer beside her.
Kairi: Gosh what in the heck was was that! Sora? Sooooorrrraaaa?
Sora: Down here!
Kairi gasped in shock!
Kairi: Sora! You've sprouted a fish tail!
