The Dark Master’s unleashed his wrath upon the world to bring forth a new age of darkness. As evil spreads, Spyro finds himself teaming up with an unlikely ally, Whirlwind, his former nemesis, with friends. Together they begin a quest to stop the Dark Master and save the world. (Ronald x Cynder). Please don’t read this until you read The Legend Of Spyro: The Radiant Eternal Night.

62. Chapter 62

Spyro, Whirlwind, Ronald, Cynder, Sunburn, Camo, and Zap were next to the Sparkling Clearance.

Then Meadow walked slowly and exited the Sparkling Cave.

"You've come back. Thank you." Meadow said.

"Oh, yeah. It was really no problem at all. I did all the work… I'm just kidding." Sparx said.

"I really did." Sparx whispered.

"Come on. Let's get you home." Spyro said.

Then Meadow walked and climbed up the raft.

Then Spyro, Ronald, Sunburn, and Camo pulled the raft along the river until they got to the Valley Of Avalar's Bridge.

Then Spyro, Ronald, Sunburn, and Camo flew four steps backwards and then flew down and landed on the raft.

Then Whirlwind let go of the green handles.

Then Spyro and Whirlwind turned left and jumped off the raft and landed on the bridge.

Then Cynder let go of the yellow handles.

Then Ronald and Cynder turned left and jumped off the raft and landed on the bridge.

Then Zap let go of the pink handles.

Then Sunburn, Camo, and Zap turned left and jumped off the raft and then landed on the bridge.

Then Ronald, Cynder, Sunburn, Camo, and Zap turned around and helped Meadow get off the raft and on the bridge.

Then Ronald, Cynder, Sunburn, Camo, and Zap helped Meadow up.

Then Ronald, Cynder, Sunburn, Camo, and Zap turned around.

Then Spyro, Whirlwind, Ronald, Cynder, Sunburn, Camo, Zap, and Meadow walked on the path until they got to the Cheetah Village.

Then Spyro, Whirlwind, Ronald, Cynder, Sunburn, Camo, Zap, and Meadow path until they got to the spot where Chief Prowlus was.

"Meadow, you are wounded." The Blue Cheetah said.

"I will be fine… thanks to these dragons and half dragons." Meadow said.

Then Chief Prowlus walked to Meadow.

Then the other Cheetahs walked to Meadow.

"Meadow, please forgive me. These dragons and half dragons willingly sought to help you when I chose not to." Chief Prowlus said.

Then Hunter walked to Chief Prowlus.

Then Chief Prowlus turned to Hunter.

"I do not share your faith in this dragon, Hunter… but by putting you in chains, I committed an error." Chief Prowlus said.

"We all make mistakes." Hunter said.

"Yes, and I shall try to atone for mine if you will permit me." Chief Prowlus said, holding out a special paper.

Then Hunter grabbed the special paper.

"Use the Forbidden Tunnel. It will lead you directly to the Mystical City. If this dragon is indeed our last hope, then I bid you safe passage… and good luck." Chief Prowlus said.

"We could use your help." Hunter said.

Then four seconds later.

"Very well. The invitation shall be left open." Hunter said.

"Ronald and Cynder, please forgive me for thinking that you are betraying the Saviors. You were right that Spyro is helpful." Chief Prowlus said.

"We do and there's another way to the Mystical City?" Ronald and Cynder asked.

"Yes, there is. Sunburn, Camo, and Zap, please forgive me for thinking that you are betraying the Investigators." Chief Prowlus said.

"We do." Sunburn, Camo, and Zap said.

"Spyro and Whirlwind, you have proved yourselves to be helpful and are true to your word. For that, the blue unicorn and phoenix hybrid, the brown unicorn and plant hybrid, and the harlequin Grass Unicorn will not be chained." Chief Prowlus said.

"Who are they?" Spyro and Whirlwind asked.

"You'll find out sooner or later." Chief Prowlus said.

Then Hunter turned right and walked to Spyro, Whirlwind, Ronald, Cynder, Sunburn, Camo, and Zap.

Then Spyro, Whirlwind, Ronald, Cynder, Sunburn, Camo, Zap, and Hunter walked on the path and exited the Cheetah Village and walked on the path until they reached the Forbidden Field.

"Meet me here if you are ready to head to Warfang." Hunter said.

Then Hunter walked to the tree.

Then Spyro, Whirlwind, Ronald, Cynder, Sunburn, Camo, and Zap walked eight steps forward.

Then Hunter walked to the Footprint on the wall and opened the entrance to the Forbidden Tunnel.

Then Hunter turned right and walked eight steps forward and then turned to Spyro, Whirlwind, Ronald, Cynder, Sunburn, Camo, and Zap.

Then Spyro, Whirlwind, Ronald, Cynder, Sunburn, Camo, and Zap started walking.

"Uh oh, Hunter… Do we have to go this way?" Sparx asked.

"If we march quickly, we shall reach the Mystical City by daybreak." Hunter answered as Spyro, Whirlwind, Ronald, Cynder, Sunburn, Camo, and Zap entered the Forbidden Tunnel and kept walking.

"Yeah, yeah, thanks for answering..." Sparx said.

Then Sparx and Hunter entered the Forbidden Tunnel.
