Kanan and Spectre Seven were sparring, clashing their lightsabers. Seventh was skillfully blocking strikes from Kanan. She used her agility, and jumped over him. She started attacking from behind.

After several moments, Kanan was on the defensive. Spectre Seven managed to hit her blade on his with extreme effort, to the point where it fell out of Jarrus's hand.

"You need to be more ready, Jarrus," Seventh said with her signature smirk.

Kanan grinned, "Learning something new everyday. You have made a lot of progress since you joined us. I am happy to see how much you and Ezra have grown since Malachor."

Seventh Sister noticed Ezra's progress too. He has maintained his ambition to defeat the Empire, to free the Galaxy, to free the force sensitives. He had matured into a powerful Jedi.

When it comes to Spectre Seven, she was in the process of finding the right balance with the force. She was able to pass Bendu's challenge to heal her kyber crystals. She was progressively using more of the light side. She always had that urge to protect Ezra, which was her biggest motivator to fight for the Rebellion.

Jarrus and Tano have done what they can in helping her let go of rage and anger. No matter what can be done, her personality will always be there. Especially since the Rebellion gave her more personal freedom than the Empire.

Seventh replied, "I'm flattered. Cannot deny you have trained him very well, Who knows? Maybe he is the only reason I am sticking to this…"

Kanan rolled his eyes, "Come on, it isn't all too bad. Once this is over, we can live free as force sensitives."

Seventh sighed, "It was my decision Jarrus to go with Ezra. He saved my life. And for that I owe your crew, your Alliance, everything."

Kanan stood there looking out to the green of Yavin. "I am proud of you, Spectre Seven. But I know you have something bothering you. Ezra told me how you are not meant to be here."

Seventh gulped at his statement. She didn't know Ezra talked about their conversation while hiking.

"I… I am meant to be dead. Ezra… he is supposed to disappear soon. But an outside force prevented that from happening. I don't understand what."

Kanan squinted, "As a padawan, I remember hearing about the concept of multiple universes. Maybe what you see is in another universe…"

"Hm… why do you think I get these visions?"

"Maybe it's trying to tell you everything will be okay. It will end up the same. Even if you died and Ezra disappeared, what we believe in, we stand for, will always win."

"Ah… so as long as there is hope?"

Kanan nodded, "That is what the Rebellion stands for. As long as it exists we will live on, even in spirit…"

Seventh Sister remembered the Yavin hike with Ezra vividly. "Ezra and I were talking about a Great Hope that is not with us yet. A hope that me and Ezra are responsible to train."

Seventh had a bit of anxiety on the next part, "I… I have to admit, I didn't see you in any of those visions."

Kanan looked down. Will he die or disappear? He will not be a part of Ezra's life at one point. He accepted his fate if it was up to the force.

"Sacrifices will be made to win. If sacrificing my life will save many others, I accept the outcome."

"Ah… Jedi teachings. I would do what I can to save our crew. But to put forth, sacrificing my own life, I would only do for Bridger."

"Well I learned the importance of being grateful for the little things especially during this time. And for that I thank you, Spectre Seven."

Seventh squinted her eyes, "I never understood why you would just accept your fate. I will do my all to prevent the outcome of my death."

"Well the problem lies in using the violent and forceful tactics of our enemy. If we do that for the purpose of good, then we are no different than the Empire."

Seventh sighed, "Agree to disagree, Jarrus."

Kanan wanted to dive further on her visions. "What else do you envision?"

"Ah yes, the Great Hope. Well, if Ezra and I train him properly he will be able to defeat the Emperor and the Empire."

She continued, "He will improve our lives. Not just in terms of the war, but in terms of being the best version of ourselves."

Kanan replied, "That is why it's important to be patient. Opportunities will always come. Once you act big, it will all fall down. I know it will work out for you and Ezra."

He was very happy with Spectre Seven part of the family. He believed anyone had the potential to be redeemed, with her as a shining example. Sure, she still had that Inquisitor personality at times and came to the Rebellion just for his padawan. Although, she had been a great help to the group since they are in dire need of force users. She has saved members' lives multiple times in their missions. And he didn't forget Spectre Seven managed to heal her crystals.

"Spectre Seven, I am proud of you," he smiled.

"You know… maybe in another universe we are performers, performing our lives in a form of a Holodrama," Seventh said chuckling.

"If what we say is true Jarrus, then let us cherish this time with the others."

Kanan grinned. They cleaned up the sparring room and left to join the crew.
