Here's where OC's will start coming in. For people who like OC's, think of this as a bonus. :)
As Izuku walked the cold streets towards the train station he sighed as he felt the cold air blow past his face and tear into it like glass through butter. He knew that he had at least eigh hours before Inko woke up and a few more before she could figure out what was wrong. He was glad he was three steps ahead of her and would be gone for good, never again having to worry her with his usless self. His plans did involve keeping her safe after all. He owed her that much at least, if anything at all. He boarded the train and headed north. Close to U.A. and to stalk Bakugo from the shadows. As he sat and looked out the window he overheard a conversation between a couple sitting in the row in front of him.
"Hard to beleive that a group of pros could do nothing but watch as a middle school student was beiong choked by a villian right?" The male asked.
The female nodded. "And it was only after All Might saved him did they act. I heard he made explosions come from his hands."
That only pissed Izuku off even more as he was reminded of how the events of yesterday. He recalled how Bakugo was in trouble on the news and he was about to die when All Might showed up and saved the day. 'If only nobody did anything, I'd have my short lived moment of joy. But alas, I must do it myself and take the longer and more exciting route of actually earning that satisfaction myself. Not bad at all, considering I've always been patient.' He thought as he scowled and went to writing out some small routines in mind for the future.
*I'll do fifty push-up's a day, fifty sit-ups, an hour of running andd some breathing exercises once I can gather a large enough pool or body of water to keep clean and use weekly.*
He closed his book and watched snow begin to fall. He was gonna have to plan harder whenever snow was involved.
*P.S. Use anything to cover my tracks to throw off any persuers. Maybe I can get some type of boots that can jump at least five meters with shock absorbtion pads to cushion the landing. Hard to follow a set of tracks when they suddenly stop after all.*
As the train stopped after an hour of waiting Izuku exited and started walking through the back alleys and abandoned buildings. He had a number of options and decided on one large building that had a number of broken windows. It's not much but can and will be upgraded, improved and made into a beacon of Izuku's hopes for a better world. He exited the bulding after setting up some small barricades and traps to ensure his sleeping would be safer and went to work moving stuff around outside in the hopes of keeping himself safe. Shattered glass and loose floor traps would be a quick way to really fuck with an intruder by giving him or her an infection, lose the abilty to walk or even have to amputate said foot. And if they fall face first, well then that's a bonus. Once finished, Izuku ate a friut bar and drank some water before heading out. How to make step four possible was a tricky one.
Izuku walked with a gloved hand on his chin and walked in circles for a few moments before thinking of a possible idea. Getting the fake body would be easier then actually breaking his no killing rule. "I gotta make sure that this place remains hidden or else I-"
*CRASH!*
Izuku turned and headed inside. He spotted two boys, twins from the looks of it, in rags and ditry from head to toe. One had black hair and the other had white hair.
He watched them argue between each other and waited for his chance to speak to them.
"I told you the window was a bad idea stupid!" The white haired one yelled at his twin.
The black haired one rubbed his butt and got into a shouting match right away. "It was better then your plan!"
"My plan had us walking in through the front door!"
"There's glass on the ground!"
Izuku couldn't help but laugh. These two were a laugh riot! He decided to keep his face covered and walked up to them. They didn't seem to notice until they heard him clap his hands. "Ahem. Whatever the outcome is, the one who wins will be the one to feel pride while the other one feels sadness and anger. Why not cut out the middle man and just say both ideas had flaws but can be combined into an even better one instead? That way your both happy and don't need to cause any un-needed violence."
Look who's soon gonna be breaking that rule.
The twins stopped fighting and looked up at Izuku. "And who are you to tell us what to do?!" They asked together as they pointed at Izuku.
He raised his hands in defense and spoke. "I'm..." He didn't consider the name until now! He had to skip step four for now and deal with these two. "The Underdog."
'Better then Deku.' He thought.
The white haired twin looked at his brother and nodded before stepping about ten feet away from Izuku and huddeling together. "We need to be careful." He whispered.
"Right. He could be a villian."
"And if he is..."
"...We'll take him down with our power!"
They exited the huddle and walked back to Izuku. "So if your not a villian, then what are you?" Asked the white haired one.
"A hero?" Asked the black haired one.
"Your both wrong. I'm an anti hero in progress. I'm not gonna hurt anyone who dosen't need to be harmed if that's what your thinking. I aim to help those in need and stop those who only want to do evil. That's my goal, and I'm gonna see it through until the very end."
Izuku didn't want to have to hurt two kids but would if he had no choice. He only had a first aid kit and that was limited. The twins only nodded, seemingly satisfied with Izuku's awnser. "Then allow us to introduce ourselves. I'm Lin." Said the white haired boy. "And I'm Rin. We're twins." Said the black haired boy.
"Incase your wondering, we're Nephalem." Spoke Lin.
'Nephalem!?' Izuku questioned internally.
"And we know who you really are, Izuku Midoryra." Spoke Rin. "We've been sent to observe your actions and decide your fate."
Now Izuku was sure that they meant it, or they were great actors. He had to go about this carefully.
"For every good action you do, you'll get my support." Lin said.
"And if your bad and kill people, you'll have my power to borrow. So get to work!" Rin ordered. He was then whacked on the head by Lin. "He's gotta be the one to decide that himself stupid!" Lin reminded his twin.
Izuku sat on a box and placed his hands on his head. This was really happening! He was at the mercy of a power that could either end or save the world!
"So what can I do?" He asked the twins. "That's for you to decide. We're only here to watch and judge." Spoke the twins together. "We can give you a small helping hand however, no charge." Rin joked. They held out their hands and took Izuku's, letting their power overtake them and shine a blinding light. The resulting explosion of force was enough to blew the remaing glass off of the window frames, sending out shards in every direction.
Izuku stood up and felt like his body was as sore as Bakugo was after falling off the log on that fucking day ten years ago!
"You can now heal any wound as fast as it's inflicted upon you." Lin told Izuku as he stood back up.
Rin, being the dumber of the two, decided to test this by stabbing Izuku in the palm of his left hand. "Ahhh!" Izuku screamed as he yanked the shard out and saw the wound close up, leaving only a scar behind. "So, this is real?" He asked the twin who stabbed him. "So real it's scary." Informed Rin. He then backed up and stood beside Lin.
"We have to leave now, but we'll always be watching over you Izuku Midoriya. Remember to be good unless you want ever lasting hellfire." Lin said with a smile as Rin only stuck his tounge out at Izuku.
"Later nerd!" Rin shouted as they teleported away in a flash of light, leaving Izuku alone to think about everything that just happened. For now, he'd need to focus on step four and act fast so step five could start. Every second counted now.
