After returning from the post Kiyoshi could feel the tension from the others. He wasn't one to pry but did bring it up with his parents in case it would be an issue that he needed to be aware of in regards to the pack as a whole.
His eyes nearly bugged out of his head as his mother informed him whom Nen and Jiro were, how they had found out and what had transpired since.
Personally he had not been present when the devastating event took place in the south and had never been very privy to much of the details but knew enough at the time.
Deciding to leave well enough alone he had gone to his own hut finding his mate sewing her cloak to use for the colder months that were coming.
As soon as he entered he swallowed down the groan as he scented her heat. Glancing up at him from her work and offering a small smile he returned it.
"How was the post?" She asked in her own language. She had taught it to him and their daughter so she wouldn't forget it and bring her a comfort of her long gone homeland.
"Everything went well enough. It is peaceful down there, we should visit it together some time. I think you would like it." He suggested.
"That would be nice." She replied holding the fabric out to her to inspect it. Removing his weapon to hang on the wall as well as his armor he went over to her sitting beside her.
"Everyone has been treating you well love?" He questioned concerned for her.
"If you mean your mother then, yes. We have been getting along better than ever I feel." Hikari said.
"Good. I'll never understand why she said those awful things about you." Shaking his head Kiyoshi was well aware of the rumors that had haunted the eastern house.
While Iku believed him to he totally ignorant on the matter he had grown up hearing them about his father and Hikari, how his mother had stolen Riku as he had intended to mate with Hikari.
In many eyes this had made Hikari seem weak and undesirable if she had not been able to attain and keep a mate.
When he became an adult he happened upon her and asked if it were true. She had been polite, kind and only spoke highly of both of his parents lamenting how she missed their friendship as well as Lady Mizukis company.
The profound sadness he saw in her had made him want to protect her and they had become friendly.
He hadn't told her who he was out of fear she would recoil from him, so Kiyoshi played dumb acting as if he were that ignorant to stay in everyone's good graces.
"There are many reasons why." Hikari said simply. Leaning towards her he breathed in her scent letting out a soft groan despite himself. "May I help you with something?"
"Your scent is driving me mad." Turning his head to her he settled his nose against her neck and nuzzled her. "I know we said we wouldn't have any more but that doesn't stop my desire to."
Hearing her soft sigh escape her lips he straightened himself out.
"You know why." She replied softly.
"It could be different this time, it would be. You said yourself you are both getting along much better."
"Yes but I also do not want to do anything to jeopardize that. Besides, Sana is pupped with her first and I don't want to take away that from them. I'm just an old biddy who already has one." Hikari half joked.
"You have met my youngest brother, yes? If anyone is the old biddy it is my mother and they decided to have another." Kiyoshi responded.
"That is not nice to say." Giggling out gently Hikari turned to meet his gaze. "I cannot go through that again alone Kiyoshi."
"You won't. There are so many females here Hikari even if my mother were to flip her mind and turn her back on you…I will be here this time. Nothing will keep me away." He reassured.
Straightening herself out and searching him she took a breath.
"I want to give you more little ones." She admitted. "I miss being a mother. I miss Orla and caring for her."
"Then let me breed you love." He attempted gently. Closing her eyes and swallowing hard he waited patiently for her answer.
"This may be the best time otherwise we will have to wait again for many years." She thought aloud. "It would be nice to have one at the same time as Sana, we get along very well."
Leaning closer to her again Kiyoshi let out a soft growl resting his forehead to hers.
"Is that a yes?" Not wanting to sound too eager he knew there was a waver in his voice.
Bumping her nose against his he practically jumped out of is skin for joy when she dragged her tongue up his cheek.
Settling back from him she stood folding her cloak placing it aside to work on it later. Taking a shaky breath she turned her back to him to steady herself before transforming into her natural form.
Hikari was small in her demon form with long red, curly fur and short ears that thickened towards the ends. Glancing back at him with brilliant emerald eyes he growled more loudly standing to transform himself.
In his own demon form he towered over her with his longer legs and broader frame. His fur was short and sandy colored while his eyes paled out to grey with short pointed ears.
Shaking himself from front to back it felt good to be able to release the confines of energy it took to appear human. Padding over to Hikari he walked to her front bumping his snout against hers as she reciprocated.
He felt her shaking and licked at her face in an effort to calm her. Sniffing at him as he did so she seemed to settle somewhat becoming more relaxed.
Allowing her to take the lead she walked to their futon lying on it on her back. Taking the invitation Kioyshi licked at her soft folds parting them to move his tongue inside of her.
Whimpering at the contact Hikari wiggled and squirmed before letting out a few small barks of pleasure. Intoxicated by her taste and scent Kiyoshi drove his tongue in as far as he could before pulling out and licking around her to repeat it.
Panting loudly Hikari moved as he withdrew sitting up to lick at his face meeting his tongue with hers.
The taste of herself on her mate nearly made her climax as she gave in fully to her heat. Turning her back to him and propping her haunches up slightly Kiyoshi growled sniffing at her back side.
Mounting her he lowered himself while standing over her as he thrust against her until he sheathed himself in her body. The jolt of pleasure was near instantaneous as he began to rut her.
Letting out small howls among her whimpers Hikari panted at the sensation that her mates erection brought.
He was her first and would be her only as, far as she were concerned, and he had never disappointed in pleasuring her.
Trembling as she pawed at the ground it came too fast as she let out a strangled bark feeling the waves wash over her as her muscles tightened around Kiyoshi.
Giving one final thrust she held his knot in place and he let out his own howl as he pumped his seed into her.
Beyond exhilarated he licked at her ears as she lowered herself slightly to the ground as Kiyoshi stayed within her panting loudly.
Closing her eyes as he splayed himself on top of her but kept his weight off she glanced back at him hoping he was right, that this time would be different.
