Some time to spend with an old Loud, and another grandpa and to see how the elderly loud is doing with all of this, and another small meet up with something friendly since Saturday, and might as well be the next friend for Lincoln Loud. Enjoy reading this newly posted chapter everyone.

Chapter 644: A talk with Gramps.
(October 24. Royal Woods Middle School, Royal Woods Michigan.)
Lincoln is done with classes, and he recalls what he has to do for his project, and then he sees his mom's car and he goes over to the purple Ferrari. Lincoln hops into the front passenger's seat and Dartrix sits in the back. "Hey Linc, so how was school?"
"Got a project to deal with mom..." Lincoln looks out the window, and he spots a limo arrive, and it belongs to Hope Pertland and Gretchen Warwick and inside are the three girls from Loch Loud. Kelly, Alice and Tanya, and they are joined by Hope, Gretchen, Jordan, Delilah and Leslie and they drive off to spend time together. "The project is wood work, I gotta make a structure of some sort, monument possibly."
Luna nods. "Do you need help with the project kiddo?"
Lincoln smirks. "No need mom. You managed to help me make many of my wood based projects ever since, and I think I can do this one. I can handle this."
Luna nods, and they continue their way for Tall Timbers Park, and then she speaks. "Pop-pop said he would meet us at Tall Timbers Park, and he will be waiting for us while he talks to Gramps. You looking forward to this thing kiddo?"
Lincoln nods, but Luna knows another reason. "Does this have something to do with, Magikarp?"
Lincoln sighs and he nods. "Yeah, it does. He seems nice, and I kinda like how calm he is. I think he likes me too, after I saved him from getting hurt, I mean only a Pidgeotto would know how to break the hardened armour of the Magikarp. Still, Gramps could've done a whole lot worse, and he doesn't know this new change, because he wasn't even here for it."
Luna nods. "Yeah, I know. I mean, he has to adapt to the new changes around here." she stops the car at a red light, and they watch Amanda Bright's car drive off. "He wants to spend some time with us, but he needs to understand that things have changed, and it's a dang good change. I mean, there hasn't been any accidents involving Dinosaurs, but I fear Gramps could start one."
Lincoln understands. "Which is why we're gonna go and spend time with him, and also see if he has been doing well on that lake, and also reading that book. Because if he ain't, then he can bring that boat and himself back to Camp Mastodon."
The light turns green, and they drive off, next stop where Gramps is.
(Later in the day. Tall Timbers Park.)
We head to the boat, in the middle of the lake and we see Lincoln Loud, Luna Loud Albert (Pop-pop) Willard and Leonard (Gramps) Loud. The four of them are fishing, all while Dartrix is sitting on the roof and watching over the place for trouble.
Lincoln chuckles when he sees Magikarp leaps out of the water not too far, and then Luna smiles seeing her son happy, and she has yet to talk to her son about this, but she will soon when the time comes. The group then spot the head of a Parasaurolophus is surfacing and grazing on some watery plants, and then it dives back in.
This startles Leonard and he sighs in relief. "I swear these dinosaurs are gonna be the horrific heart attack for me. Seriously, these guys just come out of nowhere."
"That's because they're plant-eating dinosaurs, who prefer the waters" replied Albert. "Read that one from a book, and saw a documentary about it, I think it was called Prehistoric Planet with the narrator being Sir David Attenborough. Classic guy."
"Saw that one too" replied Lincoln. "So cool, and awesome and I never knew that a Tyrannosaurus Rex can swim, you learn something new every day."
"You got that right, kiddo" replied Albert. They all continue this fishing moment and then Luna reels something in, and it's a perch and she places it into the bucket. "Nice catch there, sweetie."
Leonard chuckles. "Good catch there, that is dang skilled of you Lunes."
"Thanks." Luna then goes back to fishing, then Lincoln catches a perch as well, and they see the perch they have in the bucket are plenty, Albert catches a perch too, but he sees the size.
"Not today, little fella. Back in the water you go." He lets the small perch go, and he chuckles when he sees some Totodile prowling the waters. "Looks like Mayor Davis' friends are on lake patrol."
"Mostly to keep an eye on gramps" replied Luna.
Leonard Loud sighs and he nods. "Yeah, I know. I have been reading the book and seeing the different water or fish type animals and I have been avoiding them, and that hard scaled orange fish is still here, and watching me. Seriously, that thing doesn't like me."
Lincoln then goes to the edge, and he sees Magikarp surface and he pets him. "Because of what you did. A lot of fish looking Pokémon don't take kindly when folks try to cook and eat them, I mean they can eat each other because that is normal and... Dartrix, tackle now."
Dartrix takes to the skies, and he knocks away a Pidgeotto and it flies off. "There, no need for some predator to come you huh, little fella?" Magikarp looks to Lincoln and he splashes around in the water. This makes Lincoln chuckle and Dartrix lands next to Lincoln and interacts with the Magikarp.
Seeing this makes Luna and Albert chuckle. "Looks like your flying grass owl buddy is already making friends, and it seems like little Magikarp is liking you."
Lincoln nods. "Yeah, I know. I like him too, and I don't think he's a useless Pokémon. He's cool in his own way, and I respect that. Heck, I know what that is like."
Leonard is still confused. "I am still having a hard time trying to believe that these weird animals are here, where are they from again?"
Luna then explains. "Another world, and even that sounds hard to believe, it'd be harder to believe that we met our counterparts from another world who helped me when Lincoln was needed help after Tetherby kidnapped and tried to end him, and everything we have been through with the backup is all from another dimension, and we respect what they do and the cool stuff they have."
"I wonder when I can return to training again" replied Lincoln. "We haven't had any decent training from our counterparts in a long while, would be nice to meet with them again and learn some new training stuff to put us into shape."
Luna nods. "I'll be sure to message them and then we can see if they are available." Leonard on the other hand is having a hard time trying to understand this, but he'll not ask and they continue this calming fishing moment. "So, you gonna try and spend time with the other former louds?"
Leonard nods. "You betcha, and I sure am as jolly as a sailor when I get to spend time with the others. Also, I plan to go and see how Lynn Jr is doing, a dang shame that I can't go and see Lynnie later. You guys planning to go and see them?"
Luna then explains. "No, we're not." This surprises the elderly man. "You see, we chose to stop visiting them after an incident when someone tried to kill us at that prison place, and it costed the life of someone too. We won't be seeing them again, until Lynn Jr is out too. We're gonna see them when summer hits next year, to see how things have been doing."
Leonard feels disappointed in this, but then he nods. "I understand, and when the time comes and Rita and Lynnie are out, I'll be sure to visit them. Also, I will be spending time with the other kids possibly tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. Because later, I need to go and see your Aunt Shirley and see how she has been doing, I do recall that she has Vanzilla now, right?"
Lincoln nods. "Yup, out of the storage and now with a loud, whom we rarely see. Also, no offense, but Vanzilla doesn't seem the best ride for us anymore. Best she returned back to the owner, once he gets out from jail. Vanzilla was a good ride, but things change and we have something better."
Luna smirks. "Something with speed, awesomeness and all the tools of the trade for when trouble starts a brewing." This makes Lincoln and Luna chuckle, and even Albert likes the Ferrari, all of this makes Leonard happy to know that they are doing fine.
He still feels bad about what his son did, and listening to superstition. 'Oh Lynnie, if only I was there for you more, and then you wouldn't have to just stick to trying what you think, I should've taught you more and guided you, but no... I played favorites.'
As they all continue to fish, Leonard spots this large fish in the water, and he sees it is a large lake perch. He then smirks. 'Oh, looks like I got me a challenge, but these rods will not do. Just you wait, big girl. You're going down.'
