"So were are we?" Ace asked as he contemplate his surroundings "Ace you dummy shishishi we're on the sky!"

When the three brothers woke up Palila explained that she brought them to the calm belt. That didn't quite explain why they were on a cloud though-

"Well I'm a phoenix right? I have the ability to create clouds. This one's are not solid clouds though- only phoenix's can stand here" She explained.

Garp knew this, he was a high ranking marine after all.

That's why he wanted so badly that she made them his kids in this way. He understood that the safest place to hide them was on a cloud were no one except for them could stand. And being on the Calm belt was a plus, cuz of the lack of air currents.

"Can all phoenix do it? can we?!" " Luffy asked excitedly while he runned everywhere making a whole mess.

"No, only certain phoenix can-"

At this Luffy pouted "But- you three can maybe do it one day, i will explain later when you're older " she said softly.

The three little brats that she took on her wings were to young to know the whole truth without exploting on the process!

"We're on human form right? How we turn into phoenix's?" Sabo asked.

When they woke up they were three little birds but after relaxing they turned back to being "human" . After that they tried to turn into phoenix's but nothing happened.

"We will figure it out, together~"

After that the kids started their lives on the clouds. Her mother read them story's about Captain prince the Kid that never grews up.

This helped the kids to get pass the nightmares that have being hunting them after the horrible experience they lived.

Palila tried her hardest to help them out and never gave up on them.

Today after weeks on working with the kids to turn on ther Phoenix forms she decided tha it was time for them to learn how to-

"FLY?!!!!" Ace got all paranoid "Is Acey scare of flying?~" Sabo mocked him "I'm not! Is you's that Lu and you would probably kill yourselfs trying..." He tried to deny it " Ace is you's scare of highs Shishishi" Ace hited Luffy on the head and he started crying "Ace don't hit Luffy!" Palila scolded "Whatever is his fault for being annoying " Ace said "Is okay ace no need to fear. We are not going far from this cloud!

Sabo was right Ace wasn't scared of flying he was just scare of heights. But even though he decided he was going to at least tried. He can let his little brothers win!.

Ace tried to focus on the cloud but it was hard when his mind whent somewhere else cuz of the fear.

"Ace stop daydreaming and pay attention! you're almost there!" Palila said as she flew in front of Ace. Ace shouldn't be so scare right? Is not like they were flying on the sky...they were on the safe large cloud that their mom made for them to play and train on...

"Ace look!" Ace saw Luffy flying after falling countable times "Keep that up Luffy and you may be better than Ace in something!" Sabo added mocking him! That asshole! "I could probably do it better anyways-" Ace said as he once more tried but keep failing.

Damnit! Why is it so hard?!

"Ace" Palila saw Ace starting to hyperventilated so she tried calming him up "Remember the last Prince adventure i told you?" Of course he did! It was one of his greatest battles yet!.

"Then i think you now what to do" She smiled at him and he smiled back.

Ace walked towards his brother's and thought about Prince.

Prince was losing and if he didn't do something soon he will probably die by Jonathan's hands.

—You think i want to win like this?!— Jonathan said as he send him flying — You're not using all you got...— Jonathan was one of the people that new his secret. —Still so ashame that you have to use that stupid patch?— Jonathan was mocking him were it hurt the most — SHUT UP!— Prince yelled furious — Water fist!— Prince skin became scaly and his patch hited the floor — It's over... Jonathan — He said as Jonathan smiled back at him — Your really a monster aren't ya?— Jonathan said as he contemplate Prince Gyojin half — I always thought what type would you be. A crocodile? Not that bad...— Prince made his move as fast as he could —You fucker!— Jonathan hand lyied on the floor —Maybe I'm a monster and you know what else monsters do?— Prince took the hand and eat it whole — We eat our prey— His instincts were roaring all over him and all his fear melted away with one though:

— Save them —

The whole solo conviction to protect them was enough to confront his fear.

"Ace is flying!" Ace flapped his wing's thinking only on one thing:

PROTECT.

If he wanned to protect his family he had to become stronger. He couldn't let what happened at Dawn repeat itself.

He was the oldest he had to.

"He did it!"

All he had to do to finally succeed was think on his motivation. And then all the fear would faint away.

Prince Story's could be fake but never the secret message their mom was trying to teaching them.

And this one was may be the most important of them all

"Oi! Ace you're going to high!!!"

Fear meant nothing at the face of a bigger conviction.

"Take that Sabo!" Ace laughed as he finally enjoyed this new sense of freedom "Stop flexing you asshole!" yeah Ace was loving this.

Mom's have their own way to teach their children how to overpass their fears.

Yous as Prince overpassed his fear for his Gyojin side in order to save what he cares for the most.

And so slowly the brothers were getting the weapons needed to overpass anything.
