Thanks go to XelaZagity, Wingah, 10burgers, DoctahSawbones, ZeraoraTheKnight, cassianaswindell123, Eternal7, Acoolnamme, Sonic245, and Zack Frost!

Alright, originally this chapter was going to be about twice as long, but after a nightmare two weeks I didn't have enough time to write that much. So, what would have been the second half of this chapter is gonna be more fleshed out and better written in the next chapter. More content, hooray!

To answer your questions, Eternal7, CORE didn't share the survival of Hacker, Demon, and Error with Angel/Chara because CORE is barely on speaking terms with those two throughout the entirety of the timeskip. And after Xander enhanced his firewalls, they were totally locked out of the timeline. So while they knew those three were there in Season 4, Error was at that time half melted in a jar and Hacker was also half dead in a jar. With this, and how fast all three of them were disposed by Angel and Chara in seasons 2 and 3, CORE didn't think it was important enough to bring up. As for Anarchy, he doesn't see Error (or anyone) as a potential threat. Seeing the skeleton move or not, he wouldn't bring it up without being asked even if it was a serious threat. In CORE's eyes Error and Hacker/Demon were not important enough to make them have a conversation with Angel/Chara, and in Anarchy's eyes no one has bothered to ask him about Error so he hasn't thought to mention it.

Anyway, on to the chapter! This one's pretty fun. Next chapter should be up Thursday, November 10th!

Bullets got within inches of an unflinching Eden before being stopped by a violet wall of force. The concrete shredded apart, vines exploding up through the stone. Nature's furious tendrils whipped out towards Clover, who's accurate eye darted between the lot of them. His revolver's barrels hastily followed his eye, and more gunshots rang as he blasted those vines to pieces. Jumping back and letting those violet words firing from above crash into the stone where he'd stood, Clover pointed those barrels at Eden again while he shouted. "How many times're we gonna have'ta do this?"

"You're welcome to leave any time." Eden stated blandly, throwing her arm out to one side. On her command, purple energy rapidly amassed overhead. It swirled hastily into the shape of twin flowers, violets that pointed the stamens at their centers down at Clover. Immediately, within the center of those petals, an orb of magenta light crackled to life in the both of those flowers.

"Wish it were that easy." Clover stated with some exasperation while his eye locked on to those flower cannons. Without skipping a beat, the cowboy lurched forward and broke into a sprint. He ran low to the ground as magenta lasers exploded out of those twin flowers, darting with expert skill between the beams that now followed him across the stone floor, leaving scorched lines in their wake.

He holstered one of his revolvers and opened his palm, summoning a grenade in his grip while he ran. Jumping over one of those lasers, he brought that grenade to his face and snatched its pin in his teeth, yanking the pin from the grenade as he landed. Keeping the now ticking time bomb in his grip, that cowboy sprinted with new haste until he stood right beneath those flower cannons. Then, he whipped that grenade straight up over his head, once more crouching low to the ground and grabbing ahold of his hat.

Eden's eyes went wide in the wake of that explosion, its flashing light making her wince. the blast blew her cannons apart, its force pushed against her shield. In the next instant, through the falling smoke came a brutal gold flash. The roar of the battlefield below was briefly drowned out in the wake of an ear piercing BANG!

Eden's wide eyes stared straight ahead as her barrier was shattered to pieces. it was all she could do, the gold flash of that sniper round blasting right by her head in the blink of an eye. Its rapid velocity threw her hair to the side, made the orange bandanna wrapped around her neck shift in the wind. Slowly, that smoke cleared, and Eden could see Clover standing with his sniper lowered in his hands. His golden eye was locked on to her from under the shadow of his hat, the violet shards of her flower cannons still raining down around him. Bewildered, Eden had to blink a few times before speaking. "... You missed."

"I shot where I was aimin'." Clover corrected, narrowing his eye. While the shards of Eden's barrier clattered to the ground, his sniper rifle disappeared back into his inventory. Now empty handed, he let the both of those hands hover over the revolvers holstered on his hips. He took a deep breath... "Step aside, Eden. I know you know what the stakes are."

"I can't let all this work go to waste, Clover." Eden's own eyes narrowed, her jaw tightened. At her sides her fists clenched, and purple light flashed in her focused eyes. Behind her, her notebook flipped through pages in search of another spell. But, in spite of this... Eden's expression softened. In a tone less stern than her last, she admitted. "... I can't let them all down."

"... N' I can't trust ya with all this power." Clover's response was hesitant, he didn't like saying it. Still, he wrapped his fingers around the handles of his revolvers. He started to pull them out of their holsters, and Eden's deep frown matched his own. Lightning crashed through the sky overhead with another blast from those wall mounted cannons, and once more Eden threw her arm out to her side and gave her book its order.

"Then you better shoot to kill next time, cowboy."

Chapter 93: Shoes To Fill

Or: Who To Kill

CRACK!

Electricity and fire exploded against The Scorpion's pincer, which had lifted to shield Anthony from that railgun's blast. Anthony The Anarchist stood with his hands in his pockets on his Scorpion's head, watching as its spare pincer darted out to snatch one of Eden's ents from the ground. Squirming and flailing its tree trunk arms, the bark of its body creaked and groaned before crunching inward. Wood gave way to power, and splinters exploded through the air as that ent was crushed.

Anarchy crossed his arms over his chest, narrowing his eyes down at the mayhem below. Fires and explosions, screams and cackles. Chunks red and black flew up around the slowly retracting front line, and his Scorpion continued its slow march forward with the rest of his beasts. Briefly, Anthony remembered a time before he wielded this power. When he was near sighted, before his DETERMINATION had healed his eyes. Back then, he wouldn't have been able to see the graphic detail of the slaughter below. But now...

"Thanks for the lift, Scorpion." Suddenly, Anarchy threw his left arm out to his side. His crowbar slid out of his sleeve and into his grasp, and a wicked grin split his face. Mad red eyes went wide, and the cackling of the twisted sky above reached a fever pitch while The Anarchist graciously proclaimed. "But I think I'll walk the rest'a the way!"

With one massive leap, Anarchy fired high into the sky. Wind pulled back his hair and tugged on his leather jacket, and he couldn't help but cackle as his red eyes settled on the chaos below. He couldn't help it, his Killer blood was vibrating with delight in the wake of this mayhem. And though he held contempt for that wretchedness in his veins, with an army trying to kill him he simply didn't have time to argue morals with himself. If the thousands before him wanted a fight, he'd give it to them.

The long barrel of a tank pivoted to blow a worm apart with its blast, only for Anarchy to crash down feet first on the tube of metal, bending it straight up just as it fired. The distorted barrel jammed around that shell, and Anarchy was already jumping off the tank as it exploded into fire and shrapnel. His giddy pupils shrunk with delight when he heard someone shout "Here he comes!" just before he crashed into the shredded dirt.

Anarchy's vicious soul powered his impact, and when he landed a shockwave blasted out around him. The few monsters in range of the crash were blown to dust instantly, wasted by the red hot murder that steamed off Anarchy's body. The humans were less lucky, instead being knocked flat on their asses just in time for the horde of worms that launched out of Anarchy's shadow to pounce on them.

Anarchy stomped forward while others were devoured in the corners of his eyes, tunnel vision stare locked on to the defenses before him. Two bold humans jumped over the sandbags, a red soul and an orange one. The both of them brandished swords, and the BRAVERY soul was the first to lunge at The Anarchist. Effortlessly he swung his crowbar, knocking their stab aside and sending cracks splintering the steel of their blade. Trapped in their lunge, the BRAVE soul barely had time to look up to Anarchy wide eyed before his knee shot up into their chin.

Anarchy's knee forced the BRAVE soul to throw their head back, and Anarchy immediately straightened the leg he'd used to knee them and planted a bone rattling kick in their solar plexus. The force of this strike sent that orange soul firing back like a meat rocket, they crashed right through the sand bags they'd jumped over to rush him and they did not rise again.

Anarchy swung his crowbar back down in a slash at the DETERMINED soldier rushing him next, but this one was smart enough to dodge. He jumped, flipping over Anarchy and his brutal swing to land crouched behind him. Pulling his sword back, he spun around and cleaved at The Anarchist's turned back, only for one pale hand to reach back and snatch him by the wrist. Eyes going wide, he looked from his caught hand up to the half turned around Anarchist just in time to get yanked forward and into a brutal headbutt. Anarchy's forehead cracked into his helmet so hard that it split right with the DETERMINED soldier's skull, and The Anarchist let go of his wrist to let him crumple to the ground.

Whipping his head around and looking forward once more, Anarchy squinted irritably at the mounted turret pointed right at him. He bent at the knees immediately, and in a red bolt he was almost instantly crouched right in front that turret. The PATIENT human operating the mounted gun recoiled, terror ignited in her eyes as Anarchy grabbed a fistful of the machine gun's barrel and ripped it clean off the gun, the metal shrieking in the process.

"Shit-!" She barely had time to say, grabbing the pistol holstered on her hip while she stepped back. In an instant, Anarchy's scorpion stinger launched up out of his tail bone, darting forward and jabbing its poisoned point right into her sternum. She gasped as the wind was punched out of her by that stinger, her face immediately went pale. And by the time she'd tumbled to the ground clutching that stab wound, Anarchy's stinger had already slipped back away.

Chaos Incarnate stood upon the the sandbags that gun had been mounted on, his Killer eyes darted left and right in search of targets. He smiled when he spotted one of those fighting trees swat his worm aside with one massive wood arm. The worm would have landed on its back, if it had one. But with a rounded body and a face that was just two snapping jaws, the worm had no front and no back. So, it merely coiled right back around and crunched at the ent's leafy face once more, only to be caught by the head in one gnarled wooden hand.

That wriggling invertebrate's head crunched inward nearly immediately under the tree's brutal strength, sending cold and dark blood spraying out between its fingers. That ent didn't have a moment to rest through, immediately shifting its massive body just in time to block a wild crowbar strike with its tree trunk arm. Anarchy wore a giddy grin as the metal of his Inheritance sent cracks splintering the ent's bark, but the wooden creature didn't recoil. Instead, the beast turned to face him, lifting the now cracked arm it had guarded itself with to send its bloodied fist rocketing down at The Anarchist.

Anarchy yanked back his own fist and launched his own punch into the Dark soaked wood racing towards him. His knuckles struck the bigger fist of the ent, and the force of the impact sent cracks splitting the dirt at their feet and a shockwave blowing back Anarchy's hair along with its leaves. And though for just a moment it appeared that the creature had matched Anarchy's strength, in the next instant red cracks were exploding up its bark arm from the impact of his fist.

The one eyeball in its trunk going wide, the ent recoiled as its arm began to crumble. It stumbled backwards a few heavy footed steps, and Anarchy bent at the knees before launching himself right after it. He crashed into its body with enough force to send the wooden beast tumbling onto its back, and its thud reminded him of the trees he would chop back home. There was hardly time for thinking about that though as the ent's smaller branches curled inward. Twig and vine wrapped around Anarchy's arms, but he dug his fingers into the ent's one eye regardless.

Green juice overflowed from that one centered eye as Anarchy's powerful hands dug through it. It sprayed across Anarchy's face but he hardly noticed, just pulling his hands further and further apart until the wood began to creak. The ent struggled and it squirmed, reaching to grab Anarchy with its one remaining arm only for him to headbutt that gnarled wood hand back. A particularly loud groan escaped the tree, just before a massive crack split the ent vertically from the eye Anarchy was riffling through. Snaps and cracks echoed out of that split in the wood, before with one last snap! Anarchy ripped the ent completely in two.

Exhaling red mist through clenched teeth, Anarchy slowly rose back to his full height, now with two tree halves in his hands. He took just a moment to glance back to his twin Wyrms, watching the draconic serpents blast lasers of pressurized water down into the rows of soldiers and worms alike. Their scales had been blown open in several places by those railguns, leading to more worms leaking out of their wounds and dripping down to the ground below in wriggling piles. Anarchy frowned some as those railguns fired again, and he watched one of the Wyrm's get a hole punched right through its eye and out the back of its skull. Dark blood and more worms sprayed out of the hole in that serpent's head as it tumbled backwards, and when it crashed to the earth the shockwave of its impact sent the dirt, meat chunks, and debris littering that area of the battlefield flinging through the air.

Anarchy turned his head away from the plume of destruction behind him, lifting one of those tree halves and using it to shield his body from the barrage of magic blasting towards him. Four Whimsalots and a fire elemental had left arrows and burn marks on that wood shield, all standing in a line across from The Anarchist. Anarchy just pivoted, lowering the tree chunk he'd guarded with to shit whip the other massive log over his head. It launched right at those poor monsters, smashing into the lot of them and sending them crashing through another line of defenses.

Whimsalot dust puffed out around that log while Anarchy dropped his other tree half, sauntering towards the line of defense he had just effortlessly punctured. But before he could take a third step, that dusty tree half suddenly exploded into pink flames. A wall of fire rose in Anarchy's way with the power of the fire elemental he had tried to squish, looming over The Anarchist and casting its light over him. Anarchy hardly objected to this, instead launching himself forward in another massive jump.

The Bastard Son fired right through that wall of fire, exploding out the other side with nothing but a few singed hairs and a pink burning molten rock core trapped between his jaws. His teeth crunched through that core, and the pink light behind him instantly dissipated to embers while The Anarchist landed in the middle of enemy lines. The ground shook under his impact, his arms hung limp at his sides and his hair fell in random strands in front of his face. He looked up to the surrounding soldiers and he smiled as red mist and silver ash overflowed through his teeth, all the scorching of that core on his tongue and teeth already healed.

Immediately Anarchy darted forward, sprinting low to the ground between the spray of bullets launched after him. He raced first to a JUSTICE soul pointing a rifle at him, ducking under the barrel and its fire just to spring up and knock that gun straight up into the air with one arm while his crowbar cracked into that yellow soul's sternum, sending him launching backwards into a handful of his fellow soldiers.

Immediately Anarchy turned, reaching up to catch the steel of a war hammer crashing down towards him. His eyes locked on to the massive man looming over him, dark blue burning in the soldier's eyes as he desperately pushed down on his hammer in attempts to squish Anarchy as he had done many of his bugs. But The Anarchist did not give, instead throwing his free arm into the air and sending his crowbar slipping back down his sleeve while his other hand gripped that hammer tight. He ripped that hand to the side, tearing the hammer out of that INTEGRITY soul's hands and sending it launching right into the face of the BRAVERY soul charging Anarchy from behind.

While that BRAVE soul crumpled and a worm jumped out of the shadow of its corpse to crush the soul it left behind in its jaws, the now unarmed INTEGRITY soul put up his fists. This made Anarchy smile, and he put up his own fists. So bold was that dark blue soldier that he threw the first punch, sending a jab with one meaty fist down at Anarchy's side. Anarchy blocked that punch with his forearm, and when a right hook was sent swinging at his face he didn't hesitate to open his jaws and snatch those knuckles in his maw. The soldier grunted with pain as his hand was mutilated under Anarchy's bite force, before Anarchy spun his head and yanked him right off his feet. Spinning on his heel, The Anarchist dragged that INTEGRITY soul through the air with his jaws before releasing his bite and sending him flinging through the air into the barrier of a KIND soul's creation.

Immediately after that throw, Anarchy planted one hand on the ground and hastily flipped over it to the side, dodging the crack of a purple energy whip. His eyes darted to the PERSERVERANT soul standing across from him. The light of her soul wrapped along the soldier's arms, extending out into violet whips of magic that she intended to crack The Anarchist with. He hardly seemed bothered by this notion, that much was apparent by his ear to ear grin and wide eyes.

Shoving off the ground, Anarchy broke into a dead sprint towards that PERSERVERANCE soul. He threw his left arm out to his side and sent his crowbar slipping into his grasp, darting from side to side to dodge the rapid whacks of those whips all the while. From around the purple souled soldier slashing at Anarchy with her magic ran another red soul, this one yanking back a battle ax. She swung the brutal blade of that ax at Anarchy's side, but he jumped as she swung, launching right over her. The Anarchist spun in air and yanked both knees to his chest, shotgunning a kick right between that soldier's shoulder blades and sending her firing forward like a missile. This kick also springboarded Anarchy backwards, launching him right at the PERSERVERANCE soul head first and upside down.

Before Anarchy could reach her though, another wall of green light appeared in her path. Quickly she latched her whips onto the top of that barrier, yanking herself up into the air and over it just before Anarchy's thick skull bashed right through it. He backflipped in air as green shards rained down, and she spun around to face him. She landed on her feet while Anarchy skidded back on one hand and two feet, and she snarled irritably as once again his scorpion stinger launched out from his tail bone.

That stinger fired at her like it was spring loaded, stretching unnaturally through the air at high speed. She was quick to jump, and that stinger launched right beneath her, continuing its rapid pace forward and towards the KINDNESS soul a ways behind her. His green eyes widened when he spotted that stinger firing towards him, hastily throwing up two green glowing hands and manifesting emerald wall after emerald wall between himself and that stinger, only for Anarchy's scorpion tail to smash through every one of them like they were paper mache.

His stinger crashed its point into that KIND soldier's chest, shoving him backwards on its point and into the side of a wrecked tank. The PERSEVERING soul overhead winced at the sight of this, before her eyes darted back to The Anarchist still hunched over below. Cold sweat broke out on her forehead when she spotted the knowing smile on his face, just before two worms exploded out of his shadow and raced around his sides. They cackled as they launched up at her while she plummeted downward, only for her whips to slice through the both of them.

She landed and immediately looked up to the falling carcasses overhead, only for her eyes to widen when she spotted Anarchy dropping down towards her right with them. She just barely jumped back in time, watching Anarchy land crowbar first, his impact sending the ground instantly concaving into a crater. With that crater yanking the ground out from beneath her, she hardly had time to even begin falling backwards before Anarchy launched up at her. He crashed elbow first into her sternum, the impact sending a red flare exploding out her back just before she was sent firing backwards in an unfortunate C shape.

Anarchy barely had time to stand up straight, before his body suddenly went rigid. A cyan glow suddenly incased his body, forcing him to a begrudging stop. His scarlet eyes darted left and right to spot the PATIENT souls gathered around him, about seven of them all desperately holding out their shining cyan hands to try and freeze The Anarchist in place with their magic. One of them forced themself to scream through their gritting teeth into the communicator in their free hand, "NOW!"

On that command, four separate tanks from different directions in the battlefield all turned their barrels towards Anthony. Not wasting a moment, four blasts rang in unison and four tank shells were sent rocketing at Anarchy at breakneck speed. The Bastard Son ground his teeth, clenched his fists, reached into his soul...

BOOM!

Before those shells could reach their target, a tower of scarlet light had blasted to life. So powerful was its shockwave that those PATIENT soldiers were sent sling shotting backwards at terminal velocity while those tank shells exploded against the twisting DETERMINATION like it was a wall of solid steel. The vicious power of The Anarchist's soul was a beacon of doom at the war's center. So violent was its desire that monsters across the battleground were falling ill, while the ones too close were crumbling to ash. The barrels of those tanks were starting to melt under the boiling winds, and for just a moment all eyes were drawn to that pillar of DETERMINATION...

Gradually, the crimson light lessoned, and the soldiers could once more see The Anarchist within. Inheritance clenched in his fist, his ivory hair was lifted upwards by his soul's broiling updraft. His red heart burned on his chest now, scarlet steam was rising off his skin. No longer grinning, Anthony's eyes glossed over the humans, monsters, artillery and ents surrounding. He exhaled red fog, and flames of the same shade ignited over his left eye.

In the next instant, he had moved. A blink, a bolt of red energy and suddenly he had punched his arm up to the shoulder into the front of one of those tanks. He planted his feet and rose his arm, and the tank lifted with him as though it weighed no more than a few pounds. He spun on his heel, whipping his arm out and throwing that tank through the air and across the circle of enemies. It crashed right into the trunk of one of those ents, sending the massive beast tumbling backwards. And by the time the soldiers had looked from this monstrous feat of strength back to where Anarchy had been, he was already gone.

He struck like scarlet lightning with a brutal elbow right into the jaw of one soldier, before immediately disappearing in another scarlet flash. Across the circle of enemies, he was suddenly double clotheslining two soldiers, crushing them into the dirt before again blinking away on a streak of red. He blasted in a straight line then, punched clean through the circle of soldiers trying to entrap him by grabbing another poor soul by the face and sprinting with him in tow.

He held that soldier up in front of him like a riot shield until he hit the next human, smashing the both of them into the ground, front flipping over the crater their impact left behind and landing on his feet just to keep sprinting forward. A tank hadn't even seen him coming, its barrel busy blasting apart a worm to the side before Anarchy crashed into its top with a brutal drop kick, blasting the entire upper half of the tank off the body and sending it flinging off into a platoon of soldiers.

Anarchy backflipped from that drop kick, landing right in front of what remained of the tank and not hesitating to drop down, grabbing ahold of its bottom and lifting it straight up like he was just squatting the bar at the gym. He pulled the metal mass right up over his head, and the soldiers that were in it tumbled out of the huge opening Anarchy had left in its top just before he shitwhipped the tank right into the face of the ent that was sprinting towards him. The tree was bashed back with this impact, falling flat on its wooden ass with what remained of that tank laying on top of it.

Anarchy jumped into the air then, plummeting down towards that fumbling ent and landing with brutal force on the tank that laid atop it, sending the metal crashing down through its wooden body and flinging splinters out from beneath the tank's body. Perched there on that hill of destruction, Anarchy watched three separate BRAVE souls run up at him from his front, left, and right. Their fists ignited with orange light, they mustered all the power their souls had to offer and they all yanked back the most powerful punches they could.

Anarchy's arms launched up, he caught the two fists swinging in from his left and right in his open palms and trapped them there in his merciless grip. Then, he yanked back his head as the third BRAVE soul jumped up into the air, plummeting down towards him and roaring their battle cry as they threw their knuckles at Anarchy's face. The Bastard Son threw his head forward, and his forehead crashed right against that glowing fist.

Cracks and snaps resounded, and that BRAVE soldier recoiled as the force of Anarchy's headbutt sent splinters from his fingers to his shoulder. The bone of his right arm shattering apart, he tumbled back down that hill of metal and wood. Anarchy jumped then, launching right over the two other fists that the BRAVE souls to his left and right had thrown at his face and keeping his grip on their other hands, yanking them right up into the air with him.

Anarchy spun in air, shitwhipping those two soldiers down on top of the third one at the bottom of his rubble hill. They were only able to lay there groaning for a moment before he crashed down on top of them in a brutal stomp, splitting the earth into a crater and leaving them laying there in a pile of broken bones.

Anarchy hopped right off those bodies, landing in the dirt and looking to the ent stomping towards him. It clenched its massive wooden fists, thorned vines curling its arms and power shining in its single eye. Anarchy threw his arm out to the side and let his crowbar slip down his sleeve and into his grasp, but just as he and the ent reached one another, and it lifted its massive arm skyward...

CRACK!

Anarchy recoiled some when that ent exploded apart, throwing his arm up to guard against the burning splinters and wood chunks that were sent flinging through the air. The lightning blast of a railgun had tore through that ent's back and blew it to smithereens, and Anarchy squinted with confusion into the clearing smoke of its destruction. He cast his gaze far across the battlefield, all the way to the wall... Where he spotted Susie, planting one hand on her forehead and the other on her gut, laughing her ass off while the railgun behind her pivoted. Presumably highjacked by another pirate, the railgun turned its rapidly charging barrel across the wall to the railgun opposite to it...

CRACK!

Another blast of lightning, and the commandeered railgun blew the Gatherer loyal one across from it to smithereens. Anarchy's smile returned at the sight of this, looked like the plan was working. He glanced over his shoulder to his Scorpion, watched it lift a tank in its massive pincer and whip it aside like useless garbage while its other pincer swept aside a wave of soldiers and ents alike. They were close now, the wall hardly seemed as far away as it had when he first dropped from the sky. With that in mind, Anarchy looked forward at the unyielding troops gathering in front of him. There was still work to do.

Got, damn it! Clover found himself thinking while he blasted apart vines and words alike with his revolvers. He was halfway down that ramp now, Eden's magic assault keeping him on the defensive. He'd been slowly pushed back, further and further away from her all fight long. His words couldn't reach her, it was more obvious than ever to Clover that she would die on this hill. And that meant Clover had to kill her.

Across the tower, Eden stared with glowing violet eyes across the platform and into the slashing vines and flinging energy words. The cowboy wouldn't be able to talk her down and he certainly wouldn't be able to defeat her, she wished he would stop wasting his time. The flash of an explosion reflected in her glasses, and Eden took just a moment to look over her shoulder at the battle raging behind her. Both of those serpents had been blasted to pieces by the railguns, but in their wake came fresh hordes of their slimy larvae. Still that Scorpion was barreling through the front line, sending metal wood and man alike crashing in all directions with its might.

But, most concerning of all was that red flash cleaving a crack deep into the army's ranks. Anthony The Anarchist was an unstoppable force, leaving in his wake a clear path of total devastation and rapidly making his way closer to the football field sized empty space right in front of the gate. A field untouched on purpose, one that Eden refused to let him cross...

CRACK!

Eden's eyes widened, the electric light of a railgun flashing in her glasses while she turned back around to spot a beam of lightning firing not over the wall, but across it. A railgun on the far side of the wall had spun so that its cannon faced inward, and was hastily blasting the others apart before their own barrels could be turned towards it. Eden's teeth grit at the sight of this, her brain was quick to begin its problem solving process. But, an explosion from that wall of vines before her was quick to break her concentration.

Fire and plant chunks whipped across the roof and slapped against Eden's wall of PERSERVERANT energy with another explosion, and she watched as Clover stomped through the smoke. Grenade launcher in hand, his face was yanked down in a deep frown. Eden hardly had the time to mutter a cuss word before an impact grenade launched out of that barrel and right at her wall of PERSERVERANCE.

The grenade crashed into her barrier and exploded apart instantly, shattering her defenses and slamming her with its brutal force. Eden was blasted right off her feet, launching back first into her podium and crashing right through its wood. This blew the podium apart and sent Eden's notebook flinging through the air. The book lost its violet glow while it sailed right over the wall and down towards the empty field below, and Eden was launching right after it. Eyes winced shut, she managed to peak one open and regain her senses just in time to reach out and grab ahold of the wall's top guard rail. Still, her body flipped over it, thumping against the wall and sending even more pain through her now aching body.

"Damn it..!" Eden growled, staring with glasses now cracked up at the ledge her right arm clung to. The connection to her notebook had been severed, it had been launched out of her range. She winced as she twitched and clenched the fingers of her left hand, it sent pain shooting up her limp left arm. Either the blast or slapping against the wall must have broken it... She snarled as she struggled in vain to pull herself up over the ledge with just one arm, only succeeding in causing more burning agony to shoot up and down her strained right arm. "Get..! Up!"

"It's over, little lady." Clover's southern drawl was hardly welcome. Eden's furious eyes darted up to the cowboy now standing on the ledge, looking down at her. She could see clearly from this angle, his glowing left eye and the eyepatch covering his right. His grenade launcher had disappeared back into his inventory, and now he was pointing his revolver down at her. With his accurate eye staring down that barrel he expounded upon his previous statement. "Yer army ain't gonna stop Anarchy. Yer cannons are bein' brought down by my team. Yer one strong gust'a wind from bein' a red splat."

"... This is yer last chance." Clover spoke again, squinting some at the furiously defiant look on Eden's face. His crosshairs were locked right between her eyes, but his finger didn't dare touch the trigger just yet. "Stop fightin', n' I'll help ya up. We can work somethin' out here. Violence ain't the way."

"... Too bad, Clover." After a moment's pause, Eden's furious expression relaxed. She shut her eyes for a moment, took a deep breath... And then Clover heard a click. His eye widened, and he had to turn his head to look properly to Eden's limp hanging left arm. With only one eye, he hadn't been able to see her hand, but now he could clearly see the remote she was struggling to hold in her broken arm's trembling fingers. Her thumb rested on the pushed in button on the remote's center, and now a sickly yellow light and an ugly pink one were flickering out of the button. Clover's wide eye darted back to Eden, and her eyes snapped open to reveal a bright orange light shining in them. "You should've taken the Big Shot when you had the chance."

Before Clover could fire his gun or grab her hand, Eden released her grip. She plummeted instantly away from Clover, who barely managed to shout out "Wait-!" before she was out of ear shot. Below, that empty field was rapidly splitting at its center. Clover watched with furrowed brows and a wide eye as the ground split open with a metallic whir, and Eden fearlessly plummeted right into the pitch black abyss within.

After that, it was all Clover could do to stare into that black void. The field had opened wide now, the ground ceased it's shaking. And then, ringing. Like an old telephone, something was ringing within that void. The jingle rang and rang, louder than the blasting cannons and cackling sky... And then, someone answered. A voice, booming up out of that darkness and into the world above. It was robotic, almost computer generated. It's voice was locked into a permanently cheerful, welcoming and obviously fake tone. If Clover had known a thing about computers, he may have likened the voice to some automated pop up add on late 90's internet. "[[Heaven]]? IS THAT YOU? WHAT!? IT'S FOR ME?!"

Clover squinted into that dark, trying for the life of him to figure out what that voice could be or make out any shape in the inky black. But not even his accurate eye could make out anything in its darkness... Until lights flashed within. Yellow and pink, now far brighter than the shine of that remote. Clover winced at this sudden flash, being forced to throw up one hand and guard his eye while he stumbled back away from the ledge. he could hear massive gears turning now, hydraulics were hissing from that shining hole below. Once more that robotic, almost bit crunched voice echoed from the void. "EHAEHAEHAEHAEHAE! I KNEW YOU'D COME [[right 'round baby, right 'round like a record baby]]!"

BIG SHOT by SharaX began playing, and Clover watched as something began to immerge from those yellow and pink lights. A mass of black... Hair? Wait, was that a head? Yes, as more of that massive shape rose out of the flashing light, Clover realized he was looking at the top and back of one enormous head. And when the upper body of that thing finally erupted from those flashing lights after it, he spotted Eden perched there on the metal of the rising mech's purplish pink shoulder. She rested her hand on the white metal of that massive mech's neck, and it seemed that she'd taken the Manly Bandanna from around her neck and wrapped it around her forehead. She too stared straight ahead into the devastation in Anarchy's wake, all while her mechanical monster lifted one ivory hand to shield his already sunglasses covered eyes.

"SWEET [[Delilah]] MOTHER OF [[Anarchrist]] IS IT BRIGHT!" The Gundam carelessly acknowledged with a massive smile on his mime colored face. He stared into the sky overhead, the bright light guarded merely by the clouds was so much brighter than the suffocating darkness he had once existed in. A time an eternity ago, now reality had birthed him anew. Into a new body, a stringless body in a new world. A heavenly world... Fortunate Spamton let out another robotic cackle, holding his hands out to his sides and opening them wide while his metal chest vibrated with his unnatural laughter. "HEY EVERY ! IT'S YOUR FAVORITE [[Number 4 rated Tumblr Sexyman2022]!"

"Fortunate Spamton!" Eden's voice called out from Fortunate Spamton's shoulder, and his head swiveled unnaturally to look at her. She had to duck the swing of his long nose, before standing back to her full height and glaring demandingly into the glowing shades of Fortunate Spamton's pink and yellow sunglasses. "I called you into this world and gave you this body! And you can stay in heaven as long as you want, so long as you make a deal with me!"

"WHOA [[Mama]]! NOW YOU'RE SPEAKIN' MY LANGUAGE!" That massive head tilted unnaturally on its neck, and Fortunate Spamton's glowing eyes stayed locked on Eden. He was grinning wide, listening eagerly to the words of his new costumer. "GO ON, I'LL BITE! I WANNA HEAR ALL ABOUT THE [[Hot singles in my area]]!"

"The Dark is creeping into heaven, and it's your job to stop it!" Eden ordered powerfully, pointing one hand out to the battlefield ahead of them. Fortunate Spamton's head swiveled and she had to duck his nose again, and his massive jaw remained parted some in its permanent smile while he looked out at the sky laid out ahead of him. Behind Spamton and that wall, the sky was clouded, but light shined through. However, ahead of him, the sky was pitch black. Red eyed faces, cackling hysterically as The Dark spread through the sky. Dark creatures on the ground, scorching the earth and spreading their blight... Fortunate Spamton's glowing sunglasses suddenly switched to a flickering static screen, but Eden made her demands regardless. "Kill Anthony The Anarchist!"

"[[Anarchist..? I remember... Anthony...]]" Spamton's voice echoed out of his wide open jaws, as if something trapped inside him was speaking out of his mouth hole. Eden narrowed her eyes some, hastily recalled the junkpile that this program had been fished out of. Garbage scraps from some Deltarune timeline that Doctor Badster had shaved down and edited to fit Anarchy's own dream a few years ago... The lights in Fortunate Spamton's eyes flashed back on, and his mouth snapped shut in that metal grin. "HOLY [[Cungadero]], HERE I THOUGHT THAT [[Limited time offer]] HAD ALREADY [[Expires]]!"

"Well this is a special one time offer!" Eden stated, stomping her foot on that steel shoulder to draw Fortunate Spamton's attention. She clenched her fist, pointing down to Chaos Incarnate down at the battlefield's center. "Your freedom in exchange for his head!"

"YOU GOT YOURSELF A DEAL, [[Mama]]!" Fortunate Spamton didn't hesitate to agree, the lights of his eyes turning down towards The Anarchist below and landing on him like pink and yellow spotlights. The platform he was standing on finally stopped rising, and he stood looming high over the battlefield. Soldiers were clearing out of the way as best they could, regrouping as Fortunate Spamton's massive spotlight eyes met the glowing red dots of Anarchy's own eyes. "LETS SEE WHAT THAT [[Clown around town]] WAS BABBLING ABOUT!"

"YOU BETTER KEEP OUTTA THE WAY!" Fortunate Spamton exclaimed while his hand carefully reached up to his shoulder, opening its palm for Eden to step into. She shot him one last suspicious glance, before carefully stepping into his grasp. His hand lowered then, reached back towards the wall behind Fortunate Spamton and stopped safely at its side. Eden hopped off Spamton's hand and back onto the battlement she'd been previously knocked off, and he pulled his massive hand away from the wall. "THIS [[Fight]] WILL MAKE YOU [[Die]] IN FIVE SECONDS!"

Eden nodded at the enormous mech's back one last time, stared at the four massive tanks of glowing pink and yellow energy strapped to it around The Gatherer's symbol in the center of Fortunate Spamton's back. One of his arms thumped and whirred, parts rapidly flipping around and moving to form a cannon. Hacker and Fellphys' ultimate creation, the best defense this empire had left and Eden's last ditch effort. She turned her eyes forward, and she spotted Clover The JUST standing right across from her, stunned and bewildered.

"... Y'know, when I was a kid, we were still gettin' 'round in horse n' carriage." Clover spoke in a deadpan tone, looking down from the bright colored Gundam marching away and back to Eden. She tossed aside the wrapper for a Legendary Hero, presumably the item she had healed her broken arm with. Then, she put up her fists. Clover squinted suspiciously, "Y'ain't got yer book. How're ya expectin' ta fight me now?"

Eden's fists clenched, her violet eyes glowed bright. Dim sparks crackled along her knuckles, and the whipping winds pulled at the Manly Bandanna around her forehead. Clover realized then that she didn't have her glasses anymore. Maybe they'd fallen off when she plummeted into the abyss, or maybe she'd put them away. Not like she had her spellbook to read from anyhow. Bending at the knees and widening her stance, Eden's BRAVE stare locked on to Clover while she answered. "Like my big brother taught me."

"... Today's a weird day." Was the first thing Anarchy said as he stared up into those pink and yellow spotlights. He had a soldier by the neck, they were frozen and waiting, silently praying that he'd forgotten them. But, without taking his eyes off Fortunate Spamton, Anarchy used his free hand to pop the helmet off the soldier's head before bonking his fist down on top of their skull, knocking them unconscious immediately. He tossed them aside while he turned to fully face the mech stomping closer. "Alright, big hoss! Whaddaya got for me?"

"ONE [[Beautiful day outside]] OF A DEAL!" Fortunate Spamton's voice boomed in response. His slow, lumbering steps shook the battlefield, Anarchy could see soldiers grabbing their injured and dragging them out of the way in his eyes' corners. The monstrous robot threw his head back and gave his mechanical cackle, and his spotlight eyes burned the blackened sky's giggling faces. "DIE NOW, AND GET A FREE VACATION STRAIGHT TO HELL!"

*Uee hee hee! They pulled the strings and made it ring, ring!

"Jevil?" Anarchy's eyes darted down to the text box that had suddenly appeared before him. He had to steady himself as the ground trembled with another massive step, but he still cocked a brow at his text box. "Whaddaya know about this guy?"

*Not big enough for the doctor's design, this has been was tossed aside in record time, time!

"[[Clown]]? YOU'RE TOO LATE!" Spamton's head swiveled again, those eyes blasted their light onto The Anarchist. He came to a sudden stop then, looming right over Anarchy and throwing his arms out to his sides. "I FEEL GREAT!"

"... Alright, Jevil. Since you know the guy." Anarchy's scarlet eyes narrowed up into those spotlights, and he held his arm out to the side. Up from his sleeve, shadows hastily slithered. Darkness wrapped around his fingers, it started shaping in his palm... In just a few moments, Devilsknife had formed in his grasp. It dripped with Darkness in spite of Fortunate Spamton's spotlight, vibrating with chaos in Anthony's palm. He figured Jevil must've been a fan of this idea. "You get to help me ice him."

"ANARCHY! CLOWN! YOU'RE [[Top 5 ways Clinton colluded with China to vaccinate our children]]?! WHY DIDN'TCHA TELL ME?!" While Fortunate Spamton spoke, a slot was slowly opening just under the bright glow of the pink yellow flashing orb in his chest. It appeared to be a glass casing, covering some power source within. A long, thin slot had rapidly opened beneath Spamton's massive chest plate, and from within it, something launched. Wood and metal, the tracks of a train or maybe a roller coaster fired down at The Anarchist and his Prophet. "WOULD YOU LIKE TO HEAR ABOUT OUR [[Die]] ONE [[Kill]] ONE FREE [[Specil]]?!"

Anarchy jumped back, watching those tracks crash into the ground and stick there. His eyes quickly followed them all the way up to that flashing bulb in Spamton's chest, and he gripped Devilsknife a little tighter. Then, without another moment's hesitation, The Anarchist jumped into the air. He launched himself right up at those tracks, and as he did, one of his worms slithered hastily out of his shadow. It wrapped around the tracks and raced up them, Anarchy landing atop it and riding it like a cart up towards the metal abomination looming over him.

"EHAEHAEHAEHAEHAEHAEHAEHAE!" Fortunate Spamton cackled, his loose head swiveling in all directions while he did so. Then, he threw that head forward, and his jaws parted. From within, attached to pink and yellow wires, a trio of Spamton NEOs flew out on jet wings. Their sights locked on to Anarchy, and their cannon arms immediately followed. "YOU THINK YOU CAN [[Defeated]] ME, [[Little sponge]]?! WHAT GAVE YA THAT IDEA?!"

"Didn't they tell you, big hoss?" While Anarchy spoke, his grin separated his face. He leaned down to rest one hand atop his worm's head. All the while he held Devilsknife out to his side, streams of dark mist steaming off the blade. The red light that had been encasing Anarchy was gone now, replaced by shadows slipping unnaturally across his body. His right iris had gone black, and his eyes darted giddily between the puppets flying towards him. With chaos vibrating in his hand, The Anarchist proclaimed.

"I can do anything!"
