Chapter 2
Momonga and I soon saw the Primal Fire Elemental fade away into nothing. Aura and Mare then started running towards us.
"Bravo, you too." I said while clapping my hands.
"Yes. The two of you did well." Momonga agreed with me.
"Thank you very much! I haven't exercised this much in a while!" Aura said while wiping the sweat from her forehead.
"Yes. You must be thirsty." Momonga said before opening up a black hole in front of him and grabbing a jug of water.
Was that the inventory? Does he casually just keep a jug of water in his inventory?
He then poured two glasses of water for Aura and Mare. The twins seemed hesitant to drink it since they both looked at each other before they finally drank.
As soon as they finished drinking, Aura voiced her opinion. "I thought you and Lord Oberon would be scarier people, Lord Momonga."
"Hm? You think so?"
"You know, we can be scarier if you'd like." I said jokingly.
"How you are now is better! It's definitely the best!" Aura said while Mare nodded in agreement.
…It was only a joke, chill.
Momonga suddenly looked forward and I followed, seeing a [Gate] open. Aura and Mare looked behind them to see it.
Out came Shalltear, who was carrying a parasol in her hands.
"My, am I the first one here?" Her voice sounded of a formal, young girl.
Okay, so. I've never really been into girls since I'm gay and all that. But her breasts were not THAT big when I last saw her. What the hell happened to her?
Shalltear noticed Momonga and started blushing, like mad. "My lord!" She said while dropping her parasol, which materialized into black butterflies.
She then engulfed Momonga in a hug. "The one beloved man I cannot rule above!"
What the heck is this?!
Did he secretly change her settings like Albedo too or is she just this horny for him?! What is it with Momonga having a harem!?
Uh uh. No, ma'am. I ain't dealing with this shit.
"Shalltear, why don't you give it a rest?" Aura said while putting her fists on her hips.
"Oh, little shorty. You were here?" Shalltear said, smugly acting as if Aura wasn't even there to begin with. "Having a crazy old sister must be very difficult for you, Mare."
Aura started growling before responding to her taunts.
"Fake boobs."
"What!?" Shalltear then covered her boobs, as if trying to protect them from Aura's words.
"Looks like I was right! That's why you went through the trouble of using a gate to get here." Now, Aura was the one with the smug. "You were in a hurry, but since you overstuffed your breasts, they would shift if you ran."
What is going on? Aura just went from sweet cinnamon bun to total savage child in less than 10 seconds.
In any case, I'm just here to watch the drama. Honestly, I'm prepared to take out the popcorn.
…If this world even has any.
Shalltear gasped, offended. "Shut your mouth! You don't even have any yourself!"
"I'm still only 76 years old, but you're an undead. It must be tough having no more chance to grow. Why don't you just accept what you have now?"
Shalltear then started growling at Aura. "Why you-!"
I leaned into Momonga. "This reminds me of the times Peroroncino-san and Bukubukuchagama would have bickers like this." I whispered as we both looked at the ongoing catfight.
"It does. How nostalgic." He said as we continued watching the drama unfolding.
Also, where did Shalltear even get her fake boobs? I'm pretty sure we don't have any of those.
Unless, of course, Peroroncino created them and stored them somewhere.
Yeah. That's the most likely answer.
"How troublesome." I heard a deep, icy voice say, which caused all of us to turn towards the source of the sound.
"You two are playing around too much in front of our masters." It was Cocytus.
Cocytus is a massive insect, walking on two feet. He looked like a fusion of a mantis and an ant. He is covered in sharp spikes that look like icicles and has a pincer.
He had 4 arms, fitting for someone who is part of the Insect race. Each wielding a weapon. Two of his hands hold a halberd while the other two hold a mace and what looks to be a broadsword.
He was very cold, in the literal sense. Whenever he breathed, frost vapors would expel from his mouth.
Shalltear had pink flames on her hands while Aura had her whip on the ready.
"This little shorty slandered me!"
"I told the truth!"
Cocytus slammed his broadsword on the ground, causing thin sheets of ice to spread towards the two girls.
Alright, you know what. This has gone too far.
"Ladies, that's enough." I said in a deadly calm voice. I did take notice of how my voice suddenly turned even more distorted.
All of them instantly stood up in attention. I swear I could see Mare shivering out of the corner of my eye.
"Indeed. That is enough playing around."
They immediately bowed to us. "I apologize!" They shouted in unison.
"It's no problem." I smiled at them. All of us then turned our attention to Cocytus.
"You came, Cocytus." Momonga said.
"I shall always respond immediately to your summons."
"Good work." Momonga praised Cocytus.
"Everyone, I apologize for making you all wait." A formal male voice sounded on our left. It was Demiurge and Albedo.
He was well dressed like a gentleman. You could almost mistake him for a normal human. Well, except for the noticeable silver tail. He wore a red suit with a matching tie. He also wore glasses that hid his diamond eyes. No, seriously. His eyes are literally diamonds. It's hard to see them with the light shining on the glasses. He also had elf-like ears.
I heard he was a demon, like his creator, Ulbert.
I do wonder why I have this strange feeling in my chest when Demiurge came in. I know infatuation when I feel it and this is not it. It's almost like something is telling me that he was… kin.
All of the NPCs then stood in front of us in a formation.
"Now, everyone. To our supreme leaders, the ritual of fidelity." Albedo announced to everyone.
One by one, they started bowing while stating their positions in Nazarick.
"The guardian of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floor, Shalltear Bloodfallen. I bow before the supreme ones." She said with pride in her voice.
"The guardian of the 5th floor, Cocytus. I bow before the supreme ones." He kneeled beside Shalltear.
"The guardian of the 6th floor, Aura Bella Fiora."
"A-Also, the guardian of the 6th floor, Mare Bello Fiore."
"We bow before the supreme ones." The twins kneeled beside the others in unison.
"The guardian of the 7th floor, Demiurge. I bow before the supreme ones." He said in a regal manner and kneeled.
Albedo was the last one to pledge her loyalty.
"The leader of the guardians, Albedo. I bow before the supreme ones." She kneeled before speaking once more. "Other than the guardian of the 4th floor, Gargantua, and the guardian of the 8th floor, Victim, all of the guardians have gathered to bow before you. Please bestow your orders upon us, Supreme Ones."
.
.
.
Okay. This is fine, this is great, this is totally fine. Being thrust into a position of leadership all so suddenly is really, really fine.
Momonga also stared at the guardians in silence. I don't blame him. Their expectations of us are unbearable.
Our eyes met and the message was clear just by looking into his red eyes:
'What do we do?'
I merely shrugged, not knowing what to do myself.
Momonga turned his attention back to the guardians and spoke.
"Raise your heads." He was suddenly surrounded by an aura of darkness.
Okay? What would activating [Despair Aura] even do? I didn't want to wait to find out.
I instantly followed his lead and activated [Satanic Presence]. I was then engulfed in a purple aura.
[Satanic Presence] and [Despair Aura] served the same purpose of crowd control and basically had the same effects.
Both can cause Fear, Insanity or Instant Death depending on its level.
Somehow, the guardians were able to take on the combined power of [Satanic Presence] and [Despair Aura].
All of them obeyed in sync.
"You all did well to gather here. Thank you" Momonga told them.
"Your thanks is wasted on us. We have all pledged ourselves to you." Albedo stated with that same seductive voice.
"Lord Momonga, Lord Oberon, you may find us lacking. However, we vow to work hard and live up to the expectations of the supreme beings who created us." This time, she had confidence in her voice.
"We vow this to you!" All of them said in unison.
I felt my eyes widen in surprise at the level of loyalty and respect they had for us.
Momonga opened his jaw all so suddenly that I almost flinched. Almost.
"Wonderful, floor guardians! I am confident that all of you will be able to fulfill your duties without fail!" He said while spreading his arms.
The guardians smiled and sighed in relief at his words.
"Now then, to business." I announced to them all. "Right now, the Great Tomb of Nazarick is caught in a strange situation. Sebas already surveyed our surroundings and now we are currently waiting for him."
Out of the corner of my eye, I noticed Sebas was already here, bowing to us. "Never mind, then."
We then had Sebas tell us where we were and what he found.
"Grasslands?" Momonga and I clarified, to which Sebas nodded.
"Yes. Completely different from the swamps that surrounded the Great Tomb of Nazarick. I could not confirm a single building, human, or monster in a one-kilometer radius."
Well, at least realize where we are right now. But that still tells us nothing on how the heck all this happened.
"Good work, Sebas." I still praised Sebas for his work.
"It seems that Nazarick has been transported to an unknown land for some reason." Momonga then turned towards the floor guardians. "Floor guardian leader, Albedo, as well as the defensive leader, Demiurge."
The two looked at Momonga in attention.
"Create a stronger information-sharing system and fortify our defenses!" Momonga ordered.
"Yes!"
Momonga then turned towards Mare.
"Mare, is there a way to conceal the Great Tomb of Nazarick?" He asked.
"I-It would be difficult using just magic. But, if we covered the walls with dirt and concealed ourselves with vegetation…"
"You want to smear the glorious walls of Nazarick with dirt?" Albedo asked in a low, threatening voice.
"Albedo. Don't make unnecessary remarks." I reprimanded Albedo slightly.
"Yes. I apologize, Lord Oberon."
"Is it possible to conceal ourselves by covering our walls with dirt, Mare?" I asked the Dark Elf.
"Y-Yes. As long as you and Lord Momonga allow it, however…"
"A random mound of dirt would look unnatural." I finished for him. "Sebas, were there any hills around our area?"
"No, Lord Oberon. Unfortunately, we are surrounded by flatlands."
"Then, what would happen if we made dummy hills in the area?" Momonga asked Sebas.
"I believe we would blend in such a surrounding."
"Well, it's settled then. We should also cover the open areas that we can't cover with illusions." I told Mare.
"Y-Yes. I understand."
"And, lastly." Momonga started. "I wanted to ask each floor guardian something. First, Shalltear. What kind of person are Oberon and I to you?"
Shalltear immediately answered him. "Crystallizations of beauty. You and Lord Oberon are the most beautiful people in this world."
"Cocytus."
"You and Lord Oberon are the only people worthy enough to be the rulers of the Great Tomb of Nazarick."
"Aura."
"Merciful leaders who excel at foresight."
"Mare."
"V-Very kind people."
"Demiurge."
"You are a man who makes wise decisions and acts upon them efficiently. Lord Oberon, you are a man of unmatched beauty and wisdom. As a fellow demon, I have nothing but respect for you. You are truly the people that fit the word 'inscrutable'."
"Sebas."
"The rulers of the supreme beings and the merciful ones who stayed behind with us to the end."
"And lastly, Albedo."
"The people of the highest ranking of all the supreme beings. Lord Oberon, no one matches your fearsome aura and amazing strength. Lord Momonga, you are our ultimate master, as well as the man I love!"
Well, this just confirms my theory that Albedo is in love with Momonga. But hearing all their opinions about us…
It's scary.
"I-I see." I heard that stutter. He must be surprised with Albedo's love confession.
Well, good luck. I'm smart with a lot of things. Biology? I'm an expert. Music and Arts? I can totally handle it. But love? No way.
"I have heard all your thoughts. Continue working faithfully in my name!" Momonga stated dramatically before teleporting away.
I, of course, didn't want to be left behind, so I followed his example. As soon as teleported away, I saw him hunched over a wall in an empty hallway.
"You alright?" I asked, concerned.
"Yes, I'm fine. Just tired." He reassured me.
"A skeleton getting tired? My ears must be deceiving me." I tried to lighten the mood with a joke. Didn't work.
"It's just, what is with their glorious views of us!?" I feel he asked that question more to himself rather than to me.
"Well, we are their creators. It's only natural for them to see us as their gods." I answered him.
"I suppose you're right." He sighed before standing up straight. "What about you, Oberon? Are you alright?"
Was I alright? I don't know.
I'm supposed to feel nervous about how the NPCs show their devotion to us. But for some reason, there's something inside me that seemed to relish in their loyalty and worship.
"Honestly, I don't know. I guess I should go and sleep for a while. We'll deal with this problem later."
"Yes, that is a good decision, I suppose. Good night, Oberon." He said before leaving.
"Night, Momonga!"
Now, to find my bedroom.
As Momonga and Oberon left, so did the tension on the guardians. They have been secretly terrified of the Supreme Beings' power but they did not show it. They did not want to come off as weak.
Albedo stood up while subtly brushing off the dirt on her dress. The floor guardians followed her example immediately.
"Th-That was really scary, Sis." Mare told his sister, still sweating.
"Seriously, I thought we were going to be squashed by the pressure!"
"To think they would be this amazing." Cocytus said in what sounded like awe.
"So that is how Lord Momonga and Lord Oberon show themselves as our rulers."
"So it seems." Demiurge agreed with Albedo while fixing his glasses.
"It seems he has answered to our vow of fidelity."
"They were completely different when he was with us. Lord Momonga and Lord Oberon were super kind! Lord Oberon was super gentle and Lord Momonga even gave us something to drink just because we seemed thirsty."
"S-So that's what Lord Momonga and Lord Oberon are like when they stand as rulers. It was amazing!"
Aura and Mare then seemed to notice how Albedo started panting and shaking like a bitch in heat. Oops, maybe they shouldn't have talked.
It's been three days and we have yet to know what to do in this world. All Momonga and I have been doing is testing if all of the rules of YGGDRASIL stay the same in this world. And we are currently still doing it.
Momonga grabbed a sword from a box full of other types of swords. I was wondering why we keep a stack of those things if we don't even use them. But if Momonga finds them useful, I can't exactly complain.
Narberal Gamma and I were on the side, watching to see if anything happened.
Momonga started playing with it before pulling it over his head and swinging the sword.
But the sword clattered out of his hand.
Well, that still stays the same. Players from YGGDRASIL can't carry weapons outside of their class. Since I'm a Magic Caster, the only weapons in the class were either wands or staffs and I am not too fond of both, so I decided not to have a weapon.
Momonga looked at his hands and seemed to think about something. Probably about what we found in this world or how to take care of the sword problem. I'm thinking it's the latter because he cast [Create Greater Item] on himself.
An aura of light engulfed him before he emerged with a black body armor adorned with golden markings. He also sported a red cape.
Narberal picked up the sword from the ground and gave it to Momonga, but not before enchanting it. Momonga tried swinging it again. This time, it was successful.
Too successful. The force of his swing was so strong that wind scattered all over the room.
He turned to me. "It seems that any items created by magic are usable. It does make me wonder if you can do it too, Oberon."
"Hmm." I hummed in thought before I realized something. "Wait. I have an idea."
He tilted his head slightly in confusion. I took a deep breath before chanting. "[Change Form: Human]."
The transformation sounded painful but I didn't feel anything. I heard bones cracking to fit my height, skin shedding from blue to a normal human's skin tone and even my wings were disintegrating. If anyone else ever saw this, they would think I'm dying.
Soon enough, I fully turned into a human. My appearance looked similar to my real one's, with the long black hair that reached my shoulders and black eyes. I was still wearing the Demon Fairy's leotard, which I don't know if I should feel embarrassed or what.
Narberal was shocked to see me like this. Momonga, on the other hand, I don't know. I can't understand his reaction when his skeletal face is hiding behind that helmet.
"Okay. So my human form works."
"I… can see that. Y-You can turn back, right?" He asked me in pure and utter shock.
"If the laws in YGGDRASIL still work here, then that means I can turn back." I actually don't know if I can turn back, but it did put his worry to rest. I should probably test it out, though.
"Alright, if you say so." He sighed in relief before looking at me once again. "Are you alright? That looked painful." He sounded worried.
"Surprisingly, I didn't feel anything except a slight tingling in my limbs. Other than that, I'm fine."
"Good." He turned to Narberal, who was still looking at me in confusion. "Narberal, We're going out for a bit." That seemed to startle her back to reality.
"T-The guards have already been prepared." Narberal told him, still sounding slightly nervous around my new form.
"No need. We'll go out alone." I told her.
"Please wait!" She shouted just as I was about to use the Ring of Ainz Ooal Gown. "Lord Momonga, Lord Oberon, if you go alone, we cannot perish as your shields if something were to happen."
Perish? As in 'die'? That's a bit too much, isn't it? They're basically our human shields or something?
"This is something we want to do discreetly. I will not allow anyone to accompany us." Momonga said while giving her the sword.
You make it sound like we're going out on a date, Momonga. That's a bit sus.
Narberal bowed her head in understanding. We then both used the ring to teleport out of the room.
We teleported into the 1st floor. God, this is so frustrating. No matter what we do, they always want someone to be our guardian like we're some fragile children.
I sighed in exhaustion before transforming back into my Demon Fairy form. We started walking towards the entrance of Nazarick.
"What did you want us to do, anyway?" I asked Momonga. He just suddenly told Narberal we're going out without even telling me what we're supposed to do.
"I just thought a walk would be a great distraction from all their naggings."
I thought about it for a while before thinking, 'Oh, what the heck. We could use a break.'
"Yeah. A walk does sound nice."
When we reached the entrance, we were met with three Demons.
One had six red eyes with pale skin. He was wearing a full plate armor that is open at the chest, proudly revealing his abs (I don't how to feel about that honestly). He has black bat wings and two horns protruding from his temples.
The second one had a similar skin color with a more feminine look. She wears a tight-fitting bondage outfit and she has a crow head.
The last one is probably the most monstrous of the three. His body is covered in scales and he had fangs protruding from his mouth. He also has stout arms and sharp claws, as well as flaming wings and a snake-like tail which was also on fire.
These must be three of Demiurge's personal bodyguards, the Evil Lords Greed, Envy, and Wrath. There were four other members of the Evil Lords and all of them were named after the seven deadly sins.
Now, the question is, Why are they here? They are supposed to be on the 7th floor and not on the 1st.
I was answered with Demiurge coming out from behind them. He seemed to notice us before kneeling with the Evil Lords following suit.
"Lord Momonga, Lord Oberon, You came here without any guards? And that armor…" Demiurge asked in surprise.
How did he even know it was Momonga under all that?
"Well, there's a reason for all this." Momonga tried to come up with an explanation.
"Oh. I see how it is."
Oh? Did Demiurge figure it out?
"As expected of a ruler, your attention to detail is impeccable."
Wait, what? We just wanted to go out for a walk. What are you talking about, Demiurge?
"However, I cannot allow you to go out without anyone accompanying you."
Ugh. We have no way of getting out of this, aren't we?
"Fine. We'll allow just one person to accompany us." I reluctantly agreed.
"Thank you very much for accepting my selfishness." Demiurge stood up and followed us outside.
Everything was silent except for the clacking of our shoes. Eventually, we made it to the entrance, where we were met with a blue light.
I looked up and… Oh wow.
I have never seen a clear night sky before.
Back in the real world, everything was a dystopia, caused by years of pollution. Nature only existed in video games and the sky was always behind a black smog while the sun would make brief appearances every now and then.
It's my first time seeing something like this. The fake sky Blue Planet made was amazing, but it had nothing compared to this.
I wonder how he would react to all this.
Momonga opened his inventory and took out a necklace. I noticed that the necklace looked like a bird's wing. It was the Flight Necklace.
"[Fly]!" The necklace started glowing before he floated up towards the sky.
I looked over my shoulder to see my wings. Can I even use these to fly or do I have to resort to a Flight Necklace too?
Well, it's worth a try.
With my full strength, I jumped upwards, the wind scattering along the ground. I tried to focus on my wings flapping, trying to steady myself in the air.
Soon, I lost my momentum. For a moment, I thought I was falling back to the earth but that wasn't the case.
I was floating in the air and my wings were flapping, keeping me afloat.
I could fly.
I am flying.
"Haha…" I felt myself laugh in joy.
I shifted my body and ascended to follow Momonga. This isn't how it's supposed to work. I shouldn't be able to fly using my wings.
But right now, I ignored that. All I could focus on was the thrill of flying.
I slowly started gaining speed before I once again felt the wind rushing past me.
"WOOHOO!" I whooped with laughter. It just felt natural to me that no one could tell me otherwise. I eventually reached Momonga above the clouds. He took off his helmet to look at the landscape clearly.
"This is amazing!" I exclaimed with joy and excitement.
Oh, Blue Planet. You would've loved this.
"Indeed. The stars in the sky are glittering like a box of jewels."
"I believe this world shines, so that you can adorn yourselves with its riches." I heard a familiar voice behind me and, oh my goodness!
It was Demiurge. I think. He had a frog's face instead of his normal one's. Is this his true demon form?
Momonga chuckled. "That may be true. I may have come to this land to obtain this box of treasures."
"You're starting to sound a bit greedy, Momo. Are the riches in Nazarick not good enough for you?" I said jokingly.
"The Demon is calling me 'greedy'?"
"It's 'Demon Fairy'. I'm not in the slightest bit interested in gold and money."
"Still though, this is not something we can hoard for ourselves. Perhaps, this is so we can adorn Nazarick and our friends of Ainz Ooal Gown with it."
Demiurge bowed his frog head slightly. "If you wish it, we will use all the forces of Nazarick to obtain it for you."
What is with these people taking things seriously? We're just joking, for God's sake!
"At this point, when we don't even know what exists out there?"
Momonga's right. The last three days, all we've been doing was seeing what works and what doesn't. We haven't exactly explored outside yet.
"But, well, taking over the world might be enjoyable."
Demiurge gasped in surprise while I just rolled my non-existent pupils with a smirk. His tone might not sound like it but I could tell he was just joking.
I noticed the ground rolling like tidal waves towards Nazarick. All of them crashed against the walls but the tomb was unharmed.
"[Earth Surge]." I muttered as I saw Mare using his magic.
Momonga must have heard me mutter because he answered me. "Yes. On top of that, he's using a skill to increase his magic range and his own class skills to amplify it as well."
"Damn, Mare." I whistled, impressed.
"Lord Momonga, Lord Oberon. Can I ask what you plan to do?" Demiurge asked us.
"We're just going to pay Mare a visit while he's working." I answered him.
"What do you think we should give him as a reward?" Momonga asked Demiurge for his opinion.
"I am sure that he will be happy just to have you speak to him."
Momonga put his helmet back on before we descended to where the Druid was.
When we touched the ground, Mare started running towards us.
"Lord Momonga! Lord Oberon! Why are you here? Have I made a mistake?" Mare asked us nervously.
"Not at all, Mare. We just came by for a visit." I reassured Mare.
"Mare, your work to prevent others from finding Nazarick is very important." Momonga told him.
"Y-Yes."
"That's why, Mare, I wanted you to know just how satisfied I am."
What are you planning to do, Momonga?
"Yes, Lord Momonga!"
Momonga stretched out his open palm towards Mare. A green flame appeared in his palm. It subsided instantly and in its place was the Ring of Ainz Ooal Gown.
I was surprised but I guess I can understand that. The kid needs it in his job.
Mare gasped in shock. "B-But this is an item that only the supreme beings are allowed to wear, so I can't possibly accept it!"
"Calm down, Mare. Movement between the floors of Nazarick is limited, but you can move freely with this ring." Momonga explained. "Now, take this ring and serve Nazarick well!"
Mare reluctantly grabbed the ring and put it on his ring finger. The ring instantly changed its size to fit his finger.
Mare smiled in excitement. "Th-Thank you very much! I will be sure to work hard to live up to s-such a treasure!"
"We're depending on you, Mare." I smiled at the Dark Elf.
"Yes!" Mare then turned towards Momonga. "Um, by the way, Lord Momonga. Why are you dressed like that?"
Momonga stuttered, once again trying to come up with an explanation to an NPC.
"It's simple, Mare." a familiar, melodious voice spoke.
A black feather fell from the sky and I looked up and saw Albedo flying above us, that soft smile still present on her face.
"Lord Momonga didn't want to bother his subordinates while they were working. If we knew that Lord Momonga was here, we would stop what we were doing just to bow down to his greatness. Isn't that right, Lord Momonga?"
Well, at least now we have an excuse. Thanks a lot, Albedo.
"As expected of you, Albedo! You know just what I'm thinking." Momonga praised Albedo, just going with whatever the succubus just said.
"As the leader of the floor guardians, this much should be expected. Even if I didn't have this title, I am confident that I would understand your feelings."
Will she just keep confessing her love to Momonga whenever they are together?
"I-I see."
Albedo noticed the ring on Mare's finger and her demeanor suddenly changed. Momonga and I flinched from her mood change.
She must have noticed the way Momonga and I recoiled because she turned to us, acting as if nothing happened.
"Is something the matter?"
"I-It's nothing, Albedo. N-Nothing's wrong." I said, wary of what she's going to do.
"R-Right. Then Mare." Momonga and I turned towards Mare. "Sorry for interrupting you. Return to your work."
"Y-Yes. Then, excuse me, my Lords." He bowed to us before returning back to creating dummy hills.
We then turned towards Albedo. "That's right. I should give one to you too, Albedo."
"Give me one of what?" That smile is really getting creepy.
The Ring of Ainz Ooal Gown once again materialized in a green flame.
"As the administrator of the guardians, you need this item as well."
Albedo took the ring from his palm and put it on. She then bowed to Momonga.
"Thank you very much."
Huh. She seems alright considering she was just given a gift from someone she's horny wit-
Oh wait no, she's shaking. She's on the verge of a meltdown!
"W-Work diligently for us." Momonga turned to Demiurge while I just kept an eye on Albedo, making sure she's doing alright. "Demiurge, I will prepare one for you another day."
"I understand. I will work hard to be worthy of such a ring."
"Oberon, we have done what we planned to do. Let's return before we get into trouble."
"Yeah, that's probably for the best." I said while still watching Albedo shake.
By the time Albedo was going to explode, Momonga and I had already teleported away.
A/N: Alright, so we got a new chapter posted. I might be editing my previous chapters depending on if I think the story is crap or if I think there's something wrong. Tell me if I did anything wrong so I can improve. See y'all next chapter!
