"Zzzzzz...Zzzzzzz...Zzzzzz...Zzzz...Zzz...Zz...Z!"was all that came out of Lincoln's mouth as he was currently asleep on the plane that would take him to the Kanto Region.

"Young Lincoln, wake up."said Professor Oak as he quickly shook Lincoln awake

"Huh?"said Lincoln as he awoke from his slumber.

"We're here."said Professor Oak with smile.

"Huh...wait... we're finally in Kanto?!"asked Lincoln as he awoke from his sleep, looking around to see that the plane had landed as evident by the open air lock!

Without wasting a second Lincoln quickly got up and put on his shoes, before he made his way out of the plane, looking around to see that he was in some kind of small little town surrounded by large amounts of greenery! Everywhere Lincoln looked he saw forest and the greenest grass he had ever seen in his life.

"Wow! The air is so clean around here!"said Lincoln as he took a deep breath and let out oh happy sigh, as this was the freshest air he has ever breathed in his life.

"I shouldn't be surprised since Pallet Town is powered mainly by wind power."said Professor Oak as he pointed at the various windmills across the town.

"Wow, got to love that clean energy."said Lincoln as he started heading down the staircase.

then suddenly jump from the third step all the way to the Green Grass and looked up to the sky as he exclaimed as loudly as he could.

"Watch out Kanto! Here comes Lincoln Loud, the man with the plan!"exclaimed Lincoln at the top of his lungs as he looked around.

"My, you sure are excited. Although considering this is your first time going on a Pokemon journey I don't blame you."said Professor Oak as he made his way down the steps.

"Scorbunny and I can't wait to take on the gyms and take on the gym leaders! We're ready for anything this place has to throw at us!"said Lincoln, confident him and his partner could take on the world.

"I appreciate the enthusiasm Lincoln but I suggest you calm down a bit as let me tell you the Indigo League is a lot tougher than you think it is. Especially when it comes to the people you will face along the way."said Professor Oak, as Lincoln remembered about Gary and Red.

"So...what do I do now?"asked Lincoln, as he wondered what he was going to do next.

"Normally you would have to wait for your starter Pokemon to officially start your journey. But considering you already have your starter Pokemon I see no need for you to face that hurdle alone."said Professor Oak, knowing that Lincoln already had Scorbunny.

"Yeah, but if what my grandfather said is true I'm going to need to build up my team."said Lincoln, knowing he was going to need more than his trusty rabbit Pokemon in order to take on the Pokemon League!

"I see you're not too overconfident about all of this."said Professor Oak as he motion for Lincoln the follow him.

"Hey, I'm the new guy here who didn't even know about Pokemon until yesterday. When it comes to my future rivals Red and Gary they're the ones with the clear advantage since they've been around this their whole life. I have to put in a lot more effort than they will have to if I want to catch up to them!"said Lincoln, knowing it was going to take every ounce of energy he had as the man with the plan in order to take on the Indigo League!

And hopefully the mysterious champion of the Kanto region!

"I'm glad you have your head on straight as I've known plenty of trainers who have been too overconfident and I've let their egos get the best of them and their Pokemon. It's let too many unfortunate circumstances that I will not get into but let's just say the Pokemon could have done better if they had a more... competent Pokemon trainer."said Professor Oak, as Lincoln understand what he was getting at.

Those who are too full of themselves often get in the way of their own potential and end up failing miserably and something they thought they were good at. That often leads to anger and most of the time they take their anger out on someone else rather than themselves. But Lincoln learned that lesson early on in life as his sisters are more accomplished than him and he knew that it would take a lot of effort and humbleness in order to catch up to them!

'I am going to win the Pokemon League! I am going to train my pokémon and myself until we go beyond our limits in order to achieve new power and strength! I need tomdo this! Scorbunny and whatever other Pokemon join my team will have to count on me in order for us to succeed! So I can't afford to get cocky or slack off!' thought Lincoln, as he knew that despite his sister's apparent talent he knew that they trained harder than anyone else in order to achieve their goals.

Lori practice your golf swings regularly with different golf clubs. Leni works tirelessly a new fashion designs, depending on the latest trends. Even Lily has started to show discipline when it came to her finger painting.

Lincoln watch them all worked hard from the sidelines I knew that success not only relied on talent, but hard work as well and he knew that he, Scorbunny, and his future Pokemon needed to work hard in order to ensure that they would stand at summit which is the indigo League!

"Are you okay, young man?"asked Professor Oak, noticing that Lincoln seem to be in a trance or something.

"Huh? Oh, sorry, I was deep in thought."said Lincoln apologetically, not realizing that the professor must have been talking to him the whole time.

"It's quite understandable as this must be quite overwhelming. I knew I felt the same way when I first went on my Pokemon journey all those years ago. I still remember the feeling and to this day it still amazes me that I live in a world where such amazing creatures exist alongside me."said Professor Oak with a smile.

"That was deep, Professor Oak."said Lincoln, as the professor could easily be one of the greatest poets of all time in his opinion, alongside his sister Lucy.

"I do haikus on my off time but I don't think you want to hear them as... honestly speaking I don't have anything ready."said the professor I see scratched the back of his head.

"Understandable. My sister Lucy has to work hard on her poetry as well."said Lincoln, no he wasn't easy to come up with creativity.

"Hahhh... I tell you Lincoln I'll never forget that feeling when I first participated in my first Indigo League when I was around your age. That feeling of standing where the whole world could see me. That knowledge knowing all of that hard work and training had finally paid off. I tell you, it's almost impossible for you to know what that feeling is like until you feel it first hand through all your hard work and effort."said Professor Oak, closing his eyes with a smile as they arrived at a small hill with some kind of laboratory.

"I'm guessing this is your laboratory, Professor Oak?"inquired Lincoln as they made their way up the hill.

"That is correct, Lincoln. This facility is where I spend most of the year, working on my theories about pokémon and studying the various Pokemon that seemed to be discovered every year. You are lucky to have Scorbunny on your team linking as the rabbit Pokemon is quite rare to see here in the Kanto region."

"Really?"asked Lincoln, as he didn't know that.

"Scorbunny are usually found on the other side of the world, in the Galar Region. And even then they're extremely rare so you're lucky to have the rabbit Pokemon on your team."said Professor Oak, as Lincoln never realized that his Scorbunny was even more special than he ever thought he was.

"Man, I better keep an eye on him then."said Lincoln as he stared at the Pokeball containing Scorbunny.

"Yes, you must. Especially considering that Team Rocket is out and about."said Professor Oak.

"Who is Team Rocket?"asked Lincoln.

"They're a gang of thieves that love to steal rare Pokemon from trainers in order to sell them to the highest bidder."said Professor Oak, as Lincoln was appalled that such behavior could be even allowed.

"What awful people!"said Lincoln.

"They are truly awful people. That is why it's important that you stay away from them whenever you can Lincoln. As although most members of Team Rocket ocket are washouts, there are a few of them that are quite skilled Pokemon trainers that you best avoid at all costs, at least until you're a stronger Pokemon trainer."said Professor with a serious tone in his voice as they enter the lab.

"I understand, Professor Oak."said Lincoln as they enter the facility.

"Wow, this place looks like it's someone's home as well as a lab. Man, Lisa would be so jealous."said Lincoln as he looked around the professor's lab.

"I would say as much considering this is also my home. The pokémon League was kind enough to add a commentations for housing when they built this facility as they figured I would turn out more research material every year if I was much closer to my work."said Professor Oak with a smile.

"I bet."said Lincoln before he let out another yawn.

"Try to get some sleep in one of my guest rooms, Lincoln. After all it's still night time over here, as the sun will not rise up for a few hours so I suggest you get some sleep as you have a big day in the morning when you officially walk down route One and officially begin your Pokemon journey."said Professor Oak as he was also yawning.

"Yeah, I'll take you up on that Professor Oak."said Lincoln as the professor led him to one of the guest bedrooms.

"So, are Gary and Red also beginning their Journeys tomorrow?"asked Lincoln, as he wanted to keep tabs on his future rivals.

"Yes, and come tomorrow they will come pick up their starter Pokemon so maybe you will have a chance to run into them. But that's only if you wake up on time."said Professor Oak, as he calmly walked away and calmly shut the door behind Lincoln.

"Well, better get some sleep Lincoln as you have a big day tomorrow."said Lincoln to himself as he made his way to the bed and quickly got in it.

"Man, I can't believe I'm now in the Sea of Japan. This all feels like a dream but I know it's real. I can't wait to go on a journey with you tomorrow buddy as I know you and me will have a bunch of fun! And maybe before I go to my first gym I should add to my team as I know I need more than one Pokemon in order to take on the Indigo League."said Lincoln with a smile as he stared at Scorbunny's Pokeball.

"Goodnight, Scorbunny."said Lincoln as he went to sleep, knowing he would need all of his energy in the morning.

[After finally arriving in the Kanto region, Lincoln learns more about the region, including the criminal organization that is Team Rocket! Will Lincoln be able to avoid Team Rocket? Will Lincoln wake up on time to see his potential rivals Gary and Red? Only time will tell as the journey continues]
