Hello to all! This is Episode 64 of the arc: The Pursuit!
Intro: The Earth... is a great place where humanity and all other creatures live and learn to evolve little by little, but this great world has Darkness in it too. Evil beings who wish to conquer this world and everyone.
Only one being stood against them to show everyone the power of light and hope, but this great mythical dragon wasn't able to stop them. He gave his powers and hope to a human that was known by his name, the Dragon Knight!
Before this hero also met his end, he gave the legendary Dragon Sword and his hopes and dreams to the next knight, his youngest son who is destined to become a legend by the sides of his comrades and his love. This hero... is the Dragon Knight of Light!

Volume 5: Episode 64: A Failed Promise! Sadistic Love vs Dreaded Power!
In the previous episode of DKR:
As the others reunited, most of Team Dragon Knight and the ninjas were stopped by Tobi from advancing. Enraged as he located Sasuke and being stopped to reach him, Naruto engaged the masked man as the group was stomped by Tobi's strange ability.
While that was happening, the Dark Lord confronted the uninvited guest, Ulquiorra, who told the Dark Lord that Aizen wished to see him. He growled but he didn't have much of a choice, unaware Aizen was watching undetected towards the fight that Ichigo and Kojan are about to start as well as Evangeline and Arkham.
Just the two of them, Mew Ichigo tried to reason to Kojan about what he was doing to Yugi but he refused, not going to allow Itachi to die. Both in a standstill, the two came at the other and clashed. At first, Ichigo was able to keep up with Kojan regardless of his skills but it slowly became apparent that Kojan was far more skilled and stronger. Regardless, Ichigo refused to give up as she won't tolerate the usage of hate for using the Raikiri like that as Dragonaun Raikiri and Ribbon Chidori clashed.
Yugi began to feel this to his worry as the fight escalated. Both Mew Ichigo and Kojan went into their stronger forms but regardless of Ichigo's superior agility and reflex, Kojan had his Mangekyou Sharingan and his abilities to repel and reshape attacks with ease. Ichigo, stumped, began to think like Yugi and found the weakness to his Mangekyou Sharingan's ability and nearly beat him if not for activating his Susanoo. Now Kojan took the fight seriously and through his perfect offense and defense avatar form, he crushed Mew Ichigo with ease.
Feeling dread as she slumbers in darkness, Ichigo doesn't wish to give up, to fail Yugi again. And thus the dark voice within her mind returned, offering her the power to make things possible. Wanting to win, she accepted and was soon consumed by the vengeful power of the Inner Tiger.
Will things end in a tragedy? Who will win? What will happen next?
And now the conclusion... last left off in the previous episode:
Alone in a Tokyo park, Erika breathes as she's training alone. She's wearing a sports pants, jacket and sports bra, practicing kicking with her sneaker shoes and bashing her swings on a tree. It thuds as she keeps kicking, not stopping for a while after 5 minutes straight.
Erika breathes, having trained for a while and as much as her body sweats; her body isn't even tired. Sometimes, having a world ending demonic entity is beneficial.
"You're doing well morphing your anger into control, dear.'' The raven haired girl hears the Inner Scorpion's voice, praising her growth.
Erika had to ever since the last time she lost control against those Espadas. She nearly destroyed everyone and yet it didn't do anything but hurt herself more. Since then, Erika took Yugi's advice even more seriously and began training to master control to protect her world, friends and her dearest friend. She failed Ichigo so many times before, especially during that time against Mew Blackberry, but now she's getting a hang on her powers and with them under control; she won't fail her again.
''Can't help it mom. It's hard to control your powers. Like seriously, I am not a fan of losing control. I hate it.'' Erika explains herself mentally, wishing to use her powers better for the next enemy they might confront. The Inner Scorpion nods in agreement, replying. ''I don't blame you. Wielding the powers of an Inner Demon is a struggle.''
Erika has to agree with her, wielding this- And then it hits her, realizing that the Inner Scorpion is but one of the many Inner Demons. This makes her question how many Inner Demons are there.
''… Are Inner Demons the same as these Tailed Beasts?'' She then asks her demon which surprises the scorpion woman, giggling softly as she then responds. ''More like the Tailed Beast copy us.''
Erika raises an eyebrow, asking her. ''How so?''
The Inner Scorpion hums about it, never telling her last host of this but then again; her last host isn't anywhere near as smart as Erika. She giggles, telling her. ''The Inner Demons were created to be ripoffs of Yin-Yang Dragon, born from the darkness by our king.''
Erika slowly widens her eyes, shocked to hear that. Yin-Yang Dragon and the Inner Demons are connected and there's this king of darkness? The Inner Scorpion giggles to feel her daughter's surprise, revealing more to her. ''Our king was obsessed to surpass the Goddess' creation, knowing those two headed dragons are the closest to surpass all of us from its mere limitless potential.''
The Inner Scorpion begins to think back, seeing visions of a dark king-like being engaging the black and white scaled dragons and losing. Thus, he began creating beings to oppose them… only for the Inner Demons to have minds of their own than mindless, wishing freedom over slavery.
''Regardless, he created us and gave up on the project after how it backfired. So we wander across this lonely galaxy.'' The Inner Scorpion then says, recalling the sad times how they all drift apart and become so sad, alone. They wanted freedom but they didn't want to be alone either.
''Then why do you need hosts?'' Erika then asks the obvious question. The Inner Scorpion smiles as she explains. ''We have limited life spams but we live further if we find compatible hosts. And surprisingly, once we are with a host, our power explodes largely.''
She recalled how plenty of Inner Demons died over the millennials, 12 remaining out of the 100 that existed. So the remaining 12 went into hibernation, escaping the chance of death until they found a human capable of containing their power. Some were missed, a lot resulting in total destruction.
Erika gulps to hear that as the Inner Scorpion informs her. ''And don't worry, us Inner Demons don't want to cause absolute destruction. We mainly follow what our hosts want.''
The young human woman sighs of relief though it does make her question that-
''And yes, our powers are connected to our host emotions along with our own. You can say I have the most temper among the other Inner Demons.'' The Inner Scorpion, reading her host's feelings, reveals to her.
Erika feels somewhat relieved to hear that, thinking her temper wasn't the only issue.
''How many of you are out there?'' Erika then asks with the Inner Scorpion frowning slightly, remembering the deaths of her kind before answering her. ''We were many, now there are few. 12 of us last I remember.''
Erika nods saddened, imagining how hard that is.
''Are there more on Earth?'' She then asks her. The Inner Demon isn't quite sure but she knows Inner Demons can feel each other when they're fully awakened. She then answers her daughter. ''Most of us have been hibernating throughout the Universe, either wishing to be alone from unnecessary actions or have yet to find the perfect host to use their full powers with.''
Erika sweat drops, sure aware how terrifying the full power of an Inner Demon is. The Inner Scorpion giggles, reminding her politely. ''Like I said, my daughter, we get bored and need to use our powers somehow. Or we likely blow up.''
''… That's fair. Though I wonder what you mean about being ripoffs of-'' Erika, a bit hesitant by her last words, begins to ask on the ripoff part but before she can get an answer, she suddenly freezes up by a strong pressure. Erika staggers, looking around as this pressure is almost like gravity has become heavier. It soon vanishes, almost like it ceases to exist.
''W-what was that just now?'' Erika questions, shocked by such power and yet it feels very familiar. ''It almost felt like…''
''This is indeed a problem.'' The Inner Scorpion interrupts. Erika turns around to see the spiritual form of the Inner Demon and notices her worrying face. She frowns of great concern, muttering out.''To think she awakened.''
Erika blinks, not following. The Inner Scorpion actually worries. Among their ''family'', she is the most destructive… next to her, the incarnation of destruction, fury and cruelty.
''The Inner Tiger, the sadistic Inner Demon.'' The Inner Scorpion utters her name, frightened at the idea she has awakened and has a host too. Erika can tell from her voice that the Inner Scorpion is actually scared. She soon asks her. ''Do you know where and who?''
''… No.'' Is all the Inner Scorpion can tell her, gulping as she knows which human has her old rival, her most dangerous opponent. To think it's her who possesses her.
Edward pants heavily, slamming his hands on the ground and he transmutes multiple pillars right at Tobi who dodges them by dancing around them. Breathing, Ed tries again, transmuting more pillars as Danny, Ruby, Sonic, Naruto, Sakura and Kiba try to hit their enemy in the distraction but Tobi literally dances around their attempts to touch or hit him or pin him.
This has been going on for a while as Edward's attempts backfire as well as Kakashi's strategies. Yamato's Wood Release didn't work, the Byakugan can't figure out the guy's technique, attacking him in groups DON'T WORK; nothing is working.
''WHY CAN'T YOU BE PINNED?!'' Edward shouts of frustration, creating smaller sharp blades out of the pillars but Tobi dodges each one of them like this is a game.
''OLE!'' Tobi shouts excitedly, doing an exciting high five to the sky pose.
Ed growls madly with Usagi sweat dropping, thinking she should do something now.
''This guy is can really dance and not one of our attacks has made a scratch on him.'' Ryan points out, also stomped on what they can do. He is hesitant to jump in if someone like Danny can't do anything.
Danny gazes at the masked man, certain this guy is off. The way he's able to dodge their attacks is almost… not ghostly, but close. Plus he can't forget how this guy dodge an instant slash from Sasuke.
''We're so close…'' Naruto mutters out, clenching his right fist furious before he yells determinedly at the Akatsuki member. ''I'M NOT GIVING UP, YA KNOW! I WILL REACH SASUKE!''
Tobi hums, looking down at him… in reality, Obito finds him pathetic.
''To think you really are Minato-sensei's child.'' The Uchiha tells himself, disappointed how weak Naruto is compared to Minato. Just then everyone feels an incredible pressure that Jonouchi feels his body extremely heavier. Kaiba just stands tall, even if his body is being pushed downward.
Obito chuckles a bit, telling himself rather interested. ''Well, seems something is happening there too.''
Suigetsu engages Kisame in his match to determine who takes the other's swords but as they clash blades, the same pressure hits them. This stops their fighting temporarily, leaving them partly stunned.
''H-hey, what the heck is that?!'' Suigetsu questions, shocked.
''This energy…'' Jugo mutters, doing his best to not snap by this powerful energy coursing out around them. Karin gulps but she's glad that whatever this thing is coming from is away from Sasuke.
''I'm glad Sasuke is far away from it. It's not even human.'' She comments, adjusting her glasses still unease.
Kisame oddly grins as Samahada begins moving on its own, sensing this pressure and becoming hungry.
Selvaria and Houndour also feel this pressure which causes the Pokémon to drop onto the ground.
''Dour!'' She barks overwhelmed. Selvaria resists the pressure as her eyes glow red, feeling this as demonic in nature.
''I know what you're feeling right now.'' She tells the dog mon, already concerned that Sasuke's fight might be what this pressure is coming from. Making a decision, she pulls Houndour upward and tells her. ''Let's go reach him.''
Houndour blinks and slowly smiles, licking her cheek playfully. Selvaria oddly cracks a smile before becoming serious as the two run off to where Sasuke is having his intense fight against Itachi.
A few minutes before, Yugi found Judai's group and glad they were okay but sad that Kojan attacked them too. He frowns, questioning why Kojan is doing this.
''Hey, don't make that face, Yugi.'' Kurosaki tells him, not content that he's down for what Kojan did. Alicia agrees as she tells him. ''Like we've got worse beatings before. This is normal, Yugi.''
Yugi still frowns, not able to accept that this is normal. Kojan is attacking those he cares for and it feels like this is every bit his fault.
''Yugi-san, smile.'' Judai asks him with a smile, winking at him. Yugi looks at him and sighs, telling him. ''Not so much in the smiling mood.''
He looks at them and apologizes for all of this. ''Sorry again.''
Scoffing at his nonsense, Shadow calls him out with his arms crossed while giving him a cold back. ''Apologizing about that Kojan makes you weak. If you feel bad, deal with him.''
Alicia sweat drops as she tries to translate what he just said. ''What he means is don't give up.''
Shadow just scoffs again. Yugi gets the message and appreciates it.
Haruto isn't sure himself but how Kojan's eyes were; he was in despair. There's this hatred and he's doing all he can to achieve his goal even if he drowns in darkness.
''Kojan is in despair. You not giving up on him will reach him.'' Haruto advises Yugi, thinking he might be the only one who can reach him.
Yugi, a little better, looks at the group and tries to smile, promising them. ''… I will, everyone. He is my friend after all.''
Alicia smiles, glad he thinks so as does Ichigo.
''So, shall we reach the others?'' Judai asks, having a feeling the others are fighting someone really dangerous… and oddly familiar. Hmm, wonder where-
Just then the group feels the pressure of powerful energy, pushing them downward. It shocks them all, even Shadow who utters out in dismay. ''What the hell is this?''
''It's… venomous.'' Judai utters out, his eyes glowing orange-green eyes. He can feel this sadistic power. Haruto nods, not needing the Scan Ring to confirm this isn't anything pleasant.
Yugi, however, can feel this energy and his eyes widen, realizing who it belongs to.
''Is this Ichigo-kun? No, but…'' Yugi begins questioning mentally, doubting that this is Ichigo and yet it is Ichigo. He clenches his hand, concerned that Atem reminds him of the moment at hand. ''Reunite with everyone and then find her.''
The tricolor head looks down upset but he's right. He nods as the group heads out to reach the others first while in the back of his mind, he's worried for Ichigo.
''Just hold on, my Strawberry Kitten.'' Yugi begs mentally, hoping she's okay. Please be okay.
Arkham stares with such thrill, witnessing as Mew Ichigo is consumed in dark pink energy. Evangeline forms a smirk, her eyes full of interest by the power coursing the cat girl.
Aizen simply grins softly, truly fascinated by what he's witnessing. He can feel the intense, raw malicious power about to emerge out of Ichigo's body. This is even grander than he's hoped for so much that he's already thinking about how he can play his cards. Yes, quite a play he has in mind.
Kojan, with a staggered expression, braces himself from the surge of wind and energy all over the cat girl. His Sharingan eyes can detect the overwhelming like a waterfall that doesn't know when to stop.
''What is this?'' He questions out loud, worrying with a firm gaze as he can feel her terrifying energy. ''Is this all her?''
Soon the energy glows one more time before it explodes. Kojan forms the ribcage of his Susanoo, protecting himself though even some of the skeleton ribs snap off. Luckily, he comes out of it not scratch but his body oddly shakes. Kojan lifts his eyes forward and he can't describe what he's staring at but horror.
What he is staring upon is Mew Ichigo, but it isn't herself. Her outfit is partly torn and reduced to the leotard design while her arms and legs have changed, becoming black, large white-pink stripe fur tiger limbs with sharp pink claws. Her cat ears gain white-pink stripes as well as grayish stripes across her cat tail. What's more disturbing is her feral pupil, wild pink tiger eyes.
Kojan stares at this form, actually speechless to what he's looking at. He's never felt anything so unpredictable but her pressure is unbelievable.
''What the hell happened to her?'' He questions mentally, barely recognizing her. No, this is impossible. She can't possess all this power out of nowhere. He would have-
However his words are cut off as Kojan widens his eyes to see Mew Ichigo has moved so fast that she's now behind him, smirking as she swings her right claw right through him… till Kojan's shredded body is revealed to be a mirage, vanishing.
The real Kojan is behind a tree away from her, thinking over what the heck just happened. She moved faster than his base Sharingan. How the hell is this possible?
''How the hell is she that fast? I barely-'' Kojan begins questioning, trying to figure things out but before he can, he suddenly leaps away by mere instinct as the tree he was hiding behind is suddenly slashed through and destroyed by Mew Ichigo. She grins maliciously as she pounces right at him with such speed but Kojan reacts with the Mangekyou Sharingan as his skeletal Susanoo manifests and guards with its right arm. Mew Ichigo still swings her tiger claw and thrusts it at the skeleton arm but it blocks it.
Kojan smirks until the right Susanoo arm cracks and shatters into pieces. Kojan widens his eyes in horror, turning off his Susanoo as he dashes away almost at lightning speed. He distances himself away from her to try to realize what just happened only for Mew Ichigo to appear in front of him with the same if not superior speed.
''What's wrong Nya~?'' The cat girl begins to speak up, rather aroused yet sounding cold as her more feline-like eyes gaze towards him with such primal expression and grinning so very sadistically. ''We're playing a game Nya~.''
She swings her left claw at him but Kojan reforms his Susanoo again, armored form now, as it slams both hands between her but the cat girl dashes so quickly that Kojan barely follows her. He turns to see her on all fours, still grinning maliciously.
''Game huh? Last I recall, you wanted to prove your point about-'' Kojan starts taunting her, thinking her speed is nothing special-
Without any warning or reaction, Mew Ichigo suddenly thrust kicks Kojan so hard across his stomach that it cracks the Susanoo armor and it launches him through multiple trees. He then crashes on the ground as Kojan gasps in pain, blood bleeding from his mouth with wounds on his body.
He breathes in agony, trying to push himself up as his body shakes violently. Giggling evilly, Mew Ichigo says as she gets on all fours again, expressing with a wild grin and almost crazy-like. ''I don't care about anything~! All I want is to play with you Nya~!''
She then licks her lips as she says with a look of hunger. ''And I'm so hungry too Nya.''
Kojan pulls himself up, grunting angrily yet worrying. Just her kick broke his stomach ribs but he isn't going to let this untamed monster cat eat him alive.
Twirling his Dragon Rakurai, Kojan dashes forward only to get smacked across the face by Ichigo now appearing on his side. Instead of slamming him away, Ichigo grips her paw and starts ramming him through more trees over and over. Kojan grunts in agony and enrages, shouting as he manifests his Susanoo again and breaks free. The Susanoo then thrusts its spear at her. Mew Ichigo grins as she swings her claw and it slashes through the spear, destroying it.
Getting madder, Kojan commands his Susanoo to fire a barrage of Yasaka Magatama at her. Mew Ichigo stands there before she inhales back and then releases a shrieking, supersonic-like roar resembling a tiger. Her roar literally explodes the projectiles instantly as it even cracks the Susanoo partly.
Kojan braces himself as he drops his Susanoo and dashes with swift speed, shouting as he extends his left hand forward. ''DRAGONAUN RAIKIRI!''
He materializes lightning, taking the form of an electrical dragon's head. He's faster, he'll-
''Ribbon…'' Suddenly appearing closer to his front, Mew Ichigo soon shouts with a grin as she thrusts her right claw forward, immediately erupting in bright pink electricity so much more aggressive and powerful that her whole claw is engulfed and takes the form of a lightning-like claw. ''LIGHTNING CLAW!''
Kojan staggers but still thrusts his Dragonaun Raikiri, clashing against Ichigo's Ribbon Lightning Claw. The dragon's fangs grind upon Ichigo's claws, electricity flying around them as it tears through the ground and trees. Kojan grits his teeth angrily as he tries overpowering the Lightning Claw but Ichigo grins; easily pushing Kojan's and roars, thrusting her claw at him. Kojan puts up his Susanoo as the claw connects it and releases an electrical explosion. The blast thrusts Kojan back, his Susanoo reverted by skeleton form. He breathes heavily, watching as Ichigo comes at him on all fours.
''Don't run away Nya…'' Ichigo begins calling out to him with a devilish grin before crying out with such sadistic nature. ''I WANT YOU SO BADLY, PREY~!''
She dashes in front of him, swinging her claw but Kojan reforms his Susanoo and tanks the slash through it sends him crashing into more trees and a boulder, crashing through it. Kojan, gasping more blood from his mouth, sweats heavily. He is really disturbed by her, having become a beast rather than a magical girl… But, he cannot ignore her power right now.
Kojan lifts himself up, telling himself as he spits the blood in his mouth towards the ground. ''I don't have time for this. I have to beat her before she actually kills me and then I can't save Itachi.''
Breathing deeply, Kojan forms a hand seal as his armored Susanoo reforms. He inhales back and shouts as he exhales forward. ''SUSANOO: GREAT FIRE ANNIHILATION!''
He and his Susanoo unleash a combined ocean wave of flames towards the cat girl. Mew Ichigo grins as she swings both her claws, firing electrical claw-like waves of electricity, rippling through the air and slashing through the tidal wave of flames, dissolving them and still coming towards Kojan. His Susanoo swings both weapons and slashing the electrical waves with ease until the Chakra weapons shatter.
Mew Ichigo charges at him, growling excitedly. Kojan glares as his Susanoo reforms the Chakra katana.
"SUSANOO: YAHATA NO KAMI JAVELIN!'' Kojan shouts, thrusting his blade but as it's being swung, Kojan reshapes it with his Mangekyou's ability and turns it into a javelin. Mew Ichigo dashes to the side, smirking until Kojan shouts with electricity flying out of his hand. "RAIKIRI JAVELIN!''
The Chakra Javelin erupts in lightning, shocking the cat girl. It stuns her long enough in midair as the free hand of the Susanoo punches her directly and dunks her into the ground viciously.
Kojan breathes with a glare, thinking he-
''My turn Nya…'' Kojan slowly widens his eyes as the ground quakes violently. He braces himself through shock as Mew Ichigo emerges from the ground, her body damaged but regenerating the damage. Her eyes glow like a beast before she erupts in a powerful roar. ''RAAWRRRR!''
The roar echoes and releases a sound-like energy explosion, blasting Kojan away and everything else away into rubble.
At the same time, Sasuke's fight with Itachi came to an end when Sasuke unleashed his trump card, the Kirin, and destroyed Itachi… only to be proven wrong with Itachi's own trump card, the Susanoo.
Sasuke breathes exhaustion, nearly if not out of Chakra, fatigue and out of ideas what to do against this crimson energy humanoid. Even in Curse Mark 2, he doesn't have the power to fight Itachi like this. He grits his teeth, so filled with hate and wanting nothing more but to kill him. He feels… hopeless, unable to do anything against him.
''After everything…'' He begins telling himself, realizing he has lost. ''I failed?''
He grits his teeth, not sure what to do.
Taking a step almost near Death's door, Itachi utters out calm but weakened. ''Sasuke, best use all your last trump cards. You will-''
Sasuke glares at him, not sure he'll even win now so he might try what Ichigo asked of him. It sounds stupid to even consider it but it might give him time to plan out his next play… and figure out more about this ''Madara'' Itachi spoke highly about.
''Itachi.'' The older Uchiha gazes at Sasuke, uttering his name as he then begins to question him. ''I will only ask you this once: Why?''
Itachi looks at him silently yet calm. Annoyed by his reaction, Sasuke yells out demandingly. ''WHY DID YOU KILL OUR CLAN! ANSWER ME!''
''… You know the-'' Itachi begins to utter out, saying his reasons of why he killed the clan was for power but Sasuke immediately shuts him out, shouting once more. ''YOU THINK I'M A FOOL! MY EYES WILL NOT BE FOOLED AGAIN!''
Itachi stares at him as Sasuke gazes enraged, hesitating to even say something else but does, calming his voice slightly. ''Answer me… You were once my brother. I deserve that much.''
The older brother looks back barely able to see him due to his blindness and sickness getting to him and yet shock nonetheless. He honestly did not expect Sasuke to ask him that, not sure what to say.
''Sasuke… I…'' Itachi begins saying mentally, not sure what to say but he wouldn't get the chance as Sasuke suddenly drops on his legs, his arm gripping on where his Curse Mark is and glowing. It's Orochimaru; his will is finally surfacing with Sasuke this weakened.
''STOP IT!'' Sasuke shouts out as he reverts to normal and immediately the Curse Mark shoots out white essence out of him. He yells out in agony, as the white substance quickly takes the form of a gigantic, massive eight headed snake creature, an Orochi.
Itachi looks at the small mountain-sized entity, cracking a smirk.
''On cue then, Orochimaru. '' Itachi utters as his Susanoo howls, wielding a gourd as it shoots out flames and takes on the shape of a sword. This is the moment he's been waiting for to free Sasuke of Orochimaru's curse and complete his plan.
However, will things end up the way they want it and will Kojan get there?
Commercial Break:
Kojan: I refuse to let this berserk cat kill me like this!
Yugi: Ichigo-kun, please be okay. Please.
The area Kojan was facing the berserk monster Mew Ichigo is reduced into an empty field with torn trees, torn ground and just destroyed.
Kojan breathes heavily; his Susanoo protects him in the last second from the explosion till it vanishes. He has to do something about this crazy monster or-
Just then Kojan feels the aura of Itachi, inflicted as if… no, no. Kojan starts worrying, feeling his life energy draining away. He doesn't have time and Kojan can't risk him going on any further.
"DIE NYA~!'' Kojan widens his eyes as the berserk Mew Ichigo comes at him from the back, swinging a Ribbon Lightning Claw. The Dragon Knight can't react as he reactivates his Susanoo and it tanks the slash, terror apart the armored being but letting Kojan to move away.
Distancing himself with his somewhat lightning speed, Kojan has to fully admit Ichigo is much faster than him. Her speed, her reflex, her movement, her attack power, her destructive potential; she's a monster alright. He doesn't have the means to fight her like this… and that pisses him off.
''… To think I have to go all out against you.'' Kojan utters out as the cat girl overhears that and just grins with a playful growl. The Uchiha looks at her and oddly smiles, admitting to her. ''You're really strong for a wild beast, Ichigo. If you could control it, I might have been in trouble.''
He then frowns, feeling Itachi's life slipping away more and more. He can't afford to waste any more time.
''But I have to make sure no more of my family dies.'' Kojan begins to express, saddened before sheathing his Dragon Rakurai, reverted back to his Dragon Sword. ''That's why I'm done playing with you.''
The demonic cat girl watches puzzled as Kojan breathes deeply, electricity floating through him.
''Dragon of the Storms…'' He begins to chant as he grips tightly on the hilt of his sword and his short katana too. ''Quake throughout the land with your Rage and Vengeance, and grant me the blade that obliterates my foes!''
Mew Ichigo slowly widens her slitted tiger eyes and realizes what he's doing. She dashes right at him, grinning as she thrusts her claw at the exposed Kojan… until he shouts loudly. ''BURST LIMIT!''
He unsheathes not just his Dragon Sword but his secondary katana as electricity flies out and releases an electrical explosion. The blast pushes Mew Ichigo backwards, hissing as the explosion shoots upward and releases a burst of electricity. She watches as the energy is powerful before it dies out.
Twirling two weapons, Kojan breathes as he emerges in a new form. Over his still purple Uchiha high collar shirt, Kojan now wears a high collar trench coat with sharp ended purple, red edge coat tails and silver-gray samurai armor chestplate, shoulder pads, thigh pads, gauntlets and Kogakes. The shoulder pads have black portions, the gauntlets and Kogakes have red lining. He has a dragon head belt buckle sash and wields seemingly two simple, zig-zag bladed katanas with yellow, electrical edges and the same dragon head as their guards.
Twirling both his katanas again, Kojan announces determinedly. ''Pierce through the Storm, Dragon Ryujin!''
Mew Ichigo stares at this new form and she can't help but grin, dashing right at Kojan not caring about his transformation.
''COME HERE, PREY!'' She cries out viciously, swinging her claw right across Kojan until she staggers back, slashing air as her chest is slashed through by Kojan now behind them, seemingly not swinging his katanas.
Ichigo gasps in pain, blood bleeding out from her deep wounded chest as blood comes out from her mouth. She struggles to focus as she turns angrily and tries doing something only to suddenly get blitzed by unseen punches and kicks. She's thrusted to the side as Kojan has moved from where her back was.
''I told you.'' Kojan begins to declare as he takes a step and zig-zags with actual lightning speed, appearing to her side in midair as the world is in slow motion. He delivers a powerful kick that launches the cat girl into the sky and then Kojan zig-zags with insane speed so fast that Ichigo can't react. He then delivers a punch across the gut and then a downward ax kick, sending the cat girl crashing onto the ground. He looks down at her as he says. ''I don't have time for you.''
He descends, touching the ground, only for Ichigo to erupt from underground and grins, thrusting her claws until she gasps in a painful scream. Her claw is cut off by Kojan as he slashes the other off and then both claws are vaporized into ashes. She screams in fury as her wound and missing claws begin regenerating to Kojan's amazement.
''You really are a stubborn wild cat.'' Kojan admits with a small smirk. She hisses madly, trying to kick him but Kojan elbow caps across her stomach and slams her away.
He watches her standing back up, widening her eyes furiously as the thought of Yugi needed her.
''Y-Yugi…'' Ichigo utters, fully regenerates her claws and comes at him with Ribbon Lightning Claw at top speed. Kojan, however, reacts muttering out. ''INAZUMA.''
An instant lightning bolt shoots down from the sky and strikes Mew Ichigo as she's so close to Kojan but couldn't deliver the hit, screaming in agony instead. ''NNYAAAA!''
The lightning bolt then creates an explosion and everything is blinded by its light. It soon dies out, electricity still flying across the area, as Kojan remains standing while looking down at the unconscious Ichigo, reverted out of her monster and Mew form.
Kojan looks down with a scowl face, not sure what to do with her as he grips on his katanas, but…
''MOON PRINCESS HALATION!'' Usagi, having already been transformed into Sailor Moon, shouts unleashing a burst of white magic. The beams hit Tobi who is ducking around Ryan's punches as he then gets in the way as the blast consumes the Akatsuki. It hits… but Tobi leaps out through the attack and chuckles, hand-taunting the group.
''EH?! That didn't work!'' Sailor Moon utters in dismay, not believing it. She groans, holding on to the Spiral Heart Moon Rod and then an idea comes to mind.
''Then-'' She utters smiling, twirling her rod and shouts holding it upward. ''MOON HEALING ESCALATION!''
A blinding light shines from the rod, catching Tobi off guard. Using this chance, Shion unleashes his bugs and consumes the enemy until suddenly their target literally vanishes. This shocks everyone, even Hinata who's been focused on him and then Tobi reappears, waving at the group.
''THAT DIDN'T DO ANYTHING?!'' Edward shouts in dismay.
''Who the hell is this guy?!'' Jonouchi complains too, not even sure what the heck he is.
Kakashi glares calmly, not sure what they can do. They either have to let half the team to go ahead or-
''Everyone!'' He snaps out from his train of thought as he and the others turn to see Yugi rushing over with the others. Sailor Moon and Jonouchi sigh as does Ed who then says to him, upsetly. ''Took your time showing up.''
Yugi tries to smile though still worried about Ichigo. He needs to look for her now while everyone else is safe.
''I'm going to look for Ichigo-kun and-'' The young Dragon Knight begins to proclaim but his words are cut off as Judai notices who is standing in everyone's way and his eyes widen. He then utters out, surprised. ''Oh hey, it's that guy!''
The group blinks as Tobi hums looking down at Judai.
''I forgot about him.'' Judai says, chuckling nervously how he actually forgot. This actually shocks everyone with Ed and Danny complaining in surprise. ''Wait, you know this guy?!''
''Hello!'' Tobi shouts, waving at the group… pretending to.
''He seems… friendly.'' Alicia mutters out though still hesitant by the enemy's cheerful nature. Ed wouldn't call him friendly as Ryan explains. ''We've been trying to hit the guy for a long time and no good. None of our attacks touch him.''
''Yea, same thing happen to me too.'' Judai then says as he smiles. ''I got lucky hitting him once.''
Danny narrows his eyes at him, almost both surprise and not surprise.
''Great. Yugi, any ideas?'' Ed begins to ask the tricolor head, knowing if anyone can figure out something with the power and skills, it's the Dragon Knight. However, no response.
''Yugi?'' Ruby questions out loud, concerned. The group turns to Yugi, staring towards Tobi and he has a horrified expression. He can feel this masked man's aura and it's distorted much like Deep Blue, Light and Aizen's.
''What the hell am I feeling from this guy? His aura is so dark and empty like…'' Yugi begins to tell himself, describing this person's aura and it has nothing but emptiness and hatred in his very core. ''Like he has no heart.''
Not thinking twice, Yugi dashes right up to the masked man. Tobi startles, pulling away as he utters in surprise. ''Woah-woah! You move really fast, star head kid!''
''Stop pretending. I can tell this is all an act.'' The young Dragon Knight calls him out firmly, not fool by his attitude. Tobi begins standing up straight, not so surprised he-
''It is, he has a real persona and kinda scares me too.'' Judai then reveals which literally startles the masked man.
''Is he that really forgetful?'' Obito questions mentally, surprised by this child after he threatened him before.
Just then Zetsu emerges from the ground to everyone's surprise except Yugi who senses him… and unease, mainly towards the black half of this… flytrap man?
''Tobi, you need our help?'' Zetsu utters out with Tobi shaking his head rapidly.
''… You sure you guys are ninjas?!'' Turning her head to look at Naruto and the other ninjas; Ruby asks them with a stun, widened eyes at the weird flytrap man. Haruto agrees, holding up his left hand showing the Hurricane Dragon Ring for another fight.
''How did it go?'' Tobi then asks his comrade with the black half of Zetsu confirming it. ''It's over.''
''Sasuke has won. Itachi Uchiha is dead.'' The white half of Zetsu then reveals, shocking everyone. Naruto is stunned in fear, not believing it but Sasuke actually did it.
''H-he killed him?'' Yugi utters in dismay, looking down saddened not just for himself since Itachi was a good person but also for Kojan. He clenches his fist, blaming himself for letting another person to die and he couldn't do a damn thing.
"What?!'' Tobi begins to express, holding up his hands to the side. ''I don't believe it!''
Tobi turns to face the group and then says. ''Just kidding…''
And in that same pause, he then says with a much different, much sterner, firm voice than his happy-going voice. ''It's as I expected.''
The group startles by the change of mood as Yugi gazes mad at this guy.
''… Did his voice just changed just now.'' Jonouchi suddenly asks worrying with Ryan nodding rapidly.
''Yea that was what happened too.'' Judai informs the group, remembering his change of voice. Naruto grunts as he demands seriously. ''Who the heck are-''
His words are cut short as Naruto widens his eyes as does Kakashi, gazing upon the Sharingan eye in the eyehole of the masked man's mask. Soon the others notice it in complete surprise… except Judai who also reveals, laughing nervously near the end. ''Oh yea, he has a Sharingan too. Forgot. Haha…''
''YOU FORGET A LOT!'' Ed yells at him, really irritated by his forgetfulness. Danny just sighs, having gotten used to Judai's attitude.
Chuckling at this, the masked man gazes at Yugi with his one visible Sharingan eye calmly, as he tells him. ''No need to pretend anymore in front of Takao Mutou's son.''
He looks at Yugi and his face is very familiar to him, reminded of that woman's face.
''Though you're so much like your mother, Miyu Mutou. She barks quite much.'' He then proclaims, almost like a taunt. Yugi glares annoyed, questioning him. ''Who are you?''
Chuckling again, the masked man tells him mysteriously. ''In a way, I am no one. Keep that in mind when we fight.''
Yugi stares at him really worried as this guy is that sure in himself. Who the heck is-
''For now, I have other matters to get to.'' The masked man proclaims, needing to pick up Sasuke for his plans. He looks at Kakashi for a moment before looking at Naruto and then at Yugi.
''I'll take you all on another time.'' He declares but then informs Yugi, his right finger lifted up. ''Oh, and I think Kojan might have killed your cat. Best you check on her.''
Yugi widens his eyes in terror.
''Later.'' The masked man declares, holding his left arm over his head. He then moves the arm downward in a reverse clockwise turn and as he does, his head literally disappears as does his body the more the arm moves. Everyone is left speechless as the arm continues spinning till it's the last thing that remains and then it too is swallowed away into nothing.
''… W-was that a magic trick?'' Usagi asks, really taken back.
''I-I…'' Edward mutters out in disbelief. The others aren't even sure what happened as most look at Haruto to confirm if that was a magic trick. Haruto sighs, replying. ''No comment.''
Naruto is just silent, worried about Sasuke and what even happens.
''… So who is he?'' Danny finally speaks up, eyeing Judai as he asks him. ''Another Uchiha or-''
''BURST LIMIT!'' Everyone startles as Yugi erupts in energy and transforms into Dragon Blade Mode and then dashes off at top speed.
''Yugi!'' Jonouchi shouts in dismay, watching his friend literally leaping off with a jump. Yugi doesn't listen, focusing only on Ichigo's aura and following it.
''Please…'' Yugi begins pleading, worrying for his Strawberry Kitten and can only pray she's okay. He frowns, squeezing the grip of the Dragon Blade as he moves faster. ''Please be okay, Ichigo-kun!''
Will Yugi reach to find Ichigo alive or dead? WELL… Don't worry, but what will happen afterwards and with Kojan?

Danny: We should be asking you that.
Judai shrugs: Forgot, a lot happens more than once.
Danny sighs, not sure.
Alicia sweat drops: We need to reach Yugi before something bad happens.
Haruto: I'll go. I have to settle things with Kojan.
Shadow scoffs: Same.
Naruto then runs off, more worried about Sasuke.
Jonouchi: There he goes. Any who… Next time in Yu-Gi-Oh! Dragon Knight Reborn: The Storm's Fury! A Failure's Defeat.

Author's Note: If I didn't talk about the Inner Demons this chapter, I would never do so this was my only chance and why not the two most stable Inner Demon and host now. I really like the concept and made it unique, making them like the Tailed Beasts but needing hosts to exist, linking them to emotions and plus planet buster class too. Plus a history that connects them to Yin-Yang Dragon, something really important to discuss. And 12 hmm… Zodiac hmm…
If the Inner Scorpion is the angriest, the Inner Tiger is the most sadistic. While Erika gets madder and madder like the Hulk, the Inner Tiger becomes cruel and sadistic like Carnage. That is a deathly comparison but it works.
What about the other Inner Demons? In due time. We have a lot of time haha.
Anyway Ichigo with this Inner Tiger is dangerous but Kojan with Burst Limit can beat the uncontrolled beast. This is why Kojan is so hyped to be this strong. A Dragon Knight who is an Uchiha and has a Mangekyou and a Dragon Sword with Burst Limit; Kojan is no joke. He will end you. So the question is… can Yugi even beat him or pose a challenge to him? Also doesn't help that Kojan wasn't trying to fight so it's worse.
Also we got other stuff, nothing too crazy but Yugi knows the masked man is not someone they should underestimate.
Next time is the conclusion of this arc and it hits home hard!
