Chapter 18: GG's All Around
The first man screams, "I don't wanna be a pumpkin! I have too much to live for!"
"I'll never ignore a no-eating-or-drinking sign again! Forgive meee!"
Soon, the Magicam Monsters run out of the library in fear.
India takes off the helmet and laughs, "HAAAH hah hah haaa!" Then smirks, "Did you see the tears in their eyes when they were pleading for their lives? Even kids' show villains can grovel better than that. Yanking off the Pumpkin Knight helmet only to find nothing inside… Now Pumpkin Knights sprouting from the seeds of the original Pumpkin Knight to attack people all over again… They'd recognize those key scenes from Creepy Hollow 2 if they'd seen it. Instead, it freaked them out. That's what they get for talking like know-it-alls about a movie they've never even watched.
The Ignihyde students say, "Yeah! Serve 'em right!"
Idia cuckles, "Whee hee hee, that felt great!"
Then turns to Ortho, "Were you watching, Ortho?"
"Yup! It was super funny the way their faces contorted when they were about to cry," Ortho says.
Then Jasper and Trinket walk over.
"Yeah. The look of their faces were priceless," Jasper says.
Trinket giggles as she rings.
Then Ortho says, "Nobody would expect the first Pumpkin Knight to be a robot talking through speakers. I bet those Magicam Monsters have no idea what hit them."
"Making those Pumpkin Knight-bots together was totally with it," The first student says.
Then the second student says, "Our projection mapping revisions had the flames of purgatory and vines flying at people, too. The students of Ignihyde came in clutch when we threw all of that together in a single day!"
"For sure. And it all stayed totally true to the movie!" Idia says.
Then softly says, "I never could've put together the bots or special effects alone."
Then says to everyone, "You guys rock. GG's all around."
"Thanks, sir!" The students say.
Ortho turns to Jasper and Trinket, "And thank you for assisting us."
"No problem. We're glad to help. We didn't hurt you when we used the vines to pull you in?" Jasper replies.
"Do not worry, it didn't hurt at all. And you both did a good job," Ortho says.
"Thanks," Jasper says.
Trinket nods her head in reply.
Idia feels exhausted, "Whew… That was a lot of talking I did today. It wasn't face-to-face, but it still drains an introvert's batteries reeal fast."
"Um, Idia… Please tell me you're not about to say 'I'm beat. I'm going back to my room.'" Ortho says.
What? You're not really going to do that?" Jasper questions.
Idia snickers, "Whee hee hee! As if, Halloween only comes once a year. We've put a lot of work into making it this far. I'm gonna make sure we keep spreading the good name of Creepy Hollow up to the very end!"
Then Idia says with a sinister face, "Happy Halloween!"
"Happy Halloween!" Everyone cheers.
Everyone in the library cheers to see the Magicam Monsters are gone.
