CONGRATULATIONS phyl7375! Yep! He was asked to hone his Australian specifically for the show! Ironically, if you've ever seen him in the Full House episode, he natural accent has a British-Australian-American accent all rolled up in one! I guess that's what happens when you're an American who grows up in Australia :) Nonetheless, I just can't imagine Bobby without it!

?-?

"He-hello?" Moria nervously said as she answered the phone and put it on speaker for all to hear.

"Azalea Acres Park, 10 minutes." The caller said, then all anyone could hear was dial tone.

Still processing the call, everyone stayed still and silent.

"If we leave right now, we'll make it just in time." Bobby said, breaking the silence.

"Yes, you should. Go!" Jack replied, shaking himself into action.

"I'll see what kind of surveillance cameras I can scrounge up." Mya said, already typing on her computer.

"Great." Bobby replied, guiding Moria to the door. "We'll see you later."

Now having something to work with, the house grew busy again, trying to get one step ahead of the perp, which proved to be quite the feat.

?-?

"I suppose I should probably give them a heads-up, huh?" Sue suggested as Tara drove.

Her friend shrugged. "I was going for the element of surprise, but you do what you think you need."

She smiled as she pressed a few buttons on her phone.

"What's up?" Jack asked when he answered her FaceTime call.

"Well, we heard about your case, and guess what? We're coming to help!" Sue announced with a smile.

He looked at his wife with wide eyes. "What do you mean?"

"We mean we're on our way to help you solve your kidnapping case."

"Where are you right now?"

Frowning, she turned to her friend for an answer.

"We're just about to pass Azalea Acres Park." Tara called loudly so he could hear.

"Turn in the park now!" He abruptly yelled.

Shocked at his outburst, she complied with his request and turned at the entrance to the park. "Care to elaborate?"

"That's where the money exchange is going to happen in," Jack explained, looking at his watch. "In 8 minutes. We couldn't get anyone there fast enough, so you are going to be it. Walk around, act natural, let me know if you see anyone suspicious."

"And of course, read their lips." Sue added.

He smiled at her, the first smile she saw the entire conversation. "THANK YOU." He signed.

"Well, it's a good thing Sunny and Barky came along! They're perfect cover!" She replied, showing her husband the backseat of the car, and the two dogs happily said hello to their owner.

He chuckled. "How perfect."

"I'll call you from my phone and put on my earbuds so it looks like I'm listening to music while we walk the dogs." Tara said as she parked in one of the spots in the near-empty parking lot.

"Sounds good. Talk to you soon." He replied, then hung up.

"This will be fun!" Sue exclaimed as she got out of the car, then opened the dogs' door for them to hop out.

"It's a good thing I recommended this, huh?" Tara said, coming around the other side of the car as she put her earbuds in her ears, then took Barky's leash from Sue.

"Yes, it is!" She replied, then the two started on their walk to the walking path. "I don't see anything, you?" She nonchalantly asked.

Her friend shook her head. "Nope. Hopefully we'll know what we're looking for when we see it."

"Hopefully." She replied, still looking.

?-?

"I don't see her!" Moria complained as she looked out of the passenger window while Bobby parked in an empty parking spot in the nearly empty lot.

"Most likely he's not going to bring her to this meeting. He'll set up another meeting." Bobby assured. "But before that, I hope to have an idea on where this guy came from before we even come back to this car."

"I hope you're right." She reluctantly replied as she got out of the car, and he did the same. "What's wrong?" She nervously asked when she saw him staring off in the distance with a frown.

"Nothing." Bobby replied, shaking his head. "It just looked like people I know."

"Not bad people, I hope." She worriedly said, looking over her shoulder in the direction he was looking.

"No, no. If it is who I think, they're here to help."

"Good." Moria replied, breathing out a sigh of relief.

"I don't see who we're meeting, though." He added, scanning the rest of the parking lot and what he could see of the walking path, but most of the path was obstructed by trees.

"That's not good, is it?" She replied, nervously looking at him as he guided her to the entrance to the walking path.

"Well, we are 2 minutes early. We'll see in 2 minutes."

2 minutes passed, and a man emerged out of the woods, and waked towards the 'couple'.

"Are you who we're supposed to meet?" Moria nervously asked when the man got close.

"Depends." The man replied.

"He's asking if they have the money." Sue said as she squinted to try to read what the man said to Bobby and Moria. They were a few yards away, playing fetch with the dogs in a small field just off of the path. The dogs were loving it since there was a thin, fresh coat of snow on the ground.

"Here." Moria said, holding up the briefcase for him.

"Before we give it to you, though," Bobby said in his American accent. "Can we have some sort of proof that our daughter is alive and well?"

"My word isn't proof enough?" The man asked.

He shook his head. "I want to know she's alright. Safe."

"She's safe, alright." He replied, chuckling.

"We want to be assured of that." Moria assuredly said.

"He's taking something out of his pocket," Sue said, trying to see wat was going on so far away. "It's a phone. He's showing them something."

"Is this proof enough?" The man asked the couple, showing a photo of Mallory bound and gagged, the photo saying it was taken 5 minutes prior.

"Let's take a photo of you and the dogs. And him." Tara suggested, taking out her phone.

"Great idea!" Her friend exclaimed.

As Sue posed with the dogs, instead of focusing the camera on her friend, she zoomed in as best as she could and took a photo of the perp. "I know it's grainy, but maybe you can run it through facial recognition." She said as she sent it to Jack.

"I'll try." He replied into her earbuds.

"When will we get our daughter?" Moria asked after the man checked inside the suitcase.

He evilly smiled at them. "Soon."

"I don't like that look. Jack, you gotta do something!" Sue exclaimed, nervously looking at Tara.

"Jack said to tell you they are, the guy's not leaving without a tail." Tara interpreted.

"Good." She replied, letting out a sigh of relief. Silently sending up a prayer, she continued watching. Unfortunately, the conversation was over, and each went their separate ways.
