I am getting married in 4 months time to Dr. Amy Farrah Fowler, she is a Caltech neurobiologist. I have also invited Howard and Leonard, I do hope that you and your wife can make it.

4 months later, on the day of Sheldon and Amy's wedding, Raj gave the opening address at the International Astrophysics Conference.
"Welcome one and all to Cambridge and the 15th International Astrophysics Conference. I am Dr. Rajesh Koothrappali of the University of Cambridge, I am chair of the local organising committee. Astrophysics here in Cambridge has a long and distinguished history going back over 300 years to Isaac Newton working out the laws of gravity…"
